asalamualaikum... i have read a magazine.. it is about foot ball. while i'm reading this magazine, i have learn some tips to increase our stamina. the tips are we need to run for a long time. we need to do that evcery day or unless 4 days a week. we also need to take healty food. healty food mean food which follow the food piramid. lastly, we need to do exercise unless 3 times a week..

I would like to comment on my reading at www.chedet.com. It’s about his suggestion ( Tun Dr Mahathir) due to the weak value of US Dollar. To make my comment clear and easy to understand, first we need to know that the US Dollar depreciates recently due to US economy crisis.
As Malaysia has been use US Dollar as Monetary Exchange system for a long time, our economy have been influenced by the value of Dollar US. If Dollar US goes down, Ringgit also will go down. Our economy would be affected much if US Government fails to overcome the situation.
It is afraid that the economy of the world would be affected much as US had monopolized others country’s economy. It good to say that, our government leadership during Dr Mahathir ruling time able to divert the US monopoly policy and create new source that strengthen the merchandise between ASEAN and other ASIA country like India and China.
When, he comes with the idea of pegging ringgit at fixed value of Dollar US during 1998 “economy black out”, other country leaders and IMF itself had condemn his unpopular approach. However, we had able to overcome the situation due to his unpopular approach.
The same thing goes with the depreciate value of US Dollar. All nations’ economy would be harmful if no approach is taken wisely as soon as possible. World before had been used Gold as Monetary Exchange currency and known as Bretton Woods System. However, the system was replaced but US Dollar Currency not because the United States ran out of gold. It failed because Britain decided to devalue the pound. President Richard Nixon decided to go off the gold standard much later.

Recently i had watched a movie originally made in Malaysia. This movie was directed by Suhaimi Baba one of popular movie director. The movie is based on historically event that happen in 1957 when Tunku Abdul Rahman and his Gang fight for Malaya Land independence. It is a history movie plus patriotic. I must admit that this story really touching my heart with the spirit of struggle to gain freedom from intruder. UMNO, MCA, and MIC combine their workforce together to get support from folks and live in harmony to show that Chinese, Indian and Malay can live together with peace that had become perquisite for British to give our Independence.

During this month, i have watched the Indonesian movie which is "Ayat-ayat cinta".. Actually this movie is about one Indonesian guy named, Fahri who studied in Al-Azhar University which located in Mesir. Fahri is a kind and helpful person. Because of his kindness, two girls whose named were Maria and Noura admired with him. One day his ustaz seen him and said he wanted to married him with his daughter. Fahri agreed and he married with her. After married, Fahri and his wife, Aishah are happy together. The problem come a month after their married. Noura was pregnant and she accused Fahri was raped her. Maria known about Fahri was married, she was accident and coma. Fahri are arrested because of Noura accusation. His wife was helped him to make him out from the jail. A lot of way she tried to do to helped her husband. At last, with her effort and patient her husband was free. one thing they never forget to pray and remembered Allah S.W.T.

Recently I have read an article about US scientists that found the oldest fossil tracks of legged animal, from 570 million years ago. The discovery has push back the advent of more complex creatures on Earth by some 30 million years.
The fossil was found in sdimentary rocks in the US state of Nevada and thought to belong to a centipede that lived in the water. They also suggest that animals walked using legs at least 30 millin years earlier than had been thought.

In my opinion,nowadays the lorry driver drive in a bad condition. They never think about other drivers who also use the same road. Because of they want to reach in their destination early or on time, they never think about others drivers. This is not good if they still followed this bad attitude. It will effect many accident..

Today (15th October 2008) I've read "The Sun" newspaper.. I sympathy about the whale. The headline of this news was "Baby whale dies despite rescue bid".. This held at Kuala Sungai Nenasi beach, Pekan, Pahang on Sunday. The fin whale species was died despite efforts to release it back to the sea.
Pahang Fisheries Department director Mohammad Mat Saman said the 10m-long baby whale, estimated 3 tonnes weight was died after being stranded on the beach.
According to him again, his department, Fire & Rescue department and villagers had tried to save the baby whale by wrapped it using wet cloth until the baby whale died on Monday in the afternoon..

Today, I read “The Star” newspaper. This time I quit interested about “TEACHER LODGE REPORT AGAINTS PUPIL”.
It was happened in Kangar. Around 10 am a teacher from a secondary school has lodged a police report claiming that a Form 2 school-girl kicked her while she was teaching. The teacher, Azhana Ibrahim said she was attacked yesterday after she asked the student to explain a scribing of mad pig on the back of the folio when they submitted.
The students with her five friends later came when she was teaching in a classroom and kicked her in the abdomen.
The teacher lodged a police report after the morning session ended. She has been a teacher for five years and this was the first time she encountered such an incident.
Recently I've read about "Raya do for 40 children" in the star newspaper.. The 40 children from Rumah Amal Limpahan Kasih in Puchong had a fun Hari Raya celebrations on Thursday. The party was hosted by the MXM Entertainmen(MXM) at its office in Phileo Damansara II in section 16, Petaling Jaya as a part of their charitable activities.
The children aged between 10 to 15 years, were treated to sumptuous buffet.
Apart from that, the children were also entertained by a clown who not only told them jokes but also made funny-fascinated with the colorful gun shape balloons.
MXM staff also took time off to entertain the young visitors during show time.

Although it’s quite easy to find, but the whole process of converting uranium into nuclear power is very complex, but it all starts off with a mining operation to extract uranium ore. There are some pro and con about the uranium minerals that leads to the nuclear power. Many say that nuclear power is the future energy that will replace the fuel, hydroelectric. One of the main benefits of using nuclear power is that it decreases the need for foreign oil. It also the alternative fuel source before the oil supply dries up in a decade or so. Unlike coal and oil, the nuclear power production is not limited by location. Uranium can be mined from all over the world and shipped to any local nuclear power plant. Form the positive sides, the nuclear power plant give us many benefits and solve the future energy. But, from the different sides of it, are the negative side’s effects. All of us know that the nuclear power first used by the American in the World War 2 against the Japanese. The incident really opened our minds how powerful the nuclear power is, and the damages that is left behind. Another big problem is nuclear waste, which is left over from the conversion process, typically from using fuel. If nuclear waste isn't safely disposed of, there can be a drastic number of health and environmental issues that arise as a result. This is perhaps the most important detractor from the popularity of nuclear power. Nuclear power is quite costly to manufacture, specifically considering start-up costs. Nuclear reactors are expensive to build. With that in mind, it's not necessarily an option for all countries. Many 2nd and 3rd world countries do not have the economic or material resources to produce nuclear power. The future for nuclear power appears to be a quiet but strong one. Although there are some areas of the world strongly adverse to nuclear power, the United States continues to expand development. In general, quick growth isn't a possibility, as building costs and time-frames are enormous. Countries like China, India, and Japan are all developing nuclear power, but until it becomes cheaper to construct the reactors, nuclear power won't become as mainstream as its potential would suggest. Although Malaysia also participating in building the nuclear power, but we only in the research state and cannot developed our own power plant because of the lack of source and information. Salam, from my reading in the National Geographic Magazine, which I forget the edition, it is about the study of fossils, Paleontology. In that issue, the sub story was about sudden extinction of the dinosaurs.
One of the common theories of their extinction is the asteroid collision theory. Brought to wide attention in 1980 by Walter Alvarez and colleagues. Some scientists propose that the meteorite caused a long and unnatural drop in Earth's atmospheric temperature, while others claim that it would have instead created an unusual heat wave. Due to the asteroid collision the creature cannot adapt the changing condition of their habitat.
The Deccan Traps could have caused extinction through several mechanisms, including the release of dust and sulphuric aerosols into the air which might have blocked sunlight and thereby reducing photosynthesis in plants. In addition, Deccan Trap volcanism might have resulted in carbon dioxide emissions which would have increased the greenhouse effect when the dust and aerosols cleared from the atmosphere and also contribute to massive global warming.
Although major of the species do not survive from the impact, but scientist claim that there are survivors. Paleontologists Zielinski and Budahn reported the discovery of a single Hadrosour leg bone fossil in the San Juan Basin, New Mexico and described it as evidence of Paleocene dinosaurs. The formation in which the bone was discovered has been dated to the early Paleocene epoch approximately 64.5 million years ago. It would provide evidence that some dinosaur populations may have survived at least a half million years into the Cenozoic Era. Other evidence includes the finding of dinosaur remains in the Hell Creek Formation.

