Today i have read an article which entitle "Failure...Is Only Feedback"

Failure is the thing most of us spend the greatest amount of energy trying to avoid. In reality, when you strip away all the emotions attached to the word, failure is only feedback. Failure means that we tried a strategy and it did not work.

Human beings learn by failure, by understanding what does not work, and by continuing to adjust their strategies until they find out what does work.

It is true that when we strive to do something that is new for us, we might fail. As a matter of fact, we might fail many times, but only by risking failure will we ever be able to grow. A powerful way to deal with failure is to ask yourself "What is or could be positive in this situation?" This allows you to obtain some benefit from the experience and then to move on.

If you are failing, you are in great company. Most of the super achievers in history failed more often than anyone else. The difference is that they did not let the failure (or the negative comments from others) defeat them. They just continued to modify their strategies until they found what worked. They did not quit. They knew what they wanted and they did not give up until they achieved their goal. When Thomas Edison was attempting to discover the light bulb he was not met with much support from the scientific community. As a matter of fact, they thought he was crazy to try to invent something that was clearly impossible. A young reporter interviewed Edison and asked him, "Mr. Edison, how can you continue to try to invent the light bulb when you have failed over 5,000 times." To which Thomas Edison replied, "Young man, I have not failed 5,000 times. I have successfully discovered 5,000 ways that do not work and I do not need to try them again." This is a great way to interpret failure as a learning experience.

Very often, we achieve our greatest success right after we have experienced our worst defeat. The bottom line is that we should embrace "failure." Because if we are failing, we are learning; and if we are learning, we are growing. And growing is really what life is all about.

Just now I have read an article which is about how to release our stress. Normally student nowadays always has some stress because of the quiz, test, coursework and the assignment. There are some tips how to relax our minds.

1.Massage
Massage is kneading muscles and soft body tissues to relieve stress, tension, and pain. A good massage therapist loosens and relaxes tight or sore muscles. Your whole body feels relaxed, refreshed and invigorated.

2.Deep Breathing
Practice deep breathing anywhere while you are meditating, doing yoga, waiting to give a speech, or in your car stuck in traffic. Most forms of meditation include some type of breath practice, according to Jahnke. Breathing deeply and slowly helps you calm down and feel more relaxed. There are several ways to practice deep breathing, but the idea is to do it slowly and mindfully.

3.And these are some simple techniques:
* Count to Ten
If a situation gets really bad, count to ten slowly to give yourself time to think about the best way to react.
* Talk To Yourself
As you slowly breathe in, say to yourself, "I am." As you breathe out, say slowly to yourself "calm." Repeat this until your mind is calm and you can focus on your breathing.
* Write It Out
Writing can be good therapy. If you're overloaded with worries, take a pencil and paper and spend 20 minutes writing down your concerns and possible solutions to the problems.
* Take A Break
Get a change of scenery by doing something simple. A walk outdoors can give you a new outlook on a situation.
* Take A Bath
Add some soothing music and scented bath oil and let your stress just melt away!
* Get Back To Nature
Nature can be a great stress-reducer. Drive to the ocean and take a walk on the beach or just watch the waves rolling ashore. Stroll through a flower garden or nature trail. Listen to a tape of ocean sounds or birds.
Relaxing for 15 minutes or more a day, using these techniques or others that you might discover on your own, can go a long way in relieving stress.

I hope that these tips will help you to reduce your stress.

Today i had read an interesting article... The article is about someone who had escape from death after he has been attacked by a crocodile.. The title of the article is "Lucky to survive croc attack".. Thing's like this that pull my attention...

Ok.. This lucky even happen at river bank of Batang Samarahan , Serian, Sarawak... This story remind's me to my section mate.. That guy that I mean is Micheal .. This is because he came from Sarawak..

Back to the story, the guy that have been attack at the river bank is Lester Japeng.. According to his name I can guest that guy came from Iban race ..His age is 35 years old..

One day he gone to cacth fish with his 5 relative's along banks of Batang Samarahan.. Around 8pm 1.2m long crocodile attacked him..

According to this story, the crocodile attacked and bite his left arm, and then Lester punch the crocodile with his killer right hook that force the beast to retreat..
Because of that he received 21 stitches on his arm... He then become the first man that survive from crocodile attack at Sarawak.. Lester also said that he punch the crocodile same as he punch the concrete wall...

Reading about this I remember about the man that very love an animal that he found.. The man is Steve Irwin.. I respect this man because he love every animal even that the animal are crocodile , shark, or any predator else... But he had passed away because sting of sting ray..It is a big lost, because losing him..

My conclusion here, always be careful and alert to the nature around you no matter where you are especially when you near a jungle, ocean, and river... Always have companions with you when you are in that situations...

well, now its raya time. many kind of thing happen and every single minute that we don't ever realize it...
most happen was out of our mind, that thing might happen in front of us...
for example, we should not trust people 100% even tough they are your bf/gf...
this news that i read, she itself, because trust her boyfriend so much until she risk herself to follow him everywhere...
but at the end, he raped her without no mercy...

why must we trust someone that don't have any relationship with us?
just because of love only...??
but what ever the reason is, do remind ourselves about the safety during with someone...
go in group or at least bring someone that know you best and can protect you...

or else, even cry won't help you....

i was read about one news from NST online,http://www.nst.com.my/Current_News/NST/Thursday/National/2369910/Article/index_html
The title is Unsafe building forces 400 pupils to study under tents. This case was happen at Sk Nyatoh. The cracks appeared in the wooden and concrete building of SK Nyatoh in Rantau, which was built around 1890 in Rantau near Seremban, Since the incident, pupils in years Two, Three and Four have been studying under tents. Sometimes, rain disrupts the classes.the officers found that the roof and walls of the building were on the verge of collapse due to damage caused by termites.

The goverment should pay attention to the old schools that must be renovate as soon as posible to avoid its collapse. I'm worry to the safety of the students and how they want to study if the always worry about their safety.
If you have read about this news you can see a picture of students study outside the class because the class is not safe to use.

i hope that goverment take serious to this problem and try to solve this problem as soon as possible,so that the children can stdy with comfortable in their class.

assalamualaikum t all muslims and hi to everyone,

Today i have read an article about internat hacking.
Sounds interesting to me.Actually my dream is to become a computer expertise. I love everything about computer. Hacking sounds good to. Unfortunately, there are a lot of internet hackers out there use their hacking skills to deceive people for money. How sad!

The article i've read is from nzherald.co.nz site. Like people said, we can't escape from punishment. The articles says that an east Auckland computer hacker , who scammed hundreds of thousands dollars and attracted the FBI to New Zealand, has been jailed for three years.

What a waste. Such a brilliant brain should use their skills to do good things and help people. With such a genius brain, he could create something that brings benefits to the whole world.

Moral of the story is, do not use your brain in the wrong way to get money. Of course the advantage can be gotten, but there is always punishment waiting for the guilty people. When it happened, there is no turning back.

Yours sincerely,

Hi, now is move in october already . Today i'm read an interest araticle that teach us how to utilize our computer to make money, this quite interest because it let me know even we don't hv any sources and materials, but with a computer that can online, we'll be albe to make a good imcome by using it .
The way for making those money is becoming one of the AdSense Earner who manage to setting place or website for the advestisement. It list out many ways that need to take precausion when running this business, but the most important things is we need to understant clearly what the business about and how to running that. Beside, consistency is the most important part to bring that business success.
To conclude this comment, i'm think that runnning a business like this is acceptable for students like us get free time beside study, but must know that the risk of running this business and take precaution to avoid it.Furthermore don't get too deep to running this business until forget the duty of us as a student.

During the raya holiday, I've read a short story from a book. The title is The Sound Machine by Roald Dahl.

The story is about a mad scientist, Klaunsner. Klausner work on a 'sound machine'. It looks like a coffin with lots of wires inside. Dr Scott visits Klaunsner and learns that the machine will make it possible for one to hear sounds that cannot normally be heard by human ear.

In the garden Klaunsner puts on his earphones. Through his earphones he hears the roses screaming as his neighbour, Mrs Saunders cuts the roses. Mrs Saunders thinks he is mad when Klaunsner tell her about the screams.

Early the next morning, Klaunsner takes his machine into the park. When he against the tree trunk, he hears a long, loud terrifying sound through his machine. He is horrified that he has hurt the tree.

Klaunsner phones Dr Scott and ask him to come over. When Dr Scott arrives, Klaunsner makes him wear the earphone. Just at the moment, he feal the ground beneath moving. A big branch of the tree crashes down on top of the machine. Klausner and Dr Scott leap away from the branch just in time.

When Klaunsner ask Dr Scott is he deard anything, Dr Scott is reluctant to describe what he heard. Klaunsner then insits the doctor put iodine on the two cuts on the tree trunk. Then the two men quickly walk away from the park.

So, as the conclusion of this story, we never considered someone is mad and crazy if he or she have done somethings. Maybe its look mad but it is possible.

Now i'm just read an article with a topic "How Can I Balance Work & Play?"

I'm attract by this topic and read it because this also a very serious problem facing by enverones including me as well. This article is writed with dialog mode and tell the story. the answer is very good and i'm just simply put below :
Your life and work are an integral whole. You are more than just someone who works. You have many roles in your life: you're a friend, family member, community member, significant other, parent and more. You have mental, emotional, spiritual and physical needs. How well are you balancing your roles and your needs?

Take time to honor your needs, create calmness in your day and renew your spirit. You will find that focusing on cultivating more balance in your life can help your work life improve. You will be more relaxed, better able to focus and better able to produce high quality work. Coming from a strong personal foundation will increase your professional abilities and improve your view of your work.
Begin by considering your personal and professional roles and how much time you spend each week on each role. Examples of personal roles are: mother, father, sister, brother, best friend, confidant, daughter, son, mentor. Examples of professional roles are: employee, manager, mentor, team member, leader, specific job title. List each role in your life and for one week, carry around a small notepad and make note of how much time you spend on each role.

Next, review your needs in each area: mental , physical, emotional and spiritual.

Examples of mental needs: intellectual stimulation, diversity of thought, learning.

Examples of physical needs: food, shelter, water, Exercise.

Examples of emotional needs: love, belonging, security.

Examples of spiritual needs: meditation, religious/spiritual practice on a regular basis, rituals.

Consider how much time you spend in each area and note which areas you'd like to spend more time on.

Next, look at how you can make room in your life to take the time to focus on the needs that have been neglected and the roles you want to spend more time on. What extraneous tasks can be eliminated from your life or delegated to someone else? Schedule time for yourself and treat it like any other appointment.

Selfmanagement is very important for us to fix ourself in order to facing any problems. As a student we also need that skill but who will actually get a good skill of that ....

Today I had read a news from the internet. The news was about Mohd Muin Yaakub, which was 15 years old, grimaces in pain as he used his left hand to tick the answer to a question in the Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR) Bahasa Melayu 1 paper. The examination was held in a special room at the orthopaedic ward of Universiti Sains Malaysia Hospital (HUSM) at Kubang Krian.

An invigilator who was there to assist Mohd Muin Yaakub then blackened the answer on a separate answer sheet. Mohd Muin Yaakub, who lost three fingers when a firecracker exploded in his right hand was among 15 students in Kelantan who were taking their PMR exam in hospitals.

Mohd Mohd Muin Yaakub Yaakub was using firecrackers to chase a stray cow from his father's vegetable farm last Thursday, when they exploded in his hand. His father, former teacher Mohd Judin Samad, which was 49 years old, who was watching him from outside the room. He said that he would be happy if his son could pass all the subjects and go on to Form Four.

In conclusion, I think it is quite difficult for him to take the exam in this condition. That is because
he was not able to revise in the ward with people coming and going all the time. So, I hope that he can sucess in his PMR examination.

before this, its recommended to take 200 units per day for kids, but now the doctors said that children must take 400 units Vitamin D per day.

most milks that sells, have fortified with Vitamin D. that's why most kids have to drink milks.
but, there are several other foods including cereal, oily fish tuna, mackerel and sardines. but the best way is to get Vitamin D by the sunlight.

Today I wan to talk about a short story that I read just now.The title of the story is "Eagle In The Storm".

Did you know that an eagle knows when a storm will breaks?Yes,when an eagle can fell that the storm will happen in certain time, the eagle will fly to some high spot and wait for the wind to come.Whwn the storm hits,it sets its wings so that the wind will pick it up above the storm. The eagle does not escape from the storm but use it to lift it higher.

From this story,we can learn that when the storm of life come upon us,we also can rise above them by setting our minds and our believe toward god.

God enable to give the storm that bring sickness, tragedy, failure and dissappointment in our lives and we can handle it by soar above the storm.

Remember,it is not about the burdens of life that weigh us down, but it is about how we handle them.......Thank You......

i was read about one article about "smoking stinks" in a website (http://kidshealth.org/kid/stay_healthy/body/smoking.html)
In this article says that, yet every single day about 4,000 kids between the ages 12 and 17 start smoking. Most middle school students don't smoke and also says that why do those who smoke ever begin? It is because Some kids may start smoking just because they're curious. Others may like the idea of doing something dangerous — something grownups don't want them to do. Still others might know lots of people who smoke and they might think it's a way to act or look like an adult. But an adult can think that smoking and tobacco use can cause cancer and heart disease, i think that sometimes kids can't really think that far into the future to worry about an illeness that they may get.

in this article also talk about the problems that might affect kids more quickly:
*bad breath
*yellow teeth
*smelly clothes
and more over...

i think, all kids in this world can not involved in this smoking problem, because it is too bad for our healthy. For kids, it will effect their future, maybe someday they will get cancer early from the habits of smoking...am i right?

