The article that I have read is about 'Stretch Marks', written by Ethan Cole has given me much information about why these marks appear on our body. It is clearly stated that stretch marks will occur especially during pregnancy, puberty or due to a sudden weight gain which is not related to pregnancy. After reading this article, I can finally understand the causes of the occurance of these marks. The reason is because the skin cannot accommodate the new size, which then the skin eventually expands itself. This is a very informative article which can be referred on the webpage:

‘Back Pain Remedies’ is yet another interesting article written by Ethan Cole. From the article, I found out that there are actually a lot of remedies to cure back pains. Most of them are just under our nose but then we did not realize it. Among the ways to prevent or lessen the intense of back pains are by choosing the appropriate mattresses, always lift with the legs or wear a back brace. In my point of view, the suggestions made by the writer are very important and informative. Based on what the writer has suggested, I suppose I can now reduce the risk of getting back pains by just following the recommendations such as always bend the knees before lifting heavy items. This informative article can be obtained on the webpage: www.interestingarcticles.net

The article about Mother’s Day of which I have read, is also written by Ethan Cole has given me a lot of intriguing facts about Mother’s Day celebrated in the early society of the United Kingdom and also the current celebration of those living in the United States. I am very much intrigued by the fact that Mother’s Day in the U.K. is called Mothering Sunday whereas in the U.S it is called Mother’s Day. The sole purpose of celebrating this particular eventful day is totally different between the one celebrated in the U.K. and in the U.S. As everyone knows, Mother’s Day is the day when we usually give flowers to our Mothers as a thank you for all their love and care throughout the year. I just read an article titled "Tongue's sixth 'taste' discovered". As we know, so far, our tongue is able to detect sweet, sour, salty and bitter, 4 tastes. Where is the 5th taste? The fifth distinct taste is "umami", it was discovered recently.

According to the article, our tongue might be able to taste calsium and it will be the sixth taste our tongue may detect. Study shows that mice's tongue have the ability to detect calsium, so the new findings suggest that human might also have such a taste.

Before I read this article, I don't even know that our tongue have 5 senses, I thought our tongue have 4 different sences only. For the 6th taste, if it was proven later, that will be a big improvement in science and human biology. It's unique that our tongue can taste calsium, I'm wondering what calsium taste like.

Here is the url link of the article. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26315648//wid/11915773?GT1=31036

I want to share a song here. The title of the song is 'Cry On My Shoulder'. U guys can check the lyric and listen to the song at http://www.petalia.org/Songs/cryonmyshoulder.htm
I like this song very much, it is a very meaningful song. The lyric of this song touched me. While listening to this song, it remembers me of friendship. When we are grey and upset, the support from friendship will be a powerful energy to help us to come across all those unhappy situation. True friends will always be there to lend us their shoulder whenever we need them. So, do appreciate everyone around us, especially our family and friends.

‘Donald Duck’ is one of the most famous cartoon figures in Walt Disney’s cartoon. From the article ‘Unforgettable Donald Duck’, I realized that the actual voice of Donald was projected by Clarence Nash of Glendale, Calif. He has been speaking Donald Duckese since 1934. In addition, he is one of Hollywood’s most famous movie stars. To my surprise, Clarence actually has the ability in mimicking other voices especially of birds. Donald Duck is one of my favourite cartoon characters since childhood. This interesting story about the life behind the real Donald Duck which I found on page 46 of Reader’s Digest, published in June 1984 has given me another good insight about the background of Walt Disney’s cartoonists.

I had read a book entitled "Global Warming" by Sir John Houghton. I am sure that the phrase 'global warming' has become familiar to many people as one of the important environmental issues of our day.

As we know that, global warming leads to an increase in global temperatures and global climatic changes which in turn cause the rising sea levels and glacier retreats.According to this book, there are many actions that can be taken to solve this problem such as stabilize the carbon dioxide concentrations.

So,I hope that people in this world wil realize and give their co-operation to keep our environment in a good condition because this is our responsibility to future generations.

