Hi..assalamualaikum and good morning, afternoon, evening and night.

I'm going to be first this month again. This time i will talk about Pahang speciality. Pahang have a lot of interesting place. One of them is A Mount Tahan. Mount Tahan is a highest peak of the Malay Peninsula, in the Tahan Range, West Malaysia. Mount Tahan is the central feature of Taman Negara National Park and popular to local climbers. Gunung Tahan is considered by many to be one of the toughest treks in Peninsular Malaysia.
Besides, Taman Negara Pahang also is an interesting place. Taman Negara ("National Park or Garden") is Malaysia’s Premier National Park. It is one of the oldest, if not the oldest, unspoilt rainforests in the world, and it is estimated to have evolved over 130 million years. Surely, Located mainly in the delightful Malaysian state of Pahang, Taman Negara also straddles the borders of two other states in the north, namely Kelantan and Terengganu. With an area of 4,343 square kilometers (1,676 square miles) or more than a million acres, Taman Negara is the largest park and the most extensive protected rainforest area in Malaysia. Taman Negara was originally set aside, during the British rule, as a wildlife reserve in 1925 by way of a Pahang State Legislation, to protect wildlife and game species in the lush rainforests of Pahang.

Moreover, Pahang also had a beautiful beach that knowns as Teluk Chempedak. Located just 5km from Kuantan town, Teluk Chempedak is a favourite among local folks. Its enclosed bay is suitable for water sport activities like swimming, surfing and jet-skiing. Its casuarina-lined beach is, however, quite rocky at certain places and the waves are often rough. From the northern end of Teluk Chempedak, take the walkway which leads for about a kilometer over the rocky terrain to reach Teluk Tongkang. This is the only access to this secluded cape which is hemmed in by rocky outcrops on both sides. Its seclusion proved to be the perfect landing site for Japanese troops during the Second World War. The locals named the cape tongkang after the type of landing craft the Japanese used.
When the Japanese landed at Teluk Tongkang to make their way inland during the War, villagers fled their homes and took refuge in a hidden jungle coastal spot. They called it Tanjung Pelindung (lindung means refuge). The shady beach, characterized by boulders in the middle; appeals to campers and bird watchers.

Hello everyone;
I have been watched Twilight movie for many times that adapted from Twilight novel that was written by Stephenie Meyer. This story is about a young-adult vampire, Edward Cullen and seventeen years old girl, Isabella Swan. Bella moves from sunny Phoenix, Arizona to rainy Fork, Washington as she follows her father, Charlie that works as a policeman at there. She finds that her life in danger when she falls in love with Edward, a vampire.

But she was wrong that Edward really protective to her as he saved her life from been hit by her classmate’s van. Bella also make a conclusion that Edward and his family are vampires that drink animal blood than human blood. Edward confesses that he initially avoided Bella during her first class because the scent of her blood was so desirable to him and he said that he could not read Bella brain than others.

Then during playing the baseball with all of Edward family members, James who is a tracker vampire found that Bella is a human and he chase her until Phoenix. James called Bella when she was hide from him and James said he want to meet Bella at ballet room where Bella have been there when she was a little girl. At there, James attacks Bella but Cullens rescues Bella and Edward sucks the venom from Bella hand that James had bitten before it can spread and transform her into a vampire and she was sent to hospital.

After return to Fork, Bella attend their prom night and Bella expresses her desire to become a vampire, which Edward refuses it. But then in the sequel of this novel and movie, Bella will become a vampire after her graduation and then they have a baby that half-blood human and vampire which grown faster than normal baby. Their baby are hunting by Victoria, James mate that want to revenge them for losing his mate.

Fuih! That was my review for this movie and novel as really love the plot of this story. For me, Stephenie Meyer thinking was powerful as she could imagine the storyline very carefully. And I think this love story is so adorable and I really like this story. I will give 4.5 stars for this movie and novel and for its sequel too although the sequel movie not release yet, but I have read a little bit for the novel sequel.

Today, there are too many problems happened in our country. One of them is corruption which is usually related to politician. Corruption is very common with power, glory and money. Corruption scandals have toppled governments in both major industrial countries and developing countries. Many people are greedy and dreaming of having more than anyone else. In other word, another way of getting profit easily.

Here, I will state some forms of corruption like bribery, extortion, cronyism and nepotism. For me, these corruption activities are also another type of criminal. This is because they take others' right illegally. Poor people will face more difficulties in life while people in the another side enjoy their life with luxuries ad glories.

This is against humankind and cruel action. As a leader, he or she should be able to help poor people and people in need. By doing that, we will life happily together by helping each other.

Feel sleepy in class?

This is not a rare situation during classes or lectures. When a student got asleep, they cannot concentrate well in class. Some experts said that there are a few reasons why those students fell sleepy. One of them is if you felt sleepy one day, and now, revisiting the same environment, your behavior is repeated. Two, the environment in the classroom causes you to feel sleepy which the classroom may be too warm or might not have enough stimulation in the teaching method.

In my point of view, those reasons are correct, but I have my own opinions. For me, a student can also feel sleepy if he or she did not get enough sleep and rest. A teenager needs 9 to 10 hours of sleep a night. So, if we are staying up for several hours during the week and trying to catch up on weekends by sleep all day, we may be suffering from some diseases.

So, the best way is, try to get more rest and enough bedtime. Do not push yourself so hard for staying up and studying because once you fall sick, then you will realize how much precious your rest and sleep. If you can practice this, I can guarantee you something; you will not face any problem include feel sleepy in class anymore!!

Hi...assalamualaikumm w.b.t

Did you know, by thousand years ago, there were exist one believing that called Superstition. So, now we talked about Superstitious. What a great topic today. As you know, there are lot of superstitions in every race in the world. When you think about it, it is truly not releven as a human being. But the way, there were still a lot of people around the world believe about it. Some times, they make the superstitions as a life guidance. Do you think the superstitions is real world being? I did not think the answer is yes. For me the superstitions was just be made for warning.
Superstitions in Malay community are called ‘pantang larang’ in Malay and the term has been adopted by other cultures in Singapore too. You may hear a Chinese saying that it is ‘pantang’ (taboo) to carry out a certain action. So. here i will give a sort of superstitions in Malay community. For example, during pregnancy, a woman is not allowed to do various things like is not allowed to speak ill of anyone, not talk about any kinds of disabilities and she's discouraged from looking at a disabled person. If she does not do these things, the baby will develop disabilities too.

Then, Pregnant women should not sleep in the afternoon or the baby's head will grow big. The father of the child is not allowed to blow any wind instruments. This is because the child will grow up to be a crybaby. Also, Pregnant women should not quarrely with their mothers-in-law or their pregnancy will face complications.

Lastly, the superstitious also said the kids should not raise up their legs when lying on their front, as it is believed that it might cause their mother to die.
Then the nails should not be cut at night as the person’s life will be shortened.
There was also a believing that hitting a child with a pillow will result in him having a shorter life.

When you rethink about it, as a logical, it is not true. It just for make a lesson to the new generation. Thats all and thank you.

hi~

I think all of us has their own dream to fulfill and i would like to share one of my dreams that is getting a Nissan GT-R. The Nissan GT-R is a sports car created by Nissan and expected to be official released in the world by March 2009. Now already end of March means i need to start to work hard to getting it.

Here i would like to share some of the specification and performance about my dream car. Nissan claims the GT-R can reach a top speed of 192 mph (309 km/h), Motor Trend recorded a top speed of 195.0 mph (313.8 km/h). It has been tested to achieve 0-60 mph (97 km/h) times as low as 3.2 seconds with launch control and 3.9 seconds without and achieved a standing quarter-mile time of 11.6 s at 190 km/h (120 mph) using the GT-R's launch control system. Car and Driver achieved a standing quarter-mile time of 11.5 s at 200 km/h (120 mph).

With a manufacturer claimed lap time of 7:29 min on standard Japanese market tires, the GT-R is currently one of the fastest production cars to lap the Nürburgring circuit, although Porsche accused Nissan of falsifying those claims in September 2008. Porsche claims to have conducted their own test of the GT-R using no modifications and stock tires and achieved a best time of 7:54. Nissan officially disputed Porsche's claim in October 2008. Independent testing has provided times of around 7:50 - 7:55 for the Nissan GT-R and 7:49 for the Porsche GT2 on the Nürburgring, though both tests were conducted with the track partially damp and with the use of automotive journalists as opposed to professional drivers.

That's all i want to share. I think that car is the most perfect car in the world currently. Let's us work hard towards our dreams.

Today i read a very sad news about the 2009 Angola and Namibia floods. It is a continuing natural disaster which began in early March 2009 and have resulted in the deaths of at least 92 people and have otherwise affected around 400,000 people!!! The floods have affected six districts in Namibia and at least one region of Angola. The floodwaters have damaged buildings and infrastructure and made at least 25,000 people homeless. A state of emergency has been declared in northern Namibia and there are fears that a disease epidemic could ensue.

From above, we can see that the effect of the flood was so great and many people become the victim of it. Many precaution and steps to aid is going on. The President has declared a state of emergency across six northern districts, and has requested international assistance. The Namibian state relief fund has been active in the region delivering water, food, tents and other supplies to flooded areas by helicopter and motorboat. However it is hindered by a shortage of both aircraft and boats, and is running out of funding.

The Red Cross agencies in both Angola and Namibia have responded to the disaster. The Angola Red Cross is distributing mosquito nets, water purification tablets and rehydration sachets and the Namibia Red Cross Society has been distributing chlorine tablets and promoting hygiene in the affected areas. The World Health Organization has also responded with the delivery of five tonnes of health care kits and supplies of drinking water. There are fears that the global financial crisis may limit the effectiveness of aid agencies who are already over-stretched across Africa.

I think we should help them in term of essential item or donating money to them. Those who can't afford, let us pray for them and may God bless them and help them through the disaster.

Hi...

Ever heard about Tom Jack? He is also known as "the ice king" by some people and also in http://thehumanmarvels.com. Wonder why? All right, lets begin the story.

Tom Jack was born as Karl Breu on January 10, 1884 in Dubiau or now is Northern Bohemia of The Czech Republic. Karl Breu was born with severe albinism.
It is known that Tom Jack became very good at what his did which is in illusion and manipulation or let just say magic tricks and carved a fair measure of fame. He toured Europe, as Houdini had, and also nearly died during a performance in London when tossed from the Tower Bridge into the Thames and failed to escape from his restraints.
Karl Breu, the albino escape artist known as Tom Jack ‘The Ice King’ passed away on October 17, 1953 at the age of 69.

From this article, we can see that each and everyone in this world is unique. Even if we have illness and in this case, it is albino.

Today I want to share something about makeup. All the girls and women love to makeup very much especially me!hehe.I will makeup when I have a function, hanging out with friends, sometimes when go to class, when I have my presentation or when i have a date! You also want to be beautiful when u with your boyfriend right?hehe.

Why do I love makeup?I really do love makeup because when I makeup,I feel more confident to face many people outside there.Especially when I have my own presentation.I feel more confident when to present my task.huu..Plus,it will make me more cute huh?hehe

These are more tips about makeup!hehe..I hope it can help you to getting the most out of your mascara..
1. Replace your mascara every 3 months - old mascara doesn’t go on smoothly, making your lashes dry, short and clumpy looking. If you are on a budget, try to find a great drugstore brand.
2. Get a hand mirror - when you apply your mascara, hold the mirror down by your nose and look into it. This will allow you to see the root all the way to tips of your eyelashes and gives you the best length possible for application.
3. “Wiggle and Pull” - wiggle the brush back and forth to ensure your lashes grab the most mascara possible from the wand. It’s great for volume and length.
4. Go Slow - practice your mascara application technique and take time out of your makeup applying routine to devote to applying your mascara. Great lashes make a big difference!

Enjoy this!hee~~

Different people has different way to release stress. I think my way is kind of different compare to others. What i did was read online manga. Do you all know what is manga? Manga are comics and print cartoons origin from Japan.