It also will effect to their study because they can not focus and always want to smoke...It is not good to our new generation that one day will continue our generation..

thats all from me...
to get more information about smoking and how to stop this habit, you can view this website, i hope that,if you are the one are smoking, stop this habit because it is not good to your healthy and your future..

Assalamualaikum and good evening to all my section mate and my technical teacher Miss Marziah...

Today I had read and article about three cops were killed in a crash near the Km8 Jalan Muar-Melacca.. The position of the cops is constable...

Ok the story happen at Muar, Johor Bahru.. Ok the story is about three constable that just finished their duties at Jasin police station at Melacca have a ride to get back to their home.. In the middle of the journey to get back, they had been collided with the lorry which was making a U-turn...

The car was driven by Syafiq, one of the police...Two of them died at the scene... But one of them make it to the hospital of Sultanah Specialist..

My advice after I read the article is better be careful before this tragedy happen to us..
When we feel tired and sleepy while driving, rest a while or take a short nap before continuing your journey to your destination..
Also do not drive so fast at road because it is not only making your life in danger also other people that are in the road....

So my conclusion is, drive safely at road and remember your loves one...

Today I had read a news from the internet which entitle 'Robbers botch up at bank and goldsmith'.

The first incident take place in Taman Kinrara, Puchong, two men tried to blow up a cash deposit machine at the CIMB branch with firecrackers, but the explosion only damaged the top of the machine.

The powerful explosion also damaged part of the ceiling but failed to break the safe box in the machine. The robbers fled empty-handed after the alarm went off.

Selangor police chief Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar said it was about 5.45am when the two suspects, in full-face helmets and jackets, walked up to one of the two cash deposit machines.

Footage from the closed-circuit television cameras showed the suspects placing firecrackers at the screen panel of the machine.
The suspects took cover outside the room before the explosion, which also damaged the CCTV.

The robbers left when they realised that the explosion failed to blow open the cash deposit machine. The policemen on patrol in the area spotted smoke billowing out of the building about 7am and discovered the attempted robbery. Forensic personnel were called in to identify the explosives used.

In the second incident, the quick-thinking manager of a goldsmith in Section 1, Wangsa Maju, thwarted a robbery by a man armed with a baton by setting off the alarm, scaring off the robber.

The robber walked into the shop at 11.30am and smashed three display cabinets. But before he could scoop up the jewellery, the alarm went off.

It is learnt that the manager, who was at the back of the shop, set off the alarm. Sentul police chief Assistant Commissioner Zakaria Pagan said the alarm caused the robber to panic.

He added that at the time of the robbery, there were three workers at the outlet.

i have read a article about change ours world better ..

Absolutely, without making fundamnetal changes in our way of thinking, in our way of liviing and in our behaviours, all other solutions are ad hoc solutions and will not hold. Consequence of humanity's actions are staring back right in the eyes. If we do not take the chllange we are doomed. But who listens in this fast paced, greeed insipired, ego centric world. We can only keep doing our part, little by little, that is all we can do and must do.

i have read a article on internet which is Beautiful -- well written -- very cogent -- very well organized -- well researched article. The author is a master story teller of hard dry science matters into an easily understood very readable sequential article.

With every passing day the dark matter is fast becoming a fact from fiction and will be the subject of extensive research and debate in the coming decade. When we staart to understand the nature and distribution of dark matter which seems to represent most of the matter of the universe not the visiible matter -- then we will understand the actual interplay of verious centrifugal and centripetal forces on expanding universe.

Because the dark matter exerts its own pull on the visible galaxies keeping them clustered around itself that may act along with Gravity as a countering force against totally uncontrolled expansion envisaged for dark energy -- only then the researchers and theorists will be able to tell if the centrifugal force of dark energy will rip apart the current universe into oblivion 10 billions years from now -- or pull them together into another hyperdense singularity ready to explode into another Big Bang -- after the Big Crunch. Highly speculative very exciting heady stuff -- very well presented. bravo!

Find out a very interesting article in 'new scientist'..
If you think you understand it, you don't know nearly enough about it

So here is New Scientist's guide to some of the most common myths and misconceptions about evolution.

Shared misconceptions:

Everything is an adaptation produced by natural selection

Natural selection is the only means of evolution

Natural selection leads to ever-greater complexity

Evolution produces creatures perfectly adapted to their environment

Evolution always promotes the survival of species

It doesn't matter if people do not understand evolution

"Survival of the fittest" justifies "everyone for themselves"

Evolution is limitlessly creative

Evolution cannot explain traits such as homosexuality

Creationism provides a coherent alternative to evolution

Today I had read an article which is about symptoms of people with anorexia nervosa.

From my point of view, anorexia nervosa is a psychology problem. The person usually have fear of gaining weight and for me they usually think more about food and try hart to limits the amount of food that she or he eats, even though she or he really thin. Usually female will became anorexic because they obsession to have a perfect body figure and because of influence from the media that always said that thin is beautiful. They want to be perfect in every way. Sometimes, the person also can become anorexic because of stressful life.

In conclusion, I want to advice to any female out there, if you want to go on diet to get a good figure you can. But make sure you get an advise from professional and do not go on extreme diet and extreme exercise because it really dangerous to your health.

Just now, I had read a magazine which entitle ‘Electrical Fire Safety’. It is important for us to know the causes of fire and the way to prevent it.

Fires are caused by electrical system failure and appliance defects, but more cause by misuse and poor maintenance of electrical appliance, incorrect installed wiring, and overload circuit and extension cords .

Most electrical fires result from problem with fixing wiring, example incorrect fixing wiring or overuse the extension cords will easily cause the electrical fires. While in the residential house normally electrical appliance involve the accident happen .

There are some safety precaution (residential electrical fires) :
• Routinely check your electrical appliances and wiring.
• Frayed wires can cause fires. Replace all worn, old or damaged appliance cords immediately.
• Use electrical extension cords wisely and don't overload them.
• Keep electrical appliances away from wet floors and counters; pay special care to electrical appliances in the bathroom and kitchen.
• When buying electrical appliances look for products which meet the SIRIM standard for safety.
• Don't allow children to play with or around electrical appliances like space heaters, irons and hair dryers.
• Keep clothes, curtains and other potentially combustible items at least three feet from all heaters.
• If an appliance has a three-prong plug, use it only in a three-slot outlet. Never force it to fit into a two-slot outlet or extension cord.
• Never overload extension cords or wall sockets. Immediately shut off, then professionally replace, light switches that are hot to the touch and lights that flicker. Use safety closures to "child-proof" electrical outlets.
• Check your electrical tools regularly for signs of wear. If the cords are frayed or cracked, replace them. Replace any tool if it causes even small electrical shocks, overheats, shorts out or gives off smoke or sparks.

I had read an article which entitle ‘Shoe Tips And Facts’.

In this article it include about Shoe Care Tips, Shoe Fitting Pointer, Footwear Facts and Quotes, and Basic Fashion Elements. Nowadays, many people buy shoes according to the latest design and forget about the main point that we wear shoe which is for comfort.

Shoes are very important in our daily life. We cannot go out without wearing shoe. Shoes protect our foot from germs on dirt. Beside that, our foot also is the main part on our body. If germs get into our body through our foot, we get easily get sick. That’s why we need to wear comfort shoes. If we wear shoes that not suitable with our feet, we ca get blister and our feet will hurt.

Our feet carry our body weight. If we wear uncomfortable shoes, our feet will get hurt and will burden our feet. Therefore, we must take care of our shoes so it can long lasting and be wise when choose your own shoes so it fit well with your feet. Never ask other people to buy your shoes because they d not know your right size.

Today I read news about one sale assistant alleges she is “identity theft”. This things reallly happen in Johor Bahru yesterday. A sales assistant was shocked to find herself a debtor of several government agencies. Lee was the aggrieved person in this case.

She said according to official letters sent to her, she owed about RM1, 000 to three local councils, the police and a telecommunication company. She claimed that the money owing to the government agencies was due to the unsettled summonses issued to a car allegedly registered under her name.

She didn’t buy any car and had no idea of it. She believed that someone had unscrupulously used information from her identity card, which she lost in a robbery three years ago, to purchase the vehicle.

As we know the MYCARD have all the security functions such as finger print. It means to be able to perform one transaction we can’t simply pretend to be other people. But it already happens because the authorities do not make full use of all the utilities in the mycard.

The satirize thing is what is the function of the “JABATAN PENDAFTARAN NEGARA MALAYSIA”? They should block the lost card and provide a new mycard for the aggrieved person. This is all the weakness of the government department..

Last but not least, I hope that our government department and all the authority can minimize this embarrassing thing to be repeated by taking any necessary prevention steps.

assalamualaikum to all of u...^^

talk about sports, everyone suppose have their own interest about sports...
no matter it is outdoor or indoor...
well, this article is about my favorite sports, tennis...
it tells me everything i wanna know about tennis...
mostly my favorite action is twist serve and Australian formation...

the Australian formation or I-formation is when the serving team start the point on the same side of the court, the server obviously at the baseline and the receiver or our pair near the net....
this kind of action can make the opponent confuse..
at least for the started...

usually this kind of action is only for double player...
they cannot guess which side they would attack...
sound interesting wasn't it??

besides that, this I-formation, some players use this formation think that it is good for the team with one really weak player and one really strong player...
this is because when the weaker player is returning, you can almost isolate him from the stronger player....

well, sound easy...
when i'll try it out it was so hard cause i need to catch my pair together if i need to make it more perfectly...
in oTher words, i need more practice on it...

well, i didn't explain it all mostly...
but, that is just a basic to know about that technique...
or more likely...^^

next, the twist serve...
The twist serve is more difficult to produce than the other kick serve, the topspin, but it's also more difficult to return. Both serves have generous net clearance and a high bounce. The twist also curves to the receiver's right in the air and to her left on the bounce, making it harder for the receiver to line up and also putting it more often on the receiver's backhand, where high balls are usually troublesome....

yeah, that's true..
i'll try it so hard yet, it didn't work at all...

I'm reading a article now , that article is a topic about "Looking for Your Life-Partner?"

This topic attract me since everyone no matter working or studying also need a good parney beside u to give u support and loving u... But the main ideal is not affact the result of study or working .

In this article say that Finding true love is possible for any one at any age if you’re willing to prepare yourself, on all levels, to become a magnet for love. This wonderful Universe of ours is set up to deliver the people and things we draw to us that are consistent with our personal belief system. If you don’t believe you will ever find the ONE, then guess what, you get to be right. . . you probably won’t.
...

If, however, you learn to believe that the one is not only out there but is also looking for you, then true love can be yours. This also same as the writer's grandmother said :there’s a lid for every pot. In other words, there is a match -- a perfect partner -- for every person.

I'm believe that there also got someone else looking at me at some part of this universe . so finding someone true love is available and romance...

Long time not send comment and this is the first for this month.sorry for that.I'm involved in so many problem lorr...

Ok,this time I would like to talk about stomach. There's a reason that you have excess stomach fat.

I'll show you based on the article that I've read why you've been doing the wrong types of exercises and eating the wrong types of foods.Change just a few of these aspects and you'll start to lose stubborn belly fat and get a flat stomach MUCH faster!Trust me k....

5 Facts You MUST Understand if You Are Ever Going to Lose Your Belly Fat and Get Six Pack Abs

1. Many so-called "health foods" are actually cleverly disguised junk foods that actually stimulate you to gain more belly fat... yet the diet food marketing industry continues to lie to you so they can maximize their profits.
2. Ab exercises like crunches, sit-ups, and ab machines are the LEAST effective method of getting flat six pack abs. We'll explore what types of exercises REALLY work in a minute.
3. Boring repetitive cardio exercise routines are NOT the best way to lose body fat and uncover those six pack abs. I'll show you the exact types of unique workouts that produce 10x better results below.
4. You DON'T need to waste your money on expensive "extreme fat burner" pills (that don't work) or other bogus supplements. A special class of natural foods is much more effective. I'll tell you about these natural foods and their powers below.
5. Ab belts, ab-rockers, ab-loungers, and other infomercial ab-gimmicks... they're all a complete waste of your time and money. Despite the misleading infomercials, the perfectly chiseled fitness models in the commercials did NOT get their perfect body by using that "ab contraption"... they got their perfect body through REAL workouts and REAL nutrition strategies. Again, you'll learn some of their secrets and what really works below.

Sound a little difficult to follow right. But we must go through it if we want got to slim and have a nice body...

miss me a lots right.sorry lorr,it's not my fault to lost mysteriously..

bcoz i've got this injury,so why not i'm share with you all.last week i've got shoulder injury bcoz of playing rugby.Anyone who pitches in rugby or plays prob for their rugby team knows how painful a shoulder injury can be.

Of course, shoulder injuries occur in many other sports too. Damage to the shoulder can range from tendinitis of the rotators cuff to dislocation and fractures of the collarbone.

Shoulder injuries occur frequently in sports where athletes are required to pivot aggressively, such as tennis, cricket and baseball. They are also prevalent in load-bearing disciplines like weightlifting where muscles and joints are put under heavy pressure, or contact sports such football where collisions or falls can result in strains, dislocation or breaks.

