Recently I have read an article about coffee.

Coffee is prepared from roasted seeds, called coffee beans.Coffee was first discovered in the highlands of Ethiopia and then it spread to Egypt and Yemen. The two most commonly grown species are Coffea canephora (also known as Coffea robusta) and Coffea arabica.

There are many process to make coffee including roasting, storage, preparation and presentation. Roasting process function is to removed the flesh from the berry.Coffee also must the stored to preserve the fresh taste of the bean.On top of that, coffee beans must be ground and and brewed in order to create a beverage. And lastly, once brewed, coffee may be presented in variety of ways.

Studies also found that coffee appears to reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, heart disease, diabetes mellitus type 2, cirrhosis of the liver, and gout, but it increases the risk of acid reflux and associated diseases. Coffee also can give one's negative health effect due to its caffeine content.

That all from me. Thank you.

Hai..recently I have read an article in the national geographic magazine..the article is about the mysterious Bog bodies..From my reading,Bog bodies are preserved human bodies found in sphagnum bogs in Northern Europe..It is quite similar to egyptian mummies but diffrent in how it preserved..Unlike most ancient human remains, bog bodies have retained their skin and internal organs due to the unusual conditions of preservation..The body has been buried in a bog for years, decades, or centuries..what is really shocking about the finding are,
many of bog bodies show signs of being brutally killed, stabbed, bludgeoned, hanged and strangled..The researcher found that all of their finding were related to some kind of a ritual that the people in that time need someone to be scarifice and to
be represet to god,as a symbol of loyalty..it is quite tragic that the moral and the human value of the human society in that time were
very low and can change in an exetreme condition.

THERMAL POWER STATION

Assalamualaikum...

Today i would like to share all of u with my recently reading. The title is about thermal Power station. In thermal power stations, mechanical power is produced by a heat engine, which transforms thermal energy, often from combustion of a fuel, into rotational energy. Most thermal power stations produce steam, and these are sometimes called steam power stations. About 80% of all electric power is generated by use of steam turbines.

Not all thermal energy can be transformed to mechanical power, according to the second law of thermodynamics. Before that, did u all know about second law of thermodynamics. For your information the second law of thermodynamics is an expression of the universal law of increasing entropy, stating that the entropy of an isolated system which is not in equilibrium will tend to increase over time, approaching a maximum value at equilibrium.

Therefore, there is always heat lost to the environment. If this loss is employed as useful heat, for industrial processes or district heating, the power plant is referred to as a cogeneration power plant or CHP (combined heat-and-power) plant.

I think that all from me.Thank you.

Good news everyone, did you know that mobile phone have their own advantages and disadvantages..

First for all, mobile phone also called a wireless phone or cellular phone is a short-range, portable electronic device used for mobile voice or data communication over a network of specialized base stations known as cell sites. Current mobile phones may support many additional services, and accessories, such as SMS for text messaging, email, packet switching for access to the Internet, gaming, bluetooth, infrared, camera with video recorder and MMS for sending and receiving photos and video. This is all about the advantages of mobile phone.

Bad news everyone, did you know that mobile phones use electromagnetic radiation in the microwave range that be harmful to human health..If you exposed to this radiation for a long time, you might got cancer especially ears cancer.

Good news everyone, some national radiation advisory authorities recommended to minimize exposure. Examples of the recommendations are:

* Use hands-free to decrease the radiation to the head.
* Keep the mobile phone away from the body.
* Do not telephone in a car without an external antenna.

So, don't scared to use your mobile phone as long as you follow the method to minimized radiation exposure...

There is no doubt that the idea of on how to become a successful businessmen too subjective and diverge. Yes, it is a question of conditionality. But, to be short-businessman must adopt to a winning business strategy plus strong basic business skills as well.

Business is all about entrepreneurship that need one to become creative in making business strategy and be competitive. In addition, one must have attitude to win and not give up easily as in business world there will be lost and win. Always be prepared for the hard day that almost happen to all great businessmen. Its part of their live, gain experience and take lessons for the your own weaknesses. Hence, the motto of successful business men must be 'failure is a stepping stone of success'

The communicational intelligence is the basis of the interpersonal relations that is essential to lay a strong business foundation as business is built on that element. Plus, discipline is others attitude that is will determine weather one will succeed or not, as simple as ABC.

As we entered the era of globalization, the basic idea must be attractive and competitiveness will be valued at most time. One must come with great plan how to keep costumer get their own products at same time, promoting to the others to get more and more customers. Here, level of services and quality of work always be valued and at most time become deciding factors of the business's success.

Finally, saying says that 'Dream for the sky, then, at least a handful will be yours'. But, to become a successful businessman, your attitude must be to 'dream the sky and ensure that you are at sky'. Try and try, till you succeed.

Hello everyone...

Last week i have read a really interesting article about 'Facts and Figures about the Islamic Faith'.

I want to share the article what i have read.it's only for knowledge..

Did you know there are estimated to be between 1 and 1.4 billion Muslims worldwide?

Did you know that one-fifth of the world population is Muslim?

Did you know that the country with the largest Muslim population is Indonesia?

Did you know that Pakistan and India are home to the second and third largest Muslim populations, respectively?

Did you know that there are an estimate 2-7 million Muslims living in the United States? It is difficult to pinpoint the exact number since, as New York Post reporter Daniel Pipes explains, the U.S. Census cannot, by law, ask questions about religion. For more on how many Muslims live in the United States, see Pipes' blog.

Did you know that Ramadan is the name of the 9th month of the Muslim calendar?

Did you know that the Muslim calendar is based on the lunar cycle, which is approximately 11-13 days shorter than the Gregorian calendar.

Did you know that the holiday of Ramadan may fall during any month of the Gregorian calendar? It takes approximately 35 years for Ramadan to cycle through the entire solar/Gregorian calendar.

Did you know that during Ramadan, Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset?

Did you know that in addition to abstaining from food and drink, Muslims also refrain from smoking and sexual relations? This is because the month is seen as a time for spiritual reflection and discipline.

Did you know that Muslims traditionally break their fast on dates, since that is what the Prophet Muhammad is believed to have done?

Did you know that according to a government-run survey in Tunisia, 59 percent of women and 35 percent of men gained weight during Ramadan, despite fasting for some 14 hours a day.

Did you know that health experts estimate food consumption actually increases 50 percent during the month of Ramadan?

interesting right....
that all...
thank you.

Assalamualaikum and a very pleasant day to all. Here, I would like to continue with The Causes of the Global Warming.

The climate changes of the Earth in response to external forcing, including variations in its orbits around the Sun, changes in solar luminosity(the relative quantity of radiation emitted by a celestial source-as a star), eruptions of volcanic, and atmospheric greenhouse gas concentrations. The causes of the recent warming remain an active field of research, but the scientific belief is that the increase in atmospheric greenhouse gases due to human activity caused most of the warming observed since the start of the industrial era. The warming may be the result of variations in solar activity in other hypothesis proposes.

None of the forcing effects are instantaneous. The volumetric heat capacity of the Earth's oceans and slow responses of other indirect effects mean that the current climate of Earth is not in equlibirium with the forcing imposed. Even if greenhouse gases were stabilized at 2000 levels, a further warming of about 0.5 °C (0.9 °F) would still occur according to the climate commitment studies.