According to the team leader Nutri Nine Food Industries, Sew Chang Chew, 22, group that create Choc Tempt, they have seen the potential of Tempe in the market and believe that their product will make a major breakthrough in food industries.
According to her again, their team takes one semester to developed their product starting from the raw stuff until the product complete with the packing.
The event was because of the “Hari Pengenalan Makanan Baru”, on the World Food Day which occur in Faculty of Sciences and Food Technology UPM. There were 10 new product which being developed by the students to be exhibited.
The first place was won by the Beanilicious Sdn. Bhd, with their product, Karatofu, product base on soya bean and black bean.
While Choc Tampt won the second place and the third place won by Sweet Favorite Sdn. Bhd. which their sweeten product were hundred percent based on oat and soya bean.
Malaysia did it again! This time Sierra Leone was beaten by our national football team during the Pestabola Merdeka 40th edition. That was the main highlight on KOSMO! Saturday, 18 November on the sport section.
The game which held in Stadium Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya. Our national football team gain victory against Sierra Leone with the score 4-0 to defend our title for the champion in front of the 3000 fan who came to support our national team . On the first match against Nepal, they also beat them with the same score.
Our national team, under the instruction of B. Sathianathan, start the game with very energetic styles, with the shoot straight through all of every Conner of the field.
Fail to score any goal in the first half, the entering of Mohd. Hardy Jaafar was the right decision, as he makes the opportunity for Indra Putra to score the opening goal in the minute-65 game play.
The first score was trigger the new hope for the new striker Mohd. Safee Sali to add the second goal at minute-70 before the deface player, Aidli Zafuan and his twins, Zakuan Adha score the third and fourth goal at minute-75 and 90.

I've read a novel during this weekend. The novel was written by Rachel Gibson and "I'm in no mood for love" is the title of the novel.
This novel is about a girl who named was Clare Wingate. One minute she's suffering in the bridesmaid dress from hell, and the next she's walking up beside Sebastian Vaughan, her girlhood crush turned sexy, globe-hopping journalist.

Then, preheat Oven to 300 degree F (this is not a typo! this is a slow bake chocolate cake!).After that use Crisco Shortening to lightly grease and flour the 9 x 13 in. Baking Dish. (It's a one layer chocolate cake!).Next place all the ingredients on the left into a mixing bowl and mix at medium or medium high speed until all ingredients are blended and smooth.After mixing process complete,pour into greased and floured baking dish.Then, bake for 1 hr.You can test your cake by sticking with knife. If it comes out clean, it's done! So, enjoy it.

At the first member's high school graduation, the friends promised to keep in touch and get together again after they had all finished college. As we all know frequently happens, friends drift apart. The boys, Scott, Liam, and Austin, kept in touch and occasionally got together to go on trips. The girls, Kristy, Dawn and Claudia, stayed close and got together much more often. Recently, we just discovered today that one of our Favourite Sweet, the White Rabbit Sweet from China has now been officially banned in Malaysia.
This is because the latest information received from Singapore’s Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA) which found melamine in White Rabbit Creamy Candy.
Therefore, The Ministry’s Food Quality and Safety Department director Noraini Mohd Othman said the widened ban would include ‘White Rabbit Creamy Candy' and flour-based confections like biscuits.
I hope the government still continue to observe all product that possible to be infected by melamine. So it can help the consumer to be careful before buying any product especially food.
Recently everywhere we go, we will hear about melamine clamorously. This time I would like to talk about melamine. Melamine is an organic base and a trimmer of cyanamide, with an Etymology, Toxicity and Syenthesis-triazine skeleton. Like cyanamide, it contains 66% nitrogen by mass and, if mixed with resins, has fire retardant properties due to its release of nitrogen gas when burned or charred, and has several other industrial uses. Melamine is also a metabolite of cyromazine, a pesticide. It is formed in the body of mammals that have ingested cyromazine. It has been reported that cyromazine can also be converted to melamine in plants.
Melamine combines with cyanuric acid to form melamine cyanurate, which has been implicated in the Chinese protein export contaminations. Actually most of the things yr meals have melamine. But we cannot take melamine overdose. The more melamine we out, the big chance we can get sick. Mostly China is the high country in the world that uses high melamine in their products. So, if we found in the market or anywhere that use the product or food that made in China we can complaint it to the Ministry of Health Malaysia or District Health Office in your nearest place.

Alfatihah. Lets us recite the alfatihah for the former guitarist of popular rock outfit Lefthanded, Abdul Samad Mian, popularly known as Samad, died at Ampang Hospital of heart complications at 1.05pm here yesterday. He was 45 and left his wife and four children.
It was today local newspaper, Friday, October 24, 2008, on The News Straits newspaper.
His wife, Norliza Sumari, 41, said Samad fell unconscious at his office at noon and was rushed to hospital by their son, Alif Ashraf Shafiq, 18. "His death came as a shock for our family because he had never been ill before," said Norliza.
Born in Johor Baru on Sept 26, 1963, Samad was known as one of the leading guitarists in the country. His career began after he joined Lefthanded in the early 1980s. During his solo career, Samad released a string of albums, including Guitar Jamming last June.
Samad was also a well-known figure internationally and won the Best Solo Rock Album award at the Anugerah Industri Muzik in 1995. He was also a lecturer at the National Arts Culture and Heritage Academy from 2004.

It has been announced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi last month when he replaced the position of Minister of Defense.
Basically I agree with the recommendation proposed by one of the minister whereby the existing nuri air force should be replace with the new one. This is because the existing nuri air force were no longer safe since there are many death upon our army. Besides I think its technology is too old.
Before that, this firm has supplied Ecureuil helicopter for Polis Diraja Malaysia, and then AS550 Fennec helicopter for Tentera Laut Diraja Malaysia. This firm have been co-operate with ATM since 1965 when it supply Alouette III helicopter to TUDM.
This helicopter is too special because it was the first helicopter in the world that used the driving automatic system which make it more easier and comfortable for any driving situation. It also provided with weapons that may be used during the war.

In Kuala Lumpur the Health Ministry had never placed vegetables from China on Level 5 of the Food Safety Information System of Malaysia until there was a decrease in supply in the country.
Its food safety and quality division director, Noraini Datuk Mohd Othman, said the ministry had placed all vegetables and fruits from China at Level 4, and there were found it’s free from melamine.
In another development, seven more food products from China and four locally-produced biscuits were found to have passed the melamine level.
They were Variety Flavour Biscuits (Golden Fuji), Strawberry Flavour Round Biscuit (Aji), Potato Cracker (Aji), Farley’s Rusk Orange (Heinz), Farley’s Rusk Original (Heinz), Oatmeal Cracker Coffee Flavour (Haitai) and Mini Cornetto Blueberry & Strawberry Flavour (WALL’s).
The Malaysian products are Rainbow Wafer (HANY), Biskut ABC Chocolate Flavour (Biscuits World), Swiss Roll Perisa Susu (London Biscuits) and Double Choco Choco Coated Cake (MIZU).
Retailers are advised to periodically check the list of products that do not pass the melamine level and contact the district health office and state health department for more information. Consumers are also advised to check the list and avoid buying the tainted products.

A birthday party turned awry when a girl drowned after saving her friend from the pool in George Town.
A Year Five student in Sekolah Kebangsaan Batu Lanchang, Sam Yean Ting was found struggling in the pool of her friend’s apartment in Green Lane at about 8pm on Saturday.
She dead in Lam Wah Ee Hospital because excessive water in her lungs. That girl had just finished her school final exam received her friend’s birthday invitation last week.
Her father dropped her off at her friend’s house at 3pm on Saturday. At about 7p, Sam Yean Ting called her father asking him to only come and pick her up at 9pm because she would like to spend more time with her friends.
However, her father went earlier and waited outside because he was worried about his daughter safety. About 8pm, the birthday boy’s mother called Sam Yean Ting to inform her about the incident. Yean Ting’s elder sister Karyn Sam Yean Fern, 23, said she was out with her boyfriend at Padang Serai when she received a call from her sister Jennie Sam Yean Nie giving her the bad news. They do not know how to swim. They promised would stay and only played in the baby pool.
George Town OCPD Asst Comm Azam Abd Hamid, who confirmed the incident, said the police are not suspecting any foul play because a witness saw she jumping into the pool on her own will.

As we know,Nik Aziz is the 5th chief Minister of Kelantan for many years,and until now, no one can defeat him. in my opinion,Nik Aziz was a good leader and one of the malaysian ulama' who defend islam as Ad-Deen in this country.He was calm person,patient and low profile.When i was 17,my friends and i went to nik Aziz's house,suprisely we saw that his house not big and only wood house.its shows that he lives in moderate life eventhough he has a lot of money.Every friday,he becomes an imam at Masjid Besar Kubang Kerian to lead friday prayer an before that,in friday morning he make a religious class for everyone who interested to join it.So,to meet him,we dont have to make an any appoitment. in conclusion, i want to say that,he can be our role model to achieve successful in here and world after.. thats all from me thank u and good luck for ur exam!!