It is essential to strengthen the muscles in the shoulder in order to lower the risk of injury and improve flexibility.

so,i hope that you all will pay more attention to your body when playing.we must be more careful next time...

that's all,thank you.....

After a few test recently, and we going to enter the study week, I'm think we need need a short brake to recovery all our spirit and change our mood before facing another bigger challaging ( Final Exam )..

And with this purpose i'm red a article about "PLAY"..

That say that play is a naturally enjoyable. For children, since it is their active engagement in things that interest them, play should be child-led, or at least child-inspired, for it to remain relevant and meaningful to them.

Playing also another way for children to discovering things and world.. Play gives children the opportunity to learn and experience things themselves, which is vital for their development. Although peek-a-boo games seem pointless to adults, tots are awed by the surprise that awaits them as they see the suddenly emerging faces of people they love.

Play perks:
The children play because of that
1. Play brings pure and utter joy.
2. Play fosters socio-emotional learning.
3. Play hones physical and motor development.
4. Play facilitates cognitive learning.
5. Play enhances language development.
6. Play encourages creativity.
7. Play provides bonding opportunities.

Since play bring so many benefit to children, adult also can get that benefit from it if their really enjoy it ...
Hence enjoy any trip and gathering in this study week also can bring out benefit for you all.....
I;m serious ...

Assalamualikum to all muslims and best regards to all,

Recently i,ve read and article entitled "Deevali shopping spree". Yes, i know, Deepavali is just around the corner.
A station radio called THR Raaga will make an exciting offer to their choosen listeners. All the listeners got to do is to call in and answer a list of Deepavali-related questions and 10 callers will be chosen before Saturday for a shopping spree at Chennai Silk Palace, Klang. In addition to the RM100 given to each of them that day. Sounds fun to me!
Moreover, 100 orphans will also be there to pick out their own outfits. The shopping excursion will culminate with a scrumptious meal for all.

Well, for all those who celebrates Deepavali they must grab this offer. As a Malaysian , we have many celebrations especially Malaysia is known as multi-racial country. So, people, this upcoming Deepavali , don't just do nothing but spend our time to visit our Hindu's friends.

hello....
here's a short article that i'd read from:

http://www-das.uwyo.edu/~geerts/cwx/notes/chap01/origin.html

it's about the origin of atmosphere.it's really interesting to read something that i don't even know and it's good for my own knowledge.here are the information that i gain from this short article:

1.The atmosphere thought to have been created at the time the Earth was being formed, about 4.5 billion years ago.

2.Much of atmosphere was removed after the formation of the Earth by the impact which incidentally created the Moon.

3.More outgassing resulted from continued impacts, and at the same time the Earth started to cool.

i'd read an article about wood fever...first i thought it was about a new flue or wood defect in construction...after i read it it is about the mentallity of a hunter when they go for huntering in the forest or woods...in the article it stated that, preparation is the key part for any hunter that requires bringing the bare essentials. Although it's mostly equipment, the hunter must have the mental fortitude to not lose their heads in thinking about tagging their prize.

They do their crime activity at Kuala Lumpur, Peneng and Johor. Income from their illegal activity, they get around five million above and their involving public life. Police tease their operation to arrest the most dengerous gang. Result from this operation, one suspect has be reman for six day to complete police investigation. Hi miss...

For the second article..I like to talk about 'how to reduce stress'.I think this week is the most busy week forever..Assignment there, assignment here, project there, project here, test there, test here.. Waduh2......

So,to help you all and also myself, here are some tips to reduce the stress so that the students can release their stress levels to make learning easier.

1) Manage time wisely: it's important to make sure you have plenty of time to do your
work well and make you more relax.
2) Get organized: have a system of organization all of your work. Makes sure you
remember deadlines and test dates to avoid you from forgotten about the important
events.
3) Create a good study environment: creating a soothing environment can reduce
stress and help you to understand your study easily.
4) Know your learning style: it's important to your study practices around your
particular learning style and make success easier to attain.
5) Get enough sleep: you need to be well-rested if you want your performance to be
optimum. Research shows that those who are sleep-deprived have more trouble
learning and remembering and perform more poorly.
6) Learn study skills: if you learn study skill, it will help you improve your
performance. If you already prepared yourself, it will less stress.

assalamualaikum and hello to everyone..

i want to share about how to have a good family life. everyone has their own family no matter they love their family or not.Actually, family are really important to us.Family gives us moral support and also financial support. As one of the family members, we to say thanks to our parents and always show them our love.

To have a good relationship, we have to respect our parents. respects them by listening what they say and try to make them happy.Answer them when they asking us.Dont let them think that we hate them.Realize that we can choose our friends but we cannot choose our best family. We are actually born to the family. So, be thankful and always happy with our own family.

Besides, we need to realize that life is not going to go smoothly.Always thinking positive to our family. When we have a problems, face it with positive thinking.Furthermore, try to compromise whenever and wherever its possible, gives occasional gifts to our family members.surprise gifts can be great because most people love them.Actually not all family are affordable to do this.but we can also to show our love by cook something or make the party for them.

we need to be honest to our family member.Tell them the true story no matter it is good or not.Lastly, love our own family.because they are the only relative that we have.

deepavali..

what is mean by deepavali..how Indians celebrates these celebration.from what i have red, deepavali or diwali means a row of light.maybe thats why there are a lots of light during deepavali.Indians celebrate this deepavali on the last two days of the days of the dark of KARTIK means in the October-November.Usually it is celebrated in 3 days. Some of them believe that they celebrate the mariage of lakshmi and Lord Vishnu.

In the south of India, most people take an oil bath in the morning and wear new clothes. Maybe, this means that they want to have a good new life.

I hope deepavali that they will celebrate next week will be more merry and happening.

Hello

Did you know how to reduce the heart attack and stroke? Actually, we don’t know what the sign of getting heart attack is and how it can be reduce. When I red the article entitled ‘heart health and stroke’, I learn more on how it can be detect and how to avoid ourselves from getting the heart attack. From the article, heart disease is the number one killer of women. Whatever is our age, we need to take action to protect our heart. The most common kind of heart disease is the Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). The common sign of a heart attack include a pain or discomfort in one or both arms, back, neck, jaw or stomach. Besides, Shortness of breath, nausea, feeling faint or woozy and breaking out in a cold sweat are the sign for the heart attack. Other sign are heartburn, loss of appetite, feeling tired or weak, coughing and heart flutters. As a woman, we need to know all the sign and better check with the doctor if we got the sign. Heart attack can cause a death. Some of people said that this disease also related with the family disease. If our father or mother or other relative got this disease, we are also has a tendency to get this disease. Be alert with our healthy.

What do you know about junk food? for me, junk food is just like a silent killer. Why I’m telling you like this? Because if we ate too much of junk food. It can effect our health even though it nice to eat. So we have to avoid it or try to reduce the quantity of taking it..
Based on the web site www.ehow.com/how_2276283_avoid-junk-foods.html, we can get effective advice to avoid the junk food. In this website, they gave you the habit that people always did in taking the junk food. Therefore, they turn the bad habit to a health lifestyle. One of the bad habits that I read in this website is did we ate at the middle of the night? In this website, they told us that its not wrong if we ate at midnight..However,it depends to what we are eating. try to avoid the chocolate bars or sneak, instead change it to fruits or yogurt..
After I read this article, I realized that as a student, junk food is the most popular food among us..Eventhough we know that it is not a healthy food; we still took it as one of our lifestyle. So, I hope by reading this article, you can manage our habit on taking junk food as one of your meal of the day…

Over the last few months, since I’ve been into this mountain biking arena, I’ve been actively cycling during weekends at some of the beginners trails around tasik kenyir.

Recently, a few friends of mine bought the Proton T-Bolt bikes. I have been keeping one of it for a year now. Well, since its in my house, I decided to try cycling the bike for a few times on the road and frankly, I’m starting to love it very much.

Of course comparing to the other bicycles at my home, the Proton T-Bolt is slightly on the heavier side but heck, who really cares about weight ?!

If you really want to start comparing the Proton T-Bolts to the other mountain bikes, the Proton T-Bolts are value for money !! Seriously !!

For slightly lower than RM1,000, you get a carbon fiber frame, a full-suspension bike, disc brakes, 27-speed, Shimano Deore LX groupset and Rigida double-wall rims !!

Now, WHERE can you get such a good bargain ??!

Other brands of mountain bikes, with similar kind of setup will easily cost you around RM1,500 !! I’m not kidding !! Isn’t that really value for money ??

Well, some riders might ask if riding the Proton T-Bolt is tiring, especially when you’re climbing up-hill. Well, any full-suspension bike will have the same problem.

If you really want to use the T-Bolt for some serious hardcore cycling, you can always upgrade the suspension to be a better one, maybe a Fox rear shocks.

The factory complete bike is very suitable for those who are fresh to mountain biking and do not want to spend a huge sum of money on a bicycle, before actually knowing if they’re really going to enjoy the sport or not.

It is important to drink enough. Some people may have told you that you must drink eight glasses of water a day. Some say seven glasses. But, how much is enough? In fact, the size of the glass can be subjective.

The real truth is that eight or even nine glasses of water a day can be too much or too little. How much you drink depends on many factors and here are few of them:

* The amount of physical activity. The longer you exercise and the higher intensity is your workout, the more water you need.
* Whether it is hot, humid or cold weather. Hot or humid weather make you sweat and therefore require more intake of fluid.
* Whether you are at low or high altitude. Altitudes greater than 2,500 meters (8,200 feet) may trigger increased urination and more rapid breathing, which use up more of your fluid reserves.
* Your health condition - whether you having fever or diarrhea. You will need to drink more when you are sick.
* Women who are expecting or breast-feeding need additional fluids to stay hydrated.

A general recommendations for woman is approximately 2.7 liters (91 ounces) of total water from all beverages and foods a day whereas man will need about 3.7 liters (125 ounces daily) of total water. Source.

Just because you have this number does not mean you need to drink all the water you need a day all at once. Don’t be lazy. Drink at different times throughout the day. Also, 20 percent of the liquid intake is derived from food whereas about 80 percent of total water intake comes from drinking water and beverages. So, when you do not drink 2.7 liters or 3.7 liters from your glass, no worry.

Some people worry that if they drink water too frequent, they will have to run to the bathroom pretty often. Initially, that will happen. However, after several weeks once the bladder has got used to it, they will urinate less frequent but in larger amount. Going to toilet once every 2 to 3 hours is considered normal.

So, how do you know when it is time to drink? Here are the 3 ways to find out:

1. When you are thirsty, then it is time to drink. However, as we get older, we may experience less thirst, so, it is advised to drink before thirst sets in.
2. The other better way to know is from the color of the urine. If it is colorless or slightly yellow, then you are drinking enough and vice versa.
3. Other signs of not drinking enough water include dry mouth, headache and constipation.

In addition to how much you should drink, you should watch out on what you drink. Water is still the best source for your daily fluid needs. You can drink other beverages such as milk, herbal teas, fresh fruit and vegetable juices. Though soft drinks is considered as source, just watch out the added calories which you do not need for your daily diet.

Last but not least, beverages with caffeine or alcohol (beer or hard liquoe) will increase fluid output, making it more difficult for you to stay adequately hydrated. So, not only quantity, but also what you drink is important.

nowadays, many people has this misconception - muscle will turn into fat when they stop doing weight training. In fact, many women are avoiding pumping iron because of this belief.Banana will not turn into papaya. Lead will not be gold. Muscle will not turn into fat and vice versa.

Muscle and fat are both cells. Human body also has other types of cells. The type of muscle we can see is the so called skeletal muscle whereas a fat cell store fats which they get it from the blood stream.

When you stop lifting weight, the muscles will get smaller. You still have the same amount of muscle cells but they have got smaller. At this stage, if you continue to eat the same amount of food, the existing fat cells will now expand. However, the muscles are still there. In other words, as muscles shrink because of inactivity, fat has filled up the space where the muscles used to be, giving a false impression that the muscles have become fat. To make things worse, with less muscle, the metabolism is getting lower making fat is easier to be accumulated.

so don't ever think that muscle will become fat..

Today I had read something that interesting while taking my breakfast.. The title is about a shop owner that shoots robber in leg...

This story also make me lough in the morning until makes my stomach hurt...haha...

Ok this story was happen at Jalan Loke yew Kuala Lumpur about 4pm..
The robber arrive at the shop near that area and tooks parang with them.. There are five men that tries to rob that shop..

But I feel so angry when the robber ask money from the shop owner that is 60 years old and that man give a small amount of money..the robber did not statisfied and slashed the owner's left ear..

After get what they want, the robber try to escape but the shop owner fired his pump gun and one of the robber was hit.. This make me feel relieve from becoming more angry...

I think this thing should not happen in our country because I believe that our country is full with people that respect each other more over the older one...
But this story make's me and this country shame from other country.. The sentences that say "the robber slashed the left ear of the owner that is 60 years old" is showing Malaysian people is rude to the old one..But not all people in Malaysia..

I hope that the robber will be caught and accept their punishes because doing robbing and rude thing's to older people... What a shame...

Did you ever heard about a teacher molest their student? Disgusting right? But it is true. I read it on today's newspaper in http://www.nst.com.my/Current_News/NST/Friday/National/2384046/Article/index_html where the title is Teacher 'molested 10 boys'..
In this article, it said that some of the student not only were been molested, but also were asked for oral seks..Based on the other teacher statement, this man is already been told to go for counseling but he ran off from it. He kept his victim's mouth shut by giving them money or present..
Hmm these are some of the story. You can read more at the website that provided. In my opinion, the government should take this case seriously because this case is involving a teacher n student. It can affect the mind of other people about the teachers. So I’m suggesting just cane this teacher or jail him for long period until he realized his mistake..

