Assalamualaikum and good evening...
YouTube. A high rating website that is viewed but thousands people a day. This website allowed users to upload their videos and share them with the world.
User can share their talents such as playing the instruments, drawing and also marshal arts.
YouTube has been blocked for several countries including Tunisia, Thailand Turkey and Pakistan. United Arab Emirates banned few pages in YouTube. The main critic that this website has to face is the law of copyright. Users love to upload the videos that have been copied from the TV shows, drama and movies, so, they want to be a top up-loader as lots of people will rate their videos and also they want to be a 'wanted up loader' and be famous in YouTube website.
There is no doubt that this website manage to bring someone to the front to show and polish their talents and show them to the world. Yes. But, this website also will be viewed by all people including the teenagers and children. Of course not only the `mere' videos will be uploaded by the up loaders. They also intended to upload the videos that contain pornography, nudity, defamation, harassment and material encouraging criminal conduct. The uploaded of these kinds of videos are prohibited but how they want to manage millions of video in one time? For you information, YouTube had 83.4 million video and 3.75 million users in April 2008 and I think that it is impossible to the people that conduct YouTube to banned some videos that have been uploaded.
Back to the uploaded drama. Users can view the drama online and download them via the software that can be downloaded from the internet. Some people said that why they have to buy the VCD as they can watch their desired movie or drama by free? This phenomenon can disrupt the movie or drama industry and can be the virus in the society.
Actually, this website can give us the information about news, story and be a medium to share something with the world. But in the same time, this website also gives us the negative impacts if we use it in a wrong way. Think about it and surf it wisely.

Assalamualaikum everyone!!!

when we talk about fantasy, what do you think in your mind?
Is it fairy, magical world, magic stick, unicorn or any other things??

As what I remembered, we are disposed to these kind of fantasy since our childhood time.
Begins with stories like Snow White, Cinderella until now we have The Lord of The Rings, Harry Potter, The Chronicles of Narnia and many other stories.

However, from my opinion I think we should be very carefully in choosing the right fantasy stories. We must take the moral values inside the stories but at the same time we shouldn't be very fanatic to any of them.

At our age, I believe that we are very sure on what we do including to choose this fantasy story. My advice is to take a bit more care about the child or in another word, help them choose the right story.

Hopefully, all of you can learn something about it.
That's for now!!!

Hi everyone.....

Today i want to share about the bermuda triangle...

The Bermuda Triangle, also called the Devil's Triangle, is an imaginary area that can be roughly outlined on a map by connecting Miami, Florida; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and the Bahamas, an island chain off the coast of the United States. Within that triangular area of the Atlantic Ocean have occurred a number of unexplained disappearances of boats and planes. Furthermore, readings on directional devices do not operate normally inside the triangle.

The term "Bermuda Triangle" was first used in an article written by Vincent H. Gaddis for Argosy magazine in 1964. He claimed that several ships and planes had disappeared without explanation in that area. The article was expanded and included in his book, Invisible Horizons: True Mysteries of the Sea (1965), where he described nine mysterious incidents and provided extensive detail. Many newspapers carried a story in December of 1967 about strange incidents in the Bermuda Triangle after a National Geographic Society news release brought attention to Gaddis's book. The Bermuda Triangle marked the height of the disaster area legend, but some of its sensationalized claims were quickly proved inaccurate.
I really admire about the bermuda triangle's technology...

Today i want to talk about the computer virus..I hope everyone know about the computer virus, but you realize that Some viruses can erase all the information from the place where it's stored on the computer's hard disk. But each virus is different. Some display strange messages on your computer screen; others make small changes in your computer programs.

Where do these viruses come from? They certainly don't float around in the air like some human viruses. Instead, like any other computer program, a human must create them.

Why do people create them? It's hard to say. Some people create these programs out of meanness to get even. While others create them just as a challenge.

Commercial and shareware programs have been created with the sole purpose of detecting and fixing suspect programs that might be viruses infected. These detection might help you to avoid computer virus.

so,I hope that we take precaution to avoid computer virus.

That all for now..

Today I want to share to everyone about the preparation to your study..this is a few step..

Be sure you know what is to be tested.
Ask questions of the lecture if there are any doubts. Once you know what will be covered on the test or quiz, then you can more successfully direct your studying efforts accordingly.

Organize your study aids.
Include class notes, past quizzes, handouts, and notes from chapter and outside reading assignments. Usually, it is useful to organize all study.

Start at least two weeks before the test to read through all of your notes. Try to obtain "the big picture," how all the material is going to come together, how major topics relate to one another, and how important each topic is to the lecture.
Look for clues that were given in class.
"This is a very important point".
"Put a big star by this".

Quiz yourself often.
If your answer feels shaky, then your understanding of the material is probably weak.

In practicing essay questions, check to see whether you left out major points?
Are all statements clearly understood?
Continue this process during the course of the next two weeks or longer.

I hope not to late to do something to yourself about your study.
No one perfect. But we must try..try and try...
Never give up..
And then you can success..
All the best!!!

I was reading about something and was thinking about how people say Islam being the world order and stuff, and what strikes me as interesting is just that; how people say it out loud, not do it in practice.

It is simple, work for what one believed in, and God willing, one will reap what one sows but when people say Islam will certainly come on top someday, do they really walk their talk?

I mean, we all know that that will inevitably happen, but what do we do?This is especially true for students, who has the most free time of all adults.Don't be so conceited and arrogant by saying that I have no time, I need to concentrate on my studies; these are, quite frankly, selfish and rather immature.

If you want to talk like that, fair enough, but please list down how many hours you waste on the internet doing stuff that doesn't really matter to the world, watching on youtube things that doesn't add anything to your knowledge, talking to friends about the latest trends and fashions, talking about gossips of this artist and that.

If you still don't want to care, then fine but don't give the excuse of not having enough time to do your part in society if you are doing things like that and don't study, it makes one looks rather weak.

And stop saying things like I don't care about politics, or I don't want to get involved in society because I'm bad at communicating with people; fact is, very few people are good with people. In fact, if you're bad at it, then it is precisely why you should do it.

It is funny that we say we study hard in the university for the sake of ALLAH and that we will contribute to His cause when we work, when in reality we sit in our own corner, doing enough to satisfy our whims, and do the bare minimum for Islam.

Funny, isn't it? When students say 'I want to be an Islamic doctor,' or 'I want to be an Islamic engineer,' when all they do is read books, pass exams, get a job, get a spouse, buy a big house, produce some kids, and die.Let's think together...

Hi everyone!!

Welcome back to UMP and Happy Eid Mubarak.

Today I want to share about an interesting article about Eating for a Better Mood
Researchers who study the food-mood connection have found that certain vitamins and other compound in food can change brain chemistry. Studies shown that omega-3 fatty acids may be effective at combating depression. The best food sources are fatty fish such as wild salmon, sardines and herring.
Another food that you may take is sunflowers seeds, soybeans, beets and oranges that rich in folic acid. Multivitamins typically 400 micrograms of folic acid, which is generally thought to be enough to keep your body sufficiently stoked. Moreover, vitamin D is also important for our body in reducing the risk of osteoporosis, various caner and autoimmune diseases. A carbohydrate overhaul is another ways to help the blues. Cut back on sugar and other refined carbs. Sugar and carb will leads to short-lived, blod sugar high, followed by a tumble that may leave you irritable, tired and shaky. Lastly, when you eat has as a much of an impact on your mood as what you eat. If routinely go for long stretches between meals, rethink your schedule and plan ahead accordingly.

Assalammualaikum,

Today,I want to share to everyone about the food allergy..

The food allergy is the reaction triggered by the immune system. The number of the people who have a food allergy is growing.
This is little consolation if you've had a bad experience with a particular food and fear a recurrence.
If you have a reaction to a particular food, tell your doctor about it. Tests can help diagnose a food allergy so that you can take steps to avoid a repeat problem.

And now,I want to talk about how to prevent to get the worse food allergy.
The best way to prevent an allergic reaction is to know and avoid foods that cause signs and symptoms.
If you know you have a food allergy, follow these steps:
1.Know what you're eating and drinking. Be sure to read food labels carefully.
2.If you have already had a severe reaction, wear a medical alert bracelet or necklace that lets others know that you have a food allergy in case you have a reaction and you're unable to communicate.
3.Talk with your doctor about carrying emergency epinephrine (adrenaline).
4.If you have asthma, be sure to ask if sulfites have been added to foods when dining in restaurants. When shopping for foods, check labels for the terms "sodium bisulfite," "potassium bisulfite," "sodium sulfite," "sulfur dioxide" and "potassium metabisulfite."

Hope that we can take note about this food allergy.

Hi everyone…

Today I had read about “ Babies Know Happy From Sad Song”. Weird right? That what recently research comes out about.

Babies as young as 5 months can differentiate an upbeat tune, such as "Ode to Joy" from Beethoven's Ninth Symphony, from a lineup of gloomy tunes.

Researchers displayed an emotionally-neutral face for the baby while sad music played. When the baby looked away from the face, the music stopped and a new sad song would start. When the happier "Ode to Joy" played, the babies stared at the face three to four seconds longer, suggesting they were interested in the shift. By 9 months old, babies can do the opposite, picking out the sorrowful sound of Beethoven's Seventh Symphony from a pack of happy pieces.

The finding is another example of how babies make sense of the world long before they can talk, said Brigham Young University psychology professor . This proves that for babies, first thing they understand is emotion, so for them the melody is message. Their study also showed that by nine months, babies are classify songs as happy or sad the same way that adults do.

So what makes a happy song? There are technical differences between the happy and sad songs the babies heard. The happy songs were all in major keys with fairly short phrases or motives that repeated and the tempo and melodic rhythms were faster than any of the sad selections, and the melodies had a general upwarddirection. Four of the sad songs were in minor keys and all had a slower beat and long melodic rhythms. For an infant to notice those differences is fascinating.
So this is how babies know happy from a sad song.

I found this article in :

http://news.yahoo.com/s/livescience/20081009/sc_livescience/babiesknowhappyfromsadsongs;_ylt=AtB1p09KF_k8hshJQas6Y1MPLBIF

So, check it out, ok.

I just want to share about want I feel now, there are people out there who just use religion as their easy way out, remember the movie "Kingdom Of Heaven"? The Christians in the movie keep on saying "God wants/wills it" to justify their intention kill the Muslims, a part of that, honor killing in Pakistan, killing innocent lives while chanting the takbir does not justify your act, Allah has mentioned that "do not let your hatred of a people prevent you from being just"(Al-Quran, 5:8), another thing that I would like to point out here is the differences between form and substance, people keep on saying that we need to have "Islamic" this and that, it's not that I against any of this move, but what we should emphasize at the first place is the substance or value of Islam, Islam is just too beautiful for the believers, in order for us to really understanding how beautiful Islam is to us, we should ask ourselves how strong is our faith, why do we pray 5 times a day? Is it just our daily routine? What is our purpose of life? Looking back at the history when Al-Quran being revealed to our beloved Prophet Muhammad the earlier years keep on emphasizing on to strengthen our faith, in other words, if we are strong in our faith, insyaallah we will be well attached to the Islamic values, it's all about our faith.. The substance of being a Muslim...

Hi everyone!!

Today I want to share something about gothic Lolita. Gothic Lolita or "GothLoli" (ゴスロリ, gosurori; sometimes alternatively "Loli-Goth") is a youth fashion among Japanese teenagers and young women. It emphasizes Victorian-style girl's clothing and often aims to imitate the look of Victorian porcelain dolls. This trend started around 1997-98 and now it became a well-established genre available in various boutiques and some major department store. This trends also being follow by Malaysia youth now days. There is even a completion that people had to wear Gothic Lolita style.

Gothic Lolita is usually combination of balck and white, often with white lace and typically decorated with ribbons and lace trims.Skirts are knee length and may have a crinoline or petticoat to add volume. Over-knee socks, black fishnet stockings and white or black are also common. Shoes or boots with high heels will complete the look.

Makeup is used sparingly and is seen more often with EGL styles than with other gothloli styles. Black eyeliner is typical. A pale complexion is preferred, so white foundation might be used. Red or black lipstick is seen but lighter makeup is the rule.

Gothic Lolita was influenced and popularized by the imagery of more feminine Visual Kei (or "visual rock") bands. Visual Kei is a Japanese form of rock music defined by bands featuring performers in elaborate costumes but whose musical style varies. Mana, the cross dressing former leader and guitarist of the Visual Kei band Malice Mizer is widely credited for having helped popularize Gothic Lolita. He coined the terms "Elegant Gothic Lolita" (EGL) and "Elegant Gothic Aristocrat" (EGA) to describe the style of his own fashion label Moi-même-Moitié, which was founded in 1999 and quickly established itself as one of the most coveted brands of the Gothic Lolita scene.
"Gothloli" as a fashion is not as strongly associated with a particular style of music or outside interests as goth, and individual followers of Gothloli fashion may listen to a wide variety of music including regular Japanese pop.

Due to the popularity of this cute style with many fans of Japanese animation and comics, characters dressed in the "Gothloli" style may be found in numerous anime and manga. Some of the most prominent are Paradise Kiss, Le Portrait de Petit Cossette, Rozen Maiden, Tsukuyomi - Moon Phase, Othello, Chobits, xxxHOLiC, and Pitaten

Today, I like to share about the power of mind. It is unlimited in potential to create something you desire. For students, of course they want to achieve their goals in studies and become the best student.

Actually, whatever your mind can imagine it can create. This means the mind can create wonderful things if you know how to use it and how to send the right messages to your subconscious. However, most people don't know how to do this.

A research that was carried out stated that doctors believe that 75% of all sickness and disease start in the mind. This means that 75% of people who are sick today are only sick because they did not know how to use their minds.

Scientists said that human only use 10% of mind. Therefore, can you imagine how far human can go if they use more than this 10% of mind?

Human are lucky because of this gift...the gift from The Almighty God. This is the only thing that make human speial than any creatures. So, use it for a good purpose and take care of it as good as you can...

Hopefully, you can learn something from this...

hye everyone..
now i want to tell you something about how to make healthy fast food..
this recipe i got from new straits times again..ehee
this food call sauted chicken..

INGREDIENTS
l 2 pieces chicken breasts, cut into large cubes
l 1-2 red chillies, roughly sliced
l 3-4 garlic pips, peeled and halved
l 3-4 shallots, peeled and halved
l 3-4 tbsp oyster sauce and light soya sauce
l basil leaves
l 1 tsp starch
l 1 tbsp soya bean paste
l 4-5 tbsp cooking oil
l a few drops of sesame oil

Boil or stir-fry the chicken pieces separately to seal in its juices.
Then, in a hot wok, heat up the cooking oil and saute the onions, garlic and chillies. Once fragrant, add in the pre-cooked chicken pieces.

Tip: You can replace chillies with red capsicum for colour.
Stir well on high fire.

Tip: At this point, you can add in Chinese straw mushrooms or black mushrooms (pre-soaked in water to soften them up).
After putting in the sauces and the soya paste, add corn starch to thicken it. Then throw in the basil leaves (optional).

Tip: You can omit the oyster sauce or even the soya paste and replace them with some chicken stock and ginger pieces instead.
You can also saute the ginger pieces along with the onions and garlic. Be adventurous and replace the omitted ingredients with black bean paste..
thats all for this..
see you later!

Hi everyone!!

Owh God!!

It's a really hot day nowadays..
It make me got fever and easily got headache..

Aren't you all agree with me?

It's all about global warming..

Global warming is the increase in the average measured temperature of the Earth's near-surface air and oceans since the mid-20th century, and its projected continuation.

Increasing global temperature is expected to cause sea levels to rise, an increase in the intensity of extreme weather events, and significant changes to the amount and pattern of precipitation, likely leading to an expanse of tropical areas and increased pace of desertification.

Other expected effects of global warming include changes in agricultural yields, modifications of trade routes, glacier retreat, mass species extinctions and increases in the ranges of disease vectors.

Remaining scientific uncertainties include the amount of warming expected in the future, and how warming and related changes will vary from region to region around the globe.

Most national governments have signed and ratified the Kyoto Protocol aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, but there is ongoing political and public debate worldwide regarding what, if any, action should be taken to reduce or reverse future warming.

Will we do something to overcome this problem?

Let us do something to make sure our generation can live better..

Only keep one word in your mind..

Always love green;)

Lets talk about talent..

I'm sure everone have their own talent..

For me, I have join choir since I am in form2 at secondary school and I really interested in it..

I really love to see and hear Miss Marziah said..violinnnn..hehe..just make me remember about sweet moment joining choir club..