Assalamualakum. Now I would like to proceed with the part three of the Global Warming which is The Effects. Although it is difficult to connect specific weather events to global warming, temperatures's global increase may in turn cause broader changes, including retreat of glacial, shrinkage of Arctic, and worldwide sea level rise. Flooding and drought is may the result of changes in the amount and pattern of precipitation. The changes in agricultural yields, addition of new trade routes, reduced summer streamflows, extinctions of species, and increase in the disease vectors range are the other effects too.

Increasing deaths, displacements, and economic losses projected due to extreme weather events attributed to global warming may be severe by growing population densities in affected areas, although temperate regions are projected to experience some benefits, like fewer deaths due to cold exposure. The result that is produced by climate change to agriculture, shutdown to thermohaline circulation, reductions in the ozone layer, increased intensity (but less frequent) of hurricanes and extreme weather events, ocean pH lowering, and the diseases spread such as malaria and dengue fever are the additional anticipated effects include sea level rise of 180 to 590 milimeters (0.59 to 1.9 ft) in 2090-2100 relative to 1980-1999. In other one study predicts, 18% to 35% of a sample of 1103 animal and plant species would be extinct by 2050, according to future climate projections. Global warming is expected to increase the potential geographic range and tropical diseases virulence.

The extreme weather might reduce global gross domestic product by up to one percent which is suggested by one widely publicized report on potential economic impact, Stern Review, and that in a worst-case scenario global per capita consumption could fall 20%. Economic sectors likely to face difficulties related to climate change include banks, agriculture, transport and others, based on United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). Developing countries dependent upon agriculture will be particularly harmed by global warming.

assalamualaikum to my teacher, miss marziah...i have read an article about 'Attending A Job Interview'...these article states A candidate is successful in job interview if he can convince the interviewer that he is more capable of doing the job than any other candidates. Unless a candidate has established personal networks with the company, a job is usually offered based on the assessment of the candidate's performance during the interview. This assessment places great pressure, both mentally and emotionally, on the candidate who needs the job desperately.

Whether you are leaving your present job, or fresh from campus or school, you should always be prepared for the interview by anticipating questions that will be asked in the interview..

Lastly, avoid using "trial and error" in job interviews, by making mistakes in front of your prospect employer. Tactful answers to the above questions will impress the interviewer and most importantly of all, you will stand out among other candidates to get the job offer and also his confidence in doing the job.

assalamualaikum and happy ramadhan to all...
I read somewhere that the colors we like, tell a lot about our personality and that certain colors can affect our moods. Is it true that you can tell what a person is like when you see the colors they paint their home? Can color change the way we feel?
It’s certainly true that color, like music can encourage a particular mood or express an attitude. Don’t get carried away with the symbolic meanings of color just yet. Often a lackluster color scheme is the result of a lack of confidence or knowledge of the design world, not a commentary on one’s character.
If people choose colors with as much confidence as they choose their music, you’d definitely get more of a sense of who they are when you view the results. Far more people are confident about their taste in music that are sure of their color sense. Because of that, many people are afraid to experiment with color and often will choose colors for their home that seem safe – These are usually colors that they think other people will approve.
A color helps to reveal your personality. By that not only do I mean to say that color tells me about how the individual acts it is also indicative of how a person wants to react to his surrounds. Then there are many associations, which we have that do not necessarily apply to each individual in the same way. Nor are there some kinds of standards which permanently for one person and then imply that that person cannot have another attribute and so change his color preferences.

i've read about zodiac and i obviosly read about mine which is leo..9 august make me a leo's..now, i would like to share some of leo characteristic that i get from my reading at www.mistichouse.com..

Leos are larger than life because they attract others easily and are strong, generous, passionate, and hard workers. A Leo has a zest for life, ambition, and have a very sharp wit. Leos are natural leaders, they want to do it all their own way without help, just to prove to themselves that they can. They are cheerful, fun, pleasant, and stand out among a crowd that gives them plenty of attention. They are powerful personalities and call attention to their greatness. A Leo needs to be noticed for their abilities, and if you do then you’ll for sure have a great friend. But hurt their pride and ego, and they will stomp off pouting to their rooms. Leos are good at heart, creative, fun loving, and have a fierce ambition to succeed in anything they do. They usually do because they are driven to be noticed. Leo rules the heart and the back, which can make them prone to heart-related problems and back pain.
THE NEGATIVE SIDE: A Leo’s ego and pride can be a great personal struggle as well as a constant problem for those that surround them. Sometimes a Leo can think too highly of them self that they stop seeing reality. They can also be bullies and decide that your opinion does not count.
MAGICAL USES: authority, power, pride, favors provided, career, romance, social activities, healing for upper back spine and heart. Changes of appearance, hobbies and entertainment, animals, and luck.

does the characteristic really suit mu up????who knows.....

Assalamualaikum...
this time i want to share the topic about Fasting the Healthy Way...

1. Eat the suhur meal.

The Prophet Muhammad highly recommend eating this pre-dawn meal before a day of fasting. While you may want to pass to catch some more sleep, remember that you can always take a catnap while you're fasting, but you won't be able to eat or drink. To make it easier, set out utensils and dry food on the table before going to bed so you can quickly eat and go back to sleep after suhur.

2. Limit your fat intake.

That's right, limit it--don't cut it out. Otherwise you'll have to get rid of what's considered "traditional" iftar food in most Muslim cultures. If you're not sure what kind of food is being referred to, think fried, greasy and/or super sweet.

3. Follow the Prophet's golden rule of one-third.

This especially needs to be said in Ramadan. We should strive to have no more than one-third food, one-third liquid and one-third air in our stomachs when eating.

4. Encourage dip-dunking.

Fruits and vegetables get left to the wayside during regular days, let alone at iftar (the fast-breaking meal) time. But you can whip out those carrot sticks if you've got some tasty dips to eat them with. Check out some healthy recipes.

5. Walk after iftar.

Before you fall over from exhaustion after iftar and dinner, take a short walk around the block or just around your building. The change of environment and exposure to fresh air may just wake you up in time to go for the next activity listed below.

6. Pray tarawih (special evening prayers during Ramadan).

This is more great exercise, not to mention a wonderful way to build concentration, stamina and brotherhood/sisterhood.

7. Take a short afternoon nap.

Experts say you don't need more than a 15-minute siesta to really refresh you. During lunch hour, find a quiet spot, set the alarm on your watch or cell phone and nap. This can help your body adjust to the daily Ramadan schedule that requires waking up early for the suhur meal.Ramadan is a month of health, and this is what many people don’t know, and don’t understand.

so,why don't you try fasting healthier...

Assalamualaikum to everyone especially for Miss Marziah...

This time i would like to share about The Advantages of Electric Cars..

For sure, you've heard in the news or read in the newspaper the wonders of electric cars. And since the rise of fuel prices are getting noticed by the public, the advantage of an electric car is clearly seen. There are several reasons why electric cars are all over the bulletins right now.