In Japan, people of all ages read manga widely. The genre includes a broad range of subjects: action-adventure, romance, sports and games, historical drama, comedy, science fiction and fantasy, mystery, horror, sexuality, and business and commerce, among others. Since the 1950s, manga have steadily become a major part of the Japanese publishing industry. Manga have also become increasingly popular worldwide.

Manga are typically printed in black-and-white, although some full-color manga exist (e.g. Colorful manga, not the anime series). In Japan, manga are usually serialized in telephone book-size manga magazines, often containing many stories each presented in a single episode to be continued in the next issue. If a manga series is popular enough, it may be animated after or even during its run, although sometimes manga are drawn centering on previously existing live-action or animated films.

I think reading manga bring me a lot of fun especially when reading manga like Shin Chan. It can fill up my boring leisure time and of course the main thing is can bring fun and happiness to me and no more stress.

hi~

Recently I have addicted to a puzzle game called sodoku. So i decided to explore more about it. For those who has no idea what is that, I can explain it in detail.
sodoku is a number puzzle game where the aim is to fill the squares so that each row, each column and each 3x3 sub-grid contain the numbers from 1 through 9. The puzzles are solved using logic alone and are extremely addictive.

I read a article about sodoku's history and I think it is quite impressive about the name of the game. The game was originally called number place and was published in New York by Dell magazines. The game then reached Japan in the 1980’s where it originally went by the name "Sji wa dokushi ni kagiru" which translates rough to "the numbers must be single". The game later became known as Sudoku, which means "single number".

If you can solve a soduku within a time range, it can test the IQ of yours. For those who never try before, you can try it on web or download the game.

I want to share a article about the new seven wonders of the world. Various lists of the Wonders of the World have been compiled over the ages to catalogue the most spectacular man-made constructions and natural things in the world.

The Seven Wonders of the Ancient World is the first known list of the most remarkable man-made creations of classical antiquity, and was based on guide-books popular among Hellenic sight-seers and only includes works located around the Mediterranean rim. The number seven was chosen because the Greeks believed it to be the representation of perfection and plenty. Many similar lists have been made, including lists for the Medieval World and the Modern World.

In 2001 an initiative was started by the Swiss corporation New7Wonders Foundation to choose the New Seven Wonders of the World from a selection of 200 existing monuments for profit. Twenty-one finalists were announced January 1, 2006. Egypt was not happy with the fact that the only original wonder would have to compete with the likes of the Statue of Liberty, the Sydney Opera House, and other landmarks; and called the project absurd. To solve this, Giza was named an honorary Candidate. The results were announced on July 7, 2007 in Benfica's stadium in a big ceremony in Lisbon, Portugal.

Great Wall of China
Petra
Christ the Redeemer
Machu Picchu
Chichen Itza
Roman Colosseum
Taj Mahal

Many people hate history and know nothing about the past. Luckily I'm not belong to this group of people. I love history especially China history (because I'm Chinese? ^^). Sometimes i even explore myself by posting question on web.

Today I wont like to share some history to you all. It is a history artifact in China, the Terracotta Army. The Terracotta Army are the Terracotta Warriors and Horses of Qin Shi Huang the First Emperor of China. The terracotta figures, dating from 210 BCE, were discovered in 1974 by several local farmers near Xi'an, Shanxi province, China near the Mausouleum of the First Qin Emperor.

The figures vary in height (183–195 cm - 6ft–6ft 5in), according to their role, the tallest being the generals. The figures include warriors, chariots, horses, officials, acrobats, strongmen, and musicians. Current estimates are that in the three pits containing the Terracotta Army there were over 8,000 soldiers, 130 chariots with 520 horses and 150 cavalry horses, the majority of which are still buried in the pits.

Hi, let me to talk on another article about "Slow Computer startups and how to resolve them".

Inside this article, the computer will becomes very slow when start a computer and very leak of available memory. This is cause of startup programs which taking a lot of memory in the RAM.

Therefore, the method of solve this problem is eliminate the program that not used when startup computer since most of the programs that load at a startup are not really required. For some program that unable to remove, use "GSA Autostart Cleaner" to remove it.

For my opinon, for a new computer, when after few months until half year or one years, the computer will become slower and slower and even very leak when want to startup a computer. Therefore, for me, i will try to remove the startup program which not used by using software "C Cleaner" which very easy to be use and very effectively. Beside that, to unistall some extra program which not used often such as maybe google toolbar and etc. Furthermore, the windows will make some restore point so to prevent data lose. So, can remove it if not necessary. This few methods which recommended by me perhaps can work. That's all from me. Thank you.

Hi, let me talk about another article which about "How to save lots of money when you are buying a computer".

In this article, mention about nowadays the public overwhelmed by all of the options available of you and stressed by high cost of computers.

3 simple ways which can save money money when buying a computer :
1. Shop around for best deal

For my opinon, when buying a computer, some need to be consider.

what kind of computer is needed whether for gaming or just daily life use.
Second :
The approx. cost is around how much? Because some person want to buy a computer which the cost not exceeded RM2000 or RM3000.

Hello...
Intenet, as we know, have it advantages and disadvantages. However, if we use the internet positively, it can bring to us a benefit. Have your ever heard about Internet Business? It is one of the internet benefit. Here i will explain to the readers what is the main important thing in this business. It is succesful website.

In reality, nearly every Internet business, from the smallest online retail site to the largest search engine, will be more successful if there is a careful designed blueprint to follow. Having a proper plan for your Internet business can have the competitive edge it needs. There are many great sites on the Internet but many of them lack the one thing that is very crucial to the success of any online business.....traffic.

"Traffic" is the term used to mean "visitors to a website". Many people are under the impression that to make a lot of money from the Internet is to simply set up a website on the Internet. It need a hard work but it is certainly not hard to learn the correct techniques required to bring people to your website. If you can create a website that can attract people, you surely can start your internet internet.

Thats all and thank you.

In this century, if the people don't educate themselves, they will have many problems in their life qualities and when they start to earn money. So, it is not enough to graduate from any university, nowadays students try to find and study at good universities which have better opportunities and facilities. For that reason students select to study abroad because of some advantages such as learning a new languages, better opportunities, well equipped laborites, many libraries and best computer facilities; which are more useful after graduation.

In my point of view, there are also many disadvantages that the students will encounter, like, culture shock, home sickness, and difficulties in communication. Not everything is like what we thought and hope to be. Sometimes, studying abroad make us change. If it is a change to be a better person, it is good for us. But there are some cases stated that some students cannot survive at overseas.

For me, as far as we try to get knowledge and study, it is good enough no matter where is the place. We are the one that need to study hard and try to change our lifes. Moreover, we have the responsible to determine our own lifes. We need to know that there is no difference between studying at local universities or study abroad.

Hi..assalamualaikumm...

Human is a very intelligent creatures in this world. But there are more intelligent peole in this world. What do you think about them? Are they use theirs intelligent to make something illegal for theirself? When I said "Hacker", what do you think abou it? It is Crime? Genius person? Do you ever worried about your bank account going to hack and lost your money? Maybe what do you think is right. So, today i will bring the readers to the hacker.

Hacker is a term used by some to mean "a clever programmer" and by others, especially those in popular media, to mean "someone who tries to break into computer systems." The Hackers also can be define as as a clever programmers.

There are 3 attitudes of the hackers. First, White hat. They breaks security for non-malicious reasons. This type of hacker enjoys learning and working with computer systems, and consequently gains a deeper knowledge and experience on hacking. Such people normally go on to use their hacking skills in legitimate ways and doing a right thing, such as becoming security consultants .

Second, Grey hat. Its not means the people with a grey hat on their head. They are known as hacker of ambiguous ethics and borderline legality, often frankly admitted. Third, known as black hat. Hye everyone..

Do you love your family? I bet all of us love our family very much..For me, having a big family which is 10 siblings, caring parent and autie who live with us, it is enough to make me happy always. When I sad, they always there..and when I happy, they will laugh with me..I am so grateful for having them..
As I look back upon time, I can say with pure recollection, that family is one of the most important aspects of a person’s life. My upbringing defined me, and my family environment became a part of my identity.

As a child you find comfort in hanging out with your parents. As a teenager you find identity when you step away from parents and illustrate your independence. As a young adult as you are now independent, you learn to appreciate them so much more.

No matter how hard you try, you can never extricate yourself from your family. They are integral to who you are, and the harder you try to distance yourself from them, the closer they become.

Love our family and treasure them..All happiness will be there waiting for you..

Love you mom and dad, also to all my siblings. I love you all so much!!

Direct to the point, I'll talk about chocolate..Who love chocolate??me3!!haha..Cadbury, Hershey, Forest...nyum3..I love it..so do you right??

If you're a fan of chocolate you're in good company. Chocolate is one of the most popular sweet-tasting treats in the world and has been for centuries. But part of the myth surrounding chocolate is that it tastes so good it must be bad for your health. Which gives it an air of the forbidden.

Is Chocolate A Health Food?

Chocolate contains over 300 chemicals, and has been the subject of a number of studies by universities and other scientific organizations. Here's a quick rundown of the results. We have no way of proving or disproving these claims so we offer them here as a stimulus for further research. If you're really interested in the subject, this may provide you with a starting point.

I think that we should try to think about chocolate and fact about helath. Although we love it too much, we must think about our health too..We must get to know what can chocolate do and don't in affect our health.

Time is running..We are really near to final exam now..we had been here for one year..in UMP..Although we still unable to adapt the environment, but it almost 1 year being here..

It is all about time..Time is a subjective reality which is basic to the world we know. It's the term we use to describe the fact of change. For there to be change, there must be time. If you move, that's proving time since you're being non-static.

Time is objectively an illusion, not a real thing but simply another dimension just like width or height. The cause of the illusion, in simplified form, is that we can't perceive the time dimension through our senses, rather only through memory.

What the relation between clock and time??

Clocks define our increments of movement. Clocks are non-static, but they change in a predictable way so we can use them as a way of comparing with other changes. When a hand on a clock moves to point to the next second mark, we can compare to all our other movements by saying, for example, that it's about the same amount of time that breathing in once would require.

Always do the best for today, because we are not really sure tomorrow is there for us. Always treasure time and we will not be the waste people..

Me again..I'm trying hard to finish it..hehe=P

Pillow???

Is it too important for us??Of course yes!!Right pillow will determined whether we get better sleep or not..

Read this article..hehe..

Determine how you sleep. Are you a back sleep? Maybe you are more comfortable lying on your side. Of course, there is a portion of the population that sleeps on their stomachs. The pillow you choose should reflect your main sleeping style because each position needs a different level of pillow support.

Firm or squishy, that is the question. Your personal preference guides you on this particular portion of choosing the right pillow for your needs. Stomach sleepers typically want a softer pillow whereas back or side sleepers need a firmer choice of pillow. What constitutes firm is the amount of filling in the pillow, whether is be foam, feathers or other material. The more material you have, obviously the firmer the pillow.

Size does matter, at least in pillows. Usually there are two main sizes – a standard and a king size. Keep the size of your bed into account when shopping for pillows, but don’t rule out your personal preference for size either. Some side sleepers like the long pillows, also known as body pillows. They will sleep hugged up against the pillow with a leg thrown over it for comfort.

Taking cover with your pillows. What your pillow is encased in is also of importance. Some people prefer a zipped up casing that protects the pillow itself from stains and protects the user from any errant feathers sticking out or faint fumes from foam pillows. These enclosed casings also help allergy sufferers as well by protecting them from any dust mites harboring in the pillow. Others will use a regular old pillow case to cover their pillows, in a variety of materials like flannel or cotton.

Get your best pillow and sleep better..ok(^_~)

Today, there are many different types of ice cream cones on the market. Some are baked into cone or cup shapes while others are rolled into cone shapes. Before the invention of the ice cream cone, people would lick ice cream out of dishes called penny lick ice cream glasses as the treats were sold for one cent a piece. Wafer, waffle, sugar and bowl are some of the most popular types of ice cream cones.