So the intruder enter the house easily.. the first thing that the intruder want to do is to steal thing's.. But second idea came up.. The idea is to rape the woman...

My advice her, never stay alone at house.. Always have housemate or invite you female family relatives to live with you... Secondly never forgot to lock door before you want to sleep.. Always remember that because if this thing happen you will be regret... And your life will be so hard...

First of all I want to ask you…do you like to shop? Why girls like to shopping??..So you can guess my topic today. Today I want to write about one of the girls madness which is shopping..
Based on the article in www.girlsaskguys.com/Articles/Style/Why-Do-Girls-Love-Shopping.html, they gave us the answer why do the girls like to shopping..hmm..sory guys.. This comment just for girls only. However, you can debate with me after this. We return to our discussion just now. Why do girls like to shop? in this article, the blogger told us that 6 reason why girls like to shopping. One of the reason that she wrote is competition.. Weird isn’t? Competition in shopping. However, it’s true. If u want to have the best product have to fight with others. Here comes the fight spirits…That’s why we sometimes saw the Americans fight at the mall just for 1 shoe..

For me, shopping is not the first choice in my list of life. I only go shopping if needed..Therefore,I will list all the things that I want to buy so that I will not over budget.. I admit sometimes I felt excited when comes to the words ‘sales’.. We are girls right? so girls have to do what other girls do. But control it. Don’t to obsess with it. That’s all from me then…

assalamualaikum miss and all my friend..

Today I want to write about Piala Merdeka final last night that involve Malaysia football team and Vietnam football team...

Last night fight is very interesting ... I proud Malaysia team skill's is growing up.. They play so well.. I can say that percentage of Malaysia F.C hold the ball is higher than Vietnam F.C...

But last night is not for Malaysia, because had lost 6-5 on penalties... My opinion when some team win by the penalties can be say as luck only.. not involve skill.. Last night Malaysia had got a goal but not counted because the referee said it was offside...

The biggest thing in this cup is when Malaysia defeated Myanmar 4-0..Awesome man..!!!! I never think of that.. Now I can compliment Malaysian team no matter they win or lose... BUt the skill is important...

Gud luck Malaysia F.C...!!!
I hope you will always improve your skill until we can play at World Cup some day...
I hope our football will become more great than our Mokhtar Dahari team long long ago...

assalamualaikum and good morning to everyone...

I had read about the price of petrol oil that may fall by 15sen.. If that happen it will be tha third times that the price of the oil is reduce...It may fall end of this month..

The price maybe becoe around US$64 or about RM 230 in Malaysia Ringgit... People always want the price reduce because they had a hard time because the price of the oil is so high.. But we also must think the budget of our country is not only for oil it is also for another purpose.... We as people in Malaysia must support what government do, because they must consider another thing first before doing something...

So let face this oil problem with the government not give the government the problem because of our selfishness ok....

From the article I read, it states that sleeping well, managing stress, and eating a balanced diet can help you boost energy. Besides having a balanced diet, is there a specific food that make you feel energized? After surfing the net for a while, I found out that foods that are alkaline-forming include green leafy vegetables, almonds and dates also helps you feel energized. I didn’t know dates and almonds would help; hmm... maybe I should keep some in my drawer.

This is a really great article.Yeah! All it needs is just some time for both parents and teenagers to adjust to new roles. It’ll get better as time goes by! Though we’ve grown up, we’ll always be the little kid in their heart. Though conflicts occurs, I know all the worries and over protecting are just because they love me and want to give me the best things they can. Just a short message or phone call can make them happy and feel like every thing they do for us is worth it! Have you call home tonight?

Wonder why some times you’re in bad mood? On my opinion, the most effective ways to deal with bad moods and feeling sad in the article is by sharing problems and thoughts with some one trustworthy. Expressing it out verbally or even by crying is the best way to let out the sad feelings inside. Don’t feel like you’re all alone! Remember that you have lots of friends and family that love and care about you!

i find out this wedsite article because last week i find out my laptop have slow down to start up compart to the first time(it was fast jz oni 25s to complete ST) ..

No matter how fast or shiny computers might be when they are new, they all seem to get slower over time. That state-of-the-art PC you bought last year might not feel like such a screamer after you install a dozen programs, load it with antispyware and antivirus tools, and download untold amounts of junk from the Internet. The slowdown might happen so gradually you hardly notice it, until one day you’re trying to open a program or file and wonder, "What happened to my poor PC?"

Whatever the cause, there are a lot of ways to help speed up Windows and make your PC work better—even without upgrading your hardware. Here are some tips to help you optimize Windows Vista for faster performance.

Optimize Windows Vista for better performance

.Delete programs you never use
.Limit how many programs load at startup
.Defragment your hard drive
.Clean up your hard disk
.Run fewer programs at the same time
.Turn off visual effects

Want to know how birth orders determine your career? Here’s an article about it. As for me, I’m a secordborn and I do find some of the characteristics stated in the article are in me. Though birth orders determination may sometimes be accurate, it actually depends on individual and different situations. So, we should not get too influenced by it. I believe, success belongs to people who work hard and have good attitudes.

i just read about the only 13 biscuit that are really safe to eat. The health of ministry declared 13 types that are to be safe to eat as they contained permissible levels of melamine.Seven of the biscuit are locally made and six are from China. The local brand biscuit are Khian Guan, Hup Seng, Ping Pong and Ten Ten .The ministry also advices consumers against buying biscuit which are sold at night market, farmer's market and other places which do not have a labels.

I wonder why all this happen in Malaysia.Don't you think that we gonna die one day just because of the food poisoning. Actually, the issues of melamine already happen long time ago.But no one realize it and know when it become more hazardous they begin to controlled our product. But i'm still agree with all that government done for our country.

Be careful with what we eat and choose the right.Better you eat rice than biscuit. That is for the precaution.

What do you think about the Hari raya.I want to share about this because we already near to the end of Syawal.Actually, Eid-ul-Fitr or Id-Ul-Fitr often to abbreviated to Eid, is a muslim holiday that remarks the end of Ramadhan, the islamic holy month of fasting.Eid is the arabic word that meaning festivity while Fitr means to break the fast and so the holiday symbolize the breaking of the fasting period.

today is 25th of syawal which is the 25th day we are celebrating the Eid-Ul-Fitr.Some muslims observe six day fasting during syawal beginning the second day of 'Aidilfitri' until the last day of Syawal. The reasoning behind this tradition is that good deed in Islam is rewarded 10 times. hence fasting 30 days during Ramadhan and six days during syawal is equivalent to fasting the whole year in term of reward. As a muslim, we need to do this to have a reward from Allah. For muslim believing this will ensure us to go to the heaven. It still not late to finish our six day fasting in Syawal.

Thats all.Thanks.

Alright, I’ve post my comments on reasons you should write everyday and writing tools. Now, here’s another about tips to write better. How’s that? Think you should write more now? Ha-ha! Okay, I’ve always know most of the tips but the problem is, I’m not practicing it. Why is it so? I read, but not aloud. I have a dictionary, but I seldom use it. I don’t know why but it’s just so hard for me to search words in the dictionary. Then, I found out that the ‘modern’ dictionary is much easier. Nowadays, there are online dictionaries, computer dictionaries and even hand phones have dictionaries. I don’t know about others but I sure make good use of the technologies we have today; I find myself searching and learning more new words as all I have to do is type out the words and the spelling and definition’s appears with pronunciation available. For those who have not tried using it, here’s a link to an online dictionary.

Cop hurt in brazen Mat Rempit attack.. That happen at Port Dickson..

Ok this story is about a policeman that suffered from serious injuries after a group of mat rempit ran over him at 5th mile, Jalan Pantai.. The police was tried to stop their illegal racing activities... The police man also thought the mat rempit would leave once they saw uniformed police instead they rode toward to the policeman..

Then one of the policeman had been attack by one of the mat rempit and broke his arm and ribs...

My comment are the police act to "soft" to mat rempit.. Don't just see and ask mat rempit to leave but policeman also can use hard way.. By shoot them with plastic or rubber bullet... Make them suffer a bit..So they will remember what had happen to them and never to do the same mistake's again.. Also the policeman also can use wood stick to self defend when the mat rempit attack... Just hit them with that stick and let them fall from their motorcycle...

So the conclusion is the policeman must us a hard way instead using the soft way... The mat rempit should not be ignore... Because it will be worse...

Mat rempit nabbed for firecracker attack... Nowdays... Rempit is not a small issues anymore.. It always increase to become worse...

Ok.. This story happen at Kuala Terengganu... The sheer gall of a 27-year-old who threw firecrackers at a patrol car may just land him in jail for seven years.

Following complaints from people near the road at Padang Midin, policeman goes to that place to have check that place..

Instead illegaly racing, mat rempit also playing fire crackers to make noise at 2 am.. When the police go there, the policeman had been threw by a ball-shaped fire- cracker into the patrol car...

But the policeman had arrest a man that involved in that racing...And also seized 10 fire crackers from the suspect...

My advice here... Don't do illegaly racing and playing firecracker while racing at road because it can make noise and can harm people private time...

The author is right. We cannot pick our parents, but we can change what things used to be. Though having a flat stomach is almost everyone’s dream, I think that what really is important comes from the inside; which is the heart and mind. What if one has a body shape that’s perfect but is black – hearted? What if one has a perfect body shape but not happy in live? I often see people whose body shape may not be perfect but are much happier and jovial compared to a person who has a body that all admires. Why is it so? Does caring too much of how one looks like cause depression and unhappiness? Everything depends on an individual; how one accepts and enjoys what they have. If one wants to change how things used to be, make sure it’s worth it. Don’t get something you might want but sacrifice things that are much important and valuable.

This is a good article which show the argument between Gasoline Power vs. Electric Power..
For example A gas-powered car has a fuel tank, which supplies gasoline to the engine. The engine then turns a transmission, which turns the wheels but an electric car, on the other hand, has a set of batteries that provides electricity to an electric motor. The motor turns a transmission, and the transmission turns the wheels.

There are lot of example showing you the different, pro & cons even price between boths tpye of car ..

I don’t think I’ll be able to get up earlier as I sleep quite late almost everyday. Avoiding computer screens and light sources? I don’t think so! It’ll be much harder since I’m not sleeping alone. Now, i want to share about the best place for picnic in Kuantan that is Teluk Chempedak.Teluk Chempedak beach is approximately 5 km away from the town of Kuantan.Go all the way to the end and we will reach Jalan Teluk Chempedak. This is one the main beach that locals go to during the weekends and after office hours to unwind and for a time of leisure with family members.Just like me and my friend that seldom go there during weekend. This beach enclosed bay and suitable for sports activities such as swimming, jet skiing or surfing. But,for during this monsoon season Novenber-March,do be careful with the sea because the waves can be quite rough.

Teluk Chempedak is the best place for picnic because it has a facilities and good accommodation. There are toilet service and if we need to fill our empty stomach, there are a few food stalls that serve a variety of food and beverages. The restaurant are opened until after midnight during the weekends and MacDonald restaurant is just located by beach.

There are also a platform that was constructed from Chempedak beach to another beach. We will discover many huge stones as we walk through this beach.

Ten,if you want to know more about Teluk Chempedak, just come there by yourself.

happy deepavali..to everyone..although none of our classmate were Indian's, its not wrong if we celebrate it. We are Malaysian's right?? So, today i read the star newspaper and saw this article about deepavali..The article was taken at http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2008/10/26/nation/2362955&sec=nation and entitle Children seek Guruji’s Deepavali blessings..

in this article, the writer wrote about how the children celebrate deepavali or dewali. The children will undergo the prayers after they took the oil bath and head to their ashram with their parents.

Then people at ashram's will prepare the vegetarian dishes for lunch..after lunch, the children will go back to their respective house and continue celebrating deepavali..

In my opinion, not only the Hindu's were celebrated the festival,so do the other races like the Muslim and the Buddha's..after all we are Malaysian's..It is because we lived in multiracial..So, by celebrating together, we can be more harmonize and also can help the poor people celebrate the festival together..that all from me now..

Does color matter?..Today i was read about one article entitle "does color matter?

In this article say that color is Color occurs when a light ray hits an object and bounces off, traveling at a particular frequency. The frequency at which it travels determines the color you will see when this light ray enters the eye and is translated by the brain into a visual image.

Actualy, does color effect our lives? To me, color choice may affect my mood,my appetite, my energy and so much more. color 100% effect my life because it is important to choice the right color for you.In this article says that the frequency with which this light enters our body determines how it will effect our body.

This is the example of color that have meaning and effect our body if we wear this color:
RED - The color of power, vitality, motivation, strength

ORANGE - The color of confidence, energy, joy, warmth

YELLOW - The color of strength, intelligence, joy, happiness, optimism

GREEN - The color of balance, harmony, caring, tenacious self-reliance, and healing

BLUE - The color of calmness, concentration, healing, relaxation, loyalty, and trust

INDIGO - The color of soothing, power, connection with knowledge, idealism, introversion.....and martyrdom?