A choir, chorale, or chorus is a musical ensemble of singers. Choral Music, in turn, is the music written specifically for a choir to perform.

Choirs are often led by a conductor or choirmaster. Most often choirs consist of four sections intended to sing in four part harmony, but there is no limit to the number of possible parts as long as there is a singer available to sing the part.

Before this, my friends and I are really important to bring saprano part and make the song sounds perfectly..hehe..

So, I hope all of you also will expose your own talent..

Ok then, see you again..soon..=)

Nasi lemak!Nasi lemak!!

hehe..

Hi everyone!!

I'm just eating nasi lemak right now..but before that, I would like to share with you about this special food..

Very delicious..nyum2..

When we eat, do we think where it come from, the process to make it and how to serve it?Don't you?

Here, let we share something..

With roots in Malay culture, its name is a Malay word that literally means 'rice in cream'.

The name is derived from the cooking process whereby rice is soaked in coconut cream and then the mixture steamed.

Sometimes knotted screwpine (pandan) leaves are thrown into the rice while steaming to give it more fragrance.

Traditionally, this comes as a platter with cucumber slices, small dried anchovies (ikan bilis), roasted peanuts, stir fried water convolvulus (kangkong), hard boiled egg, pickled vegetables (achar) and hot spicy sauce (sambal).

Nasi lemak can also come with any other accompaniments such as chicken, cuttlefish, cockle, beef curry (beef stewed in coconut milk and spices) or paru (beef lungs). Traditionally most of these accompaniments are spicy in nature.

Nasi Lemak is widely eaten in Malaysia, even as a dish served in Malaysian schools including ump..haha..

Nasi lemak is a breakfast dish, sold early in the morning at roadside stalls in Malaysia, where it is often sold packed in newspaper, brown paper or banana leaf..

However, there are restaurants which serve it on a plate as noon or evening meals, making it possible for the dish to be treated as a delicacy. The best example is ump..cafeteria only serve it in the evening..

However, it still very delicious..
hehe..

I want to continue eat this special nasi lemak..hehe..

So, see you soon..

I'm stress!!!

Argh!!

I have search about Last-Minute Study Tips..

Must read!!

Last-Minute Study Tips

No matter what exam you're taking, there are certain things you can do in the days before to ensure a successful experience. It makes sense to review what you've learned, but eating well, sleeping, and taking time to relax go a long way, too.

Whatever you do, don't cram for the test! It is a bad strategy because you aren't going to remember most of what you "learn" while cramming, and the odds are slim that the few things it will help you to remember will happen to be on the test. Save the energy you would have used to cram for test day.

In the few days before the test, do a review of the skills and concepts in which you are strong. Be confident as you review everything that you know - and remember that confident feeling as you take the test.

It is important to be well rested. Make sure to get a good night's sleep in the few days before the test.

If you don't sleep well the night before the test, don't worry about it! It is more important to sleep well two and three nights before. You should still have the energy you need to perform at your best.

Don't change your diet right before the test. Now's not the time to try new foods, even if they are healthier. You don't want to find out on test morning that yesterday's energy bar didn't go down well.

In the few weeks before the test, try to work a light, healthy breakfast into your daily routine. If you already eat breakfast, good for you - don't change a thing.

Try to be aware of whatever anxiety you're feeling before test day. The first thing to remember is that this is a natural phenomenon; your body is conditioned to raise the alarm whenever something important is about to happen. However, because you are aware of what your body and mind are doing, you can compensate for it.

Visualize a successful test day experience. You already know what to expect on test day: when you'll get each test section, how many questions there are, how much time you'll have, etc. You also know where you are strong and where you are weak. Picture yourself confidently answering questions correctly, and smoothly moving past trouble spots - you can come back to those questions later.

~~Meaning of Amethyst Gemstone~~

Crystalline quartz in shades of purple, lilac or mauve is called amethyst, a stone traditionally worn to guard against drunkeness and to instill a sober mind. The word amethyst comes from the Greek meaning "without drunkenness" and amethyst is believed to protect one from poison.

~Power Stone~

It is used as a dream stone and to help insomnia. Put an amethyst under your pillow to bring about pleasant dreams, or rub it across your forehead to offer relief from a headache.

~Protection Stone~

Ancient Egyptians used the amethyst guard against guilty and fearful feelings. It has been worn as protection from self-deception, as well as a protection against witchcraft. The amethyst has long been used to open the spiritual and psychic centers, making it one of the power stones. It is also used as a meditation aid when worn as a necklace.

~Wisdom Stone~

The amethyst is known as the Bishop's Stone and is still worn by Catholic Bishops. The amethyst symbolizes piety, humility, sincerity and spiritual wisdom. It is thought the amethyst is the perfect stone to symbolize The Age of Aquarius.

~~Healing properties of Amethyst~~

Amethyst is a gemstone often worn by healers, as it has the power to focus energy. A healer will usually wear several pieces of jewelry with amethysts set in silver, especially an amethyst necklace. The person to be healed will have an Amethyst to hold while the healing is being done. The healer will place another piece of Amethyst on the area of the body in need of healing, the heart or lungs usually.

Amethyst is used for problems in the blood and in breathing problems. Amethyst crystal clusters are used to keep the air and life force in the home clean and positive.

Amethyst clusters, points or several tumbled Amethysts placed in a window that receives sun most of the day are very beneficial to use in healing and to heal negativity in the home. Place Amethyst clusters, points or several tumbled Amethysts in moonlight and everyone in the home will be feeling calmer. Using an Amethyst as a meditation focus will increase the positive spiritual feelings. Amethyst helps overcome fears and cravings. It also helps relieve headaches.

HOW TO MANAGE OUR TIME PROPERLY?

1. Be Organized
Use time saving tools: appointment calendars, "to do" lists, e-mail, answering machines, file folders, etc.
Have an organized workplace (don't waste time constantly looking for your work).
Use your appointment calendar for everything, including listing study time.
Use "to do" lists for both long-term and for each day/week.

2. Plan Ahead (Schedule it and it will happen!)
Determine how long your tasks will take (do this before agreeing to take on a task!)
Consider whether any activities can be combined.
Determine if big tasks can be broken down into smaller tasks that may be easier to schedule (such as studying for exams and visiting the library as part of an assignment to write a term paper).

3. Prioritize Our Tasks
Use an A-B-C rating system for items on your "to do" lists with A items being highest priority.
Set goals for both the short term and long term as to what you want to accomplish.
Look at all of your "to do"s to gauge the time requirement and whether additional resources will be needed to accomplish them (if yes, schedule time to obtain those resources). Don't postpone the small tasks (a sense of accomplishment is good and overlooked small tasks can become larger tasks.)

4. Avoid Overload
Include time for rest, relaxation, sleep, eating, exercise, and socializing in your schedule.
Take short breaks during study and work periods.
Don't put everything off until the last minute (for example, don't cram for exams).
Learn to say "no" when appropriate and to negotiate better deadlines when appropriate.

5. Practice Effective Study Techniques
Have an appropriate study environment.
Split large tasks into more manageable tasks.
Be prepared to ask questions as they come up during study, rather than waiting until just before an exam.
Do the most difficult work first, perhaps breaking it up with some easier tasks.
Don't wait until the last minute to complete your projects.
Be a model student! (be attentive and participative in class, and punctual, prepared, and eager to learn)

6. Flexible
The unexpected happens (sickness, car troubles, etc.); you need to be able to fit it into your schedule.
Know how to rearrange your schedule when necessary (so it doesn't manage you - you manage it).
Know who to ask for help when needed.

Hye everyone!!

Now, tell me who is not under pressure after doing the HOT for ict subject?

Why computers always give computer's student pressure??

I think I'll get fever soon..
huhu..

What should we do to overcome this pressure?

I have search about an article to overcome stress.

Try this!!

1.Talk with family, friends, clergy or other trusted advisers about your concerns and stresses and ask for their support.

2.Take 15 to 20 minutes a day to sit quietly, breathe deeply and think of a peaceful scene.

3.Learn to accept things you can't change. You don't have to solve all of life's problems.

4.Count to 10 before answering or responding when you feel angry.

5.Look for the good in situations instead of the bad.

6.Exercise regularly. Do something you enjoy, like walking, swimming, jogging, golfing, walking a pet, tai chi or cycling.

7.Think ahead about what may upset you and try to avoid it.

8.Plan productive solutions to problems.

So, I hope we all can live happily although we are not really happy to do the things that we don't like much=)
9.Learn to say no. Don't promise too much. Give yourself enough time to get things done.

Hi everyone!!!

Here are some skills on learning style.
If we want to improve the concentration and efficiency of study, we need to develop our own study place that is just that-a place where you go to work on academics.

Now, let's see some tips for getting started :

1. Study between 20-50 minute time periods followed by a brief break(5-10 minutes).

2. Do the work that requires the most concentration like reading earliest in the day.

3. Study actively : ask questions, review the notes regularly and discuss key concepts.

That's all for now...

Hi everyone….
Today I want to share about two words which are sincere and authentic…
People are sincere but not authentic. You
must learn to distinguish the difference of being sincere and authentic. Sincere
is false, authentic is powerful. People are sincere when they say they
are kind and helpful. But they unkind and hurting others. So, they lie
and lie and lie all the time. Authentic about our in authenticities is power.
You get your power and freedom when you are authentic about your
in authenticities. This is like talking about your weakness and then be aware
about that weakness so that it doesn’t control your life.
So all of you maybe have sincere and authentic...Think of that :)….

Hi……
Today I want to share one article that I have read which is about love…perhaps you are someone who
wants love and wants to be cared. This is because you feel you are lacking
love and caring during your young life. This is the decision you
made when you were young. That explains your behavior when you become adult.
This decision of feeling of wanting love because you feel lacking of love when
you were young is making your life problematic and challenging. That is not the
real beautiful YOU. That was you when you were very young and hurting. Now you
are an adult. The hurt is still there. You need to let go of the hurt and
feel that you are loved. That feeling must come from inside you so you can make
yourself happy. No one can make you happy or sad without your permission.
But you have the power to love yourself and make yourself happy. So, why
bother what others say about us?.... :) be yourself!!!

Today, I would like to refresh our memory about a disaster which is happened several years ago.

Do you remember what happened on 26 December 2004?

For those who are still remember the tragedy has changes the world's map especially in Sumatera, Indonesia.

The disaster I meant is TSUNAMI. It is actually a series of large waves of extremely long wavelength and period.

If I'm not mistaken, TSUNAMI reaches Sumatera at 9 o'clock in the morning and 12.30pm in north Malaysia where Pulau Pinang and Kuala Muda, Kedah situated.

TSUNAMI happens when the sea floor abruptly deforms and vertically displaces the overlying water. Tectonic earthquakes occur beneath the sea then the water above the deformed area is placed from its equilibrium position. At one time, large areas of the sea floor elevate and TSUNAMI occurs.

TSUNAMI causes a large amount of deaths and I can conclude that it is an unforgotten memory to the victims.

Finally, hopefully we can learn something from this tragedy...

Assalamualaikum,..hello everyone..i had read an article about exercise and nutrition treatment...
The connection between our mind and body has been well proven. In order to take our minds to the next level we must take better care of our bodies too. Exercise and nutrition are very important components of an integrated system.

Exercise
Exercise is often hard to accomplish when we are depressed. we make it easier by having a personal coach show up at your home get you going. Your personal coach helps to design an exercise program around your interests. Some people like going to the gym, while others prefer exercising outside or in the home. We custom tailor the program to fit your preferences.
A proper exercise program must include endurance, strength, flexibility, agility, and awareness. Your personal coach helps you to develop a program that covers all of the bases. We also provide education during the sessions to help you understand the science behind the exercise program as well as help you to stay motivated to stick with it.

Nutrition
Some people think that nutrition alone is the answer to our condition. While we see the value in a sound nutrition program, there is no one magic solution to our condition. Our nutrition program is integrated into our complete program while recognizing the importance of all of the other components.
A sound nutrition program includes an education on regular food and its affect on our mind and body.

I think this article is important for us to make our body and nutrition better..So i hope that it useful for us in our daily life.
Thats all..thank you

Hi guys...me again (n_n)
Now, i want to share some tips how to get a better sleep with you all.

Sometimes we all have trouble sleeping from time to time. But you can make it easier to get a good night's sleep every night with these simple steps. There are some ways how to get a better sleep.

1.Cut caffeine. Simply put, caffeine can keep you awake. It can stay in your body longer than you might think – the effects of caffeine can take as long as eight hours to wear off. So if you drink a cup of coffee in the afternoon and are still tossing at night, caffeine might be the reason. Cutting out caffeine at least four to six hours before bedtime can help you fall asleep easier.

2.Avoid alcohol as a sleep aid. Alcohol may initially help you fall asleep, but it also causes disturbances in sleep resulting in less restful sleep. An alcohol drink before bedtime may make it more likely that you will wake up during the night.

3.Relax before bedtime. Stress not only makes you miserable, it wreaks havoc on your sleep. Develop some kind of pre-sleep ritual to break the connection between all the day's stress and bedtime. These rituals can be as short as 10 minutes or as long as an hour.
Some people find relief in making a list of all the stressors of the day, along with a plan to deal with them this can act as "closure" to the day. Combining this with a period of relaxation perhaps by reading something light, meditating, aromatherapy, light stretching, or taking a hot bath can also help you get better sleep. And don't look at the clock! That "tick-tock" will just tick you off.

4.Exercise at the right time for you. Regular exercise can help you get a good night's sleep. The timing and intensity of exercise seems to play a key role in its effects on sleep. If you are the type of person who gets energized or becomes more alert after exercise, it may be best not to exercise in the evening. Regular exercise in the morning even can help relieve insomnia, according to a study.

4.Keep your bedroom quiet, dark, and comfortable. For many people, even the slightest noise or light can disturb sleep like the purring of a cat or the light from your laptop or TV. Use earplugs, window blinds or curtains, and an electric blanket or air conditioner everything possible to create an ideal sleep environment. And don't use the overhead light if you need to get up at night; use a small night-light instead. Ideal room temperatures for sleeping are between 68 and 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperatures above 75 or below about 54 can disrupt sleep.

So how about all of the tips??Is it good, right??
Thats all,..Gets your sleep better now!!!..?(>_<)zzZZZzz..huhuu

I just read an article about stress.

What is stress?
Stress is difficult to define or measure. Some people thrive on a busy lifestyle and are able to cope well with life crises. Other people feel tensed or stressed by the slightest deviation from their set daily routine. Many people fall somewhere in between, but may have periods when levels of stress increase. Tell-tale signs of stress building up include:
• Not being able to sleep properly with worries going through your mind.
• Being impatient or irritable at minor problems.
• Not being able to concentrate due to many things going through your mind.
• Being unable to make decisions.
• Drinking or smoking more.
• Not enjoying food so much.
• Being unable to relax, and always feeling that something needs to be done.
• Feeling tense. Sometimes this includes a 'knot' in the stomach, or feeling sweaty with a dry mouth or a thumping heart.

Today I want to share something about High Blood Pressure… So, what is High Blood Pressure??
For your information, Blood pressure is the force in the arteries when the heart beats and when the heart is at rest. It's measured in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg). High blood pressure (or hypertension) is defined in an adult as a blood pressure greater than or equal to 140 mm Hg systolic pressure or greater than or equal to 90 mm Hg diastolic pressure.

High blood pressure directly increases the risk of coronary heart disease (which leads to heart attack) and stroke, especially when it's present with other risk factors.

High blood pressure can occur in children or adults, but it's more common among people over age 35. It's particularly prevalent in African Americans, middle-aged and elderly people, obese people, heavy drinkers and women taking birth control pills. It may run in families, but many people with a strong family history of high blood pressure never have it. People with diabetes mellitus, gout or kidney disease are more likely to have high blood pressure, too.

Hi everyone!!!!

I just found out something about how to take care of kitten. Actually, raising a pet in home has a risk. Raising a kitten into a healthy member of your family takes dedication and responsibility. Find out some things you can do to make sure you are prepared to bring this furry little friend into your home.

Step1
It’s important to k now that you are ready to make a commitment to raising a kitten. Kittens generally live for anywhere from 15 to 18 years.

Step2
Consider having your pet live indoors. Statistics prove that indoor cats live longer than outdoor cats.

Step3
Be sure to find out if he has had any vaccinations to date. Immediately establish a relationship with a veterinary clinic, and have your kitten seen for a complete physical. Bring any papers that you receive from whomever you purchased the kitten from.

Step4
Isolate your kitten at first in a small space. This will help your pet get used to you and the family before becoming overwhelmed by an entire house. A few days should be good enough before letting your kitten have the run of the house.