Wafer ice cream cones are also sometimes called cake cones. They are often lighter in texture and thinner than the other types and are sometimes made with cake flour to create an even more delicate composition. Wafer cones may be pointed or cup-shaped.

Waffle cones are very popular ice cream cones. They have the texture produced by a waffle iron and are usually rolled and formed into a cone shape. Waffle cones are often thick and may even be double rolled for extra strength and thickness. Chocolate waffle cones often have some melted chocolate added to the batter and are very dark in color.

Sugar ice cream cones are the sweetest type of cone as they have the most sugar added. White sugar and molasses are usually used to make sugar cones, but sometimes brown sugar is used to produce a slightly darker cone. Like some waffle cones, sugar cones may also be double rolled. Bowl ice cream cones aren't really cone-shaped but are bowl-shaped. The fun of these is eating ice cream in an edible bowl because then you can eat the bowl too. Other novelty cones may be available.

Before the cone shape was used to hold ice cream it was associated with much fancier desserts. In the eighteenth century cone-shaped pastries called coronets, or little horns, were filled with fruit creams and ice creams to serve at dinner parties. Waffle coronets and flavored whipping creams were added later.

Between Malay movies and Japanese movies, which do you prefer?

For me, I choose Japanese movies. I got my own reasons why I am so addicted to those movies. Both Malay and Japanese movies have their own specialties and of course, there are some differences between them.

Japanese movies can be categorized into some genres such as horror, Yakuza movies, anime, ‘Jidaigeki’ and ‘Kaiju’. I was very interested in ‘Seishun eiga’ genre which is the films about teenagers. I enjoyed watch those movies because sometimes they are related to my own life since I am also a teenager. Most of the stories are about a group of students that have problems in studies and their lives. I felt very close to the movies because I am a student too. That is why I love to watch them so much.

I am not really enjoyed watching Malay movies. One of the reasons is I try to learn other languages from the movies that I watched. But it does not mean that I am not watching Malay movies at all. A drama that I like very much was ‘Miftahul Jamilah’. Basically, Malay movies have the same storyline. So, we can predict the ending of story even we just watch the starts. There is not much variation in Malay movies.

My advice is if you want to really enjoy watching movies, you have to choose the movie with genre that you like most. If not, you are just wasting your time and in the end, you get nothing. And try to watch Japanese movies, you will enjoy them very much. Just like me,hahaha…

Every animal has a brain like human. However our brain is unique because the power of thinking that has given to us. That is way human can control the world and not other creatures.

These are several functions of our brain such as control body temperature, blood pressure, handle physical motion while walking, control emotions and many other things.

The brain functions by sending electrical signals from one place to another. Very small charges pass between nerve cells, accompanied by changes in electrical potential, in voltage.A person's brain is active all the time like waking and sleeping, producing and shifting between distinct wave.

So, can you imagine on how specially are we? My advise is please use this special gift in good way so that we can live happily and in peace. It is not just for human being but also for everything in this world. As a conclusion, always remember that only human can be the leader of this world.

Recently, the Interfaith Dialogue was held in UMP. I was very excited to be one of the participant. It was a new experience for me. There were four speakers represented four main religion in Malaysia.

Actually, interfaith dialogue has taken place for many centuries. The Emperor Akbar the Great for example, encouraged tolerance in Mughal India, a diverse nation with people of various faith backgrounds, including Islam, Hinduism, Sikhism, and Christianity. Muslim Spain is an additional historical example of great religious pluralism.

According to the history, this type of dialogue has involved many countries all around the world and Malaysia is one of them. The purpose of having the dialogue is to developed a positive interaction between human from different race, religion and country. The reason is to build up an understanding among each other.

As what I understand, we need to know about other people because we are living on the same world and planet. The dialogue involves promoting an understanding to increase acceptance of others but not blaming anyone or finding whose the best and whose the worst. It is not to create a new conflict but making a better and harmony life.

Hi!~

Lets talk about energy balance.

Energy balance mean your intake and output of energy is equal. Your intake is the food you eat and your output is the energy spend in physical activities.

There are three types of energy balance. Firstly, positive which more energy intake than output. That extra energy is stocked by body as fat for later use. Then, negative which more energy out than intake. This will make you lose some tissue and become leaner. Finally, neutral which make no change in body weight.

From my opinion, I suggest those people want become fat or thin can do positive or negative types. For me, I want neutral because I think my body already in good condition.

Hi!~

Eye exercises? Did you ever heard about this? If yes, good for you.

This exercise will increase your eye performance not the performance of muscle. As we know, eye is one of our vital external organs that we cannot do any work properly without it. Doing eye exercises in a wrong way can damage your eye. The easy exercise is closing the eye. That mean, total darkness in your eyes. Then try massaging them gently while they are closed by doing it carefully. Give some worm touch and make it feel worm at a time with closed eye. Do it with you hands or soft cotton to heat it.

I agree with this eye practices that can make eye more performance. In my opinion, we really need to take care of our eye. For those that already wear glasses need to take care more than usual. So, take care your eye as you take care of your life.

Most definitions of the term specify that automobiles are designed to run primarily on roads, to have seating for one to eight people, to typically have four wheels, and to be constructed principally for the transport of people rather than goods.

There are many types of car, many brand and color of cars nowadays.
Most automobiles in use today are propelled by gasoline, petrol or diesel internal combustion engines, which are known to cause air pollution and are also blamed for contributing to climate change and global warming.

While searching information in internet, I got others blog that asked 'What is better City Life or Small Town Living? Why?'

For me, both place have their own benefits. Like living in city, we could get the things that we need because city more advanced than town. Then living in town, we could get some fresh air, just I said before, town are advanced so that there are more polluted. As for town, there are still fresh with natural environment and we could get peaceful from traffic jam and the confusion.

To answer this question..Can I choose both??..Hmm, its difficult to choose because I like both. I think, I would like to buy house at both place. When I'm bore with living in town, then go city and also the opposite.*smile*

A Star Inside an Apple

I don’t know whether you all have heard this story before or not, but I want to share it with all of you....

One day, the grandchild came back from his school and claimed that he saw a star inside an apple. He immediately told this news to his grandfather.... At first, his grandpa doesn’t believe it. Therefore, the grandchild asks for an apple and a knife. The child put the apple horizontally on the table and wants to cut it off. At that time, his grandpa stops him from doing that. He insisted that apple should put vertically to let it stable and then cut off. The child started to begs his grandpa for letting him cutting the apple with his own ways. After a while, the grandpa agreed to him. As he cut off the apple, the 5 seeds insides the apple arranged itself just look like a star. The grandpa stun by this moment......

I sure all of you must have eaten a lot of apples, but, have you ever seen the star inside it??? If you are just like the grandpa in the story, it’s time for you to make a change. The grandpa in the story above is just a reflection of us. We used to pick up a habit and then treated it as the only way to done the things. Therefore, we must learn how to accept the changes in order to lead a better life in future.....

FRIENDSHIP

Walking down the road of life
People cross paths for a reason
Some will remain as life long friends
Others stay but for a season

Looking back to friends I've had
They all have changed my life
From guys I built fast race cars with
To the gal I call my wife

There's some I wish had never gone
Though at lifes cross roads we did part
I wipe away my joy filled tears
As I hold them in my heart

To the ones who've stayed my whole life long
You've seen my worst, you've seen my best
I'll cherish the memories I have of you
Until the day I'm laid to rest

Have you ever felt that :
Days are too busy
Hours are too few
Seconds are too fast
Until don’t have time to keep in touch with ours “old friends”.......

In fact, you will make different friends in different age. And I also believed that all of you have the most friends during your primary school. As you have grown up, you will discover that your friends that stay your sides became less and less. Why is this happening??? Maybe it is due to the changes of yourself and the environment. We also became not as innocent as we are small and have different points of view about something. Thus, we started to choose friends that have similar characteristics and personalities to us only as friends.

At last, I hoped the friendship will like a circle, which has not beginning and no end. Let it be a circle that can go on and on for a lifetime......

EQ
We usually heard people talking about IQ. However, have you heard about EQ? EQ stands for emotional quotient. Below is my opinion in how to standardize a person’s EQ.

A person with higher EQ was able to control their emotion well. For example, no matter what’s had happened to them, they still won’t get influence by this. They still can lead their life as a normal day. Normally, this kind of person will be labeled as a “cool” person in ours society.

On the other hand, a person with low EQ was easily lost control about themselves. They were easy to cry and laugh…. They will easily get influence by their emotion. In a longer period of time, they will become a short-tempered person. Sometimes, they will felt that everyone had done something wrong to them…. And then they become difficult to live along with…. These kind of bad moods also affect the daily life of themselves.

In a nutshell, if a person was still unable to control their emotion well, anyone or everyone around them will start to leave them alone. Therefore, I felt that everyone has the responsible to control theirs’ own emotion.

That's all, thank you.

Hello again...

LOVE versus FRIEND
Do you know what differences between love and friendship are? Then, let me shared a story with you all about the differences exit…..

One day, LOVE and FRIEND went out together for a walk.
Suddenly, LOVE fall into a deep river…
Why?
It is because LOVE is blind……

Then, FRIEND quickly jumps into the river to save LOVE.
Why?
It is due to a GOOD FRIEND will always be there for us whenever, wherever and whatever we need them…..

Unfortunately, FRIEND couldn’t find LOVE.
Why?
It is because LOVE is too gentle, easy to lose when we did not take care of it…..

Finally, FRIEND gives up finding LOVE and leaving it alone at there.
Why?
It is due to FRIEND will leave and ignore us if we don’t appreciate them….

I got this quote from my friend. After reading it, what’s in your mind? Which one do you want to be? LOVE or FRIEND? Are you just like the LOVE in the story? If is, then you should start to appreciate your friend around you from now on…..

thank you..

Hye everyone..
Today, I want to share with all of you about hand phone. What is a hand phone actually??.. A mobile phone (also known as a hand phone, wireless phone, cell phone, cellular phone, cellular telephone or cell telephone) is a long-range, electronic device used for mobile voice or data communication over a network of specialized base stations known as cell sites. In addition to the standard voice function of a mobile phone, telephone, current mobile phones may support many additional services, and accessories, such as SMS for text messaging, email, packet switching for access to the Internet, gaming, Bluetooth, infrared, camera with video recorder and MMS for sending and receiving photos and video, MP3 player, radio and GPS. Most current mobile phones connect to a cellular network of base stations (cell sites), which is in turn interconnected to the public switched telephone network (PSTN) (the exception is satellite phones). A mobile phone proper typically has a telephone keypad, more advanced devices have a separate key for each letter. Some mobile phones have a touch screen.
Mobile phones often have features beyond sending text messages and making voice calls, including call registers, GPS navigation, music (MP3) and video (MP4) playback, RDS radio receiver, alarms, memo and document recording, personal organiser and personal digital assistant functions, ability to watch streaming video or download video for later viewing, video calling, built-in cameras (3.2+ Mpx) and camcorders (video recording), with autofocus and flash, ringtones, games, PTT, memory card reader (SD), USB (2.0), infrared, Bluetooth (2.0) and WiFi connectivity, instant messaging, Internet e-mail and browsing and serving as a wireless modem for a PC, and soon will also serve as a console of sorts to online games and other high quality games. Some phones includes touch screen. The total value of mobile data services exceeds the value of paid services on the Internet, and was worth 31 billion dollars in 2006. The largest categories of mobile services are music, picture downloads, video gaming, adult entertainment, gambling, video/TV.
Hand phone also have the advantages and disadvantages. Some of the advantages are hand phone have made communication easier and hand phone can provide safety for their users. People can call each other no matter where they are. Many parents provide their children with hand phone for safety reason. The speed dial up option in hand phones lets people make contact with emergency numbers by pressing one button. For many parents, a hand phone is a convenient way to get in touch with their children.
Some of the disadvantages are the use of hand phone has been proven to be big distraction. There are car accidents occurring everywhere due to the lack of attentiveness of drivers. The possibility of brain tumors is also increasing with the use of cellular phone. Radiation is enormously hazardous to hand phone users. The more cell phone users, the greater chance become for brain cancer.
Last but not least, as the teenagers, hand phone is the important things that should be have. Nowadays, hand phone is become the basic things that we should bring anywhere and everywhere same like money.