VIOLET - The color of creativity, intuition, spirituality, self-awareness

For me, the choices of color almost effect my life,if i wear white clothes or scaf, i feel calm and natural. I do not like to wear red, blue , cream and green scaf because i look ugly when i wear this color and if i try to wear this color my mood change and i do not look confident..

Welcome to the deepavali..

During the festival of diwali or deepavali,Indians always serve Laddu to their visitor.Laddu and Laddoo is an Indian sweet that is often prepared to celebrate festivals or household events such as weddings. It is made of flour and other ingredients formed into balls that are dipped in sugar syrup.I already ate that laddu and it is not delicious as what my friend said to me.This is because, the laddu has a lot of spice.I don't like spice. That's why i don't like it.

From my reading, there has a variation in the preparation of laddu such like Tirupati laddu that is intensely sweet and made of tiny syrup soaked balls called boondi.Beside that, there also a laddu called Motichoor. It is a sweet delicacy made from grilled gram flour flakes which are sweetened, mixed with almonds, pressed into balls and fried in ghee.

i think it's too much to explain all about the laddu.I just can tell what is the type of laddu. There are Rava laddu, Til laddu, Bandaru laddu, Kunja laddu, Churma laddu and etcetra.I really want to know more about other races because they are really different with Malay races.Their celebration and custom are different. So,happy Deepavali to all Indians in Malaysia.

I have read a very attractive & interesting article from 'DNA COMPUTER'website..

You won't believe where scientists have found the new material they need to build the next generation of microprocessors. Millions of natural supercomputers exist inside living organisms, including your body. DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) molecules, the material our genes are made of, have the potential to perform calculations many times faster than the world's most powerful human-built computers. DNA might one day be integrated into a computer chip to create a so-called biochip that will push computers even faster. DNA molecules have already been harnessed to perform complex mathematical problems.

But DNA computers can't be found at your local electronics store yet. The technology is still in development, and didn't even exist as a concept a decade ago.

DNA computer components 'logic gates and biochips'will take years to develop into a practical, workable DNA computer. If such a computer is ever built, scientists say that it will be more compact, accurate and efficient than conventional computers.

now I'm interested to read an article about japanese dress..
especially gothic dresses that combined with baby doll dresses..
it's so cute for me because I'm actually like to explore japanese fashion...I like to read anime because sometimes it's provide japanese style like anime..gothic and baby doll...
from the article I know this dresses can called as gothic lolita and the main color is black...lolita is also a term used as a sexual term for underage girls..

This dresses look is also closely related to the french maid look because the french maid costume is very lolita-ish...This dresses is connected to a certain sexual fantasy...

I think..they are confident enough to wear like that because that's their style..
but for me..if malaysian teenagers like us try to wear like that..
I think it's not suitable and can make us look more weird..
I can admire that fashion but I totally can't easier to follow them..
be myself...!!
that's all...

i want to share to all of you about 'Mak Yong'.Do you know what is the real meaning of 'Mak Yong'?Mak Yong is the traditional dance drama of Kelantan,Malaysia.According to the article that i red,Mak Yong appeared well before the islamization of the country but was banned in the year 1991 after the Islamic Party of Malaysia took control of the state. It is also means a dance drama,a comprehensive theater performance combining dance, opera, drama and comedy.

A ritual Mak Yong performance is more elaborate than that staged for entertainment, combining sharmanism. The most important is Mengadap Rebab dance sequence which now lasts anywhere between 10 to 15 minutes and is performed at the beginning of every performance.

During school, i love to dance but i don't have a chance to learn Mak Yong because it is popular in Kelantan.I just learn Zapin,Joget,Inang and Asli dance.Dancing is enjoyable and interesting because you can relaxing your self and forget all the problem.Although it gives a lot of benefits but sometimes it will not ensure a good life for your future.By learn dancing, i become more confident and calm in front of the audience.

That all from me...thank you.

So, what is the harvest and use? This basil used mainly as culinary. It is good for digestion and expel gas from your body.It also good for stomach cramps and vomiting.Peoples use this herbs to reduces itching of the insect bites.Rub the leaves and put it on to the insect bites.I think my mom also teach this to me.During school days, my mom like to bring me and other siblings to the garden. She said if she did not teach and show the herbs to her children, we did not know the function of the herbs.

Other function for this herbs is inhaled for mental fatigue. This is good for person who depressed.Beside Genovese basil, there are holy basil, opal basil and lemon basil that usually added to the potpourri. They are especially heavily scented..This is good for release tension.

Today i want to share about the tips to avoid sexual abuse that i have red in this article "5 Tips to Avoid Sexual Assault. By Judy H. Wright.

firstly, if we are attacked, remember that always use the elbow because it is the strongest point on our body, make sure we use it.

second,if the robber asks for your purse, please do not hand it to him but make sure you throw away and run quickly like crazy in the other direction.

Beside that, for help, we must scream loudly use the loudest voice. If there is no one around, you must scream NO!! and hold your hand in a stop position meaning you are backing away.

Moreover,if someone should jump in your car and hold a gun, you should not drive off, but keep speed into something. The air bag can save you.

The last way is if you are being followed, go to the public buliding and call police to make sure you are safe.

I think we as a women should know how to avoid the bad things happen.
A lot of ways we can do to prevent from dangers.

If you’re interested in surfing as me (but u cant practice in malaysia)and other board sports, check out this sandboarding article to learn more.

here is some important point i would to share with you all...
It requires balance and coordination, and getting started on a wave involves a key movement known as the pop-up. Like the push-off when riding a bike, the pop-up is central to riding a wave.

Here are some tips for surfing safely:

.Apply sunscreen before getting into the water.
.If you're surfing in cold water, wear a properly-fitting wetsuit - a wetsuit that's too big won't keep you warm. Surfing in cold water without a good wetsuit could lead to hypothermia, especially in the event of becoming stranded without a board.
.Make sure your surfboard is undamaged and has a good, bumpy coat of wax on its deck before getting into the water.
.Attach your board leash securely to the leg that is farthest back when you are on the board... lot more ..

i have read a article about how does a cd player works.

in this article explain about the fundamental job of the CD player is to focus the laser on the track of bumps. The laser beam passes through the polycarbonate layer, reflects off the aluminum layer and hits an opto-electronic device that detects changes in light. The bumps reflect light differently than the "lands" (the rest of the aluminum layer), and the opto-electronic sensor detects that change in reflectivity. The electronics in the drive interpret the changes in reflectivity in order to read the bits that make up the bytes.

The topic of article is "Voice-Enabled Gaming".
Actually activity gaming today is popular among us. The game consisted of different types such as criticle thinking game, action game, racing game, adventure, Role Play Game (RPG), Online game and etc...

The article talking that thousands of young boys and girls are fascinated in online game today, this is nothing strange. The charming of onoline game is the players can obtain different name, sex, background, now getting different voive also is a trend of online game.. A new technology VCS Diamond 4.0 can fulfil that desired.
It’s the latest software made for you to enjoy the game online. VCS offer you a range of 30 ready-made nickvoices including voices of boy, young man, old man, charming girl, baby or even of such animal as frog, bee, mouse and elephant. Besides, you can “design” new ones by adjusting the pitch, timbre and advanced tune. You know, with a bit of talent, you can have a collection of voices for alternating.

The special thing is that VCS can change voice in real time, means that you can chat in new voice without delaying the speed of your conversation. It helps disguise your real voice completely.

Hence, that kind of new technology appear to make online game more funny but also advance the "FAKE" in online world ..... If it use as a game is good way for having fun but for crime will trouble the world..

I had read an article about car tuning.. Nowadays people especially man really love to tune up their cars... I also same as they...hehe.. I really loves car... Anything about car I will give my attention... ok..
Car tuning is about modifying car to make it more faster and more attractive.. Also tuning can become a way to personalize the characteristic of the owner..

Inside the car you can upgarade engine and interior design...At engine we can install turbo and other equipment such as intercooler , change the pistons, overhole the pistons hole to make it more bigger and install racing type piston that is larger than ordinary.. The interior we can change the chair , the steering and much more..

Although people do some tuning for high performance, but peole also consider tha exterior design... They can install side skirts, front and rear bumper, adding spoiler, splitters, air vents and light weight wheels.

But this car can only use to race at track.. Because it is very dangerous to take outside the track...

The article is on making homework less work. It’s true that study smart is much better than study hard. To me, the most important thing is don’t delay! By the time you want to do your homework, you’ll find out that it has stacked up as high as a 1500 ml mineral water bottle! The longer you delay, the harder you find it to complete your homework. It’s great to finish all the works before relaxing. Sometimes, I just can’t relax with all the undone homework. I feel relieved after finishing the works and can relax with a peaceful mind. However, some times I also try to avoid myself from the works. Ha-ha!

hye, do yuo know or maybe some remember about the series of Tru CAlling??

well, i do read the article about this story form its novel..
even though i do watch it episode...

This story is about the lead character, Tru Davies, (Eliza Dushku in dramas), a young woman working the night shift at the City Morgue. Occasionally, the corpse of a newly dead person appears to awaken and utter the words "Help me" to her. As they do, Tru wakens with a start, at the beginning of the same day, finding herself compelled to stop the death, which may be the result of anything from suicide to murder. In the course of the re-run day, Tru often takes the opportunity to rectify various personal situations involving family and friends.

Supporting characters in the series include: Harrison Davies (Shawn Reaves), Tru's irresponsible younger brother (who becomes a loyal asset to Tru by the end of the first season), and Davis (Zach Galifianakis), her friend, confidante, and supervisor at the Morgue. As the series progresses, it is revealed that, several years earlier, Davis had a fateful encounter with Tru's mother (who was, apparently, the last person to receive the "calling" before her daughter).

Supporting characters surviving only a portion of the series included: Meredith Davies (Jessica Collins), Tru's older sister; Lindsay Walker (A. J. Cook), her best friend in the first season; Luc Johnston (Matthew Bomer), her love interest in the first season, and Gardez (Benjamin Benitez), her former co-worker at the morgue.

Jack Harper (Jason Priestley), a counterpart to Tru's character, is introduced midseason as a foil. He is there to make sure fate gets its way, and introduces a philosophical aspect to Tru's endeavors: should she be saving the lives of people who may have been intended to die? In the second season, Tru and Jack compete to get to a person first — she to save them, and he to restore the order of fate, and maintain the balance of the universe as he understands it.

i really like this story...
cause it shows the truth far behind human ability and mind...
weather it is truth or not, who ever knows...
i really like fiction science...^^

Confidence and satisfaction in oneself is called self – esteem. What is the importance and how to improve your self-esteem? The article on the link above has it all. Do you know books that we read when we were small for example The Ugly Duckling help to boost self-esteem? This means that we were taught to have a good self – esteem since small. Self – esteem is important but too much of confidence may not be a good thing. As for me, the most important thing is believe in who I am and do the best that I can. Dear friends, there are some things in life that we cannot change. So, accept what you must and change what you can!

Eating disorder – eating compulsively or avoid eating which can negatively affects both the mind and physical. Stress or trend might be the reason why teenagers have eating disorders. Looking thin has become a trend and almost everyone wants to lose weight and be thin. However, don’t skip meals just to get thinner. Thin might look great, but it’s not worth the eating disorders. If you want to lose weight, use the healthy way. Exercise and have a balanced diet. And… don’t skip meals even though your schedule is packed. Skipping meals may cause gastric and stomach aches. Love yourself, love your stomach.

Now i'm just reading an article with a topic "Stained Glass Cutting Made Easy"

This is a cutting tool for whose are interested in getting started with stained glass. To having a good glass cutting tool, budjet is a main consideration for all buyer, A good cutting tool is the center of any stained glass window project. If you are lucky enough to have somebody donate a stained glass cutter to then obviously it will be a very little cost. But, cutters are usually very reasonably priced so, even if you have to purchase one, its usually a very minimal cost. i would start by getting a glass cutter instead of using a big industrial glass cutter. In addition to the glass cutter with an oil reservoir, you'll also need grozing pliers, breaking pliers cutting oil, and maybe some scrapped glass to practice. This can all be picked up at a arts and crafts store either online or offline. Hence besides a good cutting tool, practice also a inportant thing to make that cutting art wonderful. It's important when ever cutting glass to make sure that you wear safety glasses. You may think its excessive, tiny particles are likely to pop up from the glass as you cut. it's better to be safe than be sorry.

Every industrial or construction is safety 1st, I'm agree with that term hence the safety glasses used when cutting glass will make sure the safety of the workers..

The topic of article i'm red now is " 4 Steps on How to Choose A Home Improvement Contractor
by: Sarah Miller "

Getting home improced is a cost thing, but this is important for having improvement of home because home is most important place for everyone.. Choosing to hire a contractor to do the home improvement projects can be a wise thing to do because they have the expertise on how to do these projects properly. However, you must take the necessary precautions in choosing your contractors so as to get the best deals and avoid regrets at the end of the day.

This article list out clearly about the defination of home improvement and the ways to choose a contractor.

Home Improvement: Definition

Home improvement covers a lot of areas and facets when it comes to general reconstruction and reorganization of the home. It can be defined as any replacement, repair, renovation, installation, remodeling, alteration, construction, conversion that will be done to a home. Below are some examples of home improvement projects:

-landscaping
-tile setting
-swimming pool construction
-waterproofing
-masonry
-installation of fences

There are numerous jobs which are included in the whole concept of home improvement and there are many different kinds of home improvement contractors that you can hire to be able to do what you would want with your house.