I have read about untold love story..it was true story from rurl turkey and the writter is Yagmur.This story is about a muslim young couple who defy Allah and their religion.It happened to Yagmur's sister while yagmur still a kid at that time.Her sister was fall in love with guy who is already married and her father did not allowed them to get married but her sister was rebellious.She still meet the man everyday and night...Their relationship went so far untill she got a pregnant.Her father was very angry.All the villager want the execution to be done. Yagmur's sister was dug into the ground.She twitched with pain as the stones hit her tender body and smashed her head. Blood gushed out from her face, cheeks, mouth, nose and eyes. After that she died. As I read from Metallica fansite, this band has release it latest studio album, called Death Magnetic.
There got three versions available at market, which is Malaysian Edition CD which is going for RM29.90, the Standard Edition CD + T-shirt which is going for RM57.90 and lastly the Digipak version which is going for RM54.90.
The Standard Edition that comes with t-shirt is very limited. As I know that mostly the CD shop in each state got only 2-3 pair of this t-shirt from the distributor. The t-shirt is black in color and features the Metallica logo on the front with the words Death Magnetic below it. On the back of the neck, there’s the Death Magnetic logo.

1.Keep liquids away from your laptop. As tempting as it might be to drink coffee, soda or any other liquid near your laptop, accidents can happen all too easily. Spilled liquids may damage the internal components or cause electrical injury to the laptop. Short circuits can corrupt data or even permanently destroy parts. The solution is very simple: Keep your drinks away from your computer. Even if you're careful, someone else might bump into your desk or you.
2.Keep food away from your laptop. Don't eat over your laptop. The crumbs can go down between the keys in the keyboard and provide an invitation to small bugs. The crumbs can also irritate the circuitry. Worse, it makes the laptop look dirty if there are crumbs and food stains on it.
3.Always have clean hands when using your laptop. Clean hands make it easier to use your laptop touchpad and there will be less risk of leaving dirt and other stains on the computer. In addition, if you clean your hands before use, you will help reduce wear and tear on the coating of the laptop caused by contact with sweat and small particles that can act upon the laptop's exterior underneath your wrists and fingers.
4.Protect the LCD display monitor. When you shut your laptop, make sure there are no small items, such as a pencil or small ear-phones, on the keyboard. These can damage the display screen when shut; the screen will scratch if the item is rough. Close the lid gently and holding from the middle. Closing the lid using only one side causes pressure on that hinge, and over time can cause it to bend and snap.
5.Hold and lift the computer by its base, not by its LCD display (the screen). If you lift it by the screen part alone, you could damage the display or the hinges attaching it to the base. The display is also easily scratched or damaged by direct pressure – avoid placing pressure on it.
6.Don't pull on the power cord. Tugging your power cord out from the power socket rather than putting your hand directly on the plug in the socket and pulling can break off the plug or damage the power socket. Also, if you have the power point near your feet, avoid constantly bumping into the plug or you could loosen it and eventually break it.
7.Don't roll your chair over the computer cord. Stick the cord onto your desk with tape or a special computer cord tie which can be easily undone when you've finished using the laptop. Always try to keep most of the cord away from the floor or your legs; sometimes you can be so engrossed in what you're doing that you move your legs and forget the cord is there.
8.Insert drives into their slots carefully and at the correct angle. Pushing the wrong drive into a socket, or at an angle, or even upside down can jam it.
9.Check to see if labels are affixed securely before inserting media into your laptop computer. Media such as CDs, DVDs or floppy disks should not have any loose label parts that might jam inside the laptop drive. Never insert undersized CDs, as these can damage the disk player permanently.
10.Don't expose your laptop to rapid temperature fluctuations. When bringing your laptop indoors during winter, don't turn it on immediately. Instead, let it warm to room temperature first. This will avoid any potential for damage to the disk drive from condensation forming inside the machine.

Pollution control is a term used in environmental management. It means the control of emissions and effluents into air, water or soil. Without pollution control, the waste products from heating, agriculture, manufacturing, transportation and other human activities will destroy the environment surrounding us. In the level of controls, pollution prevention and waste minimization are more efficient than pollution control.

Last week I have read and article about The Legend Of Osiris And Isis in wikipedia.
From my reading, The Legend of Osiris and Isis become one of the most powerful legend in Egyptian methodology during the new kingdom.
The legend tells about the death of Osiris and the birth of Horus (Osiris’s son). Osiris is the husband of Isis. Osiris was the great pharaoh and also known as the god of the land of the dead and before that he was the god of nature. He was loved by his people and his wife, Isis but heated by Set , the god of the underworld which is also as his brother.
Set was jealous of his brother so he killed him and cut him into13 pieces and scattered them along the shores of the Nile and left crocodiles to finish the job.
Isis feel so sad and some Egyptian believe that rain is Isis' tear searched far and wide for Osiris body and when she found twelve, she stuck the pieces together and wrapped him with linen. Osiris had become the first Egypt's mummy.
Then Isis asked Anubis, the death god to bring him back to life but Osiris couldn't come back to earth like a human again. He instead become god of the dead and Set was defeated by Horus, Osiris' son.
I really obsess with Egyptian history. In their history,there was a book called The Book of The Dead. It also well known as the Egyptian Bible.
The book of the dead was a description of the ancient Egyptian conception of the afterlife and a collection of hymns, spells, and instructions to allow the deceased to pass through obstacles in the afterlife.
The book of the dead was most commonly written on a papyrus scroll and placed in the coffin or burial chamber of the deceased and also contain lots of spell that always use in ancient Egyptian ritual.

That it is alright to do so and Shah Rukh Khan is deserved to get Dato Title as Our appreciation toward Malaysia Tourism Advertisement in his film by making his film in Malaysia. It sounds impolite to give Dato to foreigners but in this case, I think Tun’s opinion will be acceptable.
In conclusion, before making any statement or any decision towards particular events or cases, we need to identify the advantages and contras as well. By then, we can give our solid opinion that everyone would be agreeing with us.
Do we have strong government now? Why we need strong government of Malaysia? Politically, yes we do need strong government to ensure our multiracial society live in peace, harmony and happy after. We had seen few racial riots such as 13 Mei, HINDRAF and events that involve apologizing by Leader of Malaysia towards Chinese Society as response to statement made by UMNO Division Bukit Bendera, Pulau Penang Leader-Datuk Ahmad Ismail.
In his blog, Tun had identified two major advantages of having strong government. First, to maintain peaceful and stability in our country in term of multiracial society live. Second, to creates new economic opportunity and thus adding job vacancies amongst Malaysian.
What will happen if we got weak government? Pressure amongst race will be raise, racial NGO will raise their issues on social contract to demolish Bumiputra’s Rights and thus create unbalance stress amongst races in Malaysia.
Hence, any effort to create unease amongst multiracial must be stopped and avoided from happen. Remember as doctor said, prevention is better than cure. Happy Deepavali.

Up-to-date, thestar online reported there will be debate on UMNO Youth Chief Post. The candidate for that post will be Mukhriz, Khairy Jamaludin, and Former Selangor MB Khir Toyo. However, Mukhriz Son of Former PM had declined the proposal on joining the debate and had give reasons on his decision. In meanwhile, the debate still go on with KJ (Khairy Jamaludin) and KT ( Khir Toyo) as participant.
According to KT, the debate will be an indicator and people of UMNO can evaluate their candidate for UMNO Youth Post.
As conclusion, future Malaysian politician will be urged to master on how to debate and to tackle audience.

National limitations range from 8% reductions for the European Union and some others to 7% for the United States, 6% for Japan, 0% for Russia, China, and India. The treaty permitted GHG emission increases of 8% for Australia and 10% for Iceland.

There were so many definition about friendship and sometimes we can make our own defination because the meaning of friendship is universal. I'm start thinking about the important of take care of my teeth when I'm in standard 6. Before this, i like to eat sweets, chocolate, cakes or etc without concerned about my teeth healthy. Do you know, how many teeth of an adult person? The answer is 32. Now starts counting your teeth, hope it is enough... Ok, in this time, i would like to share with you about the types of teeth of human being. Let's take a note k. There are 4 different types of human teeth which are incisors or cutting teeth, premolars or biscupid teeth, canine teeth and molars or molar teeth. all the types have their own function. However, there is one types of teeth that not been catagorised as main types which is wisdom teeth. Wisdom teeth are the last molars (one at every side of every jaw) and not a different type of teeth. The wisdom teeth erupt between the ages of 17 and 21. Wisdom teeth need special care. Sometimes they don't erupt properly and they often cause dental problems because of the difficulty to clean them. So, take care of your teeth, hopefully you're not wearing the fake teeth if you're ages!