With that, thank you.

Assalamualaikum…

Holla….

We meet again...hehehehe...

Now, I want to write about sunburn. Sunburn is a burn to living tissue such as skin produced by overexposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation, commonly from the sun's rays. Usual mild symptoms in humans and animals are red or reddish skin that is hot to the touch, general fatigue, and mild dizziness. An excess of UV-radiation can be life-threatening in extreme cases. Exposure of the skin to lesser amounts of UV radiation will often produce a suntan.
Excessive UV-radiation is the leading cause of primarily non malignant skin cancers. Sunscreen is widely agreed to prevent sunburn, although a minority of scientists argue that it may not effectively protect against malignant melanoma, which is either caused by a different part of the ultraviolet spectrum or according to others melanoma is not caused by sun exposure at all. Clothing, including hats, is considered the preferred skin protection method. Moderate sun tanning without burning can also prevent subsequent sunburn, as it increases the amount of melanin, a skin photoprotectant pigment that is the skin's natural defense against overexposure. Importantly, sunburn and the increase in melanin production are both triggered by direct DNA damage. When the skin cells' DNA is damaged by UV radiation, type I cell-death is triggered and the skin is replaced. Malignant melanoma may occur as a result of indirect DNA damage if the damage is not properly repaired. Proper repair occurs in the majority of DNA damage, and as a result not every exposure to UV results in cancer. The only cure for sunburn is slow healing, although some skin creams can help with the symptoms.

Sunburn is caused by the UV-radiation stemming from the sun, from tanning lamps, or from welding arcs. It is a reaction of the body to the direct DNA damage which can result from the excitation of DNA by UV-B light. This damage is mainly the formation of a thymine-thymine dimmer. The damage is recognized by the body, and it triggers several defense mechanisms. These include DNA repair to revert the damage and increased melanin production to prevent future damage. Melanin transforms UV-photons quickly into harmless amounts of heat without generating free radicals and is therefore an excellent photoprotectant against direct and indirect DNA damage. Sunburn is one of the potential dangers of ultraviolet germicidal irradiation.

On an evolutionary level, the sunburn may have developed as a warning signal that deters humans from sun seeking behaviour which induces infertility. Importantly it has been shown that protecting against sunburn with chemical sunscreens does not imply protection against other damaging effects of UV-radiation.

Last but not least, I think this sunburn can be the decease if we not prevent it early. Because look to nowadays, the factors of the risk of the sunburn are normally comes from our surroundings daily life such as our live location, pharmaceutical products, ozone depletion and popularity of tanning. So, we must avoid it before it become worst.

Assalamualaikum..
Haiii...

Me again???...hehehehe..

So, now I want to talk about Malay custom which is ‘baju melayu’ and ‘baju kurung’. Baju Melayu is a traditional Malay outfit for men. It literally translates as 'Malay shirt' and consists of two main parts. The first being the baju (long sleeved shirt) itself which has a raised stiff collar known as the ‘cekak musang’ collar (literally fox's lease). The second part is the trousers. The two parts are made out of the same type of fabric which is usually silk, cotton, or a mixture of polyester and cotton. A skirt-type adornment is also commonly worn with the ‘Baju Melayu’, which is either the "kain samping", made out of ‘songket’ cloth or the ‘kain sarung’, made out of cotton or a polyester mix. Both are loops of fabric which are folded around the wearer's waist. A jet-black or dark coloured headgear called the ‘songkok’ can also worn to complete the attire.

In shirts made with the ‘cekak musang’ collar, the placket of the ‘baju’ will seem to form a third of the ‘baju’ from the top when it is worn beneath the ‘kain samping’ or ‘kain sarung’. However, the hem line of the ‘baju’ actually runs to the middle of the lap. The placket typically has three to four buttonholes and is fastened together by dress studs called ‘kancing’ which are not unlike those used in Western-style formal dress shirts. The studs usually have screw-in backs and can be made from a variety of materials including gold, silver and precious or semi-precious stones. The studs may also be connected with a light metal chain which will be concealed behind the shirt when the placket is fastened.

In the state of Johor, both the design and the wearing of ‘Baju Melayu’ is somewhat different to that of other areas. Here, the ‘kain samping’ or ‘kain sarung’ is worn below the ‘baju’ rather than above it. The ‘baju’ itself does not have the ‘cekak musang’ collar or any placket. Instead, the opening is hemmed with stiff stitching called ‘tulang belut’ (literally eel's spine) and ends with a small loop at the top of one side to fit a singular ‘kancing’ (similar to the collars of ‘Baju Kurung’ worn by women). This style is known as the ‘Teluk Belanga’ style and is said to be designed by Sultan Abu Bakar himself as a remembrance of the move of Johor's administrative capital from ‘Teluk Belanga’ in Singapore to ‘Tanjung Puteri’ in 1866 (today it is known as Johor Bahru).

A black ‘Baju Melayu’ with a black ‘kain samping’ embroidered with gold thread is considered a form of formal dress, and is the official attire required during official national events, especially highly formal ones like the official celebration of the ‘Yang di-Pertuan Agong's’ birthday. Malaysian ambassadors presenting their credentials to foreign heads of state are also required to wear the black ‘Baju Melayu’. The white ‘Baju Melayu’ is worn by Malaysian royalty when mourning the passing away of a member of the royal family.

The ‘Baju Melayu’ is commonly worn in Malaysia and Singapore by Malay men, although its use in Singapore is usually restricted to Fridays at mosques, and the ‘Eidul-Fitri’ (Hari Raya) holiday. Malaysian men usually wear the shirt for general religious occasions, such as visiting the mosque or for a religious gathering. Some companies allow their male workers to wear ‘Baju Melayu’ on Fridays, whereas others have it as a policy. On the whole Singaporeans frequently refer to it as a ‘Baju Kurung’, although this term in Malaysia usually refers only to the corresponding outfit for women.

In Indonesia, both the ‘Baju Melayu’ in both collar styles (and other Malay clothes such as ‘Baju Kurung’) is popular in provinces with large Malay populations such as Riau, the Riau Islands, West Kalimantan and a few other provinces. Recently, the ‘Baju Melayu’ has become more popular and is not only worn at traditional events, but also in formal occasions. Government officers wear them proudly during official events (even national events). It is also worn as a uniform in ‘Silat’.

The female version of the ‘baju melayu’ is called the ‘baju kurung’. The ‘Baju Kurung’ for women, like the ‘Baju Melayu’ for the men, is said to originate from the Malaysian state of Johor about 200 years ago and is said to be styled and fashioned by the late HRH Sultan Abu Bakar of Johor in 1866. It was said that HRH fashioned and popularized the attire to reminisce and leave a legacy following the change of the Johor state capital from ‘Teluk Belanga’ to Johor Bahru (new name for Bandar Tanjung Puteri). This ‘Baju Kurung Teluk Belanga’ for both men and women was popular during the Sultan’s reign as he regularly wore this style, and made it the official attire of the Johore Malays.

The ‘Baju Kurung’, or more specifically, the ‘Baju Kurung Teluk Belanga’, is the Pahang traditional Malay costume for women. And in more "modern" times, we have the ‘Baju Kebaya’, more specifically the ‘Baju Kebaya Turki’ (also known as ‘Baju Riau-Pahang or Baju Belah’), become another popular and favorite attire for ladies in Pahang. Well, just go to any Malay house, open the cupboard of the lady in the house, and you can definitely find at least one ‘Baju Kurung’ dress in the wardrobe, if not a full line of the traditional Malay women costume. This is because even though some women prefer modern western attires, the ‘Baju Kurung’ is still an elegant and sweet dress for women in Pahang and Malaysia. They put on the ‘Baju Kurung’ not only when attending formal and ceremonial occasions, but also for the office.

Besides adding extra elegance, simple beauty and style to the wearer, the ‘Baju Kurung’, since it is loose fitting, is very comfortable to wear in the hot and humid weather of the equatorial climate. Being a very loose fitting attire, even fat or pregnant ladies will look smart and elegant in the ‘Baju Kurung’. So although it is the traditional Malay costume and appropriate wear and attire for traditional occasions like weddings, engagements and public functions, the ‘Baju Kurung’ is also popular and worn daily by the masses for comfort. More so to the Muslim women, the ‘Baju Kurung’ also fits and conforms with the Islamic requirement to enclose the body (except the face and hands) and that clothes should not be tight and body hugging as to show the outlines of the wearer’s body.

Last but not least, as the citizen of Malaysia and the people of Malay, I think we should know our own custom and culture. If not us who else? We live in the country that full of variety of custom and culture, so, when we want to know our own country we must learn and know also our culture.

With that, thank you.

Hello…

I want to share with all of you about this lyric.

True Friend lyrics (Hannah Montana)

We sign our cards and letters BFF
You've got a million ways to make me laugh
You're lookin' out for me, you've got my back
So good to have you around

You know the secrets I could never tell
And when I'm quiet you break through my shell
Don't feel the need to do a rebel yell
'Cause you keep my feet on the ground

You're a true friend
You're here till the end
You pull me aside when something ain't right
Talk with me now and into the night
'Til it's alright again
You're a true friend

You don't get angry when I change the plans
Somehow you're never out of second chances
Won't say "I told you" when I'm wrong again
I'm so lucky that I've found

A true friend
You're here till the end
You pull me aside when something ain't right
Talk with me now and into the night
'Til it's alright again

True friends will go to the ends of the earth
Till they find the things you need
Friends hang on through the ups and the downs
Cause they've got someone to believe in

A true friend
You're here till the end
You pull me aside when something ain't right
Talk with me now and into the night
No need to pretend
You're a true friend

You're a true friend
You're here till the end
You pull me aside when something ain't right
Talk with me now and into the night
'Til it's alright again
You're a true friend

You're a true friend
You're a true friend

For me, the lyric is very catchy. I love this song so much. This is because the lyric is all about the true friend that we needed nowadays. Like some quotes said the happy friend is easy to find but the sad friend is only one in the million. This mean that when we in the happy all of our friend come to us and enjoy it together but when we in the sad and in trouble no body or no friend is willing to sacrifice for us. So, to all my lovely friends, I want to apologize and say sorry if I have made some mistake and trouble for you. Sometimes, I didn’t realize my mistake, so, teach me and remind me but don’t leave me. No body perfect in this world. Come to me and we will know that we need each other. Don’t hear the negative thing about me from the other side. Hear from me first. Sometimes, the others only want to see us misunderstanding each other. So, the trustworthy is important. I love you my friends.

Holla…

Now, I want to share this poem that someone had given to me before his leaving Malaysia..

Forever your eyes will hold the memory
I saw your heart as it overtook me
We tried so hard to understand and reason
But in that one moment I gave my heart away

That perfect breath where my mind lay beside me
And all I knew was what had overtaken me
With no explanation I am comforted by the inability to understand

When I wake from this dream
Will you still be here?
Will your smile still open my heart?
And leave me transparent…

Actually, I did not understand what the meaning about this poem. That’s why I have the courage to post it at this blog.hehehe. I think I want all the readers understand it by yourself. Hehehe.

Have you believe that legendary animal like dragon is exist? In my opinion, i think, dragon was existed since long time ago. But now, i am also believe that the legendary animal was no longer existing in living form. Dragon is usually refer to the Chinese Superstitious.

Dragon mythical beast usually represented as a huge, winged, fire-breathing reptile. For centuries the dragon has been prominent in the folklore of many peoples; thus, its physical characteristics vary greatly and include combinations of numerous animals. The dragon has often been associated with evil.