1. Electric cars are types of vehicles that is powered by fuel cells.

2. Electric cars are environmentally friendly since they produce less pollution than the regular gasoline-powered cars.

3. Electric cars can be defined as a refined wiring project.Contrariwise, because of its fuel lines, colorant hoses, exhaust pipes and entry manifolds, a regular gasoline-powered car is defined as a rough plumbing project.

4. Another reason is because electric cars offer a distinct experience in driving. Most of electric vehicles, because of their low center of gravity, provide outstanding handling along with swift initial increase of velocity. Even at lower pace or speed, electric motor presents nearly incessant rotating force that allows the car to do things that normal or traditional petroleum based vehicles can not do.

5. One great case of point of this is when you're driving a regular gasoline-powered car and you're steering up to a curb in a street. With the regular car there's still a need for you to stop, aim to climb the curb and kick-start the motor to reach your goal. But with an electric car, it will be a breeze for you to climb the curb.

So, do you think Electric Cars is best for you?

hello there..it's me again..i've been reading about colours and in this site i will like to share some personality of a person who are fond on the colour of blue..the source of the information below i get it from 'www.personalityonline.com'.

so,for the person who really like the colour of blue, you might be interested to read what is below...

BLUE represents calmness and loyalty. A person who favours blue is sensitive and easily hurt. You never panic and are in total control of your life and content with the way it is going. You desire to lead an uncomplicated and worry-free life and are prepared to sacrifice certain goals in order to achieve this. You need a stable relationship without conflict. Perhaps, as a side effect of contentment, you tend to put on weight. The later blue appears in the sequence, the more unsatisfied you are and the more you feel the need to break from the ties that restrict you. But you probably aren't unfeeling enough to walk out on a family or job; instead, you will suffer in silence.

does it true??? u figure out yourself..

i am not denying the fact that i am so into watermelon..i love watermelon very much! so,i would like to share something about watermelon with you guys..so,let's read.....

About watermelon that i've been reading at 'www.goodnessgreeness.com'

Color and flavor

The first locally grown watermelons of the season come primarily from Amish growers in Ontario and Iowa, and starting next week, from Wisconsin. We have worked with some of these growers for fourteen years now and we are delighted (for them and for you) to see their bumper crop. (See our article in Issue #29 of Organics for you from two weeks ago for more on the Amish organic grower community).

This first-of-the-season local organic watermelon crop comes in a variety of sizes, shapes and colors:

Ladybug watermelon, a small, oblong melon with yellow flesh,

Sorbet Swirl watermelon, yellow flesh with a hint of red/orange,

Sugar Baby, the classic sweet tasting small watermelon.

Also, great tasting organic muskmelons are now available from these fine growers.

Nutrition

We all think of watermelons as a refreshing treat on a hot day in the middle of summer and a treat that kids love. But, we don't necessarily think of watermelon as a particularly nutritious treat.

Well, think again! It turns out that watermelon is surprisingly nutritious, with some sources calling it "the natural multi-vitamin". Melons are a great source of vitamins A, B6 and C and potassium. Plus, they are extremely low in sodium and contain virtually no fat! In fact, the American Heart Association recently recognized the watermelon with the "heart healthy" seal of approval. But there's more!

Watermelons contain lycopene, an anti-oxidant. According to the USDA, watermelons rank the highest among all fresh fruits and vegetables in lycopene. This anti-oxidant protects cells from oxygen-related damage occurring from both normal cell usage.

A number of studies have also linked lycopene to the prevention of heart disease, strokes and certain cancers (including prostate cancer).

Today I want to share article about Usain Bolt. He was born 21 August 1986. He is a Jamaican sprinter. Bolt holds the Olympic and world records for the 100 metres at 9.69 seconds, the 200 metres at 19.30 seconds and, along with his teammates, the 4x100 metres relay at 37.10 seconds, all set at the 2008 Summer Olympics. Bolt became the first man to win all three events at a single Olympics since Carl Lewis in 1984, and the first man in history to set world records in all three at a single Olympics. His name and achievements in sprinting have earned him the media nickname "Lightning' Bolt".[3]
Bolt distinguished himself with a 200 m gold medal at the 2002 World Junior Championships, making him the competition's youngest-ever gold medallist. In 2004, at the CARIFTA Games, Bolt became the first junior sprinter to run the 200 m in under 20 seconds with a time of 19.93 s, breaking Roy Martin's world junior record by two-tenths of a second. Bolt also set competition records at a number of other junior events.
Bolt turned professional in 2004 but missed most of his first two seasons due to injuries; he was eliminated in the first round of the 200 m heats at the 2004 Summer Olympics. In 2007, Bolt beat Don Quarrie's 200 m Jamaican national record with a run of 19.75 s. In May 2008, Bolt set his first 100 m world record with 9.72 s, improving upon his personal best of 9.76 s made earlier in the month.
Thank you.

assalamualaikum to all
today i hv read an article about the meaning of life from internet at www.authorsden.com
most of us including me not searching for tha meaning of life but only focused on some crisis in our lfe like relationship disater, marriage or famly problem, lack of direction and motivation, some hugg loss for which they are grieving,an emotional problem uch as anxiety or depression, or perhaps even for help in recovering from an addiction. The first thing we do is sort through the crisis, handle immediate problems, and get everything settled down, then we embark on an extended process of figuring out how the problem happened and what must change to keep it from happening again. Once those things are handled, there's a period of bliss when life is working for the first time, they feel successful, calmer, mosre in charge.most of us leave at this time
People for whom the basics of life are already established need more: they need a sense of meaning and a higher purpose than just survival. Once self-confidence and self-esteem are established, you’ll need a challenge to feel satisfied, a way to express your uniqueness and individuality to yourself, to friends, and to the world.

But if your life's purpose is not evident to you already, how do you find out what it is? Where does a sense of purpose come from? It comes from within you, and is not imposed or chosen from outside. Your purpose may be your livelihood, or it may have nothing to do with how you make a living. Your purpose may be a simple one, like making a good, healthy life for yourself and your children, or it may be more dramatic, and based on what you learned by healing your own childhood experience. Many people know that inner purpose has the power to transform anxiety, anger, fear and rage into powerful, life-affirming action
A life purpose gives you the means to control your destiny, no matter what the force of the hardships you have incurred. Most of the world’s spiritual thinkers have said that the wisdom guiding each of us is available if we just listen and trust what we hear. You may already be having many ideas but not be trusting them or taking them seriously. Perhaps when you get an idea what your "job on earth", or life's purpose is, you are too distrustful of yourself, (I can’t do that) or too hopeless and helpless to believe it or act on it. Your purpose may make itself clear to you in one instant flash, or gradually, as if you are following clues, one at a time.
thats all from...i hope all of us enjoy our life with happily and full it a lot of memories
enjoy our youth!!

How to Design and Install High-Performance Car Stereo by Joe Pettitt.

This book teaches us how to install our own car audio system.

The first step is we must choose the components that suits with the existed unit in the car. When purchasing the car audio system, we must make sure all components will fit in the car. This is important so we don’t need to go back to the shop and change it with the other one. For instance, many cars have small car stereo openings, others have larger sized opening, sometimes referred to as Double DIN.

Then, to remove the old receiver we must need the appropriate tools to done it. They include a few types of screwdrivers, wire stripper, a wire cutter and electrical tape. Also don’t forget the heat-shrink.
Before start to remove the unit, don’t forget to disconnect the negative cable from car battery.