Here are some tips on how to properly choose contractors for the home improvement projects that you have in mind.

1. Get at least 3 different quotes

Your worst enemy in terms of home improvement is yourself. If you get too excited, you can lose focus and become vulnerable to all the different schemes that contractors might have up on their sleeves.

Getting more than one quotation is a good practice. This will tell a homeowner the general standing of the different contractors with regards to their prices.

2. Look for jobs done

You can ask the prospective contractors with regards to the home improvement jobs which they have done in the past. There are different ways that the contractors can do this. They can provide pictures of the projects, they can provide videos or better yet, they may even ask for the permission of the owners of the houses which they have done in the past to give you a tour.

3. Check licenses

You should ask the Department of Consumer Protection so as to determine the legality of the contracting entity.

4. Get testimonials

The best thing to do is to get testimonials from different people who have undergone home improvement projects through contractors.

Home improvement projects should be left to the experts, however, you should remember that you have the final say when it comes to the improvement projects. Choose the best contractors for best results.

After read this article, I'm surprise with the fact which experts claim that indoor pollution is two to five times as much as outdoor air pollution. An indoor pollution may be ten times more toxic than the outdoor air pollution as we spend around 90% of our time indoors. Our indoor environment contains many hazardous contaminants like dint and dust mints, pet hair, mold mild dew, household odors, common household and industrial cleaning agents, pollen and other allergies. These elements keep on floating in the air and become the main cause of a person getting affected by a number of allergies.

After know that problem are so serious, we will concern that how to eliminate these contaminants and make the air inside pollution free. Another problem appear, Many types of air purifying products in the market today facilitate this. One can easily retain the air quality of home and other indoor spaces with the help of air cleaning products. With so many choices available in the market, you may face some turmoil while electing any one of them. The only way to get out of this bedlam is to try one of them and especially one, which comes with a free trial period for assessment. This would make you save your money on useless products and choose the best possible cleaning product with much investment on your part. There are many other factors, There are many other factors, that is list below :
1. understand the type of pollutant you want to flight away.
2. Size of the room where you want an anti-pollutant to act also plays a significant role in opting for an air-cleaning product.
3. to brook a stipulated range of sound while using an air purifier.
4. consider the level of noise you are willing to live with
5. cost of maintenance.

They are many of them in the market, so wisely way is do some reserch of it before buy and whis will helpful for the cunsumers as us.

After writing this comment i'm hope all of us will get benefit from if .

But for me...it's not that we can't read anime ..comic..
but just read sometimes to relax our mind..
and read the comic can help us to make our brain think more creative...
besides that...parents can control the comic or anime that their child watch and read...
but just give them to read..at the same times make sure that they do their others jobs...

Now I’m read a article with topic “Fight Club, A Classic Love Story
by: David J. Kosmider

The writer watched this movie recently with a girl he dating in his apartment. He told her he had brought her a nice and romantic movie but he was joking that time , however there is some truth to it.
He actually did not even realize this fact either until he bought a copy of this Movie “Fight Club”2004 Literary Edition that has a new introduction by the author Chuck Palahniuk. Near the end of the introduction, Palahniuk mentions all the different genres that the critics assigned to his fist novel, and he ends the paragraph with his characteristically despondent sarcasm, "No one called it a romance." (p.xviii)

The Narrator hated his life. He hated his need for material possessions and all his "stuff" that he had acquired at the expense of his spirit. The Narrator thought that his life was meaningless and he did not want to go on.

"I am helpless. I am stupid, and all I do is want and need things."

-Fight Club (p.138)

Then he met this girl who was free from the "suffering" of materialism, in Buddhist philosophy sense. This led him to a confused state of both wanting her or loving her and wanting to be free from all desire for anything. So his mind created Tyler.

Tyler could do anything. He could have Marla and still be emotionally free from her and everything else. This caused Marla to fall in love with the Narrator while Tyler ran off to help the whole world "hit bottom" so he could rebuild the world free from materialism. It is a butterfly effect-type of situation, everything in the book happens because of the Narrator meeting Marla, but it is easy to forget that once you get wrapped up in the story.

"I know all of this: the gun, the anarchy, the explosion is really about Marla Singer."

-Fight Club (p.4)

So Fight Club is a love story because nothing would have happened if the Narrator had not met Marla.

Here is some detail of this movie , hope u all enjoy it and if anyone is interest with it please go get a copy of it (Ori) and watch it..

Now i'm read a article with topic "Camera Tricks For The Trigger Happy
by: Della Magin "

How to be an expert photographer...?
this a question that writer ask in the first paragraph ..

Digital photos haven't changed much besides shortening the wait for the photos at arrive. The preview screen on the digital camera does not give the exact idea of the end product. The snaps usually are a let down as a result. But you could keep some pointers in your mind that would allow you to take great photographs.

The first thing is to look around for some good photographs of the spot you are visiting. There is a likelihood of there being a variety of picture post cards at the local shops. See which one appeals to you and why. These are normally photographs by professional photographers so you can learn from them. Try to envisage from where the photographer has taken the picture. If possible take it from the same angle. You can benefit from the experience of the professional.

This is the answer of the writer for the answer, but this is not the all , there also got a lot of procedures to do about it. and just list at below ...

Some people will say why bother copying a postcard. Well, you don't copy it - first of all the light will be different, the trees, the colors will all be unique to your shot. And you can make it personal by including travelling companions in the foreground - at least this way the background will be great! What's more, it's only a starting point... you can take it on from there to shoot whatever appeals to you.

When taking your shots, take you time. It doesn't mean you have to spend hours setting up a tripod and so on, but don't just point and press. Think about the shot - what's going to make it interesting? If it's the monument you want to photograph, will it look best in the center or slightly off to the left? If you walk twenty feet to the left will you get those trees to make a nice background rather than that car park?

The camera should be held steady while taking the snap. You may not use a tripod like the professionals. No problem. Use a railing or a wall to steady your hands. This would improve your shots.

The snaps should be taken in the morning or the evening. This is so because the light is great for taking photographs at these times.

So here is the tip of taking a photo , enjoy your photographing time and take a good photo....

Thank you

wow...
you guys really read a lot..
well, it my turn now...
this time, i wanna share with u guys about my favorite detective story...
i bet everyone knows about detective conan series right..
well, here are the summary of the story that i wanna share with all of you...

Case Closed, known as Detective Conan (Meitantei Konan in japanese) in Japan and most other countries, is a detective manga and anime series written and illustrated by Gosho Aoyama , my favorite cartoonist and serialized in Weekly Shōnen Sunday (or more like comic magazine) since 1994. In the English world, it was renamed "Case Closed" due to legal issues concerning the name with that of the Conan the Barbarian franchise.

Case Closed follows the adventures of Shinichi Kudo, a young detective around 16 years old who was investigating a secret criminal organization when he was knocked out and given a drug that was supposed to kill him, but inadvertently turned him into a prepubescent boy.

Case Closed is adapted into an anime series by the animation studio Tokyo Movie Shinsha, directed by Kenji Kodama and Taiichiro Yamamoto, and airs in Japan on Nippon Television, Yomiuri TV and Animax. The first episode aired on January 8, 1996, with 514 episodes as of September 8, 2008. The series has seen high levels of popularity in both manga and anime formats in Japan since its reception, and has also been adapted into 12 Golden Week movies, with the first released on April 17, 1997, and one movie released each year since. Ten of the movies held a top 10 box office position in the year they were screened. In addition, nine OVAs have been released.

and yet, i still didn't manage to finish it..XD
but still, it is a great story..
it might seem the story line look the same but the way it shows, the crime scene, and the character use make it look different....
and that is why i never stop watching it...
for now, i already collect 61 volume of Detective conan series...

Now the article is " Saving On Utility Bills
by: Amy Allen Clark "

Nowaday, with the increasing living price bring by the inflation, people must start thinking that how to save money. Some of our bills can be eliminated as being “extras”, but utilities is just not one of these. If you are noticing an increase in your utility bills it is time to review what you may/may not be doing to cause this increase. Here are some helpful tips for ways to decrease your utility bills.

Water

Check to make sure none of the faucets in your household are leaking/dripping. A slow dripping faucet can accumulate over two gallons per hour.

When watering the garden, set a schedule and try to water in the early morning hours to help minimize evaporation (between 6am-8am)

Take shorter showers. Did you know that a shower uses approximately 6-10 gallons of water per minute? Think of how much money you could save if you shaved a few minutes off of your shower.

Use your dishwasher and washer only when you have full loads.

Contact your utility company to see if they offer reduced rates at certain times of the day and either timer-delay your washer/dishwasher or wait until that time to do your loads.

Recycle your water from fish tanks and use it to water your plants. Fish emulsion is a good and inexpensive fertilizer. It is high in nitrogen and phosphorous- just think that you will save on fertilizer AND water.
Gas

During the winter use your fireplace- this will heat up the room at a much lower cost.

Lower the temperature on your gas water heater. It is not necessary to have your water heated up to 180 degrees. You will find that by lowering it that you will in turn lower your bills.

Invest in a water heater timer if you have an electric water heater. By turning the heat off during the time it is not in use you will save money on your bill without even making a sacrifice.

Turn your thermostat down just three degrees. By doing so you will save approximately three percent on your heating bills.

Weather-strip your doors and windows along with insulating your attic. This will conserve the heat in your home a lot more.

Close off the rooms that aren’t in use in your home. This will help keep the rooms you do use warmer.

Close vents in the rooms that have one or more in them. If one room is always warmer you can close the vent to force air into the rooms that are cooler
Electricity

When purchasing new appliances always try to get the ones that are energy efficient. You can save hundreds of dollars a year by spending the extra money to get the energy efficient models.

Get in the habit of turning off ALL lights and appliances that are not being used. You'll be surprised at how quickly the energy savings will add up.

When not watching television make sure that you keep it off. This is the number one electricity waster in the world.

The dryer will use less energy if you dry loads of clothing one after another because the dryer will already be hot. What an easy way to save money and get your laundry done more quickly.

Use low-wattage light bulbs or energy efficient fluorescent lighting. Compact fluorescents typically last ten times longer and they use 75% less electricity.

Call your utility company to find out if they have off-peak hours and when they are. Many companies charge less for your electricity at night and more during the day. By doing your laundry and dishes during off-peak hours you could easily save money off of your utility bill.
Phone

Compare the prices of various long distance providers. A great place to look up information on lowering your long distance bill is www.lowermybills.com. On this web site you can compare long-distance companies in your area and also see any hidden fees they might have. I am currently with Opex Communications (offered in our area) and they charge 3.9 cents a minute with only a $2.95 monthly charge if I do less than $20 in long-distance calls. I found out about this company through Lower My Bills and when the larger companies call to offer me long-distance and I share my rate with them they always tell me I am getting a better deal then they can offer me. This is when you know you are a smart consumer!

If you have a cellular phone that offers state-to-state long-distance, use this instead of calling. Always make sure that you can call nationwide, the minutes you have available to you each month, and what hours are free (evenings, weekends) before making calls. I have made this mistake before and it was a costly one when I discovered I had no long-distance. Always be clear about the terms of your plan.

Take advantage of the internet and email instead of calling your friends and family. You can also use great instant messaging programs and still feel like you are having a telephone conversation without the high bill.

With the tip above hope that every one can utilise all of thiem wisely and achieve the purpose of saving money ..

Thank you

The topic of article is " Caring For Your Photos
by: Paul Hill "

Photo keep our membery in a sheet of paper, it catch any important moment in our life permanently.

As the writer say People of been documented their lives with photographs for generations.

Hence, In order to make sure that our families will someday enjoy the photos we take today, it is important to take care of your photos and protect them from the effects of age and improper storage methods. Below are some basic tips to storage and handling of your memories:

Labeling Your Photos

We all try to keep track of our memories by labeling, or at least we try, if you don't know who's in your pictures or when it was taken, why keep it? We should try to get in the habit of labeling our photos as soon as we get them, doing so will save you so much time later on.

Use only acid free pens or pencil to write on the back of your photos, pressing gently so not to ruin the image on the other side.

Beware of Adhesives

Stay away from glue, tape and rubber cement, these adhesive will quickly break down your photos ruining them forever. There are several types of non-acid adhesives on the market, try your local photo supply store. Also, when labeling CDs and DVDs, use only a water-based felt tip marker on the disc.

Storing Your Memories

The most important advice is to keep your photos out of the sun, the UV rays will quickly destroy your precious memories. I would also recommend duplicating the photos that you wish to display keeping the original in storage.

Never store photos, CDs, DVDs, film or videos in the attic, garage or basement, the temperature and humidity in these areas fluctuate way beyond ideal conditions. A good rule of thumb is to store them in conditions where you would be normally comfortable. Photographs should not be kept in temperatures above 70 degrees Fahrenheit and relative humidity above 60% for long periods of time.

Choosing the Right Album

Photo albums are a popular ways to store and share your pictures. When choosing your album, make sure the album pages are acid free and "archival" quality and that "PVC" was used in the manufacturing process of the plastic protective sheets. Other albums emit chemicals that can break down your photos composition. Also, consider making digital copies of your family photos, this can be done professionally, click here for more details or visit http://www.ctimaging.com

Hands Off!

Our skin contains oils that are very dangerous to photographs, which will eventually appear as spots on photographs. Always try to hold your photos on the edges or wear cotton gloves when handling photographs. Negatives are extremely sensitive to this type of damage.