Step5
Start training your kitten with a litter box immediately. Cats adapt to the use of a litter box rather quickly, so potty training is much simpler than it is with a puppy.

Step6
Make sure you have some toys for your kitten to play with. They are rather playful little critters. Also try to handle your kitten often, as cats have a natural independent nature, and handling them will help tame them.

I want to give some advice. If one or more of your family member doesn’t like or afraid of cat, don’t keep your cat in the house. Moreover, if there is baby at home, just don’t raise a cat. His flurry fur can cause several diseases to the baby.

Hi everyone!!!

So guys..Do you have experience any of this??

Do you want to meet new people? Do you want to be able to join a conversation? Is there something you want to do but you're too shy to get involved? There is a simple solution to getting over your shyness. Here's how...

1.Shyness - There's nothing wrong with being shy. In fact realize there is plenty of value in shyness. You already know how to be shy, now learn how to use it!

2.Control - By learning to control a conversation you automatically set up a "shyness eliminator." Controlling a conversation simply means allowing yourself to steer the content of communication. (Verbally and Non verbally) Not in a divisive, arrogant way, but naturally. Sometimes this means allowing the other person with whom you are communicating to think they have the control of the communication.

3.Communication - 98% of communication is listening. Did you hear that? The other 2% is divided between verbal communication and body language. You do not have to be an expert in any of these, you just need to be yourself. Remember, try not to over do yourself!

4.The "Ive" Factor - You do not have to be agressive, assertive, extrovertive, or any other "ive" to rid yourself of shyness. What you have to do to overcome shyness is use what you naturally have an ability already to do with others....Relate in ways other than just using words. Positive ways, people can pick up on to create rapport. Everyone can do this, and does this every day without even thinking about it. Use your natural communication strength to overcome your shyness.

So, be confident and stop being shy. I’m shy too but I probably take this advice and work with it.
But I’ve learned something that there is no need to be too shy. Sometime you need to be confident or act confident.

I just read an article about Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is an emergency medical procedure for a victim of cardiac arrest or, in some circumstances, respiratory arrest. CPR is performed in hospitals, or in the community by laypersons or by emergency response professionals.
For 50 years CPR has consisted of the combination of artificial blood circulation with artificial respiration, chest compressions and lung ventilation. However, in March 2008 the American Heart Association and the European Resuscitation Council, in a historic reversal, endorsed the effectiveness of chest compressions alone without artificial respiration for adult victims who collapse suddenly in cardiac arrest . CPR is generally continued, usually in the presence of advanced life support, until the patient regains a heart beat or is declared dead.
CPR is unlikely to restart the heart, but rather its purpose is to maintain a flow of oxygenated blood to the brain and the heart, thereby delaying tissue death and extending the brief window of opportunity for a successful resuscitation without permanent brain damage. Defibrillation and advanced life support are usually needed to restart the heart.

I just read an article about Tom Yum
Tom yum also sometimes romanized as tom yam or dom yam is a soup originating from Thailand. It is perhaps one of the most famous dishes in Thai cuisine. It is widely served in neighboring countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, and has been popularized around the world.
Tom yum is characterized by its distinct hot and sour flavors, with fragrant herbs generously used. The basic broth is made of stock and fresh ingredients such as lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, shallots, lime juice, fish sauce, tamarind, and crushed chili peppers.
In Thailand, tom yum is usually made with prawns , chicken , fish or mixed seafood and mushrooms, usually straw or oyster mushrooms. The soup is often topped with generous sprinkling of fresh chopped coriander leaves.
The less popular variety of tom yum is “tom yum nam” , where coconut milk is added to the broth. This is not to be confused with tom kha where the galanga flavor dominates the soup. ”Tom yum nam khon” is almost always made with prawns, whereas chicken is often used in tom kha. Its other cousin is less well-known outside Thailand . Sometimes Thai chili jam added and this gives the soup a bright orange colour and makes the chili flavor more pronounced.
Commercial tom yum paste is made by crushing all the herb ingredients and stir-frying in oil. Seasoning and other preservative ingredients are then added. The paste is bottled or packaged, and sold around the world. Tom yum flavored with the paste may have different characteristics to that made with fresh herb ingredients.

I want to share you about my reading.

I just read an article about Nyonya Kebaya.

Nyonya kebayas can be described as traditional haute couture. The intricate embroidery is equivalent to the best Venetian lacework. The ”piece de resistance” is a delicate needlework technique called tebuk lubang (literally to punch holes). This involves sewing the outlines of a floral motif on the fabric and cutting away the inside. When done correctly, the end result is a fine lace-like embroidery on the collar, lapels, cuffs and hem and the two triangular front panels which drape over the hips, known as the lapik. The choice material used is usually kasar rubia (voile). Other materials suitable for making the kebaya blouse include muslin, silk and georgette although these look less impressive. As the kebaya top looks rather transparent, it is usually worn over a camisole.

According to my mother, a kebaya could be tailored for about RM150 back in the 60s – a princely sum back then. Materials were available from Boon Company in Campbell Street from RM12 a meter. Approximately 1.2 meters of cloth is sufficient to sew a kebaya.

A Nyonya Kebaya is a traditional blouse worn by women in Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore, sometimes made from sheer material and usually worn with a sarong, batik, or other traditional knitted garment such as a songket with a colorful motif.

The Nyonya Kebaya is a beautiful, translucent, figure-hugging embroidered blouse worn with a batik sarong by Peranakan ladies.
It is this and much more. A nyonya kebaya is a work of art, a labour of love, a heritage, a traditional costume that is timeless. An attire for all occasions, it is elegant, feminine, alluring, sensual, glamorous and fashionable for all ages.

However, an authentic nyonya kebaya tends to come with a price tag that is not within the budget of many people.

Today,I want to share to all of you about Bipolar Disorder.

Bipolar Disorder is characterized by periods of excitability (mania) alternating with periods of depression. The "mood swings" between mania and depression can be very abrupt.

Bipolar disorder affects men and women equally and usually appears between the ages of 15 and 25. The exact cause is unknown, but it occurs more often in relatives of people with bipolar disorder.

Bipolar disorder results from disturbances in the areas of the brain that regulate mood. During manic periods, a person with bipolar disorder may be overly impulsive and energetic, with an exaggerated sense of self. The depressed phase brings overwhelming feelings of anxiety, low self-worth, and suicidal thoughts.

The symptoms is

1.Elevated mood
2.Racing thoughts
3.Hyperactivity
4.Increased energy
5.Lack of self-control
6.Inflated self-esteem (delusions of grandeur, false beliefs in special abilities)
7.Over-involvement in activities
8.Reckless behavior
9.Little need for sleep
10.Poor temper control

Bipolar disorder is often treated with mood-stabilizing medications such as valproic acid, lithium, and carbamazepine. These are effective for treating both the manic and depressive phases, as well as preventing future symptoms

Getting enough sleep helps keep a stable mood in some patients. Psychotherapy may be a useful option during the depressive phase. Joining a support group may be particularly helpful for bipolar disorder patients and their loved ones.

That all for now.

Hi everyone!!!

Before this, I have mentioned about TSUNAMI. Now, I'm going to let you know about the earthquake, that is another world's disaster that causes an amount of deaths.
Earthquake is the result of a sudden release of energy in the earth's crust that creates seismic waves. It caused mostly by rupture of geological faults.

Here are some of the effects of earthquakes. Actually, the TSUNAMI is one of them. Another effects are shaking and ground rupture, landslides, fires, soil liquefaction, floods and human impacts.

However, shaking and ground rupture are the main effects appeared that resulting damage to buildings or other rigid structures. Landslides are a major hazard. Fires can be generated by break of the electrical power or gas line. For soil liquefaction, it occurs when water-saturated granular material like sand temporarily loses its strength and transforms from solid to liquid. A flood is an overflow of amount of water that reaches land. Finally, human impacts include disease, lack of basic necessities, death and so many things...

So, there are so many things that can be learned through this tragedy. One of them is we must appreciate everything we have especially all the person around us. Who knows, maybe one day the person we love will leave us at the time where we are not ready to be leaved. Or maybe we are the person that will be taken away...

Hye everyone!!

I have read an article which is about recycling...

Recycling involves processing used materials into new products in order to prevent the waste of potentially useful materials, reduce the consumption of fresh raw materials, reduce energy usage, reduce air pollution and water pollution (from landfilling) by reducing the need for "conventional" waste disposal, and lower greenhouse gas emissions as compared to virgin production. Recycling is a key component of modern waste management and is the third component of the "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" waste hierarchy.

Recyclable materials include many kinds of glass, paper, metal, plastics, textiles, and electronics (e.g., cell phones and computers). Although similar in effect, the composting or other reuse of biodegradable waste – such as food or garden waste – is not typically considered recycling.[2] Materials to be recycled are either brought to a collection center or picked up from the curbside, then sorted, cleaned, and reprocessed into new materials bound for manufacturing.

In a strict sense, recycling of a material would produce a fresh supply of the same material, for example used office paper to more office paper, or used foamed polystyrene to more polystyrene. However, this is often difficult or too expensive (compared with producing the same product from raw materials or other sources), so "recycling" of many products or materials involves their reuse in producing different materials (e.g., cardboard) instead. Another form of recycling is the salvage of certain materials from complex products, either due to their intrinsic value (e.g., lead from car batteries, or gold from computer components), or due to their hazardous nature (e.g., removal and reuse of mercury from various items.

Actually, in my opinion recycling is a good way to make our nature safe and always green. We are encourage to recycle everythings thats can be reused to make better in our future life

Hello guys...
Now i want to share with all of you an article about music is an art..(*_*)

Music is an art form that involves organized and audible sounds and silence. It is usually expressed in terms of pitch (which includes melody and harmony), rhythm (which includes tempo and meter), and the quality of sound (which includes timbre, articulation, dynamics, and texture). Music may also involve generative forms in time through the construction of patterns and combinations of natural stimuli, principally sound. Music may be used for artistic or aesthetic, communicative, entertainment, or ceremonial purposes. The definition of what constitutes music varies according to culture and social context. Within "the arts", music can be classified as a performing art, a fine art, or an auditory art form.

Music is a personal response to vibration since the same piece of music will affect people differently. Although it cannot contain emotions, it is sometimes designed to manipulate and transform the emotions of the listeners. For example, a piece of music created for a movie is primarily designed to heighten the emotion or mood of each scene in the film.

The broadest definition of music is organized vibration. There are observable patterns to what is broadly labeled music, and while there are understandable cultural variations, the properties of music are the properties of sound as perceived and processed by humans and animals.

Music also important for us to reduced our stress.Sometimes we need a music to make us feel better.Actually i also love listen to music. So appreciated our music because it is one of an art.
Thats all....tq

I just read an article Software Engineers.

I heard that a career as a Software Developer is the most relaxing job ever, and they are paid a lot of money.

What Software engineers do???

Software engineers first analyze users' needs. Then they design, construct, test, and maintain the needed software or systems. In programming, or coding, they tell a computer, line by line, how to function. They also solve any problems that arise. They must possess strong coding skills, but are more likely to develop algorithms and solve problems than write code.

Software engineers often work as part of a team that designs new hardware, software, and systems. A core team may have engineering, marketing, factory, and design people who work together until the product is done.

Computer applications software engineers design, construct, and maintain computer programs based on what people need. They can develop a program for just one person or for many people to use separately.

Computer systems software engineers construct and maintain computer programs for companies. For example, they might develop programs that do recordkeeping and payroll. They might also set up an "intranet"—an internal and secure computer network—for a company.

Many software engineers work for companies that make or install new and more advanced computer systems.
Software engineers normally work in well-lighted offices or labs. Most work at least 40 hours a week. If a big project is due, they may have to work nights or weekends to meet deadlines. Like other workers who sit for hours at a computer, they are susceptible to eyestrain, back ache, and hand and wrist syndromes.

Software engineers who are employed by vendors and consulting firms spend time away from their offices to meet with customers. As networks expand, they may be able to use modems, laptops, e-mail, and the Internet to identify and fix problems from their own office.

I just read an article about BOH tea.

In 1929, a man named J.A Russell obtained a tract of freehold land 5000ft above sea level and transformed it into the first highland tea garden in Malaysia. He named it Boh. So begins the history of BOH Plantations.

Today, BOH is a vertically-integrated tea company, one of only a few in the world which plants, processes, packs and markets its own premium brands.

Tea is very much like wine: its final character is largely influenced by the conditions in which it is grown. Hence, with its high altitude, low temperatures and slightly acidic soil, Cameron Highlands is the ideal environment for growing superb teas of distinctive
flavour and aroma.

Only the most tender leaves are picked every morning at BOH’s tea gardens. These are immediately transported to the tea factories to be processed for the flavour and aroma unique only to BOH.

Behind every great cup of BOH tea is meticulous attention to the quality of the leaf and its processing which is plucking, withering, rolling, fermentation, drying, sorting, tea testing and lastly storage.

I just read an article about Rendang.

Rendang is a dish which originated from the Minangkabau ethnic group of Indonesia, and is now commonly served across the country. One of the characteristic foods of Minangkabau culture, it is served at ceremonial occasions and to honour guests. Also popular in Malaysia and Singapore, rendang is traditionally prepared by the Malay community during festive occasions. Though rendang is sometimes described as being like a curry, and the name is sometimes applied to curried meat dishes in Malaysia, authentic rendang is nothing like a curry.

Rendang is made from beef slowly cooked in coconut milk and spices for several hours until almost all the liquid is gone, allowing the meat to absorb the spicy condiments. The cooking process changes from boiling to frying as the liquid evaporates. The slow cooking process allows the meat to absorb all the spices and to become tender. The spices may include ginger, galangal, turmeric leaf, lemon grass and chillies. Chicken or duck rendang also contains tamarind and is usually not cooked for as long as beef rendang.

There are two kinds of rendang: dried and wet. Dried rendang can be kept for 3–4 months, and it is for ceremonial occasions or to honour guests. Wet rendang, also known as kalio, can be found in Minangkabau restaurants, and without refrigeration, it should be consumed within a month.
Rendang is often served with rice in Indonesia, but in Malaysia it is also served with ketupat and lemang .

I want to share with you about my reading.

The title of my reading is Flip-flop.

Flip-flops are a very basic type of footwear, essentially a thin rubber sole with two simple straps running in a Y from the sides of the foot to the join between the big toe and next toe. Some include a strap along the back heel. The popular use of flip-flops as simple warm climate beach or outdoor wear has spread through much of the world, although it is most common in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Brazil, the Pacific Islands, and Southeast Asia.

Flip-flops are very economic shoes not just in developing countries, but also in countries such as the US. They are generally very cheap, and made to be disposable.

The strap between the toes can snap very easily after moderate use, but this problem was somewhat alleviated with the invention of replacement straps that could be "snapped" back into place on a shoe. Still, the average life expectancy of a pair is perhaps only a year or so, not counting the strap, depending on the material make-up of the soles.

The flip-flop is not the only type of thong sandal. Other types exist, many of which are dressier and more formal than simple flip-flops. A basic thong sandal is held on the foot by a strip that fits between the first and second toes and is connected to a strap usually passing over the top or around the sides of the foot. Some thong sandals have a strap that forms a loop around the first (big) toe. However, many different additions and variations of straps are possible. Thong sandals come in a variety of styles such as women's heels, slides, and wedges, or kitten heels.

Flip-flops have a style of their own, different from other types of shoes. These dressier versions of the thong sandal are often made of leather, suede, patent leather, metallic finishes, fabric and other textiles. Based upon prevailing fashion, they are sometimes embellished with buckles, jewelry, fringes, medallions and beading. In their more formal incarnations, thong sandals are interchangeable with any other dressy sandal, and are often worn as dress shoes. The term "flip-flop" is not generically used to describe this dressier style of thong sandal.
Because of the popularity of thong sandals as dress shoes, hosiery manufacturers make hose (stockings) with a gap between the first toe and second toes to accommodate the thong.

Do you know what it feels like loving someone that’s in a rush to throw you
away? Do you know what it
feels like to be the last one to know the lock on the door has
changed? If birds flying south are a sign of changes, at least you
can predict this every year. You never know the minute it ends
suddenly, I can’t get it to speak, I could fix the pain that bleeds inside of me, Look in your eyes to
see something about me, I’m standing on the edge and I don’t know what else to
give, How can I love you? If you just don’t talk to me. I flow
through my act, there’s a question: Is she needed?
Huhuhu..Interesting right? I took this idea from my dear friend Aiza mufida….

Hello everyone!

I want to share with all of you about what kind of music that makes exercise easier.