To install the new unit, we must do some wiring. Most audio receivers can be purchased with a wiring harness that can fit most vehicles, so we can do the wiring easily without any hassle.

Output from this book, I can install my car audio on my own. So I can save budget for the installation cost due to my tiny budget. Furthermore, I can learn to customize or upgrading my audio system, as we know, sometimes the factory stock’s audio unit produces so-so audio quality.
But if u are EVO10 owner, which already equipped with high-quality audio system from Rockford Fosgate, 650W 8-channel amplifier with 9 speakers, including a sub-woofer at the rear, I think u don’t need to read this book...

Here I want to share an article titled Mountain Biking Tips by Altrec.com

Things to remember before going mountain biking:

Always wear a helmet. If you think you're too cool for it, five minutes on any of these trails will help you realize that if you're bare-headed, you're in the minority.

Always bring water. Especially in the heat, which is even more wicked when you're exerting yourself. For a whole day out, one or two water bottles are not enough. Either wear a backpack with water bottles inside, or get a fancy Camelbak, an insulated waterbag you wear on your back.

When in doubt, walk. Mountain biking can really be dangerous. If a hill looks too steep or a curve too tricky, get off.

Don't go off the trails. In addition to messing up the wildlife habitats, you also can hurt yourself. And after a rain, don't go out on closed trails. This erodes the trail and ruins it for everyone else.

So, we must make sure we always take precaution before doing any outdoor activities.

I have read some article about "Do you jog or run?". Mike's definition of jogging is simple: If you are "moving" slower than 6 miles per hour you are jogging, and quite frankly you would be better off walking!.

Walking at 4 mph or faster is bio mechanically more efficient and far more beneficial to you than "jogging" slowly!...

When we walk fast we tend to use our legs and our arms together and this burns more calories, plus jogging or running put far more potentially damaging forces through our hip, knee and ankle joints.

That all...

hello..

today, i want to share some facts about flower..i've choosen to talk about lily flower as my name is laily and people called me lily sometimes..i guess lily is also my name after all..that's probably the reason why am i so interested in lily's flower..

the article below is taken from "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/lily"

lily is lilium perhaps..more specific name..The genus Lilium are herbaceous flowering plants normally growing from bulbs. They comprise a genus of about 110 species in the lily family, Liliaceae. They are important as large showy flowering garden plants. They are important culturally and in literature in much of the world.

Some species are sometimes grown or harvested for the edible bulbs.

The species in this genus are the true lilies. Many other plants exist with "lily" in the common English name, some of which are quite unrelated to the true lilies.

The range of liles in the Old World extends across much of Europe, the north Mediterranean region, across most of Asia to Japan, south to the Nilgiri mountains in India, and south to the Philippines. In the New World they extend from southern Canada through much of the United States.

They are commonly adapted to either woodland habitats, often montane, or sometimes to grassland habitats. A few can survive in marshland and a single one is known to live as an epiphyte (L. arboricola). In general they prefer moderately acidic or lime-free soils.

Lilies are leafy stemmed herbs. They form naked or tunic-less scaly underground bulbs from which they overwinter. In some North American species the base of the bulb develops into rhizomes, on which numerous small bulbs are found. Some species develop stolons. A few species form near the soil surface.

Many species form stem-roots. With these, the bulb grows naturally at some depth in the soil, and each year the new stem puts out adventitious roots above the bulb as it emerges from the soil. These roots are in addition to the basal roots that develop at the base of the bulb.

Most species are deciduous, but a few species (Lilium candidum, Lilium catesbaei) bear a basal rosette of leaves during dormancy.

Seeds ripen in late summer. They exhibit varying and sometimes complex germination patterns, many adapted to cool temperate climates.

The large flowers have six tepals, are often fragrant, and come in a range of colours ranging through whites, yellows, oranges, pinks, reds and purples. Markings include spots, brush strokes and picotees. The plants are summer flowering.

Some species formerly included within this genus have now been placed in other genera. These include Cardiocrinum, Notholirion, Nomocharis and some Fritillaria.

well then, ther's a little bit about lily flower that i can share with you guys..

thank you..

I have read an article about the benefits of green tea and I like to share about it.

Green tea has been a traditional part of daily life in several countries like China, Japan, Pakistan, Korea and Middle East. Green tea contain much less caffeine than coffee that can cause side effects such as insomnia.

Medical studies, clinical trials and anecdotal evidence that have been done also proves that green tea have a lot of benefits. The studies believe that green tea can help to prevent the number of diseases including diabetes, inflammatory bowel diseases and certain type of cancer.

Supporters also say that green tea can lower the cholesterol level and thus lessening the chance of heart attacks and strokes. On top of that, they also believe that green tea can help someone with bad breath by destroying the bacteria that causes it.

Many tests have been conducted on elderly people in order to assess their mental alertness after prolonged consumption of green tea. Green tea drinkers have shown less mental impairment and it is also believed that the tea boosts the immune system, fighting off disease. On top of that green tea can also help to minimize stress levels.

well, that all for me now and I hope with this information, we can get something useful that we acn apply in our life.Thank You..

Let me share an article about Converse One Star and Curt Cobain.

For years, Converse was the official sneaker for rock and a grungy pair could almost always be found on the feet of the late Kurt Cobain. Cobain loved his Converse sneakers that he was even wearing them when he tragically took his life.

Now Converse has given Kurt Cobain his own signature collection of shoes. Now available and shipping worldwide at Converse.com, Converse is currently producing a limited-edition series of Kurt Cobain footwear as part of the company’s 100th anniversary sales campaign.

Some Cobain fans give bad responses for this Converse release. As they said the stuff and drawings on the shoes was published in books already.

But I don’t know if this release will be officially launch in Malaysia.. If it'll not, we also can get it at Converse.com.

today i have read short story about mothers love from internet at www.indianchild.com..it was very nice and touching one and i like to share it with all of you..
one day,the boy asked his mom why she was crying, the mom said because she was a woman. His mom hug him and said that one day he never will but its ok.
later,he asked his father why his mom crying, his father answered that all women cry for no reason.
the little boy now grew up and become men and he still wondering why women cry...
then he put in call god and asked why..
god answered..
"When I made woman,
I decided she had to be special.
I made her shoulders
strong enough to carry
the weight of the world, yet,
made her arms gentle enough to give comfort...

I gave her the inner strength
to endure childbirth
and the rejection
that many times will come
even from her own children.

I gave her a hardness
that allows her
to keep going and take care
of her family and friends,
even when everyone else gives up, through sickness and fatigue without
complaining....
now..he know why the woman cry...
the moral of this story is,
mother really love us under any and all circumstances.Even when we hurt her badly..
mother is special, she may still cry,u will have made her heart feel good..

hi..

i don't really to read newspaper but this i so lone it to read and also want share with you all.

it is about besides its ability to control cholesterol, omega-6 is also beneficial for maintaining healthy bones, among other things. YAM CHER SENG writes.