In many legends a dragon had the ability to wreak havoc upon a land and therefore had to be either propitiated by a human sacrifice, or killed and it was also often the guardian of a treasure or a maiden. The European dragon is stands on four legs and which is usually portrayed as evil.

The Chinese dragon has long been a potent symbol of auspicious power in Chinese folklore and art. The Chinese dragon is traditionally also the embodiment of the concept of yang (male) and associated with the weather as the bringer of rain and water in an agriculturally water-driven nation. Its female counterpart is the Fenghuang (usually translated as a phoenix).

Thats all and thank you.

Hi everyone...

How do you manage your time? It is an effective or not? Here, I got some solutions or maybe a new idea related to this topic.

Actually, personal time management skills are essential skills for effective people. Firstly, start by writing down all of the tasks to completed If they are large, break them down into smaller components.

Next, allocate priorities from very important or urgent to unimportant. If too many tasks have a high priority, run through the list again and demote the less important ones. Then rewrite the list in priority order.

Prioritized To-Do Lists are fundamentally important to efficient work. We want to ensure that:

Remember to carry out all necessary tasks
Tackle the most important jobs first, and do not waste time on trivial tasks.
Do not get stressed by a large number of unimportant jobs.

After that, it is time to look at important dates. The suggestion is using a phone that has a calendar application to help manage this time.

Once we have entered all upcoming dates, we have an organized view of how the time will be spent. This will ensure the time is managed carefully and the important thing to be done will not be lost.

Hi again...

This time, I would like to share about chocolate and healthy. Do you know that researches have proved scientifically that chocolate is good for our body?

A study led by Professor Ian Macdonald found that consumption of a cocoa drink rich in flavanols which is a key ingredient of dark chocolate can boosts blood flow to key areas of the brain for two to three hours. The increasing of blood flow to these areas are able to increase performance in specific task.

Many researches have been carried out and proved that chocolate gives many positive effect to human body. I am going to state some of them.

The ingredients in chocolate have been used to treat vascular impairment, including dementia and strokes, thus maintaining cardiovascular health. The cocoa flavanols found in chocolate is useful in enhancing brain function for people fighting fatigue, sleep deprivation, and even the effects of ageing.

Components in chocolate may aid in decreasing hypertension. In addition to the cardiovascular protective effects of chocolate, cocoa contributes various minerals like magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. These are needed for the optimum function of the body's various systems. Chocolate also contains two chemicals that slow the normal breakdown of anandamide and prolong the action of this natural stimulant in the brain.

That's all for now. I believe these are good news for chocolate lovers.

Here, I have listed some useful tips for students in case to success and well organized in daily life.

1) Do not spend time laying around.
2) Study for each class. Please do not skip any classes either it is important or not for you. For me, every class is important although it is quiet bored and try to finish it.
3) Use planner. If we have a specific schedule in each subject, why not we prepare our own timetable so that we can organized the time very well.
4) Do not stress out. Although we are busy in study, it does not means we need to leave our hobby or something we like to do. Spend time for that activity during weekend.
5) Find how study is productive for you. For example, listening to music and the use of study buddies. Everything is up to you.
6)Avoid AIM, Myspace and Facebook. Although these the most addictive activities on a computer, try not to pay attention to either of them until after homework is finished.

In conclusion, these are several ways than can be practiced. Everyone has their own way and technique. Therefore, use the most effective technique to get the most excellent result.

This poem is title ‘SUCCESS IN
HERE’.

The success is in here,
Life is a “Do-it-yourself”,
You are what you think you are,
You must not only dream but believe,
But not only believe but act.

Attitude is the key to move brain power,
Good is not “good” when better is expected,
Don’t be yourself but improve yourself,
Give everything you have, to everything you do,
And be the best, beat the rest.

For things to change, you must change first,
The secret of success, Is to try harder,
And everything is hard before it becomes easy,
Where there is a will, there is an “A”,
And remember,
The winner never quits, a quitter never wins.

Wherever you are,
Wherever you do,
Remember,
Don’t stop at the top,
Touch the sky before you fall.

In my opinion, this poem give encourage and advices to become the successful person. We must have a good attitude to be the champion in what we do. So, as the teenagers and students, we must study hard to get our ambition become true. We must always get flying colours in our results so that our parents will proud with us. Even though we need to face many problems and challenges during to become the ‘winner’, we cannot easy to give up. We must struggle to be the best person that we could be.

With that, thank you.

Hye!!

Love to take a picture with friends??Is that some meaningful message from that??Or just enjoy it??

Good friendship pictures play a pivotal role in ensuring that memories are kept for posterity. To have close friends in your life is a blessing. Many people go about life with no meaningful friendships and this is definitely not good for them. When you have your friends, you seek to do all you can to make sure you savor every moment you share with them. These moments are mainly captured by good friendship pictures which are then stored as and displayed as reminders.

Good friendship pictures are those that show real emotion. In other words, good friendship pictures should show all the sad moments as well as the good moments. This will enable friends appreciate the good times but still remind themselves that even through bad times, they can pick themselves up and move on.

Good friendship pictures are those that are taken often. This is because life never guarantees chances and we should take advantage of the present. Good pictures are those that have been taken to capture the heart of the situation or occasion.

So, start from today..let us take a lot of pictures with friends..for the nice moment in the future..

Have you think what is the important thing in journey excluding compass??
Is it map??

If yes, what is the importance of map??

A map gives a miniature "picture" of a very large space. A map is a guide to a space you have not encountered before. Maps have distance, mountains, rivers, and shapes of places or destinations. With a map, one does not have to depend on local directions. For a small price, it is a direction finder and a dependable way to take a journey.

That means map is very important..
For the last comment, I would like to say thank you to our beloved, Miss Marziah..and forgive us for everything..Love u miss..

Do you know that music have many influences on the mood and soul?

Good music has direct access to the emotions. As such it's a fantastic tool for tweaking our moods. Saarikallio and Erkkila (2007) investigated the ways people use music to control and improve their mood by interviewing eight adolescents from Finland. The participants may be a small, very specific group, but they actually present a really useful list:

1.Entertainment - At the most fundamental level music provides stimulation. It lifts the mood before going out, it passes the time while doing the washing up, it accompanies travelling, reading and surfing the web.
2.Revival - Music revitalizes in the morning and calms in the evening.
3.Strong sensation - Music can provide deep, thrilling emotional experiences, particularly while performing.
4.Diversion - Music distracts the mind from unpleasant thoughts which can easily fill the silence.
5.Discharge - Music matching deep moods can release emotions: purging and cleansing.
6.Mental work - Music encourages daydreaming, sliding into old memories, exploring the past.
7.Solace - Shared emotion, shared experience, a connection to someone lost.

These seven strategies all aim for two goals: controlling and improving mood. One of the beauties of music is it can accomplish more than one goal at a time. Uplifting music can divert, entertain and revive. Sad, soulful music can provide solace, encourage mental work and discharge emotions. The examples are endless.

Do you know the differences between newspaper and magazine? I have listed down some differences between those two reading materials for your additional information.

Newspaper began its roots as early as Julius Caesar times. During that time, it was regarded as those scrolls read in front of the public to inform them of important happenings and events. The magazine had its share of the limelight as early as the 18th century. They were first published as forms of leisure.

In term of size, it is quite obvious that the newspapers are larger than magazines. Various amounts of information are to be placed and compacted on a newspaper so it really does need to be a little bigger than magazines. It is seldom do we see a magazines that is as big as a newspapers or the other way around unless the newspapers is of a tabloid-type.

When we talk of appearance, we also consider the colour, the texture and how appealing it is. In this case, the newspapers tend to appear colourless than magazines, which on the other hand are mostly successful in terms of appealing about the use of colors. Magazines’ appearances or looks tend to give light or emphasis to the given subject matter.

Other difference is contents. What the newspapers basically offer is information that is fresh written on a straight. It is based mostly on facts that are fresh and written as it happens, where it happens. Magazines’ content is different in the sense that those touches on just a specific subject matter. A magazine for fishing cannot have a content which talks about fashion and beauty tips

Obviously, newspaper targets everyone as its readers. Magazines also follow that trend type but what they do is classify them. It deals more on the identity of the audience. A magazine audience is more identified than of the newspaper.

That is all from me. Thank you.

Broadband is also known as 'wideband'. It is a term used to compare frequency bandwidth. These broadband frequencies can transmit more data and at a higher speed than narrowband frequencies. Broadband is capable of carrying multiple voice, video or data channels simultaneously. Each channel will take up a different frequency or specific time slot on the cable. 'Guardbands' (empty spaces) exist between the channels to make sure that each channel does not interfere with the other. Broadcast television, cable television, microwave, satellite, wireless phones and other communication devices are examples of broadband technologies. These technologies are capable of carrying a great deal of information in a short amount of time. Cable television (CATV), broadband describes the ability to carry 30 or more TV channels and is synonymous with wideband.
On the other hand, a broadband network is a network that uses multiple carrier frequencies to transmit multiplexed signals on a single cable. Several networks may coexist on a single cable without interfering with one another. As for your information, BPS (Bits-Per-Second) is a measurement of how fast data is moved from one place to another.
How about ‘bandwidth’? Bandwidth can be defined as the amount of data that can be sent from one computer to another through a particular connection in a certain amount of time. The more bandwidth available, the faster you are able to access information.
In addition, a broadband router allows you to share your connection with and between multiple computers. It uses a technique called NAT (Network Address Translation) to share your IP address assigned by your cable provider with all your computers. Broadband routers also provide features such as firewalls to make your computers secure while on the Internet.

FATEEN IS HERE TO SHARE WITH YOU ABOUT A TOPIC ENTITLED 'MONEY AND LIVING THE GOOD LIFE'.

During Middle Ages and prior to that people could live without the use of money that is application of barter system. Now even though we have plastic money, it is the money that is the medium of exchange and hence this importance. Money is very important to survive. Unfortunately, it cannot give you everything. Happiness and possessing money are two altogether different things. Is it true money is more for survival and offers us more choices in life? It would be great to arrive at a status where we don't have to worry about money but "how much is enough" is a big question. In my opinion, money is not everything. But then, without money we can do nothing. Money is never too much. but sometimes in order to earn money, we pay something more important such as time, emotions and youth. That’s totally not profitable.
When talking about money, always balance the importance of it by the eternal goals it can help you attain. Remember to comment that money is only a tool. The motivation behind getting money is to help you achieve your dreams and visions in life. Therefore, perhaps it is also a good time for you to share your view on life, your view on how to motivate yourself towards your goals in life and how you manage to overcome obstacles.

ASSALAMUALAIKUM...
GOOD EVENING EVERYONE..!!
AT THIS MOMENT, I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU MY OPINION ABOUT 'A LITTLE TOO NOT OVER YOU' VIDEO AND LYRICS BY DAVID ARCHULETA...

It never crossed my mind at all
It's what I tell myself
What we had has come and gone
You're better off with someone else
It's for the best, I know it is
But I see you
Sometimes I try to hide
What I feel inside
And I turn around
You're with him now
I just can't figure it out

Tell me why it's so hard to forget
Don't remind me, I'm not over it
Tell me why I can't seem to face the truth
I'm just A Little Too Not Over You
Not over you…

Memories, supposed to fade
What's wrong with my heart
Shake it off, let it go
Didn't think it'd be this hard
Should be strong, moving on
But I see you
Sometimes I try to hide
What I feel inside
And I turn around
You're with him now
I just can't figure it out

Maybe I regret everything I said
No way to take it all back, yeah...
Now I'm on my own
How I let you go, I'll never understand
I'll never understand, yeah…

Tell me why it's so hard to forget
Don't remind me, I'm not over it
Tell me why I can't seem to face the truth
I'm just a little too not over you
Not over you…

Have you seen the video for David Archuleta’s new single "A Little Too Not Over You"? There was a lot of criticism over his video for "Crush" since people said he wasn’t convincing as a guy who is crushing on someone. Did you find it more genuine this time? In my opinion, I think it’s an exellent choice for his second single. It contains all the right elements, a great melody, a great hook and of course outstanding vocals from David himself. This is a much better song than Crush, and will be a bigger hit. As for the video I think they did a great job. The video is more mature this time because the subject matter in this song is more serious. I have watched it over and over and I love it.
Moreover, I think the video enhances the song adding more emotions into it. When Crush came out, people weren’t sure about the potential of the song with the clean cut video. ‘A little too not over you’ is a radio friendly catchy waltz song. It will do well like Crush considering there are tons of lousy worse songs on radio hitting the charts high. As a conclusion, I love this video and think this song will do very well on the radio. I foresee a long future for David.