Nowadays people are very busy with their own stuffs and most of us are doing exercise rarely since we actually are lack of knowledge about the important of doing exercise. For those who make exercise as their routine, it is a good thing.

However do you really know how to make exercise easier? According to a research that have been done by Dr. Costas Karageorghis, music is actually really motivates us. This is because it has the ability to influence our moods. Therefore, if we listen to upbeat, positive music, it will negate some of the pain we are feeling towards the end of our training, allowing us to go the distance.

Now I only hope the fitness clubs take this study to heart and use it to better select the music they pour from the speakers instead of defaulting to the dance club scene or just turning on the radio.

To all of you, let's get start with some exercise to keep in good health. Smart brain comes from healthy body!

Would you take your six years old kid to beauty salon?
Yes, that is my question.

In the UK, girls as young as six are being pampered and preened at beauty salons, with manicures, pedicures, hair styling and professional application of make-up all proving popular.

Research by market analysts Mintel of 6,000 youngsters from the age of seven to 19 found that more than six out of 10 girls aged seven to 10 wore lipstick and more than two in five wore eyeshadow or eyeliner. Almost one in four wore mascara and three in five wore perfume.

By this information we can see that this phenomena is actually dangerous to the kids because almost 50 per cent of girls between five and eight want to be slimmer. This can cause harmful to their body since as a kid, they need to eat based on their necessity.

The only solution is parents should not bring their early age kids to salon for their own good.

assalamualaikum and good evening..
i had found an article about LOVE. What is love actually? This article told me about the love between men and women. Love is something that cannot be said or be told but it can be felt by the person.

Sometimes, people are confusing about love and attraction. These two things are very different with each other. Attraction always seen as the physical appearance of someone. They also misconcept this thing and refer it as `love at first sight'. For me, love at first never exist. How can someone fall in love with someone that they don't know? Weird huh?

Love is something that involve two person with the spiritual spirit. That's why they call their love ones as soulmate or soulspirit. Ask your parents about that if you never experienced it.

By the way, in my opinion, love is a feeling that involve a person or more. It involve the faithfulness and memories. Love to our friends, the elders and the most is love to our GOD.

Thank You.

salam...hye to everyone..

we believe...our life must become happiness in what everything that we do...

here...i like to share with you all about the laws of happiness...

There are many things you need to know in order to be happy. There are more than four laws of happiness.

But,from the article that i want to share with you all,it's have four laws are the basis of self-change. They are the basis of how you will improve your life and find happiness.

::Knowledge alone does not lead to happiness::
>>>The first law is the inescapable conclusion that knowledge alone does not help people change or find happiness. Knowledge doesn't prevent people from repeating the same mistakes. The standard approach to self-help is to tell people what they're doing wrong and show them what they should do instead. The standard approach is to give people more knowledge believing that will help them change. But that's usually the easy part. The hard part is helping people incorporate that knowledge into their lives. Most people already know what they're doing wrong. Their problem is they keep on repeating the same mistakes.

::Tension is the greatest preventable cause of unhappiness::
>>>The second law is that tension is the greatest preventable cause of unhappiness. Happiness is an inside job. Before you look at external things to change in your life, have a look at yourself. When you're tense, your relationships suffer. When you're tense, your self-image suffers. When you're tense your mood worsens. Tension affects almost every aspect of life.

::Tension is the main obstacle to change. When you're tense you tend to do what's familiar and wrong instead of what's new and right::
>>>The third law is that tension is the main obstacle to change. Tension not only makes you unhappy, it keeps you stuck in your unhappiness by making it hard to change. When you're tense, you tend to do what's familiar and wrong instead of what's new and right. When you're tense, you find it hard to let go of your ego and fears to make room for change. Change isn't just about what you learn, it's also about what you let go.

::Reducing tension increases your happiness and improves your ability to change::
>>>The final law is that reducing tension improves your life and your ability to change your life. Letting go of tension is the missing piece to changing your life. Think of it this way. There are many coping skills that you need to be happy in life. If you learn them all but don’t learn how to relax, you still won’t be happy, because when you’re tense you’ll continue to repeat what’s familiar and wrong. On the other hand, if you don’t learn any new coping skills, but learn only one new skill – how to relax – you’ll still be happier, because everything is easier when you’re relaxed. If there is anything else you need to change in order to be happier, you'll see it more easily and deal with it more effectively when you're relaxed.

so...enjoy your happiness with your love start from now...huhhuhuhuh(^__^)

assalamualaikum...

okey...i have a new article to share with you all....

Sometimes, chatting to people and making good friends can be difficult. If you want to build a social life you're happy with, then you must follow this steps...

first,,
::>Be nice to everyone, even the people you couldn't give a toss about.
Sometimes, even smiling at a joke or keeping a nasty remark to yourself can save your neck. Laughing at the jokes that strange girl in your maths class might seem a waste of time, but you never know - you might be wondering why you're acting nice towards her, but she could stick up for you. So even though it might seem pointless, at least be civil to everyone. Don't make fun of someone for no reason - it'll reflect back on you sooner or later.

second,,
::>Learn the art of making a good conversation.
A good tip for having a good conversation is to learn about different people and their interests, and try to remember them. Then, when you're talking to the person, bring up their interests or stuff you know makes them laugh. Don't talk about that cool new shop that opened - only bring that up with the shopaholics and gossipers, perhaps? Use your brains. If you can't think of anything to talk about, give the person an unusual compliment-instead of, "I like your hair" (SO old!), maybe something like, "You know, your eyelashes are really pretty -they're so long and thick!" would be a nice thing to say. Even if it doesn't start a conversation, the person won't think you're boring or mean.

third,,
::>Join lots of clubs and sports. Okay, don't sign up for things you hate or flatten yourself out working every night, but sign up for at least two after school activities. Join the soccer team, the chess club, cheerleader. Anything that YOU find challenging, exciting and fun. You'll make loads of new friends, learn lots of new skills and have fun. A total win - win situation! Even if you don't make loads of friends (impossible...), at least more people would recognize and know you, that's always kind of cool.

fourth,,
::>Take an interest in everyone. No matter who they are, what they look like, or where they're from. Letting people know that you're genuinely interested in them and their life will 1. brighten up their day, 2. get them out of their shell, and 3. make them realize you're a nice person and talk to you more. Even if somebody is a fan of something you personally think sucks, keep your mouth shut and at least act interested. Be truly happy for others' luck and good happenings, and don't be envious. Comparing yourself to others and wanting what they have is an unhealthy way of living. Love yourself and love others. Be interested in them, and their life. You'll learn some new stuff, make some friends and maybe even develop a new hobby!

so..i hope all of you can do that as soon as possible... and try make a happy life with your friends....bubye...

Assalamualaikum,

Today I want to share to all of you about the tips of time management

Time management is means by which people effectively use their time and other closely related resources in order to make the most out of it.

The first things is we must set long term goals. That means turn dreams into reality by allowing yourself to craft a vision for your future.

The second things is determine priorities. You must use your long term goals to create concrete, short-range actions that will take you in the direction you wish.

The next tips is pose an essential question. Continually ask yourself "What is the best use of my time right now?" If it is not important, or urgent, don't do it.

Tackle the Worse First - To craft an effective life, begin each day working on whatever makes you the most anxious. Once you've confronted the most difficult work, subsequent activities will seem easy.

Then, you must think ahead. Planning time is never wasted time. Reserve regular weekly periods for assessing both short-term and long-term goals. Schedule time each day and review how the previous week went and see what you need to change in order to be more effective.

That all for now..
But this is the few tips that I want to share to all of you and I think this is the basic about time management. You can visit this website and take more information from that.

Today, our group have finished our final project. We choose pda hp iPAQ h1910 as our product. We are five members all together.

Like other group, of course we hope we can do the best especially because this is the last project or activity for this semester. We do hope to present in confidently.

However, I can conclude that we don't achieve the best performance that we should do. There are still more weaknesses during our presentation.

One more thing that I would like to say is during Q & A section. I did not expect the audience will ask too many questions and it makes me a bit shock. Too many questions to be answered at the same time!! However, it reminds me about the real exhibition...maybe the situation is about the same or ever more worst.

My advice for tomorrow's group presentation is prepare very well and hopefully all of them can do better than what we have done. Furthermore, there are some skills and reminders that has been given by Miss Marziah. I think it is more than enough.

That's all.....

Do you know a mind with tension and unhappiness may leads to negative thinking? It also will creates problems to other people. Because of that reason, here I gave some ways to relax our mind after studying for the whole day.

Firstly, have a bath. This is done to refreshed our body and to have the energy back.

Second, listen to music in order to change our mood.

Third, gardening. Actually, by looking at the green plant or nature it can make us feel calm.

Next, do some meditation. For example, sitting silently at a place far from any noises for some time.

Besides that, go for a walk is also a best way to relax our mind. We can have some exercises and breathe fresh air. So, we will get two benefits at the same time. Easy, right?

Finally, reading any sources like books, magazines or newspaper. Therefore, we are able to gain new knowledge while relaxing our mind.

I think all the ways are really good to be tried. Each has it's own benefits. So, we need to choose the best way for our own self...

Assalamualaikum and very good evening..

Today, I just read about how to go green and save green. If you don’t start anything, here’s how.
In this guide, you’ll found out how to spend less than usual over the course of five years. Here are suggestions of free or low-cost things you can do to help you to go green and save green.

1. Keep up with car maintenance. Clean air filters can improve your mileage by as much as 7%. Using the wrong grade of oil can reduce your mileage by 1-2%.
2. Don't drive so fast. Rapid acceleration and braking can lower your gas mileage by 5% around town and 33% on the highway.
3. Use waterless car wash. The average driveway car wash uses 100 gallons.
4. Take extra weight in your car down. This saves 1-2% fuel efficiency per 100 lbs.
5. Take short showers. A 5 minute shower uses an average of 10-25 gallons of water in comparison to 70 gallon baths.
6. Wash your clothes in cold water. This saves 80-90% of the energy used in washing. Wash only full loads of clothes. More than 3,400 gallons can be saved.
7. Fix leaky faucets. One drip can waste 250 gallons of water a month, which translates to 3,000 gallons of waste water annually.

So, I hope more people aware of the global worming and start go green and save green. This suggestion not only save your money but it’s also save the earth. Think about the life of next generation of us.

I realized something the other day that took me by surprise is that I do some of my best work when I'm stressed out . My stress levels are always pretty high. That's not a complaint, it's just a statement of fact.

According to the experts at Stressfocus.com, there are four types of stress: eustress, distress, under-stress, and over-stress. Eustress is that rush you get when you're doing something exciting, the feeling of motivation and inspiration that carries you through a fascinating but complicated or difficult project.

But I say that being forced to focus only on the immediate issues can be a good thing, from time to time. It can be constructive and working . Do this after this can be exhilarating. You don't want to be operating in crisis mode 24/7, but every once in a while, having to go into overdrive and multitask in order to get it all done and actually get it all done? That's when stress becomes positive, for me.

What do you think? Do you believe in positive stress?

Assalamualaikum and good evening again….

I just read an article about taking a nap. Actually taking a nap is actually a good thing. Sometimes some of us didn’t sleep well last night. So why not take a nap? Take a nap can make your body refresh immediately.

Studies show that not only will you feel better almost immediately, says Sara Mednick, Ph.D., a sleep medicine researcher at the University of California at San Diego and author of Take a Nap! Change Your Life, but a daily nap of between 20 and 90 minutes before 4:00 P.M. will also increase your mental performance and reduce your chances of gaining weight. What's more, it won't affect your nighttime sleep.

Did you know a nap will:

• Increase your alertness on the job by 100 percent
• Sharpen your thinking and brains so you make more accurate judgments and better decisions
• Ramp up your productivity
• Regenerate skin cells so you look younger
• Help you lose weight by altering metabolism and shifting chemicals that affect appetite
• Reduce your risk of heart attack, stroke, irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, and other cardiovascular problems
• Lift your mood by bathing your brain in the neurotransmitter serotonin
• Speed up your ability to perform motor tasks, like typing, operating machinery, even swimming
• Improve your accuracy in everything
• Improve the way your body processes carbs, which reduces your risk of diabetes
• Sharpen your senses so you take in what's important in your environment and screen out the 24-hour culture chatter that surrounds us
• Put your brain into its creative gear so you can come up with fresh ideas
• Boost your ability to learn something new and, better yet, remember it
• Make you feel good all over

So, take a nap and don’t force yourself to study, work and so on. If you really feel tired and didn’t sleep well last night, take a nap. If you are feeling run down during the day a power nap may be just the thing to rev you up.

Assalamualaikum,

Today,I want to share to all about article that I read. The title of this article is 'Be careful of who you work for'.

Everyone have own dream about their job.But there are plenty of books about getting a job, but no books I know of choosing a job. There are hundreds of sites where job seekers can go to find a new job.

Your boss and your job determine not only what you do all day, but what you learn and who you interact with.Don't push yourself to give the best performance in your job.Work in a high stress place and you're likely to become a highly stressed person and your interactions will display that.

If you want to become the kind of person and be the best worker, the most important thing is sincere what you are doing.
That all.

Watch out for this iceberg as it has small size outer the sea water and the rest is gigantic ice size inside the water. I’m just talking about the Sudoku. You all know about the how to play it. This is history about Sudoku.
Having conquered Japan and the UK. Sudoku continues its takeover march across the globe. Mind bending, brain twisting and terribly, sadistically addictive, this number game’s appeal lies in it being a challenging and fun test of a person’s logic and reasoning.
Doing a Sudoku puzzle is like a brain check. If you can do Sudoku, you will know your mind is works. But Sudoku is more than a brain scan. It actually grows your brain. It exercises your brain muscle.
For my experience, I have done two books in two months. You all can doing Sudoku puzzle in free time or the stress time. Its lot help me, when I have a stress. I suggested to you all buy some books or news paper and try to do it because it’s a lot of fun and to test your brain for their solution.

hello..

i wolud like to share with u this article..
it is important, i have read this article..
this article is about break up advice..

There are no strict rules about how to end a relationship... However, a few tips can help when breaking up with someone....

•Don’t be evasive, unclear or vague. Be direct and to the point. This is not an enjoyable matter for either of you. Giving false hope or making your partner guess at what you want prolongs everyone’s misery.

•Do not break up in stages. You may think this will make the loss easier. Don’t fall for it. This only serves to administer low, medium and high doses of pain over a longer interval.

•Don’t lie or invent a story. Things will not add up and the falsehood will be found out sooner or later - usually sooner. Getting over a break up is hard enough without introducing mistrust. Making someone piece together bits of information while leaving him/her to guess what is true causes unnecessary pain.

•Don’t blame someone or something else for your choices. Identifying and asking for what you want is an important developmental step and is necessary for mature relationships. Also, hiding behind excuses is pretty transparent. It is likely the other person will see what you are doing. Conversely, if he/she actually believes your excuse, the person will try and problem solves how to remove whatever relationship obstacle you’ve fabricated.

•Don’t delay ending a relationship. Once you know you want to break up with someone, it does not help if you deny what you feel. Your partner will sense a change, perhaps reaching out for reassurance. This may feel like “neediness” to you which will increase your feelings of being stuck.

i suggested you all should think correctly when you make a solution when you have a problem with your friends..

tq..

hello..

i more article..

i follow the advice of this article..

it makes me more confident to be a leader...

when i have a team, i wish people will vote for me to be a leader..

It is important to understand that even the strongest leaders must depend upon team cooperation to accomplish company goals...

You simply cannot do it all by yourself...

Help our members develop leadership skills that advance the team using the following strategies.

Understand the strengths of your team members...

When cultivating leadership among team members it is important to create and place team members in positions where they have the skills to succeed...

*Be willing to delegate.
It is unrealistic to expect that you can do well with every scenario you will face as a business manager. If you have another employee that is a financial wiz while you have trouble making sense of terms like depreciation or capital gains, why not delegate that responsibility?

*Provide constructive feedback.
With time, feedback and appropriate supervision some employees may build skills that can really help your business grow. For example, an employee with an interest in web design may be encouraged to develop that interest, and eventually manage web design and maintenance for your business.

*Avoid micromanaging
Again, you need not be involved in every detail of your business. When you have confidence in your employees and their ability to get the job done it is appropriate to step back, let them have the ball and run with it. Of course, you will want to check in with your employees during regular supervisory meetings, but on a daily basis giving them the space to do their jobs will yield professional growth that strengthens your team.