THE benefits associated with omega-6 have been recently overshadowed by the abundance of research on another group of EFAs, omega-3. Omega-6 is just as important in promoting human health. Like omega-3, omega-6 essential fatty acids are not manufactured by the body and thus we need to get them from our diet. Omega-6 EFAs are found in corn and soya bean oil, raw nuts, seeds, legumes, borage oil, evening primrose oil and other plant oils.

Omega-6 EFAs are important because they are the starting materials for other important metabolites such as gamma linolenic acids (GLA), prostaglandins and tromboxanes. The human body can make GLA out of linoleic acid that occurs in nature such as those found in evening primrose oil. It is important to note that commodity vegetable oils, although high in omega-6, show distinct differences with natural omega-6 from plant oils.

Experts indicated that commodity vegetable oils are usually highly refined at extreme temperatures, which could damage the unsaturated fatty acids and also strip the oils of other beneficial nutrients, such as vitamin E.

According to a paper published by the Endocrine Society in 2006, omega-6 exerts cardio-protective activities and remains one of the most potent cholesterol-lowering nutrients. In January 2008, the American Heart Association (AHA) said heart disease death rates in the United States dropped 26 per cent from 1999 to 2005 due to lower cholesterol levels and a reduction of saturated fats, trans-fats and partially hydrogenated oils in the diet.
The popularity of “heart-healthy” buttery blends, which are an assembly of oils with relatively high omega-6 content, is another indication of omega-6 ability to control cholesterol.

Previously, it was believed that everyone could make their own GLA from linoleic acid. Now, we have learned that GLA is not being adequately formed in many people, resulting in many health symptoms such as hair loss, painful and swollen joints, dry and scaly skin, irritability, lethargy, infertility, infections, liver problems and poor tissue structure.

Factors that may interfere with GLA production, which is needed for the production of prostanglandins are:

1. A diet high in trans-fatty acids and saturated fats

2. Nutrient deficiencies such as vitamin B6, zinc and magnesium

3. Alcoholism

4. Radiation

5. Cholesterol

6. Old age

7. Chemical carcinogens

8. Certain conditions such as atopic eczema and diabetes

Besides lowering cholesterol, studies show that a mixture of evening primrose oil (containing GLA) and fish oil in the ratio of 4:1 can help the body absorb calcium more effectively. This combination increases the absorption of calcium that is already present in the diet, reduce the loss of calcium deposited in the bones and ultimately increasing their strength.

Studies also show that supplementation of evening primrose oil helps reduce calcium excretion through the urine in diabetic rats. This suggests that diabetic patients who are at higher risk of developing osteoporosis due to increase in calcium excretion in the urine, may benefit from evening primrose oil (a rich source of GLA) supplementation.

Menopausal women may run a higher risk of getting osteoporosis due to the lack of hormone oestrogens, which plays a role in maintaining healthy bone. Evening primrose oil will be of benefit when supplemented into the diet to further improve bone status.

Recent studies on weight-loss management and certain types of cancer could potentially bring this nutrient out of the shadows. Additionally, as consumers turn to cosmeceutical solutions to prevent ageing and address skin conditions, GLA could be the next hot supplement in the natural beauty sector.

hi again...happy fasting..

As a girl of course i like a makeup..hehehe not really just a lipstick. So i want share some lipstick facts.

IMAGINE if the feminists had won over all women with their call not to wear lipstick.

But colouring the lips remains popular until today, the most convenient form of make-up to apply while on the go.

An article from London’s The Independent written nine years ago, reads: “In the 17th century the church denounced lip painting as altering God’s most precious gift and in 1770 (British) Parliament passed a law condemning lipstick as connected with witchcraft, but nothing would deter women from using colour to beautify their faces.

Heavy makeup was not considered socially acceptable in Britain in the 19th century, and towards the 1850s reports were being published warning women of the dangers of using lead and vermillion in cosmetics applied to the face.”
As if to defy that warning, at the end of the 19th century, Guerlain came up with the first lip rouge sold commercially and it resulted in lipstick being mass-produced by the early 20th century.

Following which, Max Factor created lip gloss for screen stars by the late 1920s. Then around the late 1990s non-stain lipsticks were created and women no longer worried about staining white shirts. Both his and hers, ahem!

Today, a statistics report shows that close to a hundred million American women will never leave their house with their lips unpainted. An indication of lipstick’s vital role in a woman’s life, no doubt.

Lipsticks have become more sophisticated, even helping shield lips “from the long-term aging effects of UVA rays”. At least this is what Clinique promises with its High Impact Lip Colour with SPF 15. Or Clarins’ Joli Rouge lipstick range that contains mango butter said to “cover lips with a lightweight film that is rich in protective fatty acids”, thus reducing lines on the lips. Now that definitely is progress.

Yes, the lipstick has come a long way, baby. Gone are the days in ancient China when it is merely about dabbing moist lips onto red rice paper to stain. Or in Europe of long ago when they used plants or minerals for similar purposes. With the help of technology, research and very clever scientists, a spectrum of colours has become available.

Inevitably, the traditional red has repeatedly come back into the fashion scene despite its temporary absence after the death of Marilyn Monroe.

Red, as you’d know, symbolises power. Apparently, this was exactly why many women in the 1920s used red lipstick as a symbol of their liberation or “newfound power and voice”.

Here, the tastes of the young vary, dictated by fashion. From pale colourless gloss to deep earth tones, there isn’t a hue that can’t complement the dusky or kuning langsat skin tones of our people.

Women between 60 and 70 years of age believe lip colours should be visible and therefore, brilliant pinks, effulgent oranges and yes, traffic-stopping reds remain their favourites, no matter what fashion dictates.

Still, red of any shade is the most dazzling on almost any skin colour. Unsurprising, really. It is the colour meant to stain lips and hypnotise.

Clinique, usually subtle and understated, included a red shade in their High Impact lip colour with SPF 15. No matter what the occasion, a traffic-stopping red never fails to make heads turn.

So guys when you want give something for your girl you can give lipstick huhu..

have a nice weekend..

here i want to share about Bad Effects of Smoking Cigarettes especially for smoker.

Men who smoked one pack of cigarettes a day for five years were 15 percent more likely to develop clogging in the arteries that serve the penis, a situation that can cause impotence. In addition, heavy smoking decreases sexual capability by damaging the tiny blood vessels in the penis. The use of marijuana and cocaine also can result in impotence. Alcohol not only affects sexual function, but also helps set the stage for a heart attack and other dangerous conditions.

I love to play musical instrument especially guitar. There are many type of guitars and today I want to share about history of acoustic guitar.

The guitar is an ancient
instrument, whose history is over 4000 years. Many theories have been advanced about the instrument's ancestry. It has often been claimed that the guitar is a development of the lute, or even of the ancient Greek kithara. Dr. Michael Kasha in the 1960's defines guitar as havin "a long, fretted neck, flat wooden soundboards, ribs, and a flat back, most often with incurved sides.

Guitar in its early age only have four strings. But during the beginning of Renaissance, guitar startly to change. The five-course guitarra battente (left) first appeared in Italy at around the same time, and gradually replaced the four-course instrument. The standard tuning had already settled at A, D, G, B, E, like the top five strings of the modern guitar.

