I had read about engagement. I really agree that engagement is really important for a couple which is in love. Engagement is all about promise to marry, and also refers to the time between proposal and marriage. During this period, a couple is said to be affianced, engaged to be married, or simply engaged. I have know something about the reason engagement ring is worn on the fourth finger of the left hand. Romans believe that this finger to be the beginning of the vein of love which is vein that leads to the heart. Honestly, engagement is something that all of people dreaming about include me.

In the mid-sem break last week i only read the famous story which is the Harry potter.
The tittle is the Harry Potter and Sorcerer's Stone by J.K.Rowling. Let me tell you a bit of the story...
Harry Potter, the son of apowerful wizard and witch who are killed by an even more powerful sorcerer. Sent to live with his Muggle (non-magical) aunt, uncle, and cousin, Harry is treated poorly without knowing why. On his tenth birthday, Harry learns that he is a wizard and is to go off to Hogwarts, a prestigious school for wizards and witches. Harry and his friends, Hermione and Ron, soon discover that something shady is going on, and they must save Hogwarts from the very sorcerer who killed Harry's parents.
I think it is interesting story to read and i relly enjoy about the story. I suggest to everyone to read this story....

Pet. some kind of animal that can be pampered and can be loved. No matter your pet(s) is cat or snake we have to take care of them. In Florida, approximately 4000 people have permit to own this big cat. Do you know that a part of tiger's bone has been sold for $7000?!. For me, it is too much.
Some people are desperate to buy the bone of the exotic animal as their collection and maybe for next decades, they will kill each other to collect the human bone. Who knows?

i just read an article about extend our life with enzymes.
for your information,there are two kinds of enzymes produced by and in our body.
they are digestive and metabolic enzymes.
digestive enzymes is to digest food while metabolic enzymes which we depend on for life.
we need to have all those enzymes in order to get healthy life.
i learned a new fact when i read this article.
do you know that enzymes taken on an empty stomach serve an incredibly different funtion than digestion?
this is because these enzymes are immediately directed to the matabolic processes of our body.

Based from what i have read recently, I want to share with all of you the content of the article. The article is about anorexia nervosa.Actually, anorexia nervosa is an eating disoder that can be classify as low body weight and body distortion.the reason why it happen is based on the uncontrol faer of gaining weight.Basically, the victim of anorexia will starve, vomiting,purging and take diet pills or diuretic drugs.
This killer disorder usually related to young girls that is beauty concious.The impact that the victim will face is slow heart rate,serious strain of many of the body's organs,level of phosphate is low,that will lead to heart failure,muscle weakness,immune dysfunction and finally death.it have many factors such as genetic factors,neurobiological factors,physiological factors and more.
As for me,I think that family should play an important role to avoid this young teenage girls from involve with this harmful disorder.Besides, the selection of friends should be considered.Last but not least everyone must be confident and appreciate themselves.You are what you are and not what people think you are.(quotes by someone.I forgot the name of the person :))

I can say that such things happened because of greedy, always wanted to be greater than others..but, do we think about children? I had been read an article about Fasting Month in Ramadhan.
This article is a good article,educative and benefit to people especially for those who are non-Muslim to let them know clearly about Fasting Month in Islamic Calendar. (",)
For me, fasting month in Islam is unique compared to other religions because we cannot eat and drink and also do something that we call "makhrukh" during the fasting day.
From the article that i had been read,
"From the very beginning of time, humans have struggled to master their physical and psychological selves: their bodies and their emotions"
I am highly agree about this statement because without energy, without a good mind setting and without a high level of patient, we cannot successfully complete the fasting month.
Actually, fasting month in Islam is to be at rest. Ramadan gives us a break and provides us with a rare opportunity to think about our own selves, our future, and our families. During this month, all Muslims that have the energy to fast and have a good health are required to fast.
From my experience also, fasting month teach me how to be patient in certain things, how to control my emotional and how to motivate myself to be a better person.
The article also state that,
"One of the medical benefits is a much-needed rest to the digestive system. The reduced food intake during the day allows the body to concentrate on getting rid of harmful dietary toxins accumulated as natural by-products of food digestion throughout the year"
I am totally agree about this statement. As a student, fasting month can help me to focus more on my study without thinking when to eat or what so ever. Fasting month also can help me to prevent myself from stomach pain especially after lunch hour.
In a nutshell,fasting can dicipline ourself and behavior to be a better person in the future and also can make us to be a good role model to our next generation. Besides that, as a good Muslim, we can get close to Allah (",)

Hello my friends..today i would like to share wiyh all of you about BIRTH..
Do we really know the meaning of birth?
~BIRTH IS ACTUALLY A NEW BEGINNING OF SOMETHING
So,that is the real meaning of birth..but what i saw from a television program was beyond that..
They showed every single process that need to be go through from the beginning of the fertilization until the birth of a child..
A lot of pressure the mother needs to go through..
And i learnt a new thing which was,when a mother is pregnant,then if she always talk to the baby inside her..it would increase the bond between them..it fit for the father as well..and if they play a song everyday..after the baby is born...when the baby cries,if its parents plays that song...it could make the baby to stop crying..
The mother can also teach 'a,b,c' to the baby while it is still in her pregnancy..after the baby was born..it won't take a long time to be learnt by the child..
The most heart breaking part was when the giving birth process begun..it is very painful..
From what i saw..i learnt to appreciate my mother a lot..i realise how painful she felt to bring me to this world..
Hope..we can together take care of both our parents..