*Discuss mistakes and problems constructively. When an employee makes a mistake or performs poorly it is important for you as the manager to take some lessons for yourself (were your directions clear, was the employee properly trained, were the appropriate resources and supports available, was the task at hand doable?) as well as help your employee reframe the experience as a learning opportunity. How might they handle the same task the next time, what did they need to be successful.

dear friends,
i always pray and hope one day tomorrow, i become to be a boss of company..

i would to conduct my team, and success as a women can fight what a men can do it..

thanks...

hello..
friends is so meaning full to all community because friends always with you all at the time. Friendship is a term used to denote co-operative and supportive behavior between two or more beings. In this sense, the term connotes a relationship which involves mutual knowledge, esteem, and affection and respect along with a degree of rendering service to friends in times of need or crisis. Friends will welcome each other's company and exhibit loyalty towards each other, often to the point of altruism. Their tastes will usually be similar and may converge, and they will share enjoyable activities. They will also engage in mutually helping behavior, such as exchange of advice and the sharing of hardship. A friend is someone who may often demonstrate reciprocating and reflective behaviors. Yet for many, friendship is nothing more than the trust that someone or something will not harm them.

i like to eat white Chocolate because good white chocolate is made with pure cocoa butter and sugar, powdered milk and sometimes vanilla. The only thing missing is the cocoa liquor. But be careful and read labels. There is lots of white junk being sold that is not made with pure cocoa. Instead coconut oil or vegetable oil are used. These can taste just fine but should´t be called white chocolate!

This is the tips to become body look slimmer:

Standing in front of a mirror, lift up your shoulders, rotate them back and press them down. Keep your shoulders as far back and down as you can for the count of 16. Relax your arms. Make your neck long and straight, do not tilt your head. Flatten the lower part of your back and contract your abdominal muscles to flatten your stomach. Take a minute or two to 'memorize' how your body feels while in this position. Remember this feeling every time you want to look slimmer.

try it and fill the deference..

Hi
I'm here again with new tips from my academic adviser too.

The new tips i want to share is about the study strategies.

First thins is LEARN TO SAY NO! saying no to party and movies as example.

Second, DO NOT STUDY MORE THAN 2 HOURS AT A TIME.The reason is after 2 hours study continuously your brain will shut down and study after really waste your time.

Third, TRY TO STUDY DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS because natural light really is more conducive to learning.

Forth, PRIORITIZE. Daily list what the important thing you need to do.

Lastly,USE THE 30-3-2 SCHEDULE.Means that study for 30 minutes.Take a 3 minutes break and after that take an extra 2 minutes to mentally review what you have just read and do quick preview of what is coming up next.

Bye there....

Money not everything to our life. But its very important to continue our life today. Money for study, eating and soon...

Money is anything that is generally accepted as payment for goods and services and repayment of debts.

The main uses of money are as a medium of exchange, a unit of account, and a store of value.

Some authors explicitly require money to be a standard of deferred payment.

The term "price system" is sometimes used to refer to methods using commodity valuation or money accounting systems.
The word "money" is believed to originate from a temple of Hera, located on Capitoline, one of Rome's seven hills. In the ancient world Hera was often associated with money. The temple of Juno Moneta at Rome was the place where the mint of Ancient Rome was located.

The name "Juno" may derive from the Etruscan goddess Uni (which means "the one", "unique", "unit", "union", "united") and "Moneta" either from the Latin word "monere" (remind, warn, or instruct) or the Greek word "moneres" (alone, unique).

nowadays, saving money so very important for our feature..

keep your money as much as you can..

THE next time you have a pain in the neck, back, shoulder or even the head, don’t dash off to the doctor. The problem may be your bra. Worldwide, women wearing wrong size bras are turning up at clinics asking for medical relief, including breast reduction surgery.

“All over the world, millions of women just don’t wear the right sized bra. The cup or the band is too large or too small and they live in discomfort,” says Dee Sidhu, a certified bra fitter and director of Amanita, a lingerie store that carries an extensive range of undergarments including maternity, sports, mastectomy and regular bras.

A well fitting bra, she points out, is the key to a flattering look. “Bras that fit well make you feel comfortable and enhance your appearance. When you feel better about yourself, it raises your self esteem and confidence.” So i hop this information will help u'all alots.....

Assalamualaikum,

Today,I want share the article that I read. The article is about 'private tuition:When teachers are good, they're usually good both in and out of school.

This article about education minister for not being in the know about private-tuition industry in Malaysia.
I also agree with the author of the article that is unfair to blame the Education Ministry for a private enterprise becoming a very successful business.

The responsibility for the teacher who want teaching tuition is depend on their self. However their must can still carry out their normal teacjing duties.

For my opinion, many teachers who carry out their professionally can do the best thing for the teaching in normal or teaching in private tuition.

The student can get what the teacher is teaching and more easier to the student understand and success in exam. The teacher are more know about their subject of teaching.

That all for now..
Hope that many teachers out there be the BEST.

Efron (Troy), Vanessa Hudgens (Gabriella), Ashley Tisdale (Sharpay), Lucas Grabeel, Corbin Bleu and Monique Coleman are back, this time in High School Musical 3: Senior Year.

This film sees East High seniors basketball champ Troy and brainy beauty Gabriella facing the prospect of being separated as they head off in different directions to college.

Joined by the rest of the Wildcats, they stage an elaborate spring musical reflecting their experiences, hopes and fears about their future.

HSM3 promises new music and exciting dance numbers.Yes, you can probably say goodbye to Troy and his gang — unless Disney makes a Varsity Musical.

HSM3 is one way of ushering in sophomore Wildcatters McKenzie-Brown, Matt Prokop and Justin Martin.

actually i really2 like their heroin...Jemma McKenzie-Brown... who so beautiful.....

hello...

this is Alternatives to Cooking with Butter...

Butter can be eliminated from some recipes....

When browning onions, vegetarian, and soon...

You can spray your skillet with non-stick spray or use chicken or beef broth instead of butter....

When baking, you can use reduced calorie margarine instead of butter, but the texture will not always come out right....

You've got to experiment a little....

Non fat margarine currently on the market do not bake well at all...

Just remember...
with baked goods, it's not always the calorie content per cookie or piece of cake, it's how many you eat!!!!

Remembering that has helped me maintain my weight better than any reduced calorie diet....

so, its not dangerous what you all think...

hello...

I want to share to all of you about spelling rules...

Useful Spelling Rules

Correct spelling is very difficult for many students because the spellings of many words do not follow rules...

Still, there are some rules that apply to the spellings of words with few exceptions, and that are not difficult to learn and remember. Learning and using these rules can improve your spelling....

Here are eight spelling rules you should learn and use....

1.A word that ends with the sound of “v” is spelled with the letters “ve” at its end.
*Examples: shave, above, effective

2.The letter “i” comes before “e” except after “c.”
*Examples: believe, field, tried (but not receive)

3.When a word ends with “y” preceded by a consonant, form the plural of the word by changing the “y” to “i” and adding “es.”
*Examples: countries, carries, ladies

4.Drop the final silent “e” when adding a suffix that begins with a vowel.
*Examples: changing, notable, nervous

5.Keep the final silent “e” when adding a suffix that begins with a consonant.
*Examples: useful, lovely, hopeless

6.When a one-syllable word ends in a vowel followed by a consonant, double the final consonant when adding a suffix.
*Examples: topped, swimmer, hitting

7.The letter “q” in a word is followed by “u.”
*Examples: quick, antique, equation

8.Do not change the spelling of a word when adding a prefix to it.
*Examples: remove, triangle, misspell.

While some of these rules have exceptions, learning and using them will help you correctly spell many words...

Hello..

In previous comment i share with you the scan ning and skimming skills for reading skills.

Now i will share another type of reading skill which is THE SQ3R+READING METHOD.SQ3R means survey, question, read, recall, and review.

For survey, preview the assignment or material to be studied by scanning the text quickly to discover the author's central concept. From your preview, formulate an overall picture and the purpose of what you're going to study.

For question, you need to learn in terms of what, why, how, when, who or where to support the central concept.Write these questions in the k\margins of your textbook or at the top of your lecture or study notes.

Then for read.read specifically to answer the questions. Most paragraphs contain one or main ideas in support of the concept.Locate and highlight them with a marker.Make notes in the margins summarizing key points.

After that, for recall, pause periodically to recall in your own words a summary of what you have read.Write on notepaper as much as you can recall about what you have read and learned.

Lastly, for review ask yourself if you have understand the new material and accomplish your goal.Reread difficult parts, work a few more problems.Recalling and reviewing the same material several times over a period of several days in the best way to fully absorb and remember it.

Hehehehe
Thats all from me..

Hello..

in this study week, many students ump got stress for becoming final exam.

this tips for you to make less decrease to your stress..

The DETER Strategy for Taking Tests
To do well on a test, you must have good knowledge of the information that is being tested.

But you must also have a strategy for taking the test that allows you to show what you know.

The DETER strategy can help you do your best on any test. Each letter in DETER reminds you what to do.

D = Directions
•Read the test directions very carefully.
•Ask your teacher to explain anything about the test directions you do not understand
•Only by following the directions can you achieve a good score on the test.
•If you do not follow the directions, you will not be able to demonstrate what you know.

E = Examine
•Examine the entire test to see how much you have to do.
•Only by knowing the entire task can you break it down into parts
that become manageable for you.

T = Time
* Once you have examined the entire test, decide how much time you will spend on each item.
* If there are different points for items, plan to spend the most time on the items that count for the most points.
* Planning your time is especially important for essay tests where you must avoid spending so much time on one item that you have little time left for other test items.

E = Easiest
•The second E in DETER reminds you to answer the items you find easiest first.
•If you get stuck on a difficult item that comes up early in the test, you may not get to answer items that test things you know.

R = Review
•If you have planned your time correctly, you will have time to review your answers and make them as complete and accurate as possible.
•Also make sure to review the test directions to be certain you have answered all items required.

Using the DETER strategy will help you do better on tests and get better grades.

Hi today I want share one of the movie that I had watched which is Final Destination is a 2000 supernatural thriller, about a group of teenagers who cheat death by avoiding a plane crash when one of them, Alex, has a premonition of their deaths. Soon after their escape, they begin dying one-by-one in mysterious freak accidents. The script was originally written by Jeffrey Reddick as a spec script for the X-Files. (Director James Wong worked as a writer, producer and director on that series.) The story shares similarities with an episode of The Twilight Zone titled "Twenty-Two". The film is distributed by New Line Cinema. The DVD was released on September 26, 2000. The film was the first in the Final Destination series, which has since produced three sequels and a series of books.
Final Destination takes place on Island. Locations such as Jones Beach and John F. Kennedy International Airport are shown. Nassau County is mentioned. However, Vancouver International Airport stood in for JFK.
Thanks...

Today I want share about Enchanted film that really give me another version of English film. I really enjoy watch it..There are summary of this film..Enjoy read it.
Giselle (Amy Adams) lives in the blissful, traditional animated world of Andalasia, where animals are talkative companions and musical interludes punctuate every interaction. She dreams of her true love and builds a statue to represent him from her dream with the help of her chipmunk friend Pip (voiced by Jeff Bennett) and other forest animals. As she sings about true love's kiss ("True Love's Kiss"), Prince Edward (James Marsden), a handsome and good-hearted, but somewhat dimwitted and egotistical prince, hears her voice in the forest and rescues her from a troll. Giselle and Edward become engaged to be married the next day but her fate takes a turn for the worse the same day, when his stepmother, the villainous Queen Narissa (Susan Sarandon), (disguised as an old hag) throws her through a magic portal to "a place where there are no happily ever afters" in order to keep her stepson single and thus remain queen.
Giselle's plunge into darkness lands her in the live-action world of New York City, where she meets Robert Philip (Patrick Dempsey), a divorce lawyer who takes her into his apartment despite believing that she is crazy and worrying about the safety of his young daughter Morgan (Rachel Covey), because his first wife left them five years ago. The next morning, he becomes angry when he and his daughter find Giselle has called rats and other vermin to clean their apartment (Happy Working Song) and that she has constructed a dress using material cut from his curtains. Nancy (Idina Menzel), Robert's soon-to-be-fiancée, walks in to find Giselle on top of Robert after Giselle had just tripped and accidentally landed on him. Giselle is dressed only in a towel, having just gotten out of the shower, and Nancy leaves assuming the worst. Robert goes to his office with Giselle, who starts crying after finding out that one of Robert's clients is getting a divorce, thus bringing everybody down and getting Robert in trouble with his boss. Robert takes Giselle outside the building to Central Park.

This is our tips for vegetarian..

Being a Vegetarian is Convenient
There are a lot of people who are hesitant to go down the vegetarian road because they feel it will be inconvenient.

In today's fast-paced world, it is essential that things are available quickly and with little hassle.

The truth is that we all have busy lives and probably don't have time to prepare elaborate recipes on a daily basis.

We are a nation consumed by fast food and prepackaged meals.

If vegetarian meals were hard to come by in everyday establishments or not readily available in supermarkets, it will be impossible for some people to eat.

What most people don't realize is that easy vegetarian meals are indeed readily available.

The owners and marketing staff members of large supermarkets and big restaurants would have to be fools not to acknowledge the rise in vegetarianism today. People are more health conscious and are opting to live healthier lifestyles.

Here are just a few of the convenient vegetarian options that are at the consumer's fingertips:

•Burger King and Subway both make veggie burgers.

•Disney World boasts of several vegetarian options in their food establishments.

•Many airlines are happy to provide passengers with vegetarian meals (you need only ask).

•Companies like Boca and Morningstar create delicious frozen veggie products ranging from breakfast sausages and bacon to veggie burgers and “chikin patties.”

•Companies like Fantastic Foods create many delicious prepackaged vegetarian meals and easy-to-prepare mixes (available on grocery shelves and for delivery to your doorstep).

In the case of pregnancy, hair loss is simply a consequence of the stress the body undergoes during labour and should stop approxiamately 6 months after birth. Discontinuation of taking birth control pills can also cause temporary female hair loss. Therefore, this information is important and very usefull for us to know more details and to gain knowledge as well. Thats all. (www.healthatoz.com)

hi everyone!!

I just want to share something about Malaysia's favorite food that is Roti Canai.Roti canai is a type of flatbread found in Malaysia, often sold in Mamak stalls. It is identical to the Singaporean roti prata and a close descendant of Kerala porotta.Roti means bread in Hindi, Urdu, most other North Indian languages, and Malay. The dish is composed of dough containing copious amounts of fat, egg, flour and water. The form of fat used is usually ghee (clarified butter). The entire mixture is kneaded thoroughly, flattened, oiled and folded repeatedly. It is then allowed to proof and rise, and the process is repeated. The final round of preparation consists of flattening the dough ball, coating it with oil and then cooking on a flat iron skillet with a lot of oil. The ideal roti is flat, fluffy on the inside but crispy and flaky on the outside.Do you know it's voted as Malaysia's Favorite Breakfast.

So, lets support Malaysia food!!

Do you know is "Talent Development"???
Talent Development: What it means for Academee clients
Managing talent is one of the greatest challenges in organisational life today. It's always fascinating to learn how different organisations are facing up to this challenge. Because this is such a pertinent issue for Academee clients, we decided to invite a group of them to a seminar and networking event where we could share best practice and learn from each other.
We learned a lot. We asked what ‘talent' really means. We looked at its strategic importance. We discovered that sometimes it's best if you don't use the word 'talent' at all...

Hello..

Do You Know How to Order at a Seafood Restaurant???

Here are some tips to help you get the most out of both your dining dollars and culinary tastes:

1.Ask the server where the seafood item you are interested in came from (its origin). Also ask how it was shipped (overnight?). You need to find out how fresh the seafood is before you eat it.

2.If you do not see something you like on the menu, simply ask the server if the chef can prepare it for you. Sometimes the menu size limits the items listed on it.

3.Ask about the daily specials. Your server should automatically tell you about them. If not, just ask. If you are not satisfied with the answer, or knowledge level, of your server ask for someone else.

4.Ask for any special dietary treatment. If you are on a specific meal plan, or are allergic to certain foods, just ask to have them removed from the dish you are interested in. Seafood restaurants, and any good restaurant in general, will accommodate your needs.

5.Ask for substitutions. Sometimes specials specifically state “no substitutions allowed.” Anything else on the menu will probably be able to be substituted.

6.If the seafood restaurant serves baked potatoes, ask when the potatoes were actually cooked. Many times a restaurant will bake them in the morning and keep them under a hot lamp (or warm area) until ready to be served. This may make for an untasty, unfresh baked potato.

7.Ask to have any leftovers put in a carry-out container. Do not be concerned about how it looks to others. This is an easy way to make two meals out of one.