The six strings guitar took ita present formwhen the Spanish maker Antonio Torres increased the size of the body, altered its proportions, and introduced the revolutionary "fan" top bracing pattern, in around 1850. His design radically improved the volume, tone and projection of the instrument, and very soon became the accepted construction standard. It has remained essentially unchanged, and unchallenged, to this day.

That all from me.Thank you.

Assalamualaikum and very good day to everyone.

Today i have read about tips to quit smoking. Here i want to share 8 tips to quit smoking.

Generally People smoke for pleasure, for ritualistic or social purposes, or for self-medication, as well as to satisfy a physiological dependence on nicotine. Everyone knows that smoking is injurious to health. The main health risks in tobacco pertain to diseases of the cardiovascular system, in particular myocardial infarction (heart attack), diseases of the respiratory tract such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), asthma, emphysema, and cancer, particularly lung cancer and cancers of the larynx and tongue.

So if you are smoker this article is for you. I guarantee if you follow these below-mentioned tips, you will definitely be able to quit smoking.

1. First of all decide that “I have to quit smoking at any cost.”The most important thing for quitting is your faith, your confidence and determination.

2. Prepare a big list of advantages (long life, better health, happy family, money saving etc.) of quitting smoking and always keep in your pocket, whenever you fill to light the cigarette, read that list once again. Also prepare another list of disadvantages of smoking and keep it into another pocket. Both lists will always stop you from smoking cigarette.

3. Inform all your friends and family members that you are going to quit smoking. Especially request all your smoker friends not to smoke in front of you. I am confident your family and friends will gladly support your decision to quit smoking. Also talk with your doctor about quitting. Support and guidance from a physician is also very important for successful quit. Believe me, if you find any other smoker who is going to quit, then this job will become very easier for you. So find some another smoker who is trying to quit, and help each other with discussing advantages of quitting smoking and disadvantages of smoking.

4. Now set a date for quit. Remove all the traces of cigarettes from you room, office, car etc. Celebrate your last cigarette and I will suggest you to smoke that brand which you don’t like.

5. Always try to spend your maximum time in non-smoking zone. Ignore your smoker friends. If someone is smoking in front of you then request him not to do so and explain him you decision and suggest him to quit also.

6. Follow good health habits, like regular morning walk, breathing fresh air, drinking lots of water, eating fresh fruits and vegetables etc. Try to avoid alcohol, coffee, and other beverages that you associate with cigarette smoking.

7. (NRT)Nicotine replacement therapy, such as nicotine patches or chewing gum, may be a good idea for those who smoke heavily or who feel they may need the extra help. There are also medicines available on prescription for which you have to talk to your doctor.

8. If you find you are losing motivation to quit, remind yourself of the many medical and financial benefits of quitting, check your pockets for disadvantages of smoking. Imagine the face of your child, wife and other family members. What will be the impact if you again start smoking?

Believe me if you think like this you’ll never light the cigarette again.

greetings..

nothing but me again..let's talk about musical instrument..i bet everyone of you love music right..and i bet the boys really can play the guitar well..

but today,i am utterly not in the mood of talking about guitar, but i prefer to talk about piano which i really hope i'll get chance to get my hand of it..

here's something i found on my reading at "en.wikipedia.org/wiki/piano"

The piano is a musical instrument played by means of a keyboard that produces sound by striking steel strings with felt hammers. The hammers immediately rebound allowing the strings to continue vibrating at their resonant frequency.[1] These vibrations are transmitted through a bridge to a soundboard that amplifies them.

The piano is widely used in Western music for solo performance, ensemble use, chamber music, and accompaniment. It is also very popular as an aid to composing and rehearsal. Although not portable and often expensive, the piano's versatility and ubiquity have made it one of the most familiar musical instruments. It is sometimes classified as both a percussion and a stringed instrument. According to the Hornbostel-Sachs method of music classification, it is grouped with Chordophones.

The word piano is a shortened form of the word pianoforte, which is seldom used except in formal language and derived from the original Italian name for the instrument, clavicembalo [or gravicembalo] col piano e forte (literally harpsichord with soft and loud). This refers to the instrument's responsiveness to keyboard touch, which allows the pianist to produce notes at different dynamic levels by controlling the speed with which the hammers hit the strings.

and this is where piano came from...

Like many other inventions, the piano was founded on earlier technological innovations. The first string instruments with struck strings were the hammered dulcimers originating from the Persian traditional musical instrument santur.[2] During the Middle Ages, there were several attempts at creating stringed keyboard instruments with struck strings,[3] the earliest being the hurdy gurdy which has uncertain origins.[4] By the 17th century, the mechanisms of keyboard instruments such as the clavichord and the harpsichord were well known. In a clavichord the strings are struck by tangents, while in a harpsichord they are plucked by quills. Centuries of work on the mechanism of the harpsichord in particular had shown the most effective ways to construct the case, soundboard, bridge, and keyboard.

The invention of the modern piano is credited to Bartolomeo Cristofori of Padua, Italy, who was employed by Prince Ferdinand de Medici as the Keeper of the Instruments. He was an expert harpsichord maker and was well acquainted with the previous body of knowledge on stringed keyboard instruments. It is not known exactly when Cristofori first built a piano. An inventory made by his employers, the Medici family, indicates the existence of a piano by the year 1700; another document of doubtful authenticity indicates a date of 1698.[citation needed] The three Cristofori pianos that survive today date from the 1720s.[citation needed]

Cristofori's great success was in solving, without any prior example, the fundamental mechanical problem of piano design: the hammer must strike the string, but not remain in contact with it (as a tangent remains in contact with a clavichord string) because this would damp the sound. Moreover, the hammer must return to its rest position without bouncing violently, and it must be possible to repeat a note rapidly. Cristofori's piano action served as a model for the many different approaches to piano actions that followed. While Cristofori's early instruments were made with thin strings and were much quieter than the modern piano, compared to the clavichord (the only previous keyboard instrument capable of minutely controlled dynamic nuance through the keyboard) they were considerably louder and had more sustaining power.

Cristofori's new instrument remained relatively unknown until an Italian writer, Scipione Maffei, wrote an enthusiastic article about it (1711), including a diagram of the mechanism. This article was widely distributed, and most of the next generation of piano builders started their work because of reading it. One of these builders was Gottfried Silbermann, better known as an organ builder. Silbermann's pianos were virtually direct copies of Cristofori's, with one important addition: Silbermann invented the forerunner of the modern damper pedal, which lifts all the dampers from the strings at once.