By using this all method, the photo will be stored safely and te next generation will be enjoy and share out happy mement together.

So hope that we will enjoy our UMP life by looking a photo taken in UMP which in the lecture with Pn. Marziah someday

The topic is "Some Awesome Music To Listen To
by: Morgan Hamilton "

I'm know everyone must got some of the enjoyable music for them and can find more and more ways to find great music to lisen and the options for how they can listen to that music are growing by thier own. But now internet will be one of the option for people to finding great music for themselve..
The Internet is teeming with great music, which is the same stuff that is available in your local music store. Before the Internet, you had to purchase your favorite music from a music store, and quite often, you had to buy the whole album. After a few years, singles were released, but there was no guarantee that you can get the single you are after.
Nowadays, you are able to download music to listen to on a variety of different sites. You can choose the exact song you want without purchasing the entire album, but you still have to pay for it. You can choose a random variety of songs and download them to your computer. Then you simply have to burn the songs to a CD or download them into your MP3 player. Modern technology has given us more ways to get great music to listen to.

You can also store your music right in your computer. If you are craving for some music to listen to, you can listen to them through one of the many music players on your computer. You can use Windows Media Player, Real Player, or QuickTime. On the recent computer models, you don’t even need any kind of media player, you simply pop in the CD and a control panel will pop up.

If you own an older computer model, it is advisable that you listen to music when you are not doing anything else on your computer. When you open your media player, and choose your music to listen to, everything else on your old computer will drag. This may also cause your music to skip and stutter. This normally doesn’t occur with newer computers. If your music is skipping, or your computer is lagging, it usually means that you are doing too much at once.

Don’t forget that the music store is still an option when you are choosing music to listen to. It can be very easy to get your music online, but it can be also fun to buy an album. You may be interested on a single song from an album, but you haven’t heard the rest. You may find that there are many songs on that CD that you will also like. There is just something special about the experience of browsing through a music store and finding something amazing.

Besides that ti[ps that need to memberise before getting music from internet. The audience also need to follow the rules that listed in Malaysia Undang-undang because the intelectual property must be respected by everyone and support the music creator and singer cotinue thier effort to bring more and more music for us to einjoy ..

Hope the industrial of music can grow more stronger and provide more music for us to enjoy. When u watch this comment please follow the instruction in here when download any music on internet ..

Topic is " Swimming Pool Fence: A Must Have Accessory
by: Alex Fir"

That article is about the safety issue on the swimming pool.In United State, a great number of people have swimming pools installed in their backyards. Many of those people have at least one child. If that child is too young, a pool can pose a serious or even fatal risk. If this applies to you, you need to equip your pool with a fence. It is not a popular pool accessory, but a lifesaving piece of equipment.

When it comes to pool fences, there are a large number of different options. Pool fences come in a wide variety of styles, shapes, designs and different sizes.

To research all of these designs, you must begin browsing. Visit your local pool supply store or you can shop online. Online shopping usually offers the largest product selection and it enables to you compare prices easily.

You can buy metal, mesh, wood, or plastic swimming pool fences. If you want a reliable and nice-looking fence, you can buy a metal fence. Metal fences are perfect because they last for a long period of time. Wood fences are eye-catching but most need repairs every few years.

Mesh fences are popular because they are removable. These fences are the only easy-to-remove fences available. If you are going to use a pool fence for a short time, you will benefit from buying a pool fence that can be taken down in a matter of minutes.

Besides pool fences, you can get additional safety equipment, such as pool covers. Some time ago, pool covers were frequently made of lightweight plastic materials. This material could not be considered a lifesaving device. Today, there are many different pool covers that have safety in mind.

Swimming pool also need a safety disign to protect the user of it. With the purpose above the swimming pool im Malaysia also need to follow the rules that setup fence beside swimming pool to prevent any kind of accident happen and also must got a people who know to swim and help when got people use it ...

The topic of article i'm red now is "A Short History Of The Toilet
by: Tony Brings"

Toilets are an essential part of out everyday lices. As the basic need of human being, toilet is a place created for that needs. We tend to take the toilet very much for granted and not really like to think about it too much until we find that we desperately need a toilet and none can be found. We forget that modern toilets are a luxury in a lot of under developed countries and find it a huge inconvenience if our toilet doesn’t work.

In article said, toilets that we're used now are a relatively recent invention in around 19 century, and the development of toilet still in progress to bring us more advance and more high technology toilet for our conveniences including automatic flushing controlled by sensors and economy settings to allow less water to be used when the toilet fills up. The example of its is the space toilets that invented to using in space. Hygiene also is a big issues that along with the toilets. hence to overcome this problem, different type of toilet and function is introduce to us, espeacially toilet cleaners and fragranced deodorizers there are even public toilets that clean themselves after each visit.

The prevalence of indoor plumbing has been the main factor in the availability of toilets inside our homes. It is this plumbing that ensures the toilet keeps functioning correctly and we don’t have to do anything more than pull the chain or press the handle. Before this all toilets were separate from the main house in small outhouses. The water supply that these outhouses were connected to was totally detached from the ones used inside the house.

Although toilet also got some of the unconvenience part of it espeacially public toilets which we might visited every moment at outside, the development still in progressing and hope that the problem will be solved.

Hi miss...

Please click on the link and read the article. It's shocking!

I think i won't agree to let my children to be teaching by a teacher who is keeping a gun! It is a horrible feeling to be in a same room with someone carrying a gun.

Maybe in the western country, it is really necessary for teachers or lecturers to carry a gun, for self-protection. But, in our country, i do not think it would be necessary for the educators to carry a gun. Moreover, we do not have the freedom to own or buy a gun as we like.

Other than that, I'm a anti-violence person. I don't think we can solve a problem by using violence. It would only bring harm to everyone, or even took someone's life, but the problem is still remain unsolved.

So, if one day, a really poor student just couldn't understand what the teacher were teaching, and the teacher were already fed up with the student and lost their patience, they will just take the gun out, aim towards the student and pull the trigger...... Fuh, that is when disaster happened.

That is all from me. Hope to hear your opinion bout this article soon.

I read it at http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080825/ap_on_re_us/gun_toting_teachers

I like to share about this holiest mosque,Masjidil Al-Aqsa.

First built by Abdul Malik ibn Marwan (646-705), fifth caliph of the Arab Umayyad dynasty, and finished by his son in 705 AD. Muslims believe that prophet Muhammad was transported from the Sacred Mosque in Mecca to the al-Aqsa Mosque during the Night Journey. Islamic traditions said that prophet Muhammad led prayers there before ascending to heaven to meet the Almighty,Allah S.W.T. This is the truth!

The siqnificant in this sharing is I want let all of you to get know the truth story about masjidil Al-Aqsa because the jews had different claim over the issues. Some people or muslim assume that the Al-Sakhrah mosque is the Masjidil Al-Aqsa,this is not true. It was the propaganda to confuse the muslim and others. Honestly speaking, I hope that there's no more opposite story about this mosque or any mosque in this world.

well, i love vespa very much.i don't know why but i really love it..

i want to comment about my new px200.well i bought it around rm11500 fully imported from italy after promising myself one for years. The first thing I have been struck with is how easy they are to work on yourself ( I have little scooter know how) with just a manual as a guide. Managed to fit a new exhaust with little problem and most parts are accesible.

The downsides so far have been pulling a wheelie in the street og terengganu while getting used to the clutch and some unexplained oil leaks. Another nice suprise was the px200 it can go at least 60MPH which isnt bad for a 2 Stroke. The scooter is also very light and so far appears to top out at around 70MPH, being more comfortable between 60-65 MPH..you may not believe me because you think vespa can't go that fast right?? well you wrong!!haha

The Prince of Tennis or Tenisu no Ōjisama in japanese, literally: "Prince of Tennis") is a popular Japanese manga written and illustrated by Takeshi Konomi. The manga was first published in Japan in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump in July 1999, and ended publication on March 3, 2008. A total of 379 chapters were serialized, spanning 42 volumes. As of volume 40, the manga has sold over 40 million copies in Japan. The manga is published in English in North America by Viz Media.

well, that is quite interesting actually..
this is because this manga or more like the cartoonist himself, Takeshi Konomi have inspired me to play this game and introduce me this game not only just me, but almost kids around the world...
that is when i interview my friends from all over the world and almost of them know about this anime or manga....*i dunno about people from malaysia..XD*
usually, i will read it at bookstore in Times Square...

so to make it more simple, this series is primarily set in Tokyo. Ryoma Echizen, a tennis prodigy, attends Seishun Academy (Seishun Gakuen), or Seigaku for short, a private school famous for its strong tennis club and talented players. Ryoma quickly defeats numerous upperclassmen shortly after entrance to secure himself a spot as one of the team's regulars. In pursuit of their ultimate goal of winning the all-Japan junior high school tennis championship, members of the team make new friends while learning and mastering increasingly complex techniques. Ryoma also begins to develop his own style of tennis, and eventually realizes what the sport really means to him.

today,i've read the article about ALBERT EINSTEIN.i'm too interested to know him.

Albert Einstein was born at Ulm, in Württemberg, Germany, on March 14, 1879. Six weeks later the family moved to Munich, where he later on began his schooling at the Luitpold Gymnasium. Later, they moved to Italy and Albert continued his education at Aarau, Switzerland and in 1896 he entered the Swiss Federal Polytechnic School in Zurich to be trained as a teacher in physics and mathematics. In 1901, the year he gained his diploma, he acquired Swiss citizenship and, as he was unable to find a teaching post, he accepted a position as technical assistant in the Swiss Patent Office. Suddenly, i saw a folder with a title abortion. I opened it and there were two videos of abortion process. On one of the videos, there are the teenager girl was talking to a doctor. I can't heard what they said clearly but i can catch some dialouge that the girl said to the doctor "i want this thing out of my body. i want to go to school...." . The doctor then asked the girl to lay down on the bed. He then took out a hanger and bent it to form j shape. Suddenly, the most painfull incident happen when the doctor put the hanger into her vagina. The girl screamed in painful and she lookes like having the most suffering incidence. Then the doctor pull the hanger out and i can see the foetus stick to that hanger! after that, the doctor just threw the foetus onto the dustbin. To me it was an immoral deeds!! although i could see that the girl was crying but to me she deserved to be in painful and suffering like that! I then delete the videos because i don't want to keep it anymore.

hello everyone..

yesterday,i have read a article about how to make a good friends??we are as a human need friend because there are too important to us.

there are several ways to get it..

1. Spend more time around people. If you want to make friends, you first need to put yourself out there somehow. Friends don't come knocking on your door while you sit at home watching TV. If the people you're already around aren't friend material for whatever reasons, it's not the end of the world.

2. Talk to people. You can join a club, go to school, or go to church, and you still won't make friends if you don't actually talk to people. By the same token, you don't have to be involved with an organization to talk to people, and any time you talk to someone, you have a chance at making a lasting friend. You can talk to anybody: the clerk at the video store, the person sitting next to you on the bus, or the person in front of you on the lunch line. Don't be picky. Most conversations will be a dead-end of sorts, in that you may never talk to that person again or you'll just remain acquaintances, but once in a while you'll actually make a friend.

3. Initiate a get-together. You can chat your heart out but it won't get you far if you don't open up the opportunity for another meeting. This is especially important if you meet someone who you aren't otherwise likely to meet again. Seize the day!

4. Be a good friend. Once you've started spending time with potential friends, remember to do your part or else the friendship will become unbalanced and resentment is likely to arise.

The MIC, a Barisan Nasional component party, held its open house at the Dewan Merdeka in Putra World Trade Centre, here from 10 am to 1 pm, attended by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.

Kedah Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Azizan Abdul Razak was among the guests at Arumugam’s open house.

hello..

lets everyone know about deepavali..the festival that we celebrate along this month by hindus..
What is Deepavali?
Learn about the festival celebrated by Hindus which is known as 'Deepavali'.

A colorful festival that is celebrated by all Hindus worldwide is Deepavali, which is also known as the festival of lights. This festival usually falls around late October and November. One important practice that the Hindus follow during the festival is to light oil lamps in their homes on Deepavali morning. By lighting the oil lamps, the Hindus are thanking the gods for the happiness, knowledge, peace and wealth that they have received. The Hindus consider Deepavali as one of the most important festivals to celebrate.

The Legend -There is even an interesting legend behind this festival. The story goes that Narakasura, a demon, ruled the kingdom of Pradyoshapuram. Under his rule, the villagers suffered a lot of hardship as the demon tortured the people and kidnapped the women to be imprisoned in his palace. Seeing his wickedness, Lord Khrishna set out to destroy the demon and the day Narakasura died was celebrated as Deepavali, the triumph of good over evil!

Preparations -Preparation for Deepavali starts usually at least two to three weeks before the festival. It is known that the Hindus will be busy cleaning their houses to prepare for the festival. Some would even renovate their houses to prepare it for Deepavali. Usually the family will shop for new clothes and for accessories to decorate their homes. Prior to the festival, Indian shops will be selling festive items like Deepavali greeting cards, carpets, Punjabi suits and flowers. The Hindus will frequent these shops when they are shopping for Deepavali.