One of the biggest and heaviest dinosaurs to ever walked the Earth was ‘Brachiosaurus’. This is actually a pictorial book about dinosaurs which is of my own collection since I was 8 years old. Brachiosaurus was the one with an enormously long neck and was one of the tallest dinosaurs ever. By reading this book, I understand that this typical dinosaur which belonged to the Sauropod family lived about 145 million years ago. They were actually herbivores because they only fed on plants. These fascinating facts about prehistoric living things can be obtained from the book ‘Early Childhood Publications’.

‘Why is it customary to break a bottle of champagne over the bow of a ship?’ This is an interesting fact which I found on page 17 of Reader’s Digest, published in September 2005. The earliest known ceremony was actually recorded on an Assyrian tablet around 2100 BC. It is done so because people are being thankful to their gods because of ensuring the safety of their ships at sea. Although champagne is usually used for the ceremony, in eastern Europe, beer is customarily used. From this interesting fact, I can finally apprehend the real meaning of this ceremony without being inquisitive anymore.

assalamualaikum and good morning

I want to share what i read.I read about horse.Horses are described with a large number of specific terms that describe everything from their anatomy to their life stages, colors, white markings, breeds, locomotion and behavior. They have a wide range of sizes, and are anatomically designed as a herbivore with the ability to use speed to escape predators. Horses have a well-developed sense of balance and a strong fight-or-flight instinct. Related to this need to flee from predators in the wild is a unique trait: horses are able to sleep both standing up and laying down. Female horses, called mares, carry their young for approximately 11 months and a young horse, called a foal, can stand and run shortly following birth. Most horses begin training under saddle or in harness between the ages of two and four, reaching full adult development by age five, and have an average lifespan of between 25 and 30 years.

Hi Good Morning,I have read one article on managing anger, anger is a natural response by all beings in this world example animals also have a anger habit as well as human and plants.Today in this article I have learn/read on how to see the anger habit in two ways.Firstly how to see the anger habit in positive think, and also in the negavetive think.
Therefor the positive think are:Anger is part of natural response that helps our survival and helps us to protect others for example
* It gives us the courage to defend ourselves or those we love.
* It motivates us to improve the world by inspiring social action and justice.
* It confirms our individuality, especially when we are children.
* It warns others not to take advantage of us.
This is the examples of when anger is helpful and healty

Secondly we will see how to describe the anger in negative think that will might destroy relationship with others. Here the article gives us some example on negative and unhealty anger:
* A pattern of repeating the same angry words or deeds in particular situations.
* An inclination to shout at people or to use violent words.
* A tendency to brood or fantasise about angry scenes with people.
* An inability to deal with difficult situations without becoming angry.
* A temptation or recourse to violence, possibly resulting in trouble with the law.
* A reliance on getting angry to make you feel better.
* Substituting getting angry about a problem for solving or learning to live with that problem.
* Anger-linked health problems such as hypertension or digestive trouble.
* Being recognised as an angry person and so teased, appeased or feared by others.
* Having a strong prejudice against strangers because of their race, gender, etc.
* Avoiding situations because you fear your temper.

So this is few details on positive and negative anger.
you can get this details on http//www.shef.au.uk/counseling/advice/anger
Thank You.

The article that I have read is about ‘Solar Sailing’. This whole finding was first suggested by a German astronomer, Johannes Keppler 400 years ago based on his observation on comet tails. Sadly, his finding was not suitable which was then replaced by those of James Clerk Maxwell in 1873. By reading this article, I understand that sunlight is the main source of providing pressure in the form of photons which eventually contributes to the movement of spacecraft. This remarkable finding has since then been accepted and well put into use by NASA. This article can be found on the webpage:

Assalamualaikum..i had read article about ‘students discipline factor’.i think Parents' actions cause discipline problems also. They are the ones that are most susceptible to their children's complaints about the school setting and the classroom. Most parents with complaining children would probably be surprised if they could see their children's actions in the classroom.other than,Some parents are the ones in deep denial of problems regarding their own relationships with the child. The relationship problem most obvious to the teacher is with parents who can not discipline the child. Then the school system becomes the scapegoat for any behavior problems.this is another part of issues about students discipline factors, parents should not give 100% responsible to the schools only, this cooperation between parents and everyone to handles this problem.tq

i read about 'suffer the children' by Brian Eads in reader digest. In Phillipines if men wants sex they can get sex with children. This because they think children not get HIV and they want those who have never had sex before.Beside Philipines in india ,where daughters are often seen as a liability by their families, the US State Department estimates that up to 500000 children under age 16 are exploited in the sex trade.
that all....tq.