Silbermann showed Johann Sebastian Bach one of his early instruments in the 1730s, but Bach did not like it at that time, claiming that the higher notes were too soft to allow a full dynamic range. Although this earned him some animosity from Silbermann, the criticism was apparently heeded. Bach did approve of a later instrument he saw in 1747, and even served as an agent in selling Silbermann's pianos.[citation needed]

Piano making flourished during the late 18th century in the Viennese school, which included Johann Andreas Stein (who worked in Augsburg, Germany) and the Viennese makers Nannette Streicher (daughter of Johann Andreas Stein) and Anton Walter. Viennese-style pianos were built with wood frames, two strings per note, and had leather-covered hammers. Some of these Viennese pianos had the opposite coloring of modern-day pianos; the natural keys were black and the accidental keys white.[5] It was for such instruments that Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart composed his concertos and sonatas, and replicas of them are built today for use in authentic-instrument performance of his music. The pianos of Mozart's day had a softer, clearer tone than today's pianos or English pianos, with less sustaining power. The term fortepiano is nowadays often used to distinguish the 18th-century instrument from later pianos.

that's all.

thank you..

today i have read an article about are there have differences between men and women from www.cerebromente.com and the writter is Renote M.E Sabbatini,PHD
Physically,we can see the differences between men and women, everyone know that.but aside physical appereance, scientist proved that it also have a differences on way the brains men and women process language, information, emotion and cognition
The "father" of sociobiology, Edward O. Wilson, aid that human females tend to be higher than males in empathy, verbal skills, social skills and security-seeking, among other things, while men tend to be higher in independence, dominance, spatial and mathematical skills, rank-related aggression, and other characteristics.
On the other hand, women are better than men in human relations, recognizing emotional overtones in others and in language, emotional and artistic expressiveness, esthetic appreciation, verbal language and carrying out detailed and pre-planned tasks. For example, women generally can recall lists of words or paragraphs of text better than men
One of the most interesting differences appear in the way men and women estimate time, judge speed of things, carry out mental mathematical calculations, orient in space and visualize objects in three dimensions, etc. In all these tasks, women and men are strikingly different, as they are too in the way their brains process language.
as a concluson...we are God creation and still same in any circumtances.Women and men, both of them have their own weakness and strengh..
thats all from me..

Today I have read an article about bad breath and I like to share about it.

Bad breath also known as halitosis. Halitosis is the result of the action taken by bacteria that live in your mouth, tongue, and tonsils. It was once suggested that one of the causes of bad breath is Helicobacter Pylori, the organism that causes stomach ulcers and ulcers in the duodenum.

Although there was a research that have been done, there is no firm proof that Helicobacter pylori is responsible for the unpleasant smell on the breath.

On rare occasion, a condition other than stomach bacteria that cause bad breath seems to come from lower down in our body. There are some illnesses like cancers that can cause our breath to have an odd smell. Liver or kidney disease can cause unpleasant stomach breath. It is true then that bad breath could be a sign of other serious problem.

If you notice an unpleasant and persistent smell from your breath that is not associated with the food or medications that you have taken, you should consult your doctor for a professional opinion. Do not try to ignore it or treat it by using bad breath products. And, if your concerns are still about stomach bacteria that cause bad breath, or if you think that you have other health problems, these should be discussed with your doctor, as well.

Thnak You.

Other than that, by doing our prayer, we can make our mind feel relax and we also can release our tension just by doing our prayer. So, if we pray we can became a good better person and we will be discipline from doing something bad. By just doing our prayer we will always think twice before doing something because we will scare to do something bad because we know Allah S.W.T. will know everything we do.

Assalamualaikum...

Recently, i have read an article about motorcycle.Overall, the article is about spot bike.It can generally be grouped into several different classes, each containing unique features to that class.

First group is entry-level. Entry-level sport bikes are motorcycles that are meant to introduce motorcyclists to the sport bike design. They are relatively inexpensive, lightweight, and durable. There are minimal to no fairings installed to cut down on cost and maintenance if the motorcycle were to be dropped. Although capable of more power, the engines are usually detuned for longevity and durability. Entry level sport bikes can usually accommodate riders of all heights and weights.

Second group is small capacity.Small capacity sport bikes are typically of engine sizes ranging from 125 cc (7.6 cu in) to 400 cc (24.4 cu in), but are also produced in as little as 50 cc.Small capacity sport bikes are available in both 2-stroke and 4-stroke cycles.

Third is super sport.Super sport bikes (also known as middleweight sport bikes) are sharply focused for optimal performance on a race track. They are generally built around a high revving, small displacement power plant that is usually sized around 600 cc (36.6 cu in) to 800 cc (48.8 cu in). Most super sport bikes will carry a wet weight between 375 lb (170 kg) to 450 lb (204 kg) and produce around 130 bhp (97 kW). Because of how strongly focused super sport bikes are on race track performance, riders with heights of 5 ft 2 in and below will generally find trouble being able to flatfoot (the placement of both feet completely flat on the ground while sitting on a motorcycle) these types of sport bikes. In turn, taller riders and heavier riders may find the rider ergonomics in the default position to be cramped and uncomfortable.

Fourth is super bike.uper bikes are large displacement super sport bikes. They have characteristics similar to the smaller super sport bikes which are mainly focused on race track performance, but are powered by larger engines that are usually sized around 800 cc (48.8 cu in) to 1,200 cc (73.2 cu in). A typical super bike will carry a wet weight between 400 lb (181 kg) to 480 lb (218 kg) and can produce 180 bhp (134 kW). Super bikes with a displacement very close to 1,000 cc (61.0 cu in) are sometimes referred to as liter bikes as the engine displaces approximately one liter. Motorcycles in this class are usually eligible to participate in Superbike racing.

Lastly is hyper bike. Hyper sport bikes are very large displacement sport bikes with a strong emphasis on top speed and acceleration. They typically are powered by motors displacing 1,100 cc (67.1 cu in) to 1,400 cc (85.4 cu in). Hyper sport bikes are bigger and heavier than super bikes with wet weights generally being close to 500 lb (227 kg). The increased weight compromises race track capabilities in favor of stability at very high speeds that can exceed 180 mph (290 km/h). This compromise also allows manufacturers to design much more comfortable rider ergonomics.

That all...thank you

Hai everyone...

i would like to share about the World's Amazing Islands. One of the islands is The Palm Islands in Dubai. This islands is the three largest artificial islands in the worlds.

this time i would like to share about the effects of smoking to our body.

first is to our respiratory system. it can make irritation of the trachea, reduced lung function and breathlessness, increased risk of lung infection and symptoms such as coughing and wheezing and permanent damage to the air sacs of the lungs.

second is to our circulatory system. it can raised blood pressure and heart rate, less oxygen carried by the blood, reduced blood flow to extremities like fingers and toes and increased risk of stroke and heart attack due to blockages of the blood supply.

third is to our immune system. it can make the immune system doesn’t work as well, the person is more prone to infections such as pneumonia and influenza and it takes longer to get over an illness.

Many of the 4,000 chemicals in tobacco smoke are chemically active and trigger profound and potentially fatal changes in the body. Smoking harms nearly every organ in the body. so that, we must take care of our body to make sure we always healthy.

i would like to share about food. food in Kelantan.Kelantan food will never be complete without the mention of nasi kerabu, nasi dagang and nasi berlauk, ayam percik. yum..yum..

ayam percik, a favourite with locals and visitors alike, this barbecued chicken is marinated with a rich, spicy coconut gravy.

Food stalls and restaurant abound in Kota Bharu and other larger towns, and hawkers selling snacks can be found along every road. Kota Bharu's Chinatown, located at the junction of Jalan Padang Garang and Jalan Pengkalan Chepa has fine traditional Chinese noodle dishes, among others.

Outdoor dining at food stalls is something not to be missed in Malaysia, and visitors to Kota Bharu must try the food stalls at Padang Bas in the town centre, which serves traditional fare from 6pm to midnight.

so, you should visit Kelantan.

i would like to share about The Friendster Effects.