What you think about teenagers ? There are many social problems that teenagers go threw. Nowadays teen social issues is like normally because everyday we read, listen and see that issues. Today i read about statistics of teenage pregnancy. From here an average increasing teen pregnancy are 4% per year from 1980 to 1992. From 1992 to 1998, the pregnancy rate among girls aged 14 to 17 remained stable between 19 and 20 per thousand girls and then declined during the following five years to stabilize at 16,6 per thousand girls in 2003.
For this problem we don't know who guilty ? parents or themselves ? For my opinion we can't blame 100% to parents because it about how they can protect themselves. But for another thing that are blame to parents. Like example for a rich family they are so busy with own business and never know about there child and give 100% free to the child.

I almost forgot to mention my favourite part of the book: the 'Glossary / From Lipstick to Skyscraper'. Some of the words and expressions relate to urbanization all over the world (archi-scrabble, anyone?). Some are peculiar to China: Chinese immobility, Chinese Moderni$m, Chengdu 1.5, dormitory extrusion, floating village, panda-hugger, Shanghai fever, chiburb, etc.More importantly, the books holds a mirror to our 'Western societies". We've arrived at a crossroad where we are forced to stop and look with horror at the shortcomings of the capitalist model, a model that China is embracing fast, steady and avidly. The more i read about China's frenzy and excesses the more i was remembered of ours. Of course there are many differences: we know of the 'American dream' but how much exactly do we know of the 'Chinese dream'? We might have often read that one of the main goals of China is to create a broad middle class which will, of course, form the least saturated market we can dream of, but are we sure that the Chinese will blindly follow the same models of capitalism as we do? For example will they be willing to embrace our 'credit-addiction' and other eco-suicidal habits?

Being a young professional myself, this book has a lot of relevant and helpful advice that I will certainly put to good use. While some of the tips seemed obvious, the majority of them are contemporary, carefully considered and creative. I especially enjoyed the chapters on embracing your individual style and the importance of knowing the people who really make things happen (such as the office manager and receptionist). What I really like about Stransky’s approach is how clearly each lesson is outlined and explained. Each chapter is very succinct and includes a quick list summarizing the key points at the end. Of course, the pop culture references included add an entertainment aspect to the book in addition to its educational value.

I would like to comment on my reading at www.chedet.com. It’s about his suggestion ( Tun Dr Mahathir) due to the weak value of US Dollar. To make my comment clear and easy to understand, first we need to know that the US Dollar depreciates recently due to US economy crisis.
As Malaysia has been use US Dollar as Monetary Exchange system for a long time, our economy have been influenced by the value of Dollar US. If Dollar US goes down, Ringgit also will go down. Our economy would be affected much if US Government fails to overcome the situation.
It is afraid that the economy of the world would be affected much as US had monopolized others country’s economy. It good to say that, our government leadership during Dr Mahathir ruling time able to divert the US monopoly policy and create new source that strengthen the merchandise between ASEAN and other ASIA country like India and China.

The thestar.com.my online news states that, Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim has set yet another deadline for Pakatan Rakyat to wrest control of the Federal government. Now, he says it will happen before the end of the year. “It is not like something I will allow to linger for one or two years. The momentum will continue when the Parliament goes into session on Monday,” he told a large crowd during a rally at Padang Perdana here on Thursday night.
Although his speech fired the crowd into wanting more, Anwar stopped short of detailing his “takeover” modus operandi, saying it would remain a secret until the time was right.

916 has become the opposition slogan to win support from citizen to woo the take over plan. Despite of his Mat Jenin ambition, Malaysia market and economy has been unstable since the investor thought Malaysia would not be stable in term of political and peace environment. The BSKL had go down for few weak right after his announcement to form a new government.
And now, 16 September has passed but the deadline has not been set yet to take over current government. The detail of the process has not been revealed, the name of MP to cross over also yet still keep in secret. This only creates economy chaos in our country and threatens our peace and balance. Racial issue will be raise to gain support amongst folks.
Nevertheless, Anwar Ibrahim can be considered as country treat for disturbing peace and economy stability. The pros and cons of the plan should be taken seriously discuss by scholars and economist. Recently i had watched a movie originally made in Malaysia. This movie was directed by Suhaimi Baba one of popular movie director. The movie is based on historically event that happen in 1957 when Tunku Abdul Rahman and his Gang fight for Malaya Land independence. It is a history movie plus patriotic. I must admit that this story really touching my heart with the spirit of struggle to gain freedom from intruder. UMNO, MCA, and MIC combine their workforce together to get support from folks and live in harmony to show that Chinese, Indian and Malay can live together with peace that had become perquisite for British to give our Independence.
Majlis Raja-Raja Melayu shown in the movie to work with folk to gain Independence from British. As a conclusion, I think all of you should watch the movie to enhance your knowledge about our independence and learn something about sacrifice and leadership.

During this month, i have watched the Indonesian movie which is "Ayat-ayat cinta".. Actually this movie is about one Indonesian guy named, Fahri who studied in Al-Azhar University which located in Mesir. Fahri is a kind and helpful person. Because of his kindness, two girls whose named were Maria and Noura admired with him. One day his ustaz seen him and said he wanted to married him with his daughter. Fahri agreed and he married with her.
After married, Fahri and his wife, Aishah are happy together. The problem come a month after their married. Noura was pregnant and she accused Fahri was raped her. Maria known about Fahri was married, she was accident and coma. Fahri are arrested because of Noura accusation. His wife was helped him to make him out from the jail. A lot of way she tried to do to helped her husband. At last, with her effort and patient her husband was free. one thing they never forget to pray and remembered Allah S.W.T.
The moral of this story are what ever happened to us, never forget to pray and remembered Allah.. Never give up and always attempted to solve the problem.

Last weekend,I have read " A Little Black Dress" book written by Karen McCullah Lutz entitled "The Bachelorette Party".. This book very interested and gave us a lot of knowledge.
The story was about Jilted at the altar by her soap-star fiance, and completely sick of love and romance, Zadie Roberts has slowly been recovering in LA. The only person she can rely on to cheer her up these days is her lovely best male friend Grey. Recently I have read an article about US scientists that found the oldest fossil tracks of legged animal, from 570 million years ago. The discovery has push back the advent of more complex creatures on Earth by some 30 million years.
The fossil was found in sdimentary rocks in the US state of Nevada and thought to belong to a centipede that lived in the water.
They also suggest that animals walked using legs at least 30 millin years earlier than had been thought.

I've read "The Sun" newspaper today (14th October 2008). From all news in the paper, my eye attracted with one new which is "Three cops killed in a road crash"..
This accident was happened in Muar, Johor incriminated three policeman were from the Jasin, Malaka police station were killed when their car collided with a lorry at km8 Jalan Muar-Melaka about 9pm yesterday.
Jasin police district chief DSP Che Suza Che Hitam when met yesterday said two of them who died at the scene, were Constable Mohd Shafiq Mohd Sham and Mohd Rukli Mohd Yusof. Another victim, Constable Hazir Rasyid was died at the Sultanah Fatimah Specialist Hospital. They had just finished their duties when the car driven by Mohd Shafiq was collided with the lorry whish was making a U-turn..
In my opinion,nowadays the lorry driver drive in a bad condition. They never think about other drivers who also use the same road. Because of they want to reach in their destination early or on time, they never think about others drivers. This is not good if they still followed this bad attitude. It will effect many accident..

Today (15th October 2008) I've read "The Sun" newspaper.. I sympathy about the whale. The headline of this news was "Baby whale dies despite rescue bid".. This held at Kuala Sungai Nenasi beach, Pekan, Pahang on Sunday. The fin whale species was died despite efforts to release it back to the sea.
Pahang Fisheries Department director Mohammad Mat Saman said the 10m-long baby whale, estimated 3 tonnes weight was died after being stranded on the beach.
According to him again, his department, Fire & Rescue department and villagers had tried to save the baby whale by wrapped it using wet cloth until the baby whale died on Monday in the afternoon..

All the 57 samples of fruits and vegetables tested by the Health Ministry have been found to be free of melamine, said Minister Datuk Liow Tiong Lai in Kuala Lumpur.
The fruits and vegetables which free from are:

4) Carrots
5) Potatoes
6) Lettuce
7) Cauliflower
8) Cabbage

Today, I read “The Star” newspaper. This time I quit interested about “TEACHER LODGE REPORT AGAINTS PUPIL”.
It was happened in Kangar. Around 10 am a teacher from a secondary school has lodged a police report claiming that a Form 2 school-girl kicked her while she was teaching.
The teacher, Azhana Ibrahim said she was attacked yesterday after she asked the student to explain a scribing of mad pig on the back of the folio when they submitted.
The students with her five friends later came when she was teaching in a classroom and kicked her in the abdomen.
The teacher lodged a police report after the morning session ended. She has been a teacher for five years and this was the first time she encountered such an incident.