HELLO...
HAVE YOU WATCHED 'YESS MAN' MOVIE STARRING BY JIM CARREY??

In my opinion, this movie was not that bad, but I was still expecting more from Jim Carrey. This film had all the potential to be a great movie, with a good message, however it fell short. The movie begins with Carl (Jim Carrey,) a man who does not enjoy his life by going through the same old routine day after day. He is dead-set on saying “no” and avoids every opportunity to make social contact with anyone. He even rejects his ‘friends’. Eventually his best friend gets tired with Carl's attitude and indifference. We learn that Carl is secluded, because his wife divorced him. Carl does not stop his anti-social way of life until a random encounter with a man who only says “yes”. He tells Carl that because he says “yes” to everything, he feels alive. He tells Carl a seminar on saying “yes” made him what he is and urges Carl to go. Carl stays reluctant, but resolves to attend a seminar. After the seminar Carl, with some prodding, starts to say “yes” to everything. Carl's life improves by saying yes to anything he is offered. He finds himself a girlfriend, reconnects with his friends, and becomes happier.
Sadly, there was a lot of content in the movie that was not needed and offensive. Carl trains himself to say yes in order to improve his life, rather than doing it because he thinks it's a correct life decision. To everything which Carl says “yes” is beneficial to him later. God's name was definitely not respected in the movie along with other cuss words. Carl finds himself in odd situations that are definitely less than wholesome, because of his new outlook on life, and the film earns its PG-13 rating.
The comedy was good, overall, with points that were offensive to Christians. In the end, the movie becomes slightly better as Carl's carefree attitude catches up with him. Carl's girlfriend leaves him, because she feels Carl has lied to her. This seems to be one of the few things Carl agrees to because he wants to, not solely for the sake of saying “yes.” Chasing after what he thinks life is worth living for, Carl attempts to get his girlfriend back, but she only avoids him. Later, Carl is tempted to “stay the night” at the apartment of his ex-wife. However, by now, Carl has figured out that only saying “yes” hurts him as much as it has benefited him. He resists the temptation and leaves before anything progresses. In the end, he shows his girlfriend he cares for her, but wants to keep their relationship slow. It ends on this note leaving the viewers with a few loose ends and a somewhat unclear message. Hopefully, Jim Carry can get back to the type of humor he had in his earlier movies, in the future.

Hello everyone;

A blood donation is when a healthy person voluntarily has blood drawn. The blood is used for transfusions or made into medications by a process called fractionation. There are four type of blood that is A, B, AB and O. Individual of blood type O are often called Universal Donors and those with type AB blood are called Universal Recipients. Recipients can receive plasma of the same blood group, but otherwise the donor-recipients compatibility for blood plasma.

Plasma that extracted from type AB blood can be transfused to individuals of any blood group and individuals of blood group O can receive plasma from any blood group, but type O plasma can be used only by type O recipients. For individuals of type A blood group only can receive blood from individuals of groups A or O and can donate blood to individuals with type A or AB. The same goes to individuals of type B blood group that only can receive blood from individuals of groups B or O and can donate to individuals with type B or AB.

Yesterday, I donated my blood for being used by Hospital Tunku Ampuan Afzan (HTAA) and my blood type is O. This is my first time donating my blood as before this I always cannot donate it. I really agree to person who had donated their blood for helps other people because we did not know when we also need blood. If today we help people, in future people will helps us back. So, let’s donate our blood for help other people.

HELLO MY FELLOW FRIENDS...
TODAY I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE WITH YOU ABOUT THE IMPACT OF COLOURS TO OUR MOODS...
BY THE WAY,WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE COLOUR? MINE, I PREFER GREEN...

Have you ever wondered why a clear blue sky puts you in a good mood? Or how the off-white walls of your office seem to put you to sleep? It's not your imagination. Studies show that colours have a profound effect on our emotions. So how can you harness colour to aid in your personal mood boosting? Colours can definitely affect our moods. In the morning, I usually want to see something lighter so my day will be easy and light. How about you? Does colour affect the way you perceive things? Does it affect your mood? Does it make you feel gloomy when you see black colour or dark brown?
In my opinion, I totally agree that colours can give an impact to our moods because they can invoke some very strong memories. For example, when you think of the colour red you may think of strength hand nobility, vitality and power. So if you want to feel a confident boost perhaps you should wear that red suit to your job interview or the red dress to the party you are nervous about. It is also the colour of passion and sexuality of conquest and success. If wearing red doesn't give you a little confidence boost I don't know what will. Red seems to have the greatest emotional impact of all colours. Surround yourself with red and you will be on your way to living your life to the fullest.

WARM GREET TO ALL OF YOU...
ASSALAMUALAIKUM...
HOW TO COPE WITH ANGER??
SEEM I AM A HOT TEMPERED PERSON, SO I THINK I SHOULD READ A ARTICLE ABOUT ANGER...THEREFORE, HERE IS MY COMMENT TOWARDS ANGER...

Since anger is one of the leading problems in society, we must learn how to cope with it. There is not one time in our lives that we all have not experienced anger and maybe even acted out of control. When someone hurts us, irritates, aggravates, harass, threatens, or let us down we call get mad. Anger is either our worst enemy or our best friend. For example if another person threatens us and we act out in anger in a managed way, most likely we are going to have good results. Likewise, too much of aggression or complete loss of control in a fit of anger puts our opponent in a winning position. Success in all ventures and protection from harm are the results of holding the reins of our thoughts and emotions strongly. Such overall control helps us deal with all kinds of problems such as financial as well as health-related. The confused state of fury is not only dangerous to our physical well-being, but also aggravates all our existing problems.
Therefore, when we know how to deal with emotions and feelings we are on the road to success. There is nothing more rewarding than feeling a sense of control and achievement, and when you feel this repeatedly you are teaching yourself a self-control. It is important to seek help, finding someone that you can trust to help you deal with your emotions. I think this can help you find yourself and a way to control your behaviors.
Here are some tips on how to cope with the anger:
1. Become Aware of what precipitates your anger.
2. Monitor the feelings and bodily sensations you experience when you're becoming angry
3. Change the thoughts that trigger anger, interpreting the situation from a different (less provocative) point of view.
4. Write down angry thoughts.
5. Identify and express the feelings that precede anger.
6. Respond assertively.
7. Relax.
8. Relinquish your anger.

THAT IS ALL FROM ME... THANK YOU...

Crime and Punishment
by Fyodor Dostoyevsky

From the Russian master of psychological characterizations, this novel portrays the carefully planned murder of a miserly, aged pawnbroker by a destitute Saint Petersburg student named Raskolnikov, followed by the emotional, mental, and physical effects of that action. Translated by Constance Garnett.
Not for every reader, this book has some long monologues. However, the complex characters provide philosophical insight and it's very interesting to see Russia in the 1860's. Besides the plotline of murder, there are other issues of family, society, desire, loathing, and pure humanity. I was so immersed at some points that I completely lost touch with my actual surroundings. If you aren't feeling captivated by this book, you might put it down and try it at another point in your life. This is a great book.

Persuasion
by Jane Austen

Eight years ago, Anne Elliot fell in love with poor but ambitious naval officer Captain Frederick Wentworth. A choice which Anne's family was dissatisfied with. Lady Russell, friend and mentor to Anne, persuaded the younger woman to break off the match; now, on the verge of spinsterhood, Anne re-encounters Frederick Wentworth as he courts her spirited young neighbour, Louisa Musgrove.

Persuasion imo is a much better, if not the best, Austen story when it comes to arguing in favour of the heroine's plight and her never-smooth struggles thru life to keep constant, if u will, to that one great love of her heart despite the then presiding fact that it would prove to be a lost endeavour.

To that end, it is only Emma that almost resembles Anne among the list of Austen female protagonists that will not admit to another lover to replace or spite their first and foremost one.

Nevertheless, Anne's great virtue does little to merit her ordinary physical appearance courtesy of Ms. Austen...

Frankenstein
or, the Modern Prometheus
by Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley

The novel begins on a ship sailing north of the Arctic Circle, where the captain spots a figure travelling across the ice on a dog sled. This is Victor Frankenstein's creature, and close behind is Dr. Frankenstein himself. Invited onto the boat, the weak and ill Doctor tells the story of his alchemical studies and eventual construction of a man from inanimate matter.
I first read this book thinking it was "just another story where people scream and fill the screen with blood," but after I had finished it, I realised how amazing our silly childish nightmares can be if translated into such a tale of horror, humanity, fate and justice. Mary Shelley wrote this book when she was just 19, I think, but after finishing it, I couldn't but wonder how brilliant she was. The only thing I regret is that she didn't write more books as taking as that one. I recommend everyone above 13 to read this book, and you'll surely enjoy it as much as I did. If you missed that book, you missed half of the "Horror" definition.

The Automobilist Abroad
by Milburg Francisco Mansfield

As an aficionado of automotive history, I was curious to see whether this book might provide insights into travel by automobile, in addition to facts (e.g., specific routes). Well, insights and opinion flow aplenty from this author, and little else. The book is a hotch-potch of casual observations and commentary, and not very well-organised. But sooner or later you get the idea that automotive travel is liberating, the hospitality and food in Britain is abominable, and the roads in Belgium are wretched. It is at least amusing to hear of the raw adventure gained whilst galloping along at the incendiary speed of 30 km/hr, which was the limit throughout France at the time of this book's writing (1907). There are a few amusing anecdotes, but overall not much substance, and one doubts that the recommendations for Bistros in provincial France are still reliable. Recommended for committed automotive historians.

Encouraging Young Children's Writing
Many educators and parents assume that young children must progress through a sequence of clearly defined skill areas to acquire listening, speaking, reading, and, finally, writing facility. As a result, young children often are not encouraged to write until they have learned how to read and have mastered the mechanics of writing (grammar, capitalization, punctuation).
Recent studies in emergent literacy--the early stages of learning to write and read--have shown that young children compose before they know much about the conventions of writing and reading or have the skill to control the formation of letters. As young children gradually realize the usefulness of writing--even unconventional writing--they are encouraged to develop related literacy skills.
When adults use the teaching techniques of the emergent literacy approach, they understand the relationships between children's drawing, writing, and reading. They realize that some children may consider their drawings to be actual writing. If asked to "read" their text, these children will respond with a clear message or story. Older children may recognize that drawing is an illustrative form, but still continue to use it as writing.
It is important to resist the pressure to introduce skill and drill practice in children's early years. Forcing young children to practice writing out-of-context words they do not understand and cannot read; suggesting that they print letters so that they fit in lined spaces; insisting that words always be spelled conventionally; and overemphasizing practice with discrete letter and sound relationships will not make children become better writers and readers. In fact, such demands may make it less likely that children will develop a pleasurable association between reading and writing.
The process of learning to write begins in infancy. The positive oral and written language experiences children have at home, day care, preschool, and kindergarten contribute to the developing capacity to communicate in writing.
In the course of the year, some kindergartners will experiment with phonetic spelling and begin to move closer to conventional forms. Teachers should treat such developments as part of the natural process of emerging literacy. Attempts to use emerging skills should be warmly supported, not pushed or scrutinized for errors. The developmental approach emphasizes learning experiences that are meaningful to children, and not drill and practice of isolated skills.