8.If you are uncertain about how to eat a shellfish, ask the server how. Finer restaurants will train their servers to be prepared to help.

It is pretty interesting to read the introduction by Blane Despres in his book ‘Systems Thinker in Action’ where he compares a systems complexity with the poetic rhythms of a river meandering through the countryside. He can stick the foot in the river one summer and come back again the next summer, or multiple summers later, to the “same” river. Yet, according to Heracleitus, it is never the same river. Thats all..tq

Seafood Safety

The importance of food safety (seafood, in this case) should not be taken lightly. Proper cooking, handling storing techniques, water quality, weather conditions, and others all play a vital role in the quality of seafood eaten by consumers.

For additional reading and information on the steps you can take to prevent food related illnesses, visit the following sites FDA, NFSD, and DHHS.

hello..
may be some of you like to draw manga(animation).
lets me tell you haw to draw the ear.

1. draw the basic outline of the ear. This is where you should decide what basic shape your characters's ears will have.

2.Draw the upper arc that will become the helix and also the antilobium.Try to make both the interior and exterior parts of the ear follow the flow.

3.Lightly draw a letter "Y" to plot where the fossa of antihelix will go, and then flesh it out appropriately by giving it substance with an outline. You can erase the original "Y" at this point, and you may choose to vary the line thickness for the "Y" to give it a bit more depth.

4.Connect the antilobium from step 2 to your letter "Y" with a sort of "U" shape. This is the basically all there is to drawing an ear.

5.Add lines and shadow to make each part look more connected. These details will enhance the realism of your drawing.

This only for draw an ear.Try it

hi there
Do you want to know how to lose weight safely?
here the tips..

What you need to do first is calculate your daily energy output kJ.

* Women [655.1 + (9.56 x weight kilograms)+ (1.85 x height centimeter) - (4.68 x age years)] x 4.2

* Men [66.47 + (13.75 x weight kilograms)+ (5 x height centimeter) - (6.76x age years)] x 4.2

* Multiply the kJ amount by the following factor depending on your lifestyle: 1.2 = sedentary, 1.375 = lightly active (1-3 days a week exercise), 1.55 = moderately active 3 -5 days exercise or sport, 1.725 = very active hard exercise 6-7 days/week, 1.9 = extremely active hard daily exercise or sport or physical job.

Then make a journal on what food did you eat for a week or two.List all of it.Then you can see how much of food you eat between meals.

After that, use the journal that you made to help you examine what food you eat are high in kJ than try to find a way to cut them out and took another healthier food.

Then work out like doing activities.Don't have to do heavy exercise.Even if you clean your house it already ok.

Beside that focus on having a good health not on attaining diet.

Lastly try to stick to three meals a day. Breakfast, ;lunch and dinner.

Lets try this tips

From this articles that the title is Easy Toys You Can Make for Baby.We know that babies need diapers, bottles and lots of attention, but there's something else babies will always need that is toys. A parent can wrap up quite a lot of money purchasing baby toys but that's not necessary. Make your own toys and your baby will have fun while you save a fortune. One simple toy you can make for a crawling baby starts with a pop bottle. A 20 oz bottle is perfect for creating an easy an inexpensive toy. Actually, any clear plastic bottle will work well. Remove the label and fill the bottle with water. Drop in lengths of ribbon, beads, bells, sequin, glitter and similar items. Glue the lid onto the bottle when you're finished. Baby will crawl around on the floor, rolling the bottle and viewing the tumbling things inside, for hours.

Make fun books for baby by starting with old cd's. Cover the cd's, front and back, with felt. Glue the felt pieces together while trapping the cd inside. While cutting the circle felt pieces, to cover the cd's, cut a tab on the left side of the felt pieces. These tabs will allow you to tie the "pages" together.
After you've created several of the felt-covered cd pages, stack them together, while aligning the tabs to the left. Poke holes in the tabs so you can tie a ribbon through them. Push the ribbon up through the bottoms of the tabs, then tie into a bow on top.
so we all can take this as a ways to make a good mother.

Sometimes, maybe because you are very afraid of making mistakes, you will be very conscious about it. Then when we are very conscious, we make mistakes.. believe me..especially when we are talking..can you see my point there?change your mindset..don't be inferior..just believe yourself.....you know what, sometimes when I listen to all the mat saleh talking, their subject verb agreement also chaotic.hehee..so dont worries..

Your own notes is not something that you write on add more details when you hear a lecture because trust me you will simply forget it after that. The notes that you should do is more on something that you will remember for the rest of your life. So, start with tables, classifications, mind map.So that's all..hehe..keep in touch ya..

I just want to share with you some input that I have.
• When you are tired and discouraged from fruitless efforts... ALLAH knows how hard you have tried.
• When you've cried so long and your heart is in anguish... ALLAH has counted your tears.
• If you feel that your life is on hold and time has passed you by... ALLAH is waiting with you.
• When you're lonely and your friends are too busy even for a phone call.. ALLAH is by your side.
• When you think you've tried everything and don't know where to turn... ALLAH has a solution.
• When nothing makes sense and you are confused or frustrated... ALLAH has the answer.
• If suddenly your outlook is brighter and you find traces of hope ... ALLAH has whispered to you.
• When things are going well and you have much to be thankful for... ALLAH has blessed you.
• When something joyful happens and you are filled with awe... ALLAH has smiled upon you.
• When you have a purpose to fulfill and a dream to follow... ALLAH has opened your eyes and called you by name.

So remember that wherever we are or whatever we are facing... ALLAH KNOWS!!We must also remember that ALLAH always see what we do for everything side..SO we can always do the goodness and make our life calm.So this tips give me conscious that ALLAH very LOVE humanity.hehe!!

As for today, I want to share about the Food as Medicine? This is some inputs that I have from the internet.

HEADACHE? Eat fish! Eat plenty of fish.Fish oil helps prevent headaches. So does ginger, which reduces inflammation and pain.

HAY FEVER? eat yogurt! Eat lots of yogurt before pollen season. Also-eat honey from your area (local region) daily.

TO PREVENT STROKE DRINK TEA! Prevent buildup of fatty deposits on artery walls with regular doses of tea. (actually, tea suppresses my appetite and keeps the pounds from invading....Green tea is great for our immune system)!

INSOMNIA (CAN'T SLEEP?) honey! Use honey as a tranquilizer and sedative.

ASTHMA? eats onion!!! Eating onions helps ease constriction of bronchial tubes. (when I was young, my mother would make onion packs to place on our chest, helped the respiratory ailments and actually made us breathe better).

ARTHRITIS? eat fish too!! Salmon, tuna, mackerel and sardines actually prevent arthritis. (fish has omega oils, good for our immune system)

UPSET STOMACH? bananas - ginger!!!!! Bananas will settle an upset stomach. Ginger will cure morning sickness and nausea.

BLADDER INFECTION? drink cranberry juice!!!! High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.

BONE PROBLEMS? eat pineapple!!! Bone fractures and osteoporosis can be prevented by the manganese in pineapple.

So I hope this tips can helps you to avoid the disease..

hello..

Now I want to tell about The Virtue of Zikr.. From this ALLAH the All-Mighty has said that
when youremember Me. I will remember you. Be grateful to Me and never show Me ingratitude.".Besides,"O you who believe, remember Allah with much remembrance." women who remember Allah frequently, Allah has prepared for them forgiveness and a great reward." ,"And remember your Lord by your tongue and within yourself, humbly and in awe without loudness, by words in the morning and in the afternoon, and be not among those who are neglectful." (The Prophet peace be upon him(p.b.u.h) said:"He who remember his Lord and he who does not remember the Lord, are like the living and the dead." (Al-Bukhari)
"Shall I not inform you all of the best of your works, the purest of them with your Master, the loftiest of them in your station, the thing that is better for you than spending gold and silver(in charity), and better for you than meeting your enemies and slaying them and being slain by them?"
(The companions) said, "Of course!" He said " rememberance of Allah, the Most High"." (At-Tarmizi,Ibnu Majah)And he said:
"Allah the Most High says, " I am with my salve when he thinks of Me and I am with him when he mentions Me. For if he mention Me to himself, I mention him to Myself; and if he mentions Me in a gathering, i mention him in a superior gathering. If he approaches Me by a hand's width, I
"Whoever reads one letter from the Book of Allah, will receive one Hasanah( reward for good deeds), and one Hasanah comes with ten like it. I do not say that Alif-Lam-Mim is a letter. Indeed Alif is a letter, and Lam is a letter and Mim is a letter." (At-Tarmizi)

So ere can take it guidance..

hello..
Now I want to share with you about the HARD Way to Make Your Life Better because I think it very interesting .I have this from the internet. First is take up a sport enough with the working out already!!! haha.. Sure, you want to be healthy, but the whole, iPod-listening, 45-minutes-after-work thing is a little anti-social, don’t you think? OK, you want some solitude once in a while.. But at least add a sport, something you do with other people. You’ll be spending time interacting with others, while also developing team-building and leadership skills. And, you might learn something from your fellow players.Next, write the book is one of the ways. When we do this activity it feels really, really good to see your name on a book cover, but it feels even better to know that someone, somewhere, might find his or her life changed by something you’ve written. Share your particular expertise, whether it’s story-telling or woodworking, with the world or just your family.Besides, learn the art like take printing lessons ,a music class and whatever. From this ways we can learn to express yourself and we might find a self worth expressing.Furthermore, organize the group is one of the best ways to make our life better.Getting a group going is a tremendous challenge, and very often the personality of the founder leaves a tremendous mark on the group as a whole. Seeing a group grow and take off can be tremendously awarding.Lastly, set an outrageous goal and achieve it!. So ,I don’t want to suggest that you need to do all these things to be happy but doing just one is quite a handful! But if you are unhappy with your life, if you want to make a change for the better, you need to think big and you need to be ready to put in the work to make it happen. It is easy to “think positively” and it is not so easy to throw yourself into the unknown and make it work. But if you can make it work, you will gain far more than you can imagine.

hello..

Success is an attitude..
Success is not a place or a thing, it is a state of mind. A journey in our own mind restricted only by our own thoughts. To each person success is an entirely different thing. Our success depends largely on our attitude. If we start our day with a good attitude we will overcome most of the obstacles that come our way and move on in the direction of success.A person with a negative attitude will wake up in the morning and see only gray sky and clouds.Good things will happen to those with the proper attitude. So, yes. Attitude is important. With the proper attitude you can accomplish any goal you set for yourself. It is in our best interest to develop a positive attitude. If we think a thing will be and we allow ourselves to believe then it is almost certain that we will achieve what we set out to do.
It may only be my opinion, but I believe that everyone is successful. I believe everyone has the natural ability to be a success. It is up to each individual to determine how much success he or she wants and how to reach that level of success. We have all had a number of successes in our lives already and we will have many more. We successfully completed school. We successfully landed a job or a position we wanted. We successfully completed the purchase of a new home. These are successes that we take for granted, but they were still successes. We have been learning from childhood about success and how to obtain it. When we were small children we discovered that if we cried loud enough and long enough we would get the attention we wanted. That was a success. We also learned that if we studied hard enough we could get the grade we wanted in school. That too as a success..

hello Miss..
Don't Be Sad
.The book is about the happiness. One of the chapter I read today is all that you have. When you wake up in the morning, do not expect to see the evening live as though today is all that you have. Yesterday has passed with its good and evil, while tomorrow has not yet arrived. Your life's span is but one day, as if you were born in it and will die at the end of it. With this attitude, you will not be caught between an obsession over the past, with all its anxieties, and the hopes of the future, with all its uncertainty. Live for today: During this day you should pray with a wakeful heart, recite the Qur'an with understanding, and remember Allah with sincerity. In this day you should be balanced in your affairs, satisfied with your allotted portion, concerned with your appearance and health.Organize the hours of this day, so that you make years out of minutes and months out of seconds. Seek forgiveness from your Lord, remember Him, prepare for the final parting from your house and your station in life.`Today is my only day' is one of the most important statements in the dictionary of happiness, for those who desire to live life in its fullest splendor and brilliance.

Studies Show Fajr Prayer is Healthy.Lets talk about that.Certainly sleep is one of the blessings from Allah. At the end of a busy day a person looks forward to sleeping and regaining enough energy for the next day. Sleep is also important for good health and safety reasons. However, studies vary as to how much sleep is enough. Some studies claim 8-10 hours is a requirement for everyone. However, the Prophet Mohammad used to sleep very few hours in the night and used part of the night for prayer. Recent studies confirm that this may actually be healthier for some people.
Sleep is important for health and safety reasons. Lack of sleep can lead to mental illness, relationship problems, absence from work and even traffic accidents.

hello......
hi everyone!!!!!!!

Today i want to share with you all about the how to manage the stress...

Stress is a psychological and physiological response to events that upset our personal balance in some way.

Stress management encompasses techniques intended to equip a person with effective coping mechanisms for dealing with psychological stress, with stress defined as a person's physiological response to an internal or external stimulus that triggers the fight-or-flight response. Stress management is effective when a person utilizes strategies to cope with or alter stressful situations.

There are several ways of coping with stress. Some techniques of time management may help a person to control stress. In the face of high demands, effective stress management involves learning to set limits and to say "No" to some demands that others make.....

I hope we as a student can manage our stress properly....

Teleportation is the transmission of data which is used to precisely reconstruct an object or organism at its destination.
But, it would be impossible to travel from one point to another instantaneously; faster than light travel, as of today, is believed to be impossible. Teleportation also means of transport for humans that there still has considerable unresolved technical issues, such as recording the human body with sufficient accuracy to allow reproduction elsewhere, and whether destroying a human in one place and recreating a copy elsewhere would provide a sufficient experience of continuity of existence, it means that everytime we teleport, the new one will recreate.
Believers in the supernatural might wonder if the soul is recopied or destroyed, and might even consider it murder. Likewise, someone with a materialistic view of the world might also see the disintegration of a given corpus as the killing of a human being. The reassembled human might be considered a different sentience with the same memories as the original, as could be easily proved by constructing not just one, but several copies of the original and interrogating each as to the perceived uniqueness of each. Each copy constructed using merely descriptive data, but not matter, transmitted from the origin and new matter already at the destination point would consider itself to be the true continuation of the original and yet this could not logically be true; moreover, because each copy constructed via this data-only method would be made of new matter that already existed at the destination, there would be no way, even in principle, of distinguishing the original from the copies. Many of the relevant questions are shared with the concept of mind transfer.
This is an exciting for discussing,, however, that quantum mechanics forbids one from making a wholly exact copy of an object: see no-cloning theorem and Heisenberg uncertainty principle.
By the time, they have rumors about someone called TimeTraveler_0 as known as John Titor, the soldier from 2036, who come back to 1975 to get the early computer IBM500 to cure the worst virus in his years. Thats like the joke case.. however, there no sign about him..

I want to share the tips about how to concentrate on studying....

Good study habits are what separate the good students. It's natural to not want to study; especially when there are video games to play, friends to gossip with.

So to concentrate our study we should:

1.Pick a spot to study. If you find the right place and keep coming back to it, you will condition your brain to focus.

2.Choose a time to study.Start your study at the same time each day and plan your other activities around this period.

3.Use active reading techniques to keep your brain from wandering off.

4.Give yourself incentives to finish.

Ihope this tips can help you guys
to concentrate on studying...

Assalamualaikum..

After programming Hand On Test..
I really got bad headache..
haha..

Its reminds me to post a comment in this blog..

What is a headache?

There is no single cause for headaches and, while they are painful and annoying, the majority of headaches do not indicate that there is a serious problem.

Headaches involve mild to severe pain in one or more parts of the head as well as the back of the neck. There are many different types of headache patterns and a variety of causes. While painful and annoying, the majority of headaches do not indicate a serious disorder and, in non-chronic cases, may be relieved by medicines and/or changes in lifestyle.

What causes headaches?

There is no single cause of headaches. A number of causes have been identified which fall into two general categories.

Tension headache

This type of headache results from contraction of head and neck muscles. It is the most common form of headache and accounts for 70 per cent of headaches. It can occur in people of either sex and at any age but it is most common in adults and adolescents.

Tension headache usually occurs in isolated incidents but can become chronic for some people. Possible causes of muscle contraction associated with tension..

I think better I stop here..
I fell become more dizzy..

i want share to you all several tip how to release bad attitude in ourself.....

1. Decide to have a positive attitude. We are responsible for our own happiness; other people can’t make us happy. We need to decide to make ourselves happy. This is wonderful because now we don’t have to wait around for someone else to do it for us.

2. Surround yourself with positive people. We become like the people we spend the most time with. When we surround ourselves with negative people, we become negative. When we surround ourselves with positive people, their attitude is contagious.