Celebrations -The Hindus usually awake early in the morning of deepavali around 3am and the first ritual will be having an oil bath, which is an important feature of Deepavali. Hindus will be dressed in their new clothes on Deepavali. Most of the ladies would be clad in silk saris or Punjabi suits of various bright shades. Hindus particularly dislike dressing in black on that day, as they consider black an inauspicious color for the festival. Hindus would also pay their respects to the elderly and most families would go to the temple after having breakfast. This is also an important practice for them. The reason why they would be going to the temples is to pray to get happiness and prosperity on Deepavali. The houses would be decorated with oil lamps and children will play with firecrackers to celebrate the festival. On the first day, they would not go visiting but would stay at home to welcome the guests who visit them.

Food -Visiting Hindus during Deepavali will be an interesting activity, as you will get to taste a wide variety of delicious food. In every home that you visit you are bound to be served with a tempting spread of sweets. Some of the popular sweets are halwa, burfi and laddu. Hindus love eating spicy food and for non-vegetarians they indulge in favorites like chicken tandoori, prawn sambal and fish head curry. In homes of Hindus who are vegetarians popular dishes like thosais, idlis and naans are prepared.

hello miss marziah..

everyone know that last week that our presentation for product exhibition..our group present about the laptop..and now i want to introduce several things about laptop..

An ultraportable IBM X31 with 12" screen on an IBM T43 Thin & Light laptop with a 14" screen

A laptop computer, also known as a notebook computer, is a small personal computer designed for mobile use. A laptop integrates all of the typical components of a desktop computer, including a display, a keyboard, a pointing device (a touchpad, also known as a trackpad, or a pointing stick) and a battery into a single portable unit. The rechargeable battery is charged from an AC/DC adapter and has enough capacity to power the laptop for several hours.

A laptop is usually shaped like a large notebook with thickness of 0.7-1.5 inches (1.7-4cm) and dimensions ranging from 10x8 inches (27x22cm, 13" display) to 15x11 inches (39x28cm, 17" display) and up. Modern laptops weigh 3 to 12 pounds (1.4 to 5.4 kg), and some older laptops were even heavier. Most laptops are designed in the flip form factor to protect the screen and the keyboard when closed.

In 1996, 17% of personal computers sold worldwide were laptops. Intel expects that more laptops than desktops will be sold as soon as 2009.

hello..

nowadays, many man nowadays like football..but there are still many women like for watching football games in television..but..what is football??

Football is the word given to a number of similar team sports, all of which involve (to varying degrees) kicking a ball with the foot in an attempt to score a goal. The most popular of these sports worldwide is association football, also known as "soccer" and most commonly just "football". The English language word "football" is also applied to "gridiron football" (a name associated with the North American sports, especially American football and Canadian football), Australian football, Gaelic football, rugby football (rugby league and rugby union), and related games. Each of these codes (specific sets of rules, or the games defined by them) is referred to as "football".

These games involve:

* Two teams of usually between 11 and 18 players. Note that versions with fewer players have varying degrees of popularity:
o Six-man, eight-man, and nine-man football, derived from American football, are also played mainly at scholastic level in less-populated parts of the United States. Small schools in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan also play nine-man football, derived from the country's own code.
o Rugby sevens, a version of rugby union with seven players per side instead of 15, is especially well-developed, with its own World Cup, a prominent annual international competition, and an entrenched position in the Commonwealth Games.
o Although the sevens format also exists in rugby league, a different abbreviated format, rugby league nines, is more popular.
* a clearly defined area in which to play the game;
* scoring goals and/or points, by moving the ball to an opposing team's end of the field and either into a goal area, or over a line;
* the goal and/or line being defended by the opposing team;
* players being required to move the ball—depending on the code—by kicking, carrying and/or hand passing the ball; and
* goals and/or points resulting from players putting the ball between two goalposts.

Starvation Abuse

I cannot believe what I have read about this news, starvation abuse. It is one of the ways of child abuse. It’s shocking news to me, because I could not believe how they could have the guts to do such thing to poor little kids. They still young and sometimes they know nothing. Why they should be thread like that? The weird part is there are some of them do i to there own child. How could them! Some of them thread that child like that because of that kid is stepdaughter or stepson. Even though the child is not your own child, but there are still little kids and we should thread them with full of love.

Man strangles wife and kills himself

No matter what had happened, the husband shouldn't take his wife's live away because no one has the right to take other people's life away. Even a mother who give us life also don't have the right to take away our life. Among few millions people, they have the faith to become husband and wife. They should aprreciate what they have. I felt sad to heard this news, people are not appreciate their life.In this world, many babies may not be so lucky that can come to this world safely, since we are the lucky ones who can come to this world safely and grown up healthy, we should appreciate and pray for what we have now.

Such a interesting title which attract me to read for more details. I think this may be a good way to warn people not to waste water. We Malaysian can consider quite lucky because we have adequate water to use, dislike some country which don't have a basic water supply. We need to appreciate what we have now but not start to regret when we lost it.In my opinion, this method is usefull but the way to measure water waste from Energy, Water and Communications Minister is make me more curious or wish to know.

DO YOU KNOW HOW THAT YOU CAN SAVE ELECTRICITY WITH YOUR COMPUTER?

An average person who uses a computer would usually just walk away from it when you’re done, or if you’re gone for an extended time (and they know about it in advance) they'll probably put it in sleep. I (myself) use to keep my computer on about 8 hours a day, just saying I'll comeback to it later. Well there are many ways to save electricity.

Many people and business use CRT monitors because they might have it from an old computer and say "Hey, why buy a new monitor works just fine, I'll save money." So if you have a CRT and switch to a LCD an average would save 13.28 dollars. If you had a choice of buying the CRT and a LCD you would only lose 11.72 dollars. A cheap price to help the Earth and have more room on your desk.

As student, we must get enough sleep. Therefore, we will not get sleepy in class and can give full focus in class. When we did not get enough sleep, we can easily feel tired and not energetic. This will make us miss our classes because of oversleep or not participate in class activities. We will miss a lot of things if we not get well sleep in the night. Morning everyone...

Did you heard about a story where a teenage girl ran with her boyfriend to his hometown? Yes..her name is Noor Fadilah Ahmad..Today,I read about her in News Straits Times at http://www.nst.com.my/Current_News/NST/Sunday/NewsBreak/20081027214249/Article/index_html..

Let me tell you the story. This young girl was in love with a labor named Nasrudin
Dahrom, 24, and because she afraid that her parents will separate their true love, so she decided to run with her lover to her lover’s hometown which is located in Lambok, Indonesia..

As a result, her parents thought that she was kidnapped and they make a police report and after few days later, an informer informs them that their daughter was seen in Lambok. The father makes a drastic decision to go there just to bring her daughter back..

After one and a half month, finally this young girl agreed to go back to her house in Bagan Serai,Perak. This mission of bringing her back involves the embassy counselor (immigration) Mohd Zahari Hassan and secretariat secretary Datuk Muhd Khairun Aseh, a lawyer.

For me, this mission of bringing Noor Fadilah back from Indonesia is a harmony mission. This news makes other parents become more alert with their children’s friends and lead them to know their children better..Thats all from me..

Today I felt really sad and mad after read a story about a girl who been raped by two fake police..I took this story from the article at the Nst newspaper at http://www.nst.com.my/Current_News/NST/Friday/National/2384050/Article/index_htm

This article is about a 15 year old girls who were raped were by two men who pretend to be a policeman at the rubber state in Felda Bukit Rotan. The rapper followed them from Gemas to Felda Jelai before overtake them at the bride at Pasir Besar. Then one of the rapper introduce as a policeman and force the boyfriend to drive them to the rubber plantation .When they arrived, one of the rapper pull the girl out and force her to undress her cloth while the other rapper watch her boyfriend in car.
After they rapped the girl, the two man leave then at the rubber plantation. The couple then went to the police station to make a report about the accident. Sad isn’t? Seriously, after read this story, I felt mad to both of them. Their parent should not allowed their children especially girls having fun until midnight because it at dangerous and things like this may happened. So parents out there, please take care of your child..

Assalamuailakum.....
Today I’ve read an article about Pyramid. I read from Wikipedia website.

The Great Pyramid of Giza, also called Khufu's Pyramid or the Pyramid of Khufu, and Pyramid of Cheops, is the oldest and largest of the three pyramids in the Giza Necropolis bordering what is now Cairo, Egypt, and is the only remaining member of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. It is believed the pyramid was built as a tomb for Fourth dynasty Egyptian King Khufu (Cheops in Greek) and constructed over a 20 year period concluding around 2560 BC. The Great Pyramid was the tallest man-made structure in the world for over 3,800 years. Visibly all that remains is the underlying step-pyramid core structure seen today. Many of the casing stones that once covered the structure can still be seen around the base of the Great Pyramid. There have been varying scientific and alternative theories regarding the Great Pyramid's construction techniques. Most accepted construction theories are based on the idea that it was built by moving huge stones from a quarry and dragging and lifting them into place.

There are three known chambers inside the Great Pyramid. The lowest chamber is cut into the bedrock upon which the pyramid was built and was unfinished. The so-called Queen's Chamber and King's Chamber are higher up within the pyramid structure. The Great Pyramid of Giza is the main part of a complex setting of buildings that included two mortuary temples in honor of Khufu (one close to the pyramid and one near the Nile), three smaller pyramids for Khufu's wives, an even smaller "satellite" pyramid, a raised causeway connecting the two temples, and small mastaba tombs surrounding the pyramid for nobles.

Why do they build such a thing anyway????You can build so many houses by that period, well I think its a waste of time....but it’s still a great masterpiece, hihihi....

Today I want to talk about sleep because i love to sleep especially during the holidays. It is about “Sleep Disorder”.

There are 4 type of sleep disorder according to the site I had read.

First, insomnia, from my understanding, it is defined that when a person is on need for sleep, but could not sleep at all; Second, sleep apnea, it is a snoring during sleep, which may had cause the person to stop breathing;

Third, Narcolepsy, probably cause a person to fall asleep anywhere at any times because of inappropriate sleep hour, they may had a long daytime sleep even though they had a good night time sleep; Lastly, fibromyalgia, occurring when chronic pain of illness caused the disturbance of one’s sleep.

That’s just about it.

HELLO..

today,i would like to talk about ripsteve..

Actually this is an article that I have read a few weeks ago in order to present on a legend. Therefore as a group we chose on Steve Irwin. So I decided to read through the article once again. Reading through about his life really inspires me on learning and loving animals even more. Getting to know so much about a single creature is not as easy as it seems. It needs deep research. And having to be able to conduct a show about animals so successfully just like Steve Irwin, He had to someone with through love and care for animals. He didn'y do it to raise money but to care and learn about the wonderful unique creation of God.

Steve Irwin was married to Terri Irwin and had two children: a daughter, Bindi Sue Irwin, and a son, Robert Clarence "Bob" Irwin.

Irwin was as enthusiastic about his family as he was about his work. He once described his daughter Bindi as "the reason he was put on the Earth". His wife Terri once said, "The only thing that could ever keep him away from the animals he loves are the people he loves even more."

Not only his love for animals but also for his family. He never fails to involve his whole family in his journey of adventure.

I truly admire his enthusiasm, passion, bravery, lovingness and leadership quality.

And I still stick to my choice that Steve Irwin is a Legend of great respect.

DEATH NOTE..

Yesterday night I saw a movie name “ L change the World “ . It is not the latest movie but I really interesting want to see this movie . Before this I have been saw the first edition of the Death Note and also the second edition . Actually who I admire is Light Yagami (Kira) but he died in second edition . That time I really surprise why the editor want him to be a dead .Anyway this is just a story .
I not really like the characteristic of L because of his strange look and his attitude . But after I see the third edition movie “ L change The World “ I start love this character . Today I will introduce to you who is L .
L is the world's top-rated detective, tasked with tracking down and arresting Kira. As such, he is Light's arch-enemy. His disheveled appearance masks his great powers of deduction and insight. L has many quirks, such as sitting in an odd manner, snacking on sweets constantly, and holding objects in a peculiar manner. He often takes drastic strategies to confuse and force the hand of his opponents. On several occasions he has willingly disclosed several of his weaknesses to Kira at the risk of his own life in the hopess that he would lure him into atrap .
In the third edition , he is trying to help a girl and a boy from the inflection of bacteria . What I like is this movie is not only entertainment me but also tell me the reality of world . Some human always destroying the environment or even the human life just for their own benefit . L in this story is recue the human life by his intelligent . But I still do not know why he want to “kill himself” and who is the next character in 4th edition of Death Note ? I really think that this movie is very nice .If you have a chance u must see it .
Thanks .

Today I have read an article about phobias. I read from Wikipedia website. Here are a part of that article:

Phobias

Phobias (in the clinical meaning of the term) are the most common form of anxiety disorders. An American study by the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) found that between 8.7% and 18.1% of Americans suffer from phobias. [1] Broken down by age and gender, the study found that phobias were the most common mental illness among women in all age groups and the second most common illness among men older than 25.

Causes

It is generally accepted that phobias arise from a combination of external events and internal predispositions. In a famous experiment, Martin Seligman used classical conditioning to establish phobias of snakes and flowers. The results of the experiment showed that it took far fewer shocks to create an adverse response to a picture of a snake than to a picture of a flower, leading to the conclusion that certain objects may have a genetic predisposition to being associated with fear[2]. Many specific phobias can be traced back to a specific triggering event, usually a traumatic experience at an early age. Social phobias and agoraphobia have more complex causes that are not entirely known at this time. It is believed that heredity, genetics, and brain chemistry combine with life-experiences to play a major role in the development of anxiety disorders, phobias and panic attacks.