As a Muslims in Islam, we had a better way to control our stress. We should generate our ‘iman’ to Allah such as do not leave our 5 times a day pray. Wake up early in the morning before ‘subuh time’ and do the ‘qiamullail’. The ‘wudhuk’ also can reduce our stress actually. Why? It is because the ‘cold’ of water can bust-up the stress feeling that come from the ‘fire’ element.

Today I want to share something about smoking..

I have asked my cousin why he smoking? Then he tell me in that way he can release his tension. Is it true?I don't know. And I asked to someone else and he said he just want to know what is the taste and just follow his friends. But I don't know the true reason why the smokers smoking.

Smoking is a practice where a substance, most commonly tobacco, is burned and the smoke tasted or inhaled. This is primarily done as a form of recreational drug use, as combustion releases the active substances in drugs such as nicotine and makes them available for absorption through the lungs. It can also be done as a part of rituals, to induce trances and spiritual enlightenment. The most common method of smoking today is through cigarettes, primarily industrially manufactured but also hand-rolled from loose tobacco and rolling paper. Other substances, though not as common, are pipes, cigars, hookahs and bongs.

Perception surrounding smoking has varied over time and from one place to another; holy and sinful, sophisticated and vulgar, a panacea and deadly health hazard. Only recently, and primarily in industrialized Western countries, has smoking come to be viewed in a decidedly negative light. Today medical studies have proven that smoking is among the leading causes of diseases such as vascular stenosis, lung cancer, heart attacks and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and can also lead to birth defects.

Whatever the effect is it,most of the smoker cannot quit from smoking habit. So for the smoker,I hope all of you think about people around of you which can get the effect too from the smoke of cigarette.

Hello everyone..

Now I want to share something about love..
Love is a strange thing. It can be the most amazing feeling in the world, or it can really hurt, but in the end love is something most, if not all of us, will face. While there are many different ways to define love and there are many different ways to love someone (even yourself), here is a general guide to loving.

1. Say it. When you say the words "I Love You", they should carry with them the desire to show someone that you love them, not what you simply want to feel. When you say it make sure you really mean it and are willing to do anything for that special person.

2. Empathize. Put yourself in someone else's shoes. Rather than impose your own expectations or attempt to control them, try to understand how they feel, where they come from, and who they are. Realize how they could also love you back just as well.

3. Love unconditionally. If you cannot love another person without attaching stipulations, then it is not love at all, but deep-seated opportunism (one who makes the most of an advantage, often unmindful of others). If your interest is not in the other person as such, but rather in how that person can enhance your experience of life, then it is not unconditional. If you have no intention of improving that person’s life, or allowing that person to be themselves and accepting them as they are, and not who you want them to be, then you are not striving to love them unconditionally.

4. Expect nothing in return. That doesn't mean you should allow someone to mistreat or undervalue you. It means that giving love does not guarantee receiving love. Try loving just for the sake of love. Realize that someone may have a different way of showing his or her love for you, do not expect to be loved back in exactly the same way.

5. Realize it can be lost. If you realize that you can lose the one you love, then you have a greater appreciation of what you have. Think how lucky you are to have someone to love. Don't make an idol of the person you love. This will place them under undue pressure and will likely result in you losing them.

So I hope this can help you how to love somebody..hehe

Hye everyone..
This is the lyrics of Love Story-Taylor Swift..I really love this song..huu

We were both young when I first saw you
I close my eyes
And the flashback starts
I'm standing there
On a balcony in summer air

See the lights
See the party, the ball gowns
I see you make your way through the crowd
And say hello, little did I know

That you were Romeo, you were throwing pebbles
And my daddy said stay away from Juliet
And I was crying on the staircase
Begging you please don't go, and I said

Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone
I'll be waiting all there's left to do is run
You'll be the prince and I'll be the princess
It's a love story baby just say yes

So I sneak out to the garden to see you
We keep quiet 'cause we're dead if they knew
So close your eyes
Escape this town for a little while

'Cause you were Romeo, I was a scarlet letter
And my daddy said stay away from Juliet
But you were everything to me
I was begging you please don't go and I said

Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone
I'll be waiting all there's left to do is run
You'll be the prince and I'll be the princess
It's a love story baby just say yes

Romeo save me, they try to tell me how to feel
This love is difficult, but it's real
Don't be afraid, we'll make it out of this mess
It's a love story baby just say yes
Oh oh

I got tired of waiting
Wondering if you were ever coming around
My faith in you is fading
When I met you on the outskirts of town, and I said

Romeo save me I've been feeling so alone
I keep waiting for you but you never come
Is this in my head? I don't know what to think
He knelt to the ground and pulled out a ring

And said, marry me Juliet
You'll never have to be alone
I love you and that's all I really know
I talked to your dad, go pick out a white dress
It's a love story baby just say yes

Oh, oh, oh, oh
'Cause we were both young when I first saw you

Enjoy this!Daa~~

Assalamualaikum wbt and hello.

This time I would like to share about marriage at young age.

When the word marriage is mentioned, especially in this day and age, one doesn’t think too much of it. Marriages happen every day. Some last forever, others fall apart at the drop of a hat. Either way, a new trend with saying “I do” seems to be happening to our generation. Until very recently, statistics showed that young people currently enrolled in college or in their junior or senior year of high school would most likely not get married until their mid-twenties. It seems that over the past year and a half that attitude has changed dramatically.

The independence one craves at this age raises the question of how any one of us would be ready to enter into the realm of monogamy permanently.Does anyone in college really know what they want in a marriage-worthy relationship? Aside from the usual uncertainties that all of us face during our college experience, there is also a change in society that makes the sudden reemergence of young marriage surprising. Women no longer come to college to find a husband or acquire skills needed to help support the household. They come to learn and establish themselves as individuals who are often working towards a successful career of their own. Men, until recently, have also been waiting until their mid-twenties to marry, so they too have built up their careers before the big day.

Relationships are, of course, part of the growing process. You meet people, you connect with them and you may even fall in love. But does that mean you’re ready to take such a huge step? I understand some having wishful thinking about the person they’re crazy about being “the one,” but is it necessary to rush into marriage?

Another possibility of why young marriage is making a reappearance is the change in our belief system as a country. We seem to be flashing back to the past. Have we become our grandparents’ generation all over again?

It’s disturbing enough to hear people’s intentions of getting married so young, but it’s absolutely ludicrous when they actually follow through with it. There are real challenges and love alone won’t make a marriage last. People are playing house.
Many people have issues with marriage.

Hello.

Last weekend, I watch this movie title “Race to Witch Mountain”. Here, I would like to share with everyone about the flow of this story. At the beginning of this movie, a UFO crashes somewhere in the desert surrounding Las Vegas. Some evil government agents, Henry Burke and Matheson immediately jump into turbo gear and spend the film attempting to capture the UFO’s occupants for research purposes. Meanwhile, The Rock as cab driver Jack Bruno, is only trying to keep mind his own business, by shuttling conspiracy theorists, such as fanboy Stormtroopers, and other such weirdos to and from a Las Vegas sci-fi convention. Bruno is an ex-convict who served time for running errands for the mob, but as he insists more than once all that is in the past. Well in this story, only Bruno thinks he is out, but, naturally they’re trying to pull him back in.

So, after a heated argument with two such mob thugs, Bruno returns to his cab to find that two teenagers, Sara and Seth have somehow materialized in the back seat. These teens who look like Dresden Dolls and talk like Vicki the robot of “Small Wonder” fame are in a hurry. They flash some cash, and Bruno’s lead foot hits the pedal. Oddly, Bruno doesn’t seem to mind risking his imminent return to prison even though these kids are carrying a lot of money and are being pursued by all manner of law enforcement. Besides, these kids, who are shape-shifting, mind-reading, telekinetic aliens, don’t really need Bruno’s help to get to their destination. As you read, Sara and Seth have travelled to Earth to find something necessary for their planet’s survival. If their mission fails, our earth will be destroyed, and to further complicate matters, Siphon the bounty-hunting, is a pathetic attempt at a Terminator-styled robot, has followed the alien teens to our lovely planet. So, it’s basically up to sceptical Bruno to save the world from what would otherwise be certain obliteration. In the end, Bruno and his partner save Sara and Seth from the evil government. They fly to their planet safely and our earth is saved from invaded. For me this Race to Witch Mountain movie carries far less charm than its predecessor. Instead, this sci-fi action flick is barely passable for killing some popcorn but panders mostly towards the no-attention span generation.

On the other hand, I didn't expect to like this movie so much, but I did, in part because of the non-stop action. It's a chase movie, pure and simple.

Hello.

Have you seen movie title Fast and Furious Four? Last Friday, I have watched this movie with my elder sister. This movie was released on 2nd April 2009 in Malaysia. Fast & Furious is the fourth movie in the Fast & Furious movie series. It is an inter sequel set between the second and third movies. In this fourth edition of The Fast and the Furious, for me it’s just good old-fashioned car chases and street racing with a simple title. It will entertain you well enough while you are watching, but watch it in a theatre are too enjoyed because this movie are about loud music, fast cars, dare-devil stunts, interesting dialogues and adrenaline driven races. This genre normally attracts teenagers but surprisingly it keeps you too on the edge of your seats. The story is clichéd and so is the action but it is the actors that make the difference. You may not like the film on the whole but you won’t regret watching it on the big screen.

Here, I would like to share a bit synopsis for this movie. Dominic Toretto act by Vin Diesel or better known as Dom is a wanted man for hijacking gasoline trucks. There is a 20-minute prequel showing the days where Dom and Letty are together in Dominican Republic, together with Han and a few others. When the FBI’s are closing on Dom, he leaves Letty and heads for Panama, but as soon as Dom heard that Letty has been killed, he heads to LA, where he vows to take revenge on Letty dead.

Dom and Brian O’Conner act by Paul Walker are hooked up by David Park, a mechanic to enter an illegal racing where the winners get to work for a man called Braga. Both Dom and O’Conner manage to finish first and second place respectively and they are transported to Mexico together with a couple of other previous winners without realizing their job is to do drug trafficking across US borders.

The end~~

Hello.

Here, I would like to share a bit about fashion on this summer. Fashion trends today keep changing every season. In here, I would not discuss about the latest fashion from Adidas, Guess or other famous fashion names, but we all know trends always keep changing every day. Nowadays, people especially teenager are love to “tried and tested” methods but it not the way that i will follow and do that. Even for the sake of looking different I will not do that.

What I want to say is simple. Our trends depend not just on the kind of social circle that we have, but even on the environment we live on, the climates, the feel and more importantly how happy we are wearing something.

From the simple polo shirts, T-shirts, sweaters, jackets, jeans to suits and khakis, they are all there in our wardrobes. The trends, the latest fashions may only add a few jazzy colours, few logos and few statements. While trends change, but the base always remains.

Hello everyone..

Now I want to tell you about butterfly..

A butterfly is an insect of the order Lepidoptera. Like all Lepidoptera, butterflies are notable for their unusual life cycle with a larval caterpillar stage, an inactive pupal stage, and a spectacular metamorphosis into a familiar and colourful winged adult form. Most species are day-flying so they regularly attract attention. The diverse patterns formed by their brightly coloured wings and their erratic yet graceful flight have made butterfly watching a hobby.

Unlike many insects, butterflies do not experience a nymph period, but instead go through a pupal stage which lies between the larva and the adult stage (the imago). Butterflies are termed as holometabolous insects, and go through complete metamorphosis.
Egg
Larva, known as a caterpillar
Pupa (chrysalis)
Adult butterfly (imago)
It is a popular belief that butterflies have very short life spans. However, butterflies in their adult stage can live from a week to nearly a year depending on the species. Many species have long larval life stages while others can remain dormant in their pupal or egg stages and thereby survive winters.
Butterflies may have one or more broods per year. The number of generations per year varies from temperate to tropical regions with tropical regions showing a trend towards multivoltinism.

Have you heard about AROMATHERAPHY??? some of us maybe know about this.. Here..I want to share with everyone about the Aromatherapy...