Social networking websites like MySpace, Flickr and Friendster are more popular than ever. But are they a valid tool for progressive political change?

Still, the sites are ostensibly democratic: Everyone who joins them can have their say. And it makes sense that groups with limited resources would be drawn to them: The sites are free to join, and it takes just a few clicks to post a profile.

A recap for those who aren't sure how it works: Anyone who has a profile can invite other users -- or, in this case, organizations -- to become a "friend." If the organization accepts, its picture will appear on the user's homepage, linking the two profiles to one another. MySpace allows users to create their own web pages with pictures, blog templates, and audio and video streaming capabilities, making the site particularly popular with musicians and bands.

Friendster says its users are between 16 and 35. And, though popular opinion claims MySpace skews younger and hipper, the site says its users are between 18 and 34. The former "gave us great access to young folks in particular, folks who are self-selected, the kind who would be interested in what we were offering," notes Sharif Corinaldi, the coordinator of progressive nonprofit Swing the State.

can see how it's effective for smaller organization that don't have the resources for their own websites.

thank you...

hye®!!

recently i have read an article about ''laughter''..
did you know laughter reduces the level of stress hormones like cortisol, epinephrine(adrenaline), dopamine and growth hormone. It also increases the level of health-enhancing hormones like endorphins and neurotransmitters.Laughter increases the number of antibody-producing cells and enhances the effectiveness of T cells.all this means a stronger immune system, as well as fewer physical effect of stress.
-physical release: have you ever felt like you "have to laugh or i'll cry"?Have you experienced the cleansed feeling after a good laugh?
laughter provides a physical and emotional release.
-Internal Workout: a good belly laugh exercise the diaphragm, contracts the abs and even works out the shoulders, leaving muscles more relaxed afterward.it even provides a good workout for the heart.
-Distraction: Laughter brings the focus away from anger, guilt, stress and negative emotions in a more beneficial way than other mere distractions.
How To Use Laughter:
Laughter is one of my all-time favorite stress management strategies because it's free, convenient, and beneficial in so many ways. You can get more laughter in your life with the following strategies:

T.V. and Movies: There's no shortage of laughter opportunities from the entertainment, both at the theater and in the aisles of the video stores, as well as at home with T.V. comedies. While wasting your time watching something marginally funny may actually frustrate you, watching truly hilarious movies and shows is an easy way to get laughter into your life whenever you need it.

Laugh With Friends and TEACHER: Going to a movie or comedy club with friends is a great way to get more laughter in your life. The contagious effects of laughter may mean you'll laugh more than you otherwise would have during the show, plus you'll have jokes to reference at later times. Having friends over for a party or game night is also a great setup for laughter and other good feelings.

Find Humor In Your Life: Instead of complaining about life's frustrations, try to laugh about them. If something is so frustrating or depressing it's ridiculous, realize that you could 'look back on it and laugh.' Think of how it will sound as a story you could tell to your friends, and then see if you can laugh about it now. With this attitude, you may also find yourself being more lighthearted and silly, giving yourself and those around you more to laugh about. Approach life in a more mirthful way and you'll find you're less stressed about negative events, and you'll achieve the health benefits of laughter. (See this article on maintaining a sense of humor.

'Fake It Until You Make It': Just as studies show the positive effects of smiling occur whether the smile is fake or real, faked laughter also provides the benefits mentioned above. So smile more, and fake laughter; you'll still achieve positive effects, and the fake merriment may lead to real smiles and laughter.

More on Having Fun: See these additional suggestions on laughing more and having fun in your life...

hehehe... thats why i like laugh...
huahahahaha...

that's all from me

hello everyone...
like chocolate??
hurm... i like chocolate so much..
nyum..nyum...

let me to tell you a bit of the chocolate information...

*Dark Chocolate*
Dark chocolate without milk as an additive is also called plain chocolate. The US Government calls this sweet chocolate, and requires a 15% concentration of chocolate liquor. European rules specify a minimum of 35% cocoa solids.

Dark Chocolate is the healthiest type of chocolate. Dark chocolate has ingredients that lower blood pressure and fight disease, but white chocolate and milk chocolate don't, studies show. It is a potent antioxidant. Antioxidants remove free radicals which are destructive molecules that are implicated in heart disease and other illnesses.

It is the cocoa phenols in the dark chocolate that have been shown to reduce blood pressure. European chocolates typically have greater concentrations of cocoa phenols than those from the United States.

However the addition of milk to create milk chocolate or white chocolate may interfere with the absorption of antioxidants. So if you want to be as healthy as possible when eating chocolate then eat dark chocolate!

*White Chocolate*
White chocolate is a confection based on cocoa butter, milk and sugar. It has no cocoa solids and therefore it is not strictly chocolate. Cocoa butter is the fat from cocoa beans, extracted during the process of making chocolate, it has very little chocolate flavour. The cocoa solids or chocolate liquor, which is not found in white chocolate, is produced by grinding the cocoa nib to a smooth liquid state, hense the name chocolate liquor.

White chocolate has a creamy consistency and taste and should be ivory-coloured. However it lacks flavour because it contains no chocolate liquor which gives chocolate the bitter intense chocolate flavour. Therefore it is not normally used in cooking unless to complement plain chocolate. It can also be used as an alternative to dark and milk chocolate for decoration purposes.

White chocolate is a delicate chocolate and must be melted over a very low heat to prevent it from scorching.

thats all...

Today, i would likes to share with all of you about what i have read in article recently. It is about GPRS.

General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) is a packet oriented Mobile Data Service available to users of Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) and IS-136 mobile phones. It provides data rates from 56 up to 114 kbit/s.
GPRS can be used for services such as Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) access, Short Message Service (SMS), Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS), and for Internet communication services such as email and World Wide Web access. GPRS data transfer is typically charged per megabyte of traffic transferred, while data communication via traditional circuit switching is billed per minute of connection time, independent of whether the user actually is using the capacity or is in an idle state. GPRS is a best-effort packet switched service, as opposed to circuit switching, where a certain Quality of Service (QoS) is guaranteed during the connection for non-mobile users.
2G cellular systems combined with GPRS are often described as "2.5G", that is, a technology between the second (2G) and third (3G) generations of mobile telephony. It provides moderate speed data transfer, by using unused Time division multiple access (TDMA) channels in, for example, the GSM system. Originally there was some thought to extend GPRS to cover other standards, but instead those networks are being converted to use the GSM standard, so that GSM is the only kind of network where GPRS is in use. GPRS is integrated into GSM Release 97 and newer releases. It was originally standardized by European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI), but now by the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP).

hi..

today i want to talk about cigarette..

A cigarette is a product consumed through smoking and manufactured out of cured and finely cut tobacco leaves and reconstituted tobacco, often combined with other additives, then rolled or stuffed into a paper-wrapped cylinder. The cigarette is ignited at one end and allowed to smoulder for the purpose of inhalation of its smoke from the other end, which is inserted in the mouth. They are sometimes smoked with a cigarette holder. The term cigarette, as commonly used, refers to a tobacco cigarette but can apply to similar devices containing other herbs, such as cannabis. But, smoking habits are bad. It's very useless because it's like you burn your money. So, don't smoke...it's bad for your healthy..=p