Recently I've read about "Raya do for 40 children" in the star newspaper.. The 40 children from Rumah Amal Limpahan Kasih in Puchong had a fun Hari Raya celebrations on Thursday. The party was hosted by the MXM Entertainmen(MXM) at its office in Phileo Damansara II in section 16, Petaling Jaya as a part of their charitable activities.
The children aged between 10 to 15 years, were treated to sumptuous buffet.
Apart from that, the children were also entertained by a clown who not only told them jokes but also made funny-fascinated with the colorful gun shape balloons.
MXM staff also took time off to entertain the young visitors during show time.
Also present at the event were KAM Holding president, chief executive and his wife, MXM general manager and Titanium's executive chef.

Hello again. Recently I have read an article about Nuclear Power and Uranium. From my reading, actually Uranium is not hard to find. That’s why the number of nuclear power reactors is growing. Although it’s quite easy to find, but the whole process of converting uranium into nuclear power is very complex, but it all starts off with a mining operation to extract uranium ore.
There are some pro and con about the uranium minerals that leads to the nuclear power. Many say that nuclear power is the future energy that will replace the fuel, hydroelectric. One of the main benefits of using nuclear power is that it decreases the need for foreign oil. It also the alternative fuel source before the oil supply dries up in a decade or so. Unlike coal and oil, the nuclear power production is not limited by location. Uranium can be mined from all over the world and shipped to any local nuclear power plant. Form the positive sides, the nuclear power plant give us many benefits and solve the future energy.
But, from the different sides of it, are the negative side’s effects. All of us know that the nuclear power first used by the American in the World War 2 against the Japanese. The incident really opened our minds how powerful the nuclear power is, and the damages that is left behind. Another big problem is nuclear waste, which is left over from the conversion process, typically from using fuel. If nuclear waste isn't safely disposed of, there can be a drastic number of health and environmental issues that arise as a result. This is perhaps the most important detractor from the popularity of nuclear power. Nuclear power is quite costly to manufacture, specifically considering start-up costs. Nuclear reactors are expensive to build. With that in mind, it's not necessarily an option for all countries. Many 2nd and 3rd world countries do not have the economic or material resources to produce nuclear power. The future for nuclear power appears to be a quiet but strong one.
Although there are some areas of the world strongly adverse to nuclear power, the United States continues to expand development. In general, quick growth isn't a possibility, as building costs and time-frames are enormous. Countries like China, India, and Japan are all developing nuclear power, but until it becomes cheaper to construct the reactors, nuclear power won't become as mainstream as its potential would suggest.
Although Malaysia also participating in building the nuclear power, but we only in the research state and cannot developed our own power plant because of the lack of source and information. The person that leads to the theory of the nuclear power, E=mc^2, Elbert Einstein once said that, “ If I knew that my theory will lead to the human catastrophic, I will not reveal the theory to the world” from what he said, it is very obvious that the nuclear power leads more to negative sides effects.

Salam, from my reading in the National Geographic Magazine, which I forget the edition, it is about the study of fossils, Paleontology. In that issue, the sub story was about sudden extinction of the dinosaurs.
One of the common theories of their extinction is the asteroid collision theory. Brought to wide attention in 1980 by Walter Alvarez and colleagues. Some scientists propose that the meteorite caused a long and unnatural drop in Earth's atmospheric temperature, while others claim that it would have instead created an unusual heat wave. Due to the asteroid collision the creature cannot adapt the changing condition of their habitat.
The Deccan Traps could have caused extinction through several mechanisms, including the release of dust and sulphuric aerosols into the air which might have blocked sunlight and thereby reducing photosynthesis in plants. In addition, Deccan Trap volcanism might have resulted in carbon dioxide emissions which would have increased the greenhouse effect when the dust and aerosols cleared from the atmosphere and also contribute to massive global warming.
Although major of the species do not survive from the impact, but scientist claim that there are survivors. Paleontologists Zielinski and Budahn reported the discovery of a single Hadrosour leg bone fossil in the San Juan Basin, New Mexico and described it as evidence of Paleocene dinosaurs. The formation in which the bone was discovered has been dated to the early Paleocene epoch approximately 64.5 million years ago. It would provide evidence that some dinosaur populations may have survived at least a half million years into the Cenozoic Era. Other evidence includes the finding of dinosaur remains in the Hell Creek Formation.
Many scientist had their own theory about the dinosaurs extinction, still there were many unsolved mystery on the extinction.

It was really caught my attention on one of the KOSMO! Saturday edition 18th October, page 3. The title is “Tempe Diubah Jadi Bar Coklat”. Which translated in English,Tempe Turns Chocolate Bar.
It was the brilliant and creative idea form the student of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) which will make something different if their product will be commercial.
According to the team leader Nutri Nine Food Industries, Sew Chang Chew, 22, group that create Choc Tempt, they have seen the potential of Tempe in the market and believe that their product will make a major breakthrough in food industries.
According to her again, their team takes one semester to developed their product starting from the raw stuff until the product complete with the packing.
The event was because of the “Hari Pengenalan Makanan Baru”, on the World Food Day which occur in Faculty of Sciences and Food Technology UPM. There were 10 new product which being developed by the students to be exhibited.
The first place was won by the Beanilicious Sdn. Bhd, with their product, Karatofu, product base on soya bean and black bean.
While Choc Tampt won the second place and the third place won by Sweet Favorite Sdn. Bhd. which their sweeten product were hundred percent based on oat and soya bean.

Malaysia did it again! This time Sierra Leone was beaten by our national football team during the Pestabola Merdeka 40th edition. That was the main highlight on KOSMO! Saturday, 18 November on the sport section.
The game which held in Stadium Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya. Our national football team gain victory against Sierra Leone with the score 4-0 to defend our title for the champion in front of the 3000 fan who came to support our national team . On the first match against Nepal, they also beat them with the same score.
Our national team, under the instruction of B. Sathianathan, start the game with very energetic styles, with the shoot straight through all of every Conner of the field.
Fail to score any goal in the first half, the entering of Mohd. Hardy Jaafar was the right decision, as he makes the opportunity for Indra Putra to score the opening goal in the minute-65 game play.
The first score was trigger the new hope for the new striker Mohd. Safee Sali to add the second goal at minute-70 before the deface player, Aidli Zafuan and his twins, Zakuan Adha score the third and fourth goal at minute-75 and 90.
With this victory, our national squad, already went to the semi final match, after leading the A group with six point result from the two victories.

This novel is about a girl who named was Clare Wingate. One minute she's suffering in the bridesmaid dress from hell, and the next she's walking up beside Sebastian Vaughan, her girlhood crush turned sexy, globe-hopping journalist.

Mostly other student always post a comment about novel,news and spot...But now i want to post a comment about how to prepare chocolate cake...first, we need 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 3 0f 5 cup Hershey's Cocoa, 2 teaspoons baking soda, 2 eggs (1 use large eggs), 1 teaspoon salt, 1cup buttermilk, 1 cup Mazola oil, 1 half teaspoons vanilla extract and 1 cup boiling water.
Then, preheat Oven to 300 degree F (this is not a typo! this is a slow bake chocolate cake!).After that use Crisco Shortening to lightly grease and flour the
9 x 13 in. Baking Dish. (It's a one layer chocolate cake!).Next
place all the ingredients on the left into a mixing bowl and mix at medium or medium high speed until all ingredients are blended and smooth.After mixing process complete,pour into greased and floured baking dish.Then, bake for 1 hr.You can test your cake by sticking with knife. If it comes out clean, it's done! So, enjoy it.

At the first member's high school graduation, the friends promised to keep in touch and get together again after they had all finished college. As we all know frequently happens, friends drift apart. The boys, Scott, Liam, and Austin, kept in touch and occasionally got together to go on trips. The girls, Kristy, Dawn and Claudia, stayed close and got together much more often. Neither group got beyond the thought of getting in touch with the rest of them until one cold afternoon in early November six years after they had parted ways. this story give me more moral value for me.For example, we should appreciate our friendship.

Recently I have read about the most familiar Bollywood actor,Shah Rukh Khan which got "Datuk" title by Melaka government.
In my opinion, Shah Rukh Khan might have made some films in this country but none of them were blockbusters which promote our country overseas.
Strict protocol should be observed by state governments in giving royal awards. The recipients should be individuals who hold high positions in the government or private sectors and are held in high esteem by the public.
Those conferred titles should maintain high standards in their public and privates lives and steer clear of activities which can land them in trouble.