Aromatherapy is alternative medicine that uses volatile liquid plant materials, known as essential oils, and other aromatic compounds from plants for the purpose of affecting a person's mood or health. Because essential oils evaporate quickly their molecules are easily inhaled.

The various scents can provide triggers to the brain which effect emotions and physical well-being.
Each of the essential oils used in aromatherapy can be used either alone or in combinations to create the desired effect.

Although aromatherapy should not be considered a miracle cure, the proper use of essential oils may enhance and balance emotional outlook and physical well-being.

The Aromatherapy with essential oils can help to:

• alleviate depression, anger, anxiety, fear, fatigue and grief
• promote happiness and peace
• support memory , concentration and focus
• decrease feelings of stress, panic and insecurity
• help reduce feelings of irritability, loneliness

Common essential oil that always use such as:

• Basil is used for sharpening concentration, for its uplifting effect on depression, and to relieve headaches and migraines.
• Bergamot is one of the most popular oils in perfumery. It is an excellent insect repellent and may be helpful for both the urinary tract and for the digestive tract. It is useful for skin conditions linked to stress, such as cold sores and chicken pox, especially when combined with eucalyptus oil.
• Citronella oil, obtained from a relative of lemongrass, is used as an insect repellent and in perfumery.
• Eucalyptus oil is often used in combination with peppermint to provide relief for the airways in case of cold or flu.
• Lavender oil is used as an antiseptic, to soothe minor cuts and burns, to calm and relax, and to soothe headaches and migraines.
• Lemon oil is uplifting and anti-stress/anti-depressant. In a Japanese study, lemon essential oil in vapour form has been found to reduce stress in mice.

So...the aromatherapy is not designed to replace professional medical care, but it can help supplement certain treatments. It's a way to take control of our own well-being and create balance in our life.

The sense of smell is powerful in that it affects the way we think and feel.

Hello everyone..

Now I want to tell you about my town which is Mersing. It is in the state of Johore..
Mersing is the name of a town and a district in the northeast corner of the state of Johor, Malaysia.
Mersing town (estimated population in 2009: 21,670) is a lively tourist town visited by Malaysians and foreign tourists.
Mersing town is particularly significant for a number of reasons: it is one of only two major towns situated in the eastern half of Johor state (the other being Kota Tinggi), it lies on the main trunk road that connects southern as well as eastern Johor with the east coast of Pahang state including Pahang's capital Kuantan (part of Federal Route 3), and it is the main departure point for ferries to the nearby offshore islands such as Pulau Tioman.

From Mersing, tourists can visit many nearby beaches. Beaches in the Mersing area rival beaches on the islands nearby. These are easily accessible from Mersing town. Other interesting places to visit near to Mersing town are Endau town, a major off-shore fishing port in Johor (about 33 km from Mersing town) and Penyabung, a very quiet fishing village located in a beautiful cove by the sea (about 20 km from Mersing town). Another attraction is the Endau Rompin National Park in the north.
There are numerous hotels at reasonable prices catering to the many Malaysian and foreign tourists who visit the Mersing town throughout the year.
The Chinese community in Mersing mainly belongs to the Cantonese dialect group and speak Mandarin and Cantonese.

Hello everyone;

An engagement is a promise to marry and also the period of time between proposal and marriage, which may be lengthy or trivial.

During this period, a couple is said to be affianced, betrothed, engaged to be married or simply engaged. Future brides and bridegrooms are often referred to as fiancées (bride) or fiancés (grooms).

For me, I not agree with engagement because it may use many cost and why not the cost that they might use in engagement, they use it in their marriage so that their event will become more wonderful.

Not all people have self-confident when face with others like me...especially when do a presenation or speach.

So, I want to share with everyone about how to built self-confident..
This article brings me a lot of benefit because I learn how to believe in myself...be positive..and also be true and honest to myself.

Here some tips to built self-confident...

1. Make a list of special talents you have, or things you do that are good; morally or otherwise. Find something you enjoy because everyone is born with talents and strengths.

2. Remember that no one is perfect. Even the most confident people have insecurities. At some point in any of our lives, we may feel we lack something. That is reality. Learn that life is full of bumps down the road.

3. Be thankful for what you have. A lot of the times, at the root of insecurity and lack of confidence is a feeling of not having enough of something, whether it's emotional validation, good luck, money, etc.

4. Be Positive, even if you don't feel positive. Avoid self-pity, or the pity and sympathy of others. Never allow others to make you feel inferior--they can only do so if you let them.

5. Accept compliments gracefully. Don't roll your eyes and say, "Yeah, right," or shrug it off. Take it to heart and respond positively ("Thank you" and a smile works well).

6. Stick to your principles. It might be tough, but if you don't have something you can believe in, you don't have anything. If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.

So….try to make yourself talk positively at all times. When you hear yourself saying you can't do something, stop and say you can. Unless you try, you will never know whether you are able to or not.

Don’t forget to keep smiling all the time because it will help you feel more confident…..

Be yourself.....

Being Yourself is celebrating you, as an individual - learning to express yourself and be happy with who you are.

But..sometimes people don't want to be their own self... they always try to hiding who they are and be hypocrite...

So...for those who always hiding and not happy with their self...you should read this... a tips on how to be yourself..

1. Find yourself. You can't be yourself if you don't know, understand, and accept yourself first. It should be your primary goal to find this out and try to take time to yourself.

2. Be honest and open. What have you got to hide? We're all imperfect, growing, learning human beings. If you feel ashamed or insecure about any aspect of yourself.

3. Believe in who you are. If you're always working to be someone you're not, you'll never be a happy person. Be yourself and show the world you're proud of the way you are! Nobody knows you better than you and that's how it should be.

4. Follow your own style. The common thing a lot of people do is copy other's actions because it seems like the better route to fit in. Whatever you are, accept it. Being different is absolutely beautiful and it attracts people to you.

So...don't lose yourself when you're with other friends. Be yourself. Don't be someone else so other people will like you..in the end, you would end up hurting other people and losing yourself.

Hello everyone;

Congkak is a mancala game played in the island of Borneo, Singapore, and Peninsular Malaysia. Minor variants are known as Tchonka, Naranj, Dakon or Sungka and are played in Indonesia (mostly Java), Sri Lanka, the Maldives, southern Thailand, the Philippines and the Marianas. In Indonesia, it is called "Congklak" meaning cowrie shells, which are often used as pieces. On the island of Java, it is called "Dakon" and little red seeds are used as pieces.

Congkak is believed to originate from the word ‘congak’ which in old Malay Language means count. It is believed that the game originated in Malacca Kingdom, a kingdom that was built by people migrated from Java Indonesia, where it became very popular and spread to the South East Asia region. This spread was due to the many travelers who visited the kingdom because it was a trading city.

In the early days it is thought that this game was for the king and family and the palace residents, however later it spread to the general population of the kingdom. As the congkak board is shaped like a boat it is believed that it is based on the legend of a fisherman unable to go to the sea during rainy season who lost his income during this time. To prevent boredom he created this game which is similar to his boat. However, on the island of Java, the board always has a dragon head at each end and the sides of the board (which is made of wood) are carved to look like reptile scales.

So for me, we should make this congkak as long-lasting traditions and hopefully our next generation will appreciate the game because nowadays there are many modern games that will make our generations forget the old games.

Hello Everyone;

Songket is a fabric that belongs to the brocade family of textiles. It is hand-woven in silk or cotton, and intricately patterned with gold or silver threads. The metallic threads stand out against the background cloth to create a shimmering effect. In the weaving process the metallic threads are inserted in between the silk or cotton weft (latitudinal) threads. The term songket comes from the Malay word menyongket, ‘to embroider with gold or silver threads’. Songket is a luxury product traditionally worn during ceremonial occasions as sarong, shoulder cloths or head ties. Tanjak or Songket headdresses were worn at the courts of the Malay Sultanates. Traditionally Muslim women and adolescent girls wove songket; "some boys and men are also weaving today". Traditionally-patterned Sumatran textiles embody a system of interpretable emblems.

In Indonesia, songket is produced in Sumatra, Kalimantan, Bali, Sulawesi, Lombok and Sumbawa. Outside of Indonesia, further production areas include the east coast of the Malay Peninsula and Brunei. Songket weaving is historically associated with areas of Malay settlement, and the production techniques could have been introduced by Arab and Indian merchants. Historically, production was located in politically significant kingdoms because of the high cost of materials; the gold thread used was originally wound with real gold leaf.

For me, I like songket so much because of the arts and everyone who wears it will look attractive and beautiful as songket brings us luxurious image.

Hello everyone;

Flight attendants or cabin crew (also known as stewards, air hosts/hostesses, or stewardesses) are members of an aircrew employed by airlines to ensure the safety and comfort of the passengers aboard commercial flights as well as on select business jet aircraft.

The role of a flight attendant ultimately derives from that of similar positions on passenger ships or passenger trains, but it has more direct involvement with passengers because of the confined quarters and often shorter travel times on aircraft. Additionally, the job of a flight attendant revolves around safety to a much greater extent than those of similar staff on other forms of transportation. Flight attendants on board a flight collectively form a cabin crew, as distinguished from pilots and engineers in the cockpit.

The first flight attendant, a steward, was reportedly a man on the German Zeppelin LZ10 Schwaben in 1911.

Origins of the word "steward" in transportation are reflected in the term "steward" as used in maritime transport terminology. The term purser and chief steward are often used interchangeably describing personnel with similar duties among seafaring occupations. This lingual derivation results from the international British maritime tradition dating back to the 14th century and the civilian United States Merchant Marine which US aviation is somewhat modeled. Due to international conventions and agreements, in which all ships' personnel who sail internationally are similarly documented by their respective countries, the U.S. Merchant Marine assigns such duties to the chief steward in the overall rank and command structure of which pursers are not positionally represented or rostered.

Imperial Airways of the United Kingdom had "cabin boys" or "stewards"; in the 1920s. In the USA, Stout Airways was the first to employ stewards in 1926, working on Ford Trimotor planes between Detroit and Grand Rapids, Michigan. Western Airlines (1928) and Pan American World Airways (Pan Am) (1929) were the first US carriers to employ stewards to serve food. Ten-passenger Fokker aircraft used in the Caribbean had stewards in the era of gambling trips to Havana, Cuba from Key West, Florida. Lead flight attendants would in many instances also perform the role of purser, steward, or chief steward in modern aviation terminology.

The first female flight attendant was a 25-year-old registered nurse named Ellen Church. Hired by United Airlines in 1930, she also first envisioned nurses on aircraft. Other airlines followed suit, hiring nurses to serve as "stewardesses" on most of their flights. The requirement to be a registered nurse was relaxed at the start of World War II, as many nurses enlisted into the armed forces.

The first stewardess uniforms were designed to be durable, practical, and inspire confidence in passengers. The first stewardesses for United Airlines wore green berets, green capes and nurse's shoes. Other airlines, such as Eastern Air Lines, actually dressed stewardesses in nurses' uniforms.

Perhaps reflecting the military aviation background of many commercial aviation pioneers, many early uniforms had a strongly military appearance; hats, jackets, and skirts showed simple straight lines and military details like epaulettes and brass buttons. Many uniforms had a summer and winter version, differentiated by colours and fabrics appropriate to the season: navy blue for winter, for example, khaki for summer. But as the role of women in the air grew, and airline companies began to realise the publicity value of their stewardesses, more feminine lines and colours began to appear in the late 1930s and early 1940s. Some airlines began to commission designs from high-end department stores and still others called in noted designers or even milliners to create distinctive and attractive apparel

Flight attendants are generally expected to show a high level of personal grooming. Female attendants are expected to use appropriate cosmetics, and all attendants must have very high levels of personal hygiene.

Flight attendants must not have any tattoos visible when a uniform is worn. These requirements are designed to give the airlines a positive representation.

So here, what I can say that if someone wants to be as flight attendant, they should have high moral value and can speak multi language as they will fly over many countries.