3. Use positive affirmations. A.L. Kitselman said, “The words ‘I am….’ are potent words; be careful what you hitch them to.” We need to replace our negative self talk with positive affirmations. Replace “I hate getting up in the morning” with “I am grateful for a new day.” Eventually changing our self talk will lead to the changes in our behavior.

4. Be very selective of the music and news information that you listen to. GARBAGE IN = GARBAGE OUT!

5. Take time to help other people. Perform some community service; help a neighbor in need. When we do some service for others, it gets us out of our own misery. It also demonstrates to us that we can have a positive impact on our world.

6. Get in touch with your spiritual source.

7. Don’t stop; never give up. Even when we have a positive attitude, we still have days when we don’t feel quite so positive. On these days, we may need to take some extra time to review the previous six tips and remember to not give in to the negativity around us.

so,we can use all the tips to take a good chance in our life....

Here, I want to share about some easy dieting success tips.

First, drink 8-10 glasses of water each day. This is because our body contains a lot of water. By drinking a lot of water, it can replace the lost of water from our body every day especially when we are doing a lot of works.

Second, have breakfast. It is important for our good health and weigh control. It also can maintain the diet for the whole day.

Third, eat at least 3 meals and snacks each day. This should be done to increase the body metabolism. More often we eat, the more often the body gets the nutrient.

why pepole always feel sleepy(yawn)....this is because.....
close windowYawning has always been known to lots of people that it's a sign of sleepiness. Being sleepy is not always the only reason our body yawns there are other reasons why we yawn. First of all yawning is a non verbal reflex message that tells us something about our body, but what exactly it tells us is not known. Yawning mostly will occur depending upon where you are and what you are doing. For an example you can yawn because you are in a very boring place and nothing there interest you, this can cause you to yawn because of boredom. People tends to yawn anytime of the day or night everyday. Just this reason alone will let you know that yawning dosen't always relate to sleepiness. Being tired, restless, and depressed can all be reasons why people yawn. Yawning being contagious is a factor, but know one know why it's contagiuous.

You can also be stressed this can also cause you to yawn it really don't matter what's the cause of your stress yawning can occur doing stressful moments. If you have worked long and hard all day this can also cause your body to have a non verbal reflex due to lack of rest, tiredness, or just plain over worked. There are alot of speculation about the reason why people yawn such as a lack of oxygen to the brain, to stretch out the lungs for breathing throughout the day, low oxygen level in the bloodstream and there are lots of other theories that scientists have fail to prove.

i found this article from www.associatedcontent.com/article

so...know i know why i always feel sleepy .....

FRIENDSHIP is a term used to denote co-operative and supportive behavior between two or more beings.

~Be there when they need you, or you may wind up alone.
~Cheer them on, we all need encouragement now and then.
~Don't look for their faults, even if you have none.
~Encourage their dreams, what would we be without them?
~Forgive them, you just MAY do something wrong sometime.
~Get together often, misery loves company, so does glee.
~Have faith in them, the human animal is remarkable.
~Include them, you may need to be included sometime.
~Just be there when they need you.
~Know when they need a hug, and couldn't you use one?
~Love them unconditionally, that is the ONLY condition.
~Make them feel special, because aren't we ALL special?
~Never forget them, who wants to feel forgotten?
~Offer to help, and know when "No thanks" is just politeness.
~Praise them honestly and openly.
~Quietly disagree, noisy NO's make enemies.
~Really listen, a friendly ear is a soothing balm.
~Say you're sorry, don't let them assume it.
~Talk frequently, communication is important.
~Use good judgment.
~Verbalize your feelings!
~Wish them luck, hopefully good!
~Xamine your motives before you "help" out.

Haluu...(>_<)

Now i'm just want to share some tips how to controlling blood pressure. There are some tips that we can move on...huhu

1.Keep in mind that sometimes everything you try may not work. You might have to have the help of medication along with your healthier lifestyle. Talk with your doctor first. They will be able to assist you with the best option for your lifestyle.

2.The first thing you can do is achieve a healthy weight if you aren't already. Being overweight is a great risk for developing high blood pressure. You can avoid this by watching your diet and reaching your healthy weight.

3.If you are unsure of what your healthy weight should be, you should talk to your doctor. You can even find a site online that lets you calculate your BMI (body mass index) and this will tell you what your healthy weight is.

4.Exercising should be a normal part of your lifestyle. Not everyone enjoys exercising and even if you are one of those people, you can still add it to your every day routine. Only thirty minutes a day of exercise will greatly decrease your risk of high blood pressure.

5.If you cannot set aside thirty minutes at one time, do ten minutes at a time. This is just as effective and you can get thirty minutes in your day quicker and easier than you thought. You can walk or run or whatever you like.

6.Your diet plays a major role in your blood pressure levels as well. A high intake of salt and sodium can greatly increase your risks. Try to limit yourself on salt and sodium intake and have your doctor advise you on the recommended amount according to your blood pressure levels.

7.Using herbs and spices in place of salt is a great way to reduce your salt intake. When you go out to eat somewhere, suggest 'no salt' or ask if they add salt so you know if you should or not. Many people consume tons more salt than they really should and do not even know it.

So how about the tips??Is it good right??...I think so because it is easy for us to practising it.I hope all this tips are useful to make our health better..
Thats all for now
thank you....

Hi all!!
Did anyone of you guys have toothache before?
I am 100% sure that each of us have experience about toothache, right?
So, we know that toothache is really painful and gives us an awful feeling.
What is the real meaning of toothache?
From my research, toothache is an aching pain in or around a tooth.
In most cases toothaches are caused by problems in the tooth or jaw, such as cavities, gum disease, the emergence of wisdom teeth, a cracked tooth, infected dental pulp , jaw disease, or exposed tooth root.

Then, what should we do to relief ourselves from this problem?
I want to introduce some traditional way to relief toothache’s pain.

1) SALT AND BAKING SODA
~First, mix equal parts of table salt and baking soda.
~Then, dab a cotton wool in water.
~After that, dip the cotton wool into the powder and place it between the cheek and teeth.
~Do not place inside the teeth.

2) CLOVES
~Take two whole cloves, place them between the offending tooth and our cheek.
~Then, try to chew it a little bit.

3) PEPPERMINT AND SALT
~Make a tea by boiling 5g of fresh peppermint.
~Make the tea in 1 cup of water.
~Lastly add a little salt.

Do try guys. These are our grandparent’s way to relief tooth pain without going to doctor.

Assalamualikum..

Hehe..me again..

Now i would like to talk gardening flower...

There is nothing that brightens your day anymore than
looking at freshly arranged flowers that were just picked
that day.
You put them into a clear vase and set them on a table to
enhance the beauty of your dining room. The best thing about that is you were the one who grew the
flowers yourself so the arrangement did not cost you a
dime.
If you have never grown your own flowers but would like to
get started doing so you may find that growing flowers is
not only easy to do but it is relaxing and refreshing every
time you see a bloom.
There are some flowers that may be hard to grow. That would
include your seasonal flowers that only bloom during
certain times of the year, like Christmas cactus.
You may wonder if you are doing everything you are suppose
to do until you see it bloom. Gardening flowers can also be
profitable.
Flowers can say a lot and when you give flowers you can
give the most valuable gift of time. Flowers are a
wonderful way to uplifting spirits, including your own.
Actually i also like to gardening. This is one of the activity that can reduce stress and make me enjoy.Besides,it look beautiful when there are a lots of flower.

Thats all..

Hype, i want to share with you about The Homestay Program.

Malaysia is a country with a rich and proud ethnic heritage. Malays, Chinese, Indians, Kadazans, Dayaks, Eurasians and others create the social fabric of Malaysian society. Although each ethnic group has its unique cultural identity, all share an outgoing and warm hospitality for which Malaysia is well known.
Malaysians have a traditional love for meeting people, making new friends and welcoming guests into their homes. In turn, for many Malaysians as well as visitors to Malaysia, there is little that is more interesting than staying as guests in a traditional Malaysian home. When staying with a Malaysian family, guests live the life as the local people do, and are treated like part of the family. Most often, this includes staying in a wooden house, dining on local dishes prepared by the hosts, and eating with your hands.
In addition, visitors are often involved in local activities that range from cooking classes ,a great way to take the local cuisine home through to attending a traditional wedding, watching a local cultural dance, or participating in a Malay martial arts program. All of these are part of the developing Malaysian Homestay Program and key factors that distinguish it from the more simple bed and breakfast type of accommodation.
Last week, i just visited a homestay at Kuala Medang, Lipis Pahang. A homestay at Kampung Kuala Medang is a perfect hideaway with a difference. The village, set in the hinterland amidst fast-flowing rivers, rapids and verdant forest is in the sub-district of Ulu Jelai, about 51km from the town of Kuala Lipis and 150km from Kuala Lumpur.

Kampung Kuala Medang is known for its dodol, kuih bahulu, serbuk kunyit (turmeric powder) and noodles, made by residents as part of the village industry. Other attractions in the village include jus salak (juice extracted from salak fruits), halwa, emping, bubur gula kabung and mat-making using mengkuang (pandanus) leaves.

The fast flowing river, Sungai Jelai, are attractions taken for granted by the community but beckoning lots of challenging adventure freaks from beyond the village. You can go canoeing, challenge the rapids or while away the hours fishing.

Hello friends!

I want to share with you about my reading.

The title of my reading is The Advantage of Breast Milk

Breast milk is rich in good cholesterol, it is almost absorbed from the intestine and endowed with lipase, which helps in splitting fat and its subsequent absorption.

The protein present in breast milk will form soft curd and whey proteins are easily digestible. Higher amounts are present in the milk of mothers who deliver preterm.

Breast milk is rich in lactoferrin, an iron binding protein, which acts as a natural antibiotic by binding with the iron present in the food and thereby making it unavailable for use by microorganisms and hence resulting in their destruction.

It is also endowed with lysozyme, which helps in lysing the cell walls of bacteria. The protein components present in breast milk is ssential for body and brain building activities and provided with good amounts of growth factors and sleep inducing proteins.

These components are lacking in milk supplements.
Breast milk is a rich source of immunoglobulins, especially, colostrum. The white blood cells, which act as a first line of defense in combating infection, are present in millions in human milk.

Naturally it confers protection against the invader.
The vitamins and minerals present in breast milk are in proper proportions so that they are easily and completely absorbed. The minerals especially, iron, zinc and calcium are better absorbed. It is rich in antioxidant selenium.

Breast milk is a rich source of digestive enzymes viz. lipase and amylase which helps in digesting the food properly. It is also rich in hormones especially, thyroxine, prolactin and more than fifteen other components. It varies with the diet of the mother.

Hello friends!

I want to share with you about my reading.

The title of my reading is about Karaoke

Karaoke is a form of entertainment in which amateur singers sing along with recorded music (and/or a music video) using a microphone and public address system. The music is typically a well-known pop song in which the voice of the original singer is removed or reduced in volume.

This is usually attained by using karaoke equipment or by using computer software which removes the vocals from the original track. Lyrics are usually displayed on a video screen, along with a moving symbol or changing color and/or music video images, to guide the singer.

In some countries, a karaoke music video with lyrics and the option to disable the original voice track is called a KTV.

The concept of creating studio recordings that lack the lead vocal has been around for probably nearly as long as recording itself. This is not to be confused with "lip syncing" in which a performer mimes to a previously produced studio recording with the lead vocal intact. Many artists, amateur and professional, perform in situations where a full band/orchestra is either logistically or financially impractical and so they use a "karaoke" recording, but they are actually the original artists.

Hello friends!
I want to share with you about Jonker Street in Malacca

If you are looking at a list of “must-go” places in Melaka, you will find that Jonker Street will always be at the top of the list. It is also a highly recommended place for those who would like to discover Melaka in an interesting and interactive way. If you are planning to spend an hour there before hopping to another major attraction, think twice as it is not an ordinary “street” – one can spend a whole day there just to check out the attractive shops along the street.

Located at Jalan Hang Jebat, this street is also known as Jonker Walk. At an easily accessible location, some people might perceive it as nothing more than a straight and narrow street. However, once you stepped into the entrance of the street, you will be amazed by what you see in each and every distinct shop. Along the street, you can find shops selling unique antique, wood-craved statues, interior and household products, fashionable clothes, colourful accessories and various souvenirs.

The main souvenir that you will be easily attracted to is probably the colourful clogs. Made by wood and painted with striking flowery pattern, the clogs are available in various colours such as red, yellow, purple and blue. You can even find those clogs in different sizes for both adult and children! These modern type of clogs are “invented” from clogs that old nanny wore in the olden days, which was just a simple one with red rubber strip and no colourful painting. Today, these clogs are just another hit item here!

Promised to get some nice souvenirs of Melaka for friends? Here is the best place to source some unique souvenirs without having to burn a hole in your pocket. Different shops along the street sell souvenirs like key chain, beautiful wind chimes made by sea shell and photo frame. If you are looking for something even more extraordinary, wood craving will be a good choice. Wood-craved statues of different type of animals are also available in Jonker Street.

I want to share with you about diamond

Diamond is the allotrope of carbon where the carbon atoms are arranged in an isometric-hexoctahedral crystal lattice. Its hardness and high dispersion of light make it useful for industrial applications and jewelry.

It is the hardest known naturally-occurring mineral. It is possible to treat regular diamonds under a combination of high pressure and high temperature to produce diamonds that are harder than the diamonds used in hardness gauges.

Presently, only aggregated diamond nanorods, a material created using ultrahard fullerite (C60) is confirmed to be harder, although other substances such as cubic boron nitride, rhenium diboride and ultrahard fullerite itself are comparable.

Diamonds are specifically renowned as a material with superlative physical qualities; they make excellent abrasives because they can be scratched only by other diamonds, borazon, ultrahard fullerite, rhenium diboride, or aggregated diamond nanorods, which also means they hold a polish extremely well and retain their lustre.

Popularity of diamonds has risen since the 19th century because of increased supply, improved cutting and polishing techniques, growth in the world economy, and innovative and successful advertising campaigns.

Hello friends!
I want to share with you about Malay food

Variety is the spice in Malay food. The traditional culinary style has been greatly influenced by the long-ago traders from neighboring countries, such as Indonesia, India, the Middle East, and China. Malay food is often described as spicy and flavorful as it utilizes a melting pot of spices and herbs.

Malay cooking incorporates ingredients such as lemon grass, pandan (screwpine) leaves, and kaffir lime leaves. Fresh herbs, such as daun kemangi (a type of basil), daun kesum (polygonum or laksa leaf), nutmeg, kunyit (turmeric) and bunga kantan (wild ginger buds) are often used. Traditional spices such as cumin and coriander are used in conjunction with Indian and Chinese spices such as pepper, cardamom, star anise and fenugreek. Seasonings play an important role in Malay cooking as they often enhance the food taste and flavors.

Many of the seasonings are not dried spices but are fresh ingredients such as fresh turmeric, galangal, fresh chili paste, onions, and garlic. A combination of fresh seasonings and dried spices are normally pounded together to make a fine paste and cooked in oil. Fresh coconut milk is often added.
Rice is the staple diet in any Malay meal. It is often served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and supper too. Most meals are eaten by using your fingers, and eating utensils are kept to a minimum.

All dishes are served at the same time, accompanied by a refreshing drink. Fish is popular in Malay cooking, as with other seafood such as shrimps and cuttlefish. Beef and mutton are very popular choices but never pork as it is against their religious beliefs to eat pork. The other popular white meat is chicken.

One of the most unique Malay dishes is the "roti jala" (lacy pancakes), which sometimes replaces the staple rice. Roti jala is an ideal accompaniment to any dish with lots of rich gravy and is often served during special occasions. It is made from a mixture of plain flour and eggs, with a pinch of turmeric powder and butter. Desserts are a must for any Malay meal. Easily available at most local restaurants and roadside stalls, Malay desserts are invariably very sweet and include ingredients such as coconut milk, palm sugar, and flour.

hye..its me again..
everyone wore clothes.love to buy clothes..but do you really now the history about clothes??
today i want to share something history about clothes..

according to archaeologists and anthropologists, the earliest clothing probably consisted of fur leather, leaves or grass, draped, wraped or tied about the body or protection from the elements.knowledge of such clothing remains inferential, since clothing materials deteriorate quickly compared to stone, bone, shell and artifacts.archeologists have identified very early sewing needles of bone and ivory from about 30,000 BC,found near Kostenki,Russia in 1988.
Ralf Kittler,Manfred Kayser and Mark Stonekng, anthropologists at the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology, have conducted a genetic analysis of human body lice that indicates that they originated about 107,00 years ago.since most humans have very sparse body hair, body lice require clothing to survive,so this suggests a suprisingly recent date for the invention of clothing.its invention may have coincided with the spread of modern Homo sapiens from the warm climate of Africa, thought to have begun between 50,000 and 100,000 years ago.however, a second group of researches used similar genetic methods to estimate that body lice originated about 540,000 years ago.for now,the date of the origin of clothing remains unresolved.
Some human cultures, such as the various peoples of the Arctic Circle, until recently made their clothing entirely of prepared and decorated furs and skins. Other cultures have supplemented or replaced leather and skins with cloth: woven, knitted, or twined from various animal and vegetable fibers.
Although modern consumers take clothing for granted, making the fabrics that go into clothing is not easy. One sign of this is that the textile industry was the first to be mechanized during the Industrial Revolution; before the invention of the powered loom, textile production was a tedious and labor-intensive process.