Recently, we just discovered today that one of our Favourite Sweet, the White Rabbit Sweet from China has now been officially banned in Malaysia.
This is because the latest information received from Singapore’s Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA) which found melamine in White Rabbit Creamy Candy.
Therefore, The Ministry’s Food Quality and Safety Department director Noraini Mohd Othman said the widened ban would include ‘White Rabbit Creamy Candy' and flour-based confections like biscuits.
I hope the government still continue to observe all product that possible to be infected by melamine. So it can help the consumer to be careful before buying any product especially food.

Recently everywhere we go, we will hear about melamine clamorously. This time I would like to talk about melamine. Melamine is an organic base and a trimmer of cyanamide, with an Etymology, Toxicity and Syenthesis-triazine skeleton. Like cyanamide, it contains 66% nitrogen by mass and, if mixed with resins, has fire retardant properties due to its release of nitrogen gas when burned or charred, and has several other industrial uses. Melamine is also a metabolite of cyromazine, a pesticide. It is formed in the body of mammals that have ingested cyromazine. It has been reported that cyromazine can also be converted to melamine in plants.
Melamine combines with cyanuric acid to form melamine cyanurate, which has been implicated in the Chinese protein export contaminations. Actually most of the things yr meals have melamine. But we cannot take melamine overdose. The more melamine we out, the big chance we can get sick. Mostly China is the high country in the world that uses high melamine in their products. So, if we found in the market or anywhere that use the product or food that made in China we can complaint it to the Ministry of Health Malaysia or District Health Office in your nearest place.

Alfatihah. Lets us recite the alfatihah for the former guitarist of popular rock outfit Lefthanded, Abdul Samad Mian, popularly known as Samad, died at Ampang Hospital of heart complications at 1.05pm here yesterday. He was 45 and left his wife and four children.
It was today local newspaper, Friday, October 24, 2008, on The News Straits newspaper.
His wife, Norliza Sumari, 41, said Samad fell unconscious at his office at noon and was rushed to hospital by their son, Alif Ashraf Shafiq, 18. "His death came as a shock for our family because he had never been ill before," said Norliza.
Born in Johor Baru on Sept 26, 1963, Samad was known as one of the leading guitarists in the country. His career began after he joined Lefthanded in the early 1980s. During his solo career, Samad released a string of albums, including Guitar Jamming last June.
Samad was also a well-known figure internationally and won the Best Solo Rock Album award at the Anugerah Industri Muzik in 1995. He was also a lecturer at the National Arts Culture and Heritage Academy from 2004.

After I read the star,I have read at Kosmo at 25 oct about replacing the old helicopter Sikorsky S61A-4 Nuri to new helicopter EC725 Cougar made from Eurocopter firm, France. It has been announced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi last month when he replaced the position of Minister of Defense.
Basically I agree with the recommendation proposed by one of the minister whereby the existing nuri air force should be replace with the new one. This is because the existing nuri air force were no longer safe since there are many death upon our army. Besides I think its technology is too old.
Before that, this firm has supplied Ecureuil helicopter for Polis Diraja Malaysia, and then AS550 Fennec helicopter for Tentera Laut Diraja Malaysia. This firm have been co-operate with ATM since 1965 when it supply Alouette III helicopter to TUDM.
This helicopter is too special because it was the first helicopter in the world that used the driving automatic system which make it more easier and comfortable for any driving situation. It also provided with weapons that may be used during the war.

I have read about the products of melamine again today. Nowadays many news about melamine and the products of melamine which are negative or positive of melamine.
In Kuala Lumpur the Health Ministry had never placed vegetables from China on Level 5 of the Food Safety Information System of Malaysia until there was a decrease in supply in the country.
Its food safety and quality division director, Noraini Datuk Mohd Othman, said the ministry had placed all vegetables and fruits from China at Level 4, and there were found it’s free from melamine.
In another development, seven more food products from China and four locally-produced biscuits were found to have passed the melamine level.
They were Variety Flavour Biscuits (Golden Fuji), Strawberry Flavour Round Biscuit (Aji), Potato Cracker (Aji), Farley’s Rusk Orange (Heinz), Farley’s Rusk Original (Heinz), Oatmeal Cracker Coffee Flavour (Haitai) and Mini Cornetto Blueberry & Strawberry Flavour (WALL’s).
The Malaysian products are Rainbow Wafer (HANY), Biskut ABC Chocolate Flavour (Biscuits World), Swiss Roll Perisa Susu (London Biscuits) and Double Choco Choco Coated Cake (MIZU).
Retailers are advised to periodically check the list of products that do not pass the melamine level and contact the district health office and state health department for more information. Consumers are also advised to check the list and avoid buying the tainted products.

I already finished read about the price slashed by next week.
Starting from next week, consumer will have more cash to spare in their pockets according the price tags for fuel pumps will decrease as much as 30%. This will affect the price from hypermarket also.
Mydin Hypermarkets managing director said around 300 to 500 items would be cheaper from Tuesday, with “discounts” of up to 33% in stores. Carrefour director said the chain would lower the prices of between 1,000 and 1,500 items early next month. Tesco and Giant Hypermarket also would cut the prices of vegetables, fruit, seafood and other fresh food, adding that the price cuts would be announced later.
Minister Datuk Sharir Abdul Samad said the fuel price will decrease until 15 sen for petrol and 20 sen for diesel. Below than this rate will affect to the station pump owner.

Recently I have read about the girl was drowns after saving her friend.
A birthday party turned awry when a girl drowned after saving her friend from the pool in George Town.
A Year Five student in Sekolah Kebangsaan Batu Lanchang, Sam Yean Ting was found struggling in the pool of her friend’s apartment in Green Lane at about 8pm on Saturday.
She dead in Lam Wah Ee Hospital because excessive water in her lungs. That girl had just finished her school final exam received her friend’s birthday invitation last week.
Her father dropped her off at her friend’s house at 3pm on Saturday. At about 7p, Sam Yean Ting called her father asking him to only come and pick her up at 9pm because she would like to spend more time with her friends.
However, her father went earlier and waited outside because he was worried about his daughter safety. About 8pm, the birthday boy’s mother called Sam Yean Ting to inform her about the incident.
Yean Ting’s elder sister Karyn Sam Yean Fern, 23, said she was out with her boyfriend at Padang Serai when she received a call from her sister Jennie Sam Yean Nie giving her the bad news. They do not know how to swim. They promised would stay and only played in the baby pool.
George Town OCPD Asst Comm Azam Abd Hamid, who confirmed the incident, said the police are not suspecting any foul play because a witness saw she jumping into the pool on her own will.

her face totally damaged with hole at her face when the dog eat her nose.. What she been through seems like a nightmare-a crazy, almost unimaginable adventure, but thanks to god ,when one dead women donor her face to Isabelle. im thinking, what will happen to Isabelle if the dead-women did not donor face to her? will her through the difficult way with human staring at her face an scream...well,like seing Waris from Kekasihku Seru,maybe..eheks...
ehem...well, im truly thinks that organ-donor by human is illegal in my religion, as a muslim, i believe that all parts of my body is belong to ALLAH, and all at my body, including organ is belong to HIM. but after my reading and feel sympathy to the story, im doing a little research about organ-donor and i finally found that organ-donor is not prohibited in Islam. So, im thinking that organ donor can saves lives and saves someone future.. =)

Today i have read an article at www.ppak.kelantan.edu.my about Nik Aziz bin Nik Mat,so i want to share my opinion here according to this article.
some of you might think that i wll talk abput politic and against the goverment but sorry to say that, i will not talk about it.
As we know,Nik Aziz is the 5th chief Minister of Kelantan for many years,and until now, no one can defeat him.
in my opinion,Nik Aziz was a good leader and one of the malaysian ulama' who defend islam as Ad-Deen in this country.He was calm person,patient and low profile.When i was 17,my friends and i went to nik Aziz's house,suprisely we saw that his house not big and only wood house.its shows that he lives in moderate life eventhough he has a lot of money.Every friday,he becomes an imam at Masjid Besar Kubang Kerian to lead friday prayer an before that,in friday morning he make a religious class for everyone who interested to join it.So,to meet him,we dont have to make an any appoitment.
in conclusion, i want to say that,he can be our role model to achieve successful in here and world after..