Ever wonder about the existence of supernatural? Here is a small part of information which I obtained from the Citra Dunia magazine, published in March 2004 on page 20. The title of the article is ‘Jin: Asal-usul, Rupa dan Gelaran’. There are many types of ‘Jin’ which are popular among the Malays but there are 27 of them which are the most well-known. This interesting article talks about their origin, how they reproduce, the difference of ‘Jin’ from ‘Ifrit’, Satan and ‘Iblis’ and also exorcism. As a whole, I believe this is a very intriguing article which will stir up the curiosity especially of those who have doubts about these beings from another dimension. So, happy reading!

I just read an article entitled ‘Natural Weight Loss with Raw Foods’ which is written by Lambert Klein. I found this interesting article in http://prima-articles.blogspot.com/search/label/Food%20n%20Beverage.

Maybe, it sounds liked weird that with raw foods we also can lose our weight. Then, after I read this article, I realize that raw foods contain all the natural enzymes that can assist to completely digest our food without putting excessive strain on our body rather than cooked food that almost of the enzymes were destroyed. So, if you definitely want to lose weight and keep it off, then you need to follow a healthy lifestyle which is include exercise and eat healthier food.

Today i had read an article about one precious features of our whole face. Let me makes you guess. Which part of your face lets you read the back of a cereal box, check out a rainbow, and see a softball heading you way? Which part lets you cry when you're sad and makes tears to protect itself? Which part has muscle that adjust to let you focus on things that are close up or far away? If you guessed the EYE... you 're right!!!
From this article, i can know more about importants and function of eyes. Our eyes are at work from the moment we wake up to the moment we close them to go to sleep. Besides that, by eyes we can get information about the world around you, shapes, colours, movements, and more. Then eyes send the information to your brain for processing, so the brain knows what's going on outside of your body. For more detail about our eyes, you can go to webpage www.kidhealth.org/kid/htbw/eyes.html

Everyone loves ice cream, isn’t it? The article about ‘Aiskrim, manisan enak mengandungi zat antivirus’ which I have read on page 100 in the magazine Rapi, published on the 15th of September, 2005 is one of the most interesting articles so far. It is about the goodness of eating ice cream. Studies about ice creams actually have been carried out and have been proven that ice cream contains certain nutrients which will help cure common flu, as an anti-tumour nutrient and also prevents the infection of bacteria among HIV infected children. These wonderful findings have certainly increased my desire for ice cream. So, let's eat ice cream for our own goodness!

often times staring at you or wearing clothes that no longer exists in the present time, or curious enough to explain how some people claim to see creatures that only exists in fairy tales? this article can stir up quite a discussion if you are really up to all the angles and possible expriences that people do or claim to have seen, heard, or felt.

The article that I have read about is ‘The Amazing F-Plan: Diet of The Decade’, written by Audrey Eyton in Reader’s Digest, published in June 1984 is yet another useful information which can be use in practice. The F-Plan is actually about the intake of fibre-rich foods as it will help reduce our weights faster and in a harmless way. While practicing F-Plan, the intake of fruit juices are not recommended and the squeezing process in the intestines will remove most of the fibre. These marvelous findings are indeed a starting point which can be taken into practice for those who desire to lose their weights.

~Assalamualikum wbt. to Mis Maziah and all bloggers...

Today, i wanna talk about the article in news strait times......

The article is talk about medical tourist coming to Malaysia in thousands.

A survey conducted by the Association of Private Hospitals of Malaysia found that the number of foreign patients seeking treatment in Malaysia had increased greatly over the years.

The country's popularity as a healthcare destination is due to the fact that it offers health care at competitive rates, compared with many developed countries.

Malaysian hospitals have also invested in world-class equipment and secured the services of medical personnel and specialists who received their training in countries such as Britain, Australia and the United States.

In conclusion, i think as a Malaysian, we should promote our country aggressively in order to competenwith other country in tourism..

Thanks..