One approach simply involves draping the cloth. Many peoples wore, and still wear, garments consisting of rectangles of cloth wrapped to fit — for example, the dhoti for men and the saree for women in the Indian subcontinent, the Scottish kilt or the Javanese sarong. The clothes may simply be tied up, as is the case of the first two garments; or pins or belts hold the garments in place, as in the case of the latter two. The precious cloth remains uncut, and people of various sizes or the same person at different sizes can wear the garment.

Another approach involves cutting and sewing the cloth, but using every bit of the cloth rectangle in constructing the clothing. The tailor may cut triangular pieces from one corner of the cloth, and then add them elsewhere as gussets. Traditional European patterns for men's shirts and women's chemises take this approach.

Modern European fashion treats cloth much more prodigally, typically cutting in such a way as to leave various odd-shaped cloth remnants. Industrial sewing operations sell these as waste; home sewers may turn them into quilts.

In the thousands of years that humans have spent constructing clothing, they have created an astonishing array of styles, many of which we can reconstruct from surviving garments, photos, paintings, mosaics, etc., as well as from written descriptions. Costume history serves as a source of inspiration to current fashion designers, as well as a topic of professional interest to costumers constructing for plays, films, television, and historical reenactment.

now i want to share something about teddy bears..evryone loves teddy bears rite??accept aima laa..eheh.

The teddy bear is a stuffed toy bear. It is an enduring, traditional form of a stuffed animal, often serving the purpose of comforting children. In recent times, some teddy bears have become expensive collector's items. Teddy bear collectors are known as arctophiles from the Greek words 'arcto' (bear) and 'philos' (lover).

Commercially made, mass-produced teddy bears are predominantly made as toys for children. These bears have safety joints for attaching arms legs and heads. They must have securely fastened eyes that do not pose a choking hazard for small children. These "plush" bears must meet a rigid standard of construction in order to be marketed to children in the United States and in the European Union.

There are also companies that sell handmade collectible bears that can be purchased in stores or over the Internet. Some examples of such companies are Steiff.

Mohair, the fur shorn or combed from a breed of long haired goats, is woven into cloth, dyed and trimmed to produce a fascinating choice for any artist's palette. Alpaca teddy bears are made from the pelt of an alpaca because the fiber is too soft to weave. In addition to mohair and alpaca, there is a huge selection of "plush" or synthetic fur made for the teddy bear market. Both these types of fur are commercially produced.
Some teddy bear artists specialize in the production of bears made from recycled materials. These artists hunt thrift stores, flea markets, garage sales and trash collection centers as well as their own and their families' basements and attics in search of forgotten treasures to be turned into a collector's dream. Old quilts, dresses, fur collars, coats and stoles as well as beaded bags and garments are quickly transformed into stunning teddy bears.

Some other teddy bear artists specialize in crochet bears made out of thread. They are called Thread Crochet Bears. For these bears artists do not use fabric; they make the fabric crocheting and at the same time make the bear. Thread Crochet Bears are fully jointed, miniature bears. Some are even micro, less than 2 inches tall. Thread crochet bears may be made out of crochet cotton thread, Perle cotton thread, Mohair thread, Punch thread, some thin fancy yarn, like eyelash, or any other fiber that can be.

so..i loves teddy bears too!!eheh..
anybody want to give this for my birthday present??;)

salam to all of you...

nothing to said...but i have the poem that i like to share with you all..friends...thank so much because YOU'LL get close to me...

My Friend when I think of you.
I think of all that we've been through.
All the times we argue and fight,
I know deep inside that it isn't right.
I, then feel bad and alot of pain.
It feels like I've fallen from the sky like the rain.
I love you dear friend with all of my heart.
But now that you're gone I've fallen apart.
I'm getting better as the days go by.
I wish sometimes this was all a big lie.
I pray to you every night.
It's like you're my fire, a burning light.
My dear friend, I miss you alot.
I still wonder why you were put in that spot.
I know you're in a place much better than here.
Watching and helping me with all of my fear.
Our friendship my dear friend,
we will have to the end.
Friends til the end is what we will be.
Someday we'll be together,
together you and me.

I LOVE YOU'LL SO MUCH!!!!

now i would like to talk about pasta..yummmy..yummy.yummy..eheh
actually this is history of pasta..

Though the Chinese were eating noodles as long ago as 1500 BC (known thanks to the discovery of a well-preserved bowl of noodles over 4000 years old),the familiar legend of Marco Polo importing pasta from China is just that—a legend, whose origins lie not in Polo's Travels, but was introduced by Arabs during their conquest of Sicily. (newsletter of the National Macaroni Manufacturers Association.)
The works of the 2nd century CE Greek physician Galen mention itrion, homogeneous compounds made up of flour and water. The Jerusalem Talmud records that itrium, a kind of boiled dough, was common in Palestine from the 3rd to 5th centuries CE.But these references are vague and simply speculate on a possible connection to modern pasta.

A dictionary compiled by the 9th century Syrian physician and lexicographer Isho bar Ali defines itriyya as string-like shapes made of semolina and dried before cooking, probable evidence of Arab influence on the ancestor to modern-day dried pasta. One form of itrion with a long history is laganum (plural lagana), which in Latin refers to a thin sheet of dough. In the 1st century BC work of Horace, lagana were fine sheets of dough which were fried and were an everyday food.Writing in the 2nd century Athenaeus of Naucratis provides a recipe for lagana which he attributes to the 1st century Chrysippus of Tyana: sheets of dough made of wheat flour and the juice of crushed lettuce, then flavored with spices and deep-fried in oil.An early 5th century cookbook describes a dish called lagana that consisted of layers of dough with meat stuffing, a possible ancestor of modern-day Lasagna. But the method of cooking these sheets of dough do not correspond to our definition of either a fresh or dry pasta product. The fact remains that the first concrete information concerning pasta products in Italy dates from the thirteenth or fourthteenth century. The question of their origin continues to evoke speculation. The name (λαγάνα, lagána) survives in modern-day Greece to denote an unleavened, flat bread eaten during the Great Lent.

thats all the history about pasta..

now i want to tell you about my lovely state..Johor Darul Ta'zim.. ;)

Johor (alt. English spelling: Johore, Jawi script:جوهر) is a state of Malaysia between 1°20"N and 2°35"N. It is one of the most developed states in Malaysia. The capital city and royal seat of Johor is Johor Bahru, formerly Tanjung Puteri (English: Princess' Cliff). The old state capital is Johor Lama. The Arabic honorific of the state is Darul Ta'zim ("Abode of Dignity'). It is surrounded by Pahang to the north, Malacca and Negeri Sembilan to the northwest, and the Straits of Johor to the south which is divided by the international border between Malaysia and the Republic of Singapore. Tanjung Piai, in the district of Pontian, is the most southerly point of mainland Asia.

Malaysians and Singaporeans generally use the abbreviation JB to refer to the city of Johor Bahru.

Place of interest!!
Major tourist attractions

Among the popular tourist destinations in Johor are:

1. Desaru - beaches & golf courses along the South China Sea
2. Johor Bahru - shopping, night market, colonial/royal district
3. Endau Rompin National Park - pristine jungle
4. Kota Tinggi 34 meter waterfall.
5. Kukup - a fishing village with seafood restaurants built over water
6. Muar - picturesque riverside town
7. Seribuat Archipelago - islands with beautiful beaches, coral reefs
8. Tanjung Piai - the southernmost tip of mainland Asia

10. Pekan Air Panas - hot springs, waterfall, local fruits available
11. Bandar Nusajaya - new admistration of Johor Government
12. Pulau Dayang - major diving attraction, snorkling, fishing

Language

The Johorean dialect of the Malay, also known as Johor-Riau Malay and originally spoken in Johor, Riau, Malacca and Singapore, has been adopted as the basis for both the Malaysian and Indonesian national languages, Malay and Indonesian, respectively. Due to Johor's location at the confluence of trade routes within and without the Malay Archipelago, as well as the former economic might and influence of Malacca and Johor, the dialect spread as the region's lingua franca since the 15th century; hence the adoption of the dialect as the basis for the national languages.

Clothing

* Cekak Musang and Teluk Belanga are types of collar design for the male garment 'baju melayu'. It is said that Teluk Belanga was designed by Sultan Abu Bakar in 1866 to commemorate the shift of Johor's capital from Teluk Belanga to Johor Bahru. The Teluk Belanga design is a simple hemmed round collar with a stiff stitching called 'tulang belut' or 'eel's spine', with a loop at the end to fit a 'kancing'. This collar design creates an exposed neck in contrast to the neck-covering Cekak Musang design that is a raised stiff collar of about 1-2 cm with an opening down to the chest. The collar ends have matching holes to fit buttons.
* Kurung Johor
* Kurung Riau
* Belah kebaya panjang

Zapin dance!! ;D

Zapin is a dance form which is popular in Malaysia, especially in the state of Johor. It is believed to have been introduced by Muslim missionaries from the Middle East in the 14th century.

In the old days only males were allowed to perform it, but nowadays female dancers are included. It used to be performed exclusively for religious ceremonies but through the years it has become a form of traditional entertainment.

The dancers usually perform in pairs and are accompanied by a traditional music ensemble normally consisting of the gambus, accordion, violin, marwas (bongos), rebana (drum) and dok.

Kuda Kepang

Kuda kepang is a dance or game performed by Johoreans, especially of Javanese descent. Kuda kepang is a legless horse-shaped puppet that is straddled by the performers. Usually, a troupe of performers consists of 10 to 15 people. It is performed at wedding ceremonies and cultural celebrations. There are several possible origins of Kuda Kepang. It is said to derive from the struggles of “Wali Songo”, a group of nine Islamic preachers in Java. Others said it originated from the movement of horses commanded by Ali, the fourth Muslim Caliph. There are several dance rhythms or patterns: the 'Sola', 'Selendang', 'Pak Tani', 'Pucuk Rebung', 'Perjuangan', and 'Mempertahankan Diri'. The bobbing movement of the performers and their horse puppet is called 'Lenggang Kiprah'.

The musical instruments used in kuda kepang performance are 'angklong', 'gendang', 'gong', 'kinong', 'jidor', 'soron kecil' and 'bonang'.

There's a lot of things in Johor..
If uyou want to know..visit Johor and you will know how Johor have a lot of culture..I'm proud to be Johorian..eheh

assalamiualaikum......

today iwant share something about why we need save our nature..... we all know that our nature is very important to us......
Malaysia, the world's No. 1 exporter of tropical wood, is lucky to have become a fairly prosperous country while preserving a substantial part of its forests.

With annual per capita income in excess of $5,500 and three-fifths of its land still covered by forests, Malaysia is in a better position to save its environment from the pressures of abject poverty than, say, Papua New Guinea, where the average income is $770.

Even so, the economic incentive to cut down trees has risen of late: The same Windsor chair that Malaysia exported for $10 between 1997 and 2005 now fetches it $50, according to the International Tropical Timber Organization in Yokohama, Japan.

There's also intense pressure to clear land for plantations. Crude palm-oil futures prices have jumped fourfold since May 2001 because of a growing biofuel craze.

As a partial compensation for the forgone economic opportunity, Malaysia is now pressing a claim on the rest of the world. And it isn't alone.

Malaysia, Indonesia, Brazil, Peru, Cameroon, Costa Rica, Colombia, Congo, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon and Papua New Guinea have come together as a group to ensure that conservation of forests is suitably rewarded in any new global agreement on climate change. The Kyoto Protocol, which is the existing accord, expires in 2012.

what is so important music to me???
i loves to hear various kind of music like....r n b,jazz and so on...

Of course, everyone has them from time to time, but musicians get a bad rap because we tend to keep our relationships at arm's length in fear that they will interfere or distract us from our lofty goals of being a dedicated musician. But see, I have come to terms with my humanity. What I mean by that is just this: we are humans before we are musicians. We need love and commitment before everything else. Does that mean we shouldn't be totally consumed by our passion? Well, define consumed...

me again??huh! ;P
now i want to share about mobile phone..

A mobile phone (also known as a wireless phone or cellular phone) is a short-range, electronic device used for mobile voice or data communication over a network of specialised base stations known as cell sites. In addition to the standard voice function of a mobile phone, telephone, current mobile phones may support many additional services, and accessories, such as SMS for text messaging, email, packet switching for access to the Internet, gaming, bluetooth, infrared, camera with video recorder and MMS for sending and receiving photos and video. Most current mobile phones connect to a cellular network of base stations (cell sites), which is in turn interconnected to the public switched telephone network (PSTN) (the exception is satellite phones).

Usage..

An increasing number of countries, particularly in Europe, now have more mobile phones than people. According to the figures from Eurostat, the European Union's in-house statistical office, Luxembourg had the highest mobile phone penetration rate at 158 mobile subscriptions per 100 people, closely followed by Lithuania and Italy.[7] In Hong Kong the penetration rate reached 139.8% of the population in July 2007.[8] Over 50 countries have mobile phone subscription penetration rates higher than that of the population and the Western European average penetration rate was 110% in 2007 (source Informa 2007). The U.S. currently has one of the lowest rates of mobile phone penetrations in the industrialised world at 85%.

There are over five hundred million active mobile phone accounts in China, as of 2007, but the total penetration rate there still stands below 50%.[9] The total number of mobile phone subscribers in the world was estimated at 2.14 billion in 2005.[10] The subscriber count reached 2.7 billion by end of 2006 according to Informa[citation needed], and 3.3 billion by November, 2007[3], thus reaching an equivalent of over half the planet's population. Around 80% of the world's population has access to mobile phone coverage, as of 2006. This figure is expected to increase to 90% by the year 2010.[11]

In some developing countries with little "landline" telephone infrastructure, mobile phone use has quadrupled in the last decade.[12] The rise of mobile phone technology in developing countries is often cited as an example of the leapfrog effect. Many remote regions in the third world went from having no telecommunications infrastructure to having satellite based communications systems. At present, Africa has the largest growth rate of cellular subscribers in the world,[13] its markets expanding nearly twice as fast as Asian markets. The availability of prepaid or 'pay-as-you-go' services, where the subscriber is not committed to a long term contract, has helped fuel this growth in Africa as well as in other continents.

On a numerical basis, India is the largest growth market, adding about 6 million mobile phones every month. With 256.55 million total landline and mobile phones, market penetration in the country is still low at 22.52%. India expects to reach 500 million subscribers by end of 2010. Simultaneously, landline phone ownership is decreasing gradually and accounts for approximately 40 million connections.

There are three major technical standards for the current generation of mobile phones and networks, and two major standards for the next generation 3G phones and networks. All European and African countries and many Asian countries have adopted a single system, GSM, which is the only technology available on all continents and in most countries and covers over 74% of all subscribers on mobile networks. In many countries, such as the United States, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, India, and South Korea and Vietnam GSM co-exists with other internationally adopted standards such as CDMA and TDMA, as well as national standards such as iDEN in the USA and PDC in Japan. Over the past five years several dozen mobile operators (carriers) have abandoned networks on TDMA and CDMA technologies, switching over to GSM.

With third generation (3G) networks, which are also known as IMT-2000 networks, about three out of four networks are on the W-CDMA (also known as UMTS) standard, usually seen as the natural evolution path for GSM and TDMA networks. One in four 3G networks is on the CDMA2000 1x EV-DO technology. Some analysts count a previous stage in CDMA evolution, CDMA2000 1x RTT, as a 3G technology whereas most standardization experts count only CDMA2000 1x EV-DO as a true 3G technology. Because of this difference in interpreting what is 3G, there is a wide variety in subscriber counts. As of June 2007, on the narrow definition there are 200 million subscribers on 3G networks. By using the more broad definition, the total subscriber count of 3G phone users is 475 million.