a few minute ago,i have read a poem.A very nice and poem from uknown author and this poem about A father's love from homepages.tesco.net.Firstly when i read this poem,i think abaout my father..hmm..is he was fine at home?did he miss me?what he was doing now..I miss him a lot!! i cant wait to go home and hug him,then say that i love him soo much before its too late...
Now, we turn back to the poem that i have read,this poem discover about the way our father show their love to us.Father did not say he loves us everyday but he show it through it behaviour and act.He bought us delicious food,clothes,and toy to make us happy everyday.
Father has a strong helping hand that make him works hard everyday to give us a comfortable life and give us a good education.He just want us to be a successfull person in future eventhough he has to sacrified his life.He speaks his loves unselfishly by giving all he can,to make some secret dream come true,

today i have read a story chicken soup for the soul,an inspirational short story from the internet.Here are so many short story about life,..like parent's love,love story,friendship,sad story and so on.
I have read about untold love story..it was true story from rurl turkey and the writter is Yagmur.This story is about a muslim young couple who defy Allah and their religion.It happened to Yagmur's sister while yagmur still a kid at that time.Her sister was fall in love with guy who is already married and her father did not allowed them to get married but her sister was rebellious.She still meet the man everyday and night...Their relationship went so far untill she got a pregnant.Her father was very angry.All the villager want the execution to be done.
Yagmur's sister was dug into the ground.She twitched with pain as the stones hit her tender body and smashed her head. Blood gushed out from her face, cheeks, mouth, nose and eyes. After that she died.
We can take this story as a food thought,nowadays so many young couples did not care about their limit while they were toghether.Some of them have a baby witout married..what will happened if the execution which is happened to Yagmur's sister was be done in Malaysia?im really sure that nobody will do that especially muslim..Islam did not e obstruct us to fall in love,it is our normal feeling but we have to be moderate and avoid the things that can bring us to the wickedness.You can love other person but you have to love yourself first..Im not a perfect person also..sometimes i did mistake but as a human we have to remind each other...thats all from me..thank you.. As I read from Metallica fansite, this band has release it latest studio album, called Death Magnetic.
There got three versions available at market, which is Malaysian Edition CD which is going for RM29.90, the Standard Edition CD + T-shirt which is going for RM57.90 and lastly the Digipak version which is going for RM54.90.
The Standard Edition that comes with t-shirt is very limited. As I know that mostly the CD shop in each state got only 2-3 pair of this t-shirt from the distributor. The t-shirt is black in color and features the Metallica logo on the front with the words Death Magnetic below it. On the back of the neck, there’s the Death Magnetic logo.

So, it can’t be bought at stores anywhere. The contents of the coffin box includes the actual album, extra disc with demos, DVD of the making off, an exclusive T-shirt, guitar picks, a flag and a fold-out poster. Plus, the box will come with a “collectors credit card” embossed with a code that can be use to download stuff from the band.
Oh forgot to say that the entire package is housed in a box that’s shaped like a coffin. And one more thing this edition will cost approximately RM450 to reach Malaysia, including the shipping cost. :-)

good news everyone...
This night i have read about home theatre. Did you know about home theatre also called home cinema, so i will explain about it. Home theatre is a room that have many set of movie devices, such as television, speaker, and DVD player. For basic home theatre could be a DVD player, common TV, and 2.1 speaker (left and right speaker and 1 subwoofer). But, nowadays most home in this world have expensive home theatre which include High-Definition video format such as Blu-ray, High-Definition Television with a "cinema-style" 16×9 format or may be plasma television, and surrounding speaker either 5.1 or 7.2 speaker (5 speaker 1 subwoofer or 7 speaker 2 subwoofer). So when you already have home theatre at home, you will have experience watching movie like real or like watching movie at cinema. For me, i should have home theatre at my home because i like watching movie at cinema. With home theatre at home, i can save my money watching movie without go to cinema and also can watch movie with my beloved family......

What is CPR???
The letters in CPR stand for cardiopulmonary resuscitation, a combination of rescue breathing (mouth-to-mouth resuscitation) and chest compressions. If a child isn't breathing or circulating blood adequately, CPR can restore circulation of oxygen-rich blood to the brain. Without oxygen, permanent brain damage or death can occur in less than 8 minutes.

erm,these few days..i heard many people got problem with their laptop..
my friend format her laptop twice in a week..pity her..
so i search some tips on how to take care of the laptop..
1.Keep liquids away from your laptop. As tempting as it might be to drink coffee, soda or any other liquid near your laptop, accidents can happen all too easily. Spilled liquids may damage the internal components or cause electrical injury to the laptop. Short circuits can corrupt data or even permanently destroy parts. The solution is very simple: Keep your drinks away from your computer. Even if you're careful, someone else might bump into your desk or you.
2.Keep food away from your laptop. Don't eat over your laptop. The crumbs can go down between the keys in the keyboard and provide an invitation to small bugs. The crumbs can also irritate the circuitry. Worse, it makes the laptop look dirty if there are crumbs and food stains on it.
3.Always have clean hands when using your laptop. Clean hands make it easier to use your laptop touchpad and there will be less risk of leaving dirt and other stains on the computer. In addition, if you clean your hands before use, you will help reduce wear and tear on the coating of the laptop caused by contact with sweat and small particles that can act upon the laptop's exterior underneath your wrists and fingers.
4.Protect the LCD display monitor. When you shut your laptop, make sure there are no small items, such as a pencil or small ear-phones, on the keyboard. These can damage the display screen when shut; the screen will scratch if the item is rough. Close the lid gently and holding from the middle. Closing the lid using only one side causes pressure on that hinge, and over time can cause it to bend and snap.
5.Hold and lift the computer by its base, not by its LCD display (the screen). If you lift it by the screen part alone, you could damage the display or the hinges attaching it to the base. The display is also easily scratched or damaged by direct pressure – avoid placing pressure on it.
6.Don't pull on the power cord. Tugging your power cord out from the power socket rather than putting your hand directly on the plug in the socket and pulling can break off the plug or damage the power socket. Also, if you have the power point near your feet, avoid constantly bumping into the plug or you could loosen it and eventually break it.
7.Don't roll your chair over the computer cord. Stick the cord onto your desk with tape or a special computer cord tie which can be easily undone when you've finished using the laptop. Always try to keep most of the cord away from the floor or your legs; sometimes you can be so engrossed in what you're doing that you move your legs and forget the cord is there.
8.Insert drives into their slots carefully and at the correct angle. Pushing the wrong drive into a socket, or at an angle, or even upside down can jam it.
9.Check to see if labels are affixed securely before inserting media into your laptop computer. Media such as CDs, DVDs or floppy disks should not have any loose label parts that might jam inside the laptop drive. Never insert undersized CDs, as these can damage the disk player permanently.

I have read about The Sony PlayStation 3 (PS3) at the News Straits Times 26 October. Sony Computer Entertainment has launched this PS3 in Malaysia at 20 September.

I would like share with you all about topic pollution.
Pollution is contaminants an environment that cause instability, disorder, or harm to the physical systems or living organisms. Pollution can be the wasteful of chemical substances, or energy, such as noise, heat, or light energy. Pollutants, the elements of pollution, can be foreign substances or energies, or naturally occurring; when naturally occurring, they are considered contaminants when they exceed natural levels.
Pollution control is a term used in environmental management. It means the control of emissions and effluents into air, water or soil. Without pollution control, the waste products from heating, agriculture, manufacturing, transportation and other human activities will destroy the environment surrounding us. In the level of controls, pollution prevention and waste minimization are more efficient than pollution control.
For my opinion, the government must increase the campaigns to motivate the Malaysia community, so the next generation will be more appreciate the environtment.

Last week I have read and article about The Legend Of Osiris And Isis
in wikipedia.
From my reading, The Legend of Osiris and Isis become one of the most powerful legend in Egyptian methodology during the new kingdom.
The legend tells about the death of Osiris and the birth of Horus (Osiris’s son). Osiris is the husband of Isis. Osiris was the great pharaoh and also known as the god of the land of the dead and before that he was the god of nature. He was loved by his people and his wife, Isis but heated by Set , the god of the underworld which is also as his brother.
Set was jealous of his brother so he killed him and cut him into13 pieces and scattered them along the shores of the Nile and left crocodiles to finish the job.
Isis feel so sad and some Egyptian believe that rain is Isis' tear searched far and wide for Osiris body and when she found twelve, she stuck the pieces together and wrapped him with linen. Osiris had become the first Egypt's mummy.
Then Isis asked Anubis, the death god to bring him back to life but Osiris couldn't come back to earth like a human again. He instead become god of the dead and Set was defeated by Horus, Osiris' son.

The book of the dead was a description of the ancient Egyptian conception of the afterlife and a collection of hymns, spells, and instructions to allow the deceased to pass through obstacles in the afterlife.
The book of the dead was most commonly written on a papyrus scroll and placed in the coffin or burial chamber of the deceased and also contain lots of spell that always use in ancient Egyptian ritual.

Few weeks ago, our local newspaper report that Shah Rukh Khan will be entitle as Dato Shah Rukh Khan. In spite of that, many local artists and NGO’s had given negative responses toward Dato’s Title to Shah Rukh Khan well-famous Bollywood artists.
However, in his blog-Tun Dr Mahahir give opposite response. That it is alright to do so and Shah Rukh Khan is deserved to get Dato Title as Our appreciation toward Malaysia Tourism Advertisement in his film by making his film in Malaysia. It sounds impolite to give Dato to foreigners but in this case, I think Tun’s opinion will be acceptable.