I know most of girls out there love to eat Chocolate,BUT
Is Chocolate a new health food??.. The answer is 'YES'.Recent studies show that cocoa and dark chocolate content contain many heart-healthy antioxidant. The contain a compound called flavanoids which may help prevent the oxidation of LDL(bad) cholesterol and raise HDL(good) cholesterol levels in the blood. There is also some evidence that these flavonoids may prevent certain cancers. So for those of you love dark chocolate this is your lucy day!!.The darker the chocolate, the higher the cocoa content and the more antioxidants it contains.Although this is great news for all chocolate lovers, don't forget that the most chocolate(unless you use uasweetenedd cocoa powder) does still contain sugar and saturated fat.And please remember calories. An ounce of chocolate contains around 135 calories. So enjoy a cup of hot cocoa or ounce of chocolate once in while to contribute to your health and not to your waistline..

1st of all, i m very agree with the points that given by the author. For me, love and forgiveness are very important to me because it change things in ,my life. When i m angry, i shall forgive someone, when i in love with someone, i shall love her more than she does. Forgive? It is hard to be done but it is not impossible to be done. When you are angry with someone, take a few minutes to think. It is worth to angry with someone for so long? Angry with someone is very hard and suffer, i willing to forgive those who did something bad to me or betray me. I never keep sad stuff to my heart.
What i need is love and i will give forgiveness to the one i love.

http://www.ugmc.bizland.com/tips-plcs-mboss.htm
Yes, i agree with the author points about how to keep my boss happy. We as employees shouldnt argue or quarrel with our boss.
If we quarrel or scold our boss, it will give a bad image to our boss about us even we are very good in work. Further more, we must be loyal to our boss. Dont betray him because of money, power or anything else. Our boss trust us and believe in us that is why he give us their trust to do something. Bring solutions to our boss when he is facing some difficulties in work by giving some advices or what we know about it, it can help to lesser his burden.

The article that I had read is ‘10 most beautiful places in America.’ One of the most beautiful places in America is Savannah. I found this article on this website: www.usaweekend.com and savannah-visit .com .Savannah ranked among the top 10 cities in U.S and Canada in travel and leisure’s World Best Award 2008 .It’s a charmed city,.. the urban and the pastoral gracefully mingle in a uniquely Southern way. That is with gentility and a generous dollop mystery. Shaded by live Oaks, perfume by magnolias and surrounded by historic building,22 enchanting square including Columbia Square like secret garden. Feasts for the eyes, balm for the soul, the vest-pocket parks serve as gathering places, Serene retreats and tourist attraction all role one. Spanish moss romantically drapes Pulaski Square…for more information you can refer at the web given. Thank you

Just read an article titled “Man Who Illegally Sold Body Parts For Implant Surgeries Pleads Guilty”, from http://www.efluxmedia.com/news_Man_Who_Illegally_Sold_Body_Parts_For_Implant_Surgeries_Pleads_Guilty_23306.html. The guy who pleads guilty named Micheal owns a biomedical tissue services company and illegally sold tissues to 10,000 people. Some patients claimed that they have contracted diseases from body parts that were taken from people with cancer or HIV infected patients. It is really sad to hear that. Why could some people can be so irresponsible and unmoral. They can do anything just to gain profit without thinking bout the consequences of what they have did. They even stole body parts from dead people. How could they did this, it is very unmoral. They can’t even pay a respect to dead peoples. Just wondering, where are the moral values in this guy. Hope that people in this world can be more responsible and have more respect to the others.

Positive thinking is the ability to always think in a healthy manner. I've heard that positive thinking can reduce stress levels and have better health. After reading the article, I found out that having a positive thinking is not really that difficult. I think all I need is try to start and maintain the sunny-side-up strategies as the strategies seems logical. Learning some breathing techniques to eliminate anxiety and hanging out with people who think positive as well might also help. And as time passes by, I’ll have a better attitude be more confident and form the best impression within me.

I think the tips are different from common ones and sure make sense. Sleep is a natural part of everybody's life and not an option. I know that getting enough sleep is important. The risk for heart disease and depression, will decrease. Enough sleep is important for our mind and soul and is also conducive to health as we will be waking up the next morning in good health and spirits after a good night’s rest. On my opinion, having a refreshing sleep by going to bed before midnight also helps to have better performance and fresher mind .

The article i read from here, http://www.helpguide.org/mental/stress_management_relief_coping.htm is about stress.

Stress and tension are normal reactions to events that threaten us. The way we deal with these pressures has a lot to do with our mental, emotional and physical health. Taking charge of our thoughts and avoiding unnecessary stress sounds good to me. I often use relaxation techniques like meditation and deep breathing when feeling stressed up and I do feel much better. Balanced meals and regular exercise can help overcome stress too. I also heard that smiling more often, asking a hug from a friend and sharing problems works well in managing stress.

The article that I read is about “which fruits and vegetables are the most toxic?” I was shocked when I saw “APPLE” is one of the ten most toxic fruits in the list! From my points of view, the idioms “an apple a day, keep doctor away” have to change to another fruits. A toxic fruits not just will affect our health but also will cause everything from dizziness to cancer, as well as headaches, rashes, and liver toxicity. However, banana, our local fruits is one of the least toxic in the list. This is one of my favorite fruits too. Therefore we should choose the fruits in the right way so it would not affect our health. Following is the link of the ten smallest and greatest pesticide fruits to our health.

In fact deforestation is not only happen in Brazil but is whole world. People cutting trees as rising demand for soy and cattle pusher. Due to the rising of illegal deforestation in Brazil, Brazil government had increased cash payments to fight illegal Amazon logging and seasonal shifts in cutting tree. Because of deforestation, weather is getting hotter and deforestation is one of the caused for the global warming. For my point of view, this regulations should applied to the whole would as we know that deforestation will caused the global warming and the percentage of global warming is increase year by year.

I had read the article about “10 reasons you're not losing that weight”.

Among the 10 reasons, few sentences catch my eyes, one of them, is about sleeping time, recent study in the American Journal of Epidemiology, a person who slept measly five hours have higher risk to gain weight than others, because it negatively affects levels of the appetite-regulating hormones ghrelin and leptin.

Another one, is about water, it's not the water in your glass, but the water in your food, such as the fruits and veggies, although it will help you to lose the weight at the start, but it won’t seem to be so effective in the end.

Even the temperature can be the reason why you can shake off the weight. It say when a person in the temperature of 81 degrees, eat less food than at 72 degrees.
Other reasons are commonly known, taking too much junk food, wrong way to work out, setting unrealistically high weight-loss, and taking too much alcohol.
So if anyone would like to loss weight, you can refer to this link which I think it is a good reference on how to loss weight successfully. http://health.msn.com/weight-loss/slideshow.aspx?cp-documentid=100213228&imageindex=1.

I love to eat bean sprout. But when I was reading this article 'Eat at your own risk', I only got to know that what we seem like normal food, alfalfa sprout is actually the most dangerous food among all. Refer to the article, the conditions for producing sprouts promote the growth of harmful bacteria. In order to grow sprouts, the seeds are soaked and kept moist—a prime breeding ground for bacteria. The only way to consume it safely is to cook them. I wish to share this with all of you or at website http://health.msn.com/nutrition/slideshow.aspx?cp-documentid=100200169

I had read an article which something about “LOVE & LIFE”. The article is about a woman who getting marriage with her husband about five years. However, because her husband lack of sensitivity, and the inability of bringing romantic moments into their marriage has disheartened her about love, so she decide to divorce with him. Fortunately, her husband was shown his sincere and let her know that no one will ever love her as much as he does.
There was a sentence that causes me a lot.
“Love shows up in all forms; even in very small and cheeky forms. It has never been a model. It could be the dullest and most boring form ...”
“Flowers, and romantic moments are only used and appear on the surface of the relationship. Under all this, the pillar of true love stands... AND THAT'S LIFE”
In our life cannot live without love. No love, we will like losing something in the life and make us could not be warm. Here, love is including family, friendship, and personal love. True love lies in between the peace and dullness.

When driving, we rely our eyes, the peripheral vision, depth perception and focusing skills. This is what the sleepy driver, cannot do. Because while drowsy, the reaction and awareness of the driver is limited, and will rise the risk of the crashing.