Do we have strong government now? Why we need strong government of Malaysia? Politically, yes we do need strong government to ensure our multiracial society live in peace, harmony and happy after. We had seen few racial riots such as 13 Mei, HINDRAF and events that involve apologizing by Leader of Malaysia towards Chinese Society as response to statement made by UMNO Division Bukit Bendera, Pulau Penang Leader-Datuk Ahmad Ismail.
In his blog, Tun had identified two major advantages of having strong government. First, to maintain peaceful and stability in our country in term of multiracial society live. Second, to creates new economic opportunity and thus adding job vacancies amongst Malaysian.
What will happen if we got weak government? Pressure amongst race will be raise, racial NGO will raise their issues on social contract to demolish Bumiputra’s Rights and thus create unbalance stress amongst races in Malaysia.
Hence, any effort to create unease amongst multiracial must be stopped and avoided from happen. Remember as doctor said, prevention is better than cure. Happy Deepavali.

According to KT, the debate will be an indicator and people of UMNO can evaluate their candidate for UMNO Youth Post.

Under Kyoto, industrialized countries agreed to reduce their collective GHG emissions by 5.2% compared to the year 1990. National limitations range from 8% reductions for the European Union and some others to 7% for the United States, 6% for Japan, 0% for Russia, China, and India. The treaty permitted GHG emission increases of 8% for Australia and 10% for Iceland.
Despite of struggling effort from United Nation, The World Police- USA yet not rectify the Kyoto Protocol. USA had ignored the need of Kyoto Protocol. That means, USA is free from Kyoto Protocol to free up greenhouse gas reduction. Commitment from industrial countries is needed to ensure the effects of global warming will not trigger human safety.

I read this article at news.yahoo.com. This incident happens in Sydney, Australia where a dog was hailed as a hero after risked it's life to save newborn kittens from house fire.
The dog named Leo has broke into the fire and save the kittens despite thick smoke.The fire fighters who found Leo said that Leo would not leave the kittens and it nearly cost him his life.

Its very hard to find a real friend-that true friendship continues to grow, even over the longest distance. Same goes for true love.

Unfortunately we care about what other people would think too much thus we kept our secret hidden in the deepest and secluded area in our heart, increasing it's burden capacity. for me i prefer being given the painstakenly truth rather than being lied to. i don't think there's anybody in this world like being lied to n i'm definately one of them..it's romantic u know that the hero in this novel finally the one who revealed Emma's secrets to the world n teach her that there's nothing wrong to let people know the truth about herself no matter how bad it is..it'll make you more comfortable confronting the world without any burden in your heart..

I'm start thinking about the important of take care of my teeth when I'm in standard 6. Before this, i like to eat sweets, chocolate, cakes or etc without concerned about my teeth healthy. Do you know, how many teeth of an adult person?

There are 4 different types of human teeth which are incisors or cutting teeth, premolars or biscupid teeth, canine teeth and molars or molar teeth. all the types have their own function. However, there is one types of teeth that not been catagorised as main types which is wisdom teeth. Wisdom teeth are the last molars (one at every side of every jaw) and not a different type of teeth. The wisdom teeth erupt between the ages of 17 and 21. Wisdom teeth need special care. Sometimes they don't erupt properly and they often cause dental problems because of the difficulty to clean them. So, take care of your teeth, hopefully you're not wearing the fake teeth if you're ages!

A hurricane is the name for a tropical storm that forms in the Atlantic Ocean, the Northeast Pacific Ocean east of the international dateline, or the South Pacific Ocean east of 160 degrees longitude. Depending on the conditions in the areas affected by the storm, hurricanes can produce violent winds, large tidal waves, torrential rains, flooding and mudslides. What you think about teenagers ? There are many social problems that teenagers go threw. Nowadays teen social issues is like normally because everyday we read, listen and see that issues. Today i read about statistics of teenage pregnancy. From here an average increasing teen pregnancy are 4% per year from 1980 to 1992. From 1992 to 1998, the pregnancy rate among girls aged 14 to 17 remained stable between 19 and 20 per thousand girls and then declined during the following five years to stabilize at 16,6 per thousand girls in 2003.
For this problem we don't know who guilty ? parents or themselves ?
For my opinion we can't blame 100% to parents because it about how they can protect themselves. But for another thing that are blame to parents. Like example for a rich family they are so busy with own business and never know about there child and give 100% free to the child.
I think that's all from me because if i want talk more you so tired to check my comment hehe..
I almost forgot to mention my favourite part of the book: the 'Glossary / From Lipstick to Skyscraper'. Some of the words and expressions relate to urbanization all over the world (archi-scrabble, anyone?). Some are peculiar to China: Chinese immobility, Chinese Moderni$m, Chengdu 1.5, dormitory extrusion, floating village, panda-hugger, Shanghai fever, chiburb, etc.More importantly, the books holds a mirror to our 'Western societies". We've arrived at a crossroad where we are forced to stop and look with horror at the shortcomings of the capitalist model, a model that China is embracing fast, steady and avidly. The more i read about China's frenzy and excesses the more i was remembered of ours. Of course there are many differences: we know of the 'American dream' but how much exactly do we know of the 'Chinese dream'? We might have often read that one of the main goals of China is to create a broad middle class which will, of course, form the least saturated market we can dream of, but are we sure that the Chinese will blindly follow the same models of capitalism as we do? For example will they be willing to embrace our 'credit-addiction' and other eco-suicidal habits?

hye there,“Positioning, the battle for your mind”, a must-read by Al Ries & Jack Trout..Too often do high-tech people focus on the technology only, rather on the customer experience.
Al Ries and Jack Trout, and Philip Kotler who writes a foreword, explain in “Positioning, the battle for your mind” how marketing in general, and branding in particular, helps you build a position in your prospect´s mind.
I enjoyed a lot reading the book. The lessons I will remember are the following:
- position well, wisely. Make sure you target a corner of the prospect´s mind that´s still virgin;
- think outward (ie from the customer´s viewpoint), always look for a niche to occupy before the competition, and give the customer what (s)he wants to listen about my company;
- the message you convey should be your actual strategy; keep your message as long as possible to achieve your strategic goals: don´t change your mind or the customer will change his/hers as well.

shattered Dreams Irene Spencer's memoir, subtitled My Life as a Polygamist's Wife.
i want to share a book who talk about polygamist. Irene's story is interesting for the most part. Raised in a fundamentalism polygamous Mormon community, Irene vacillated between her love for an outsider and her firm conviction that God commanded her to live in a plural marriage. Although her mother, who had left her plural marriage, tried to convince her otherwise, Irene ends up becoming the second wife of her brother-in-law, Verlan LeBaron. Life with Verlan and his wife (her half-sister) Charlotte is tough from the beginning.Verlan appears to be an egomaniacal jerk from a crazy family. In the first year of marriage, the threesome moves to Mexico to live in total poverty, and Irene's first baby dies. In the next 28 years, Verlan takes seven more wives and fathers a total of 56 children, 13 of whom belong to Irene.
I am wondered how, if indeed Verlan and his wives lived in such total poverty, how Verlan was always buying new houses, flying on airplanes, and even taking Irene to Europe...
For me, it is not a prohibit to marry more than one wife, but make sure that you give all your wives the same love and prosperity. good luck to man/boy in my class who dreams want to have more than one wives.. =)

This article are very interesting to read.. Too many steps that you can get in this article if suddenly you fall in love with your best friend..But for me it's difficult to fall in love with our best friend. Since you already know each other for along time,you should know that fall in love with your best friend have pro and contra effect..Before you decide to tell your best friend about your feelings, better you make a full experiment about that...Hehehehehe...Fall in love with your best friend is more difficult than just be a best friend...

ok..this time i want to comment a book Find Your Inner Ugly Betty by Tanner Stransky.
Being a young professional myself, this book has a lot of relevant and helpful advice that I will certainly put to good use. While some of the tips seemed obvious, the majority of them are contemporary, carefully considered and creative. I especially enjoyed the chapters on embracing your individual style and the importance of knowing the people who really make things happen (such as the office manager and receptionist). What I really like about Stransky’s approach is how clearly each lesson is outlined and explained. Each chapter is very succinct and includes a quick list summarizing the key points at the end. Of course, the pop culture references included add an entertainment aspect to the book in addition to its educational value.

Nasi lemak is a dish sold in Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore and Southern Thailand. In Kuala Lumpur, it is called the national dish of Malaysia. The version sold in the east coast of Malaysia, Terengganu and Kelantan is called Nasi Dagang although both dishes can usually be found sold side by side for breakfast. There is a similar dish in Indonesia called nasi uduk.
