Assalamualaikum.....

*Firstly, i think it is not too late for me to wish all of you "Selamat berpuasa"....Fasting is good for your health, so for those who want to get an ideal body this is your chance to look good on the "HAri Raya".So, leave all the silly diet and start a healthier life.It is not too late to start over.Just remember this, every thousand steps, it begins with a single steps.So there i just be in the topic that i want to share with all you guys, diet.

*I have read it in one magazines called "Remaja" , it tolds that every women ecspcially did not live in the healthier life.Why they said like that??It is because they are too obsess about their body and let their body suffer. All of this happen becauase they did not take a healthier food and enough vitamin for their body.....

*So my advice for all the women out there love your body and eat well.But for those who want to get an ideal body just grab this oppotunity to do so.Fasting month is a month for all people to give a break to their stomach after a year working with no off day.I bet you will get your an ideal body at the end of this month if you take care of your meal and fasting full for 30 days.
EMmmmmmm, i think thats it....If you not try, you will never know.....so, good luck!!! ('',)

hi everyone!!!
first of all, thanks GOD because of giving this chance, meeting Ramadhan for the 19th year..I always wonder if I will be given this opportunity for the next year...maybe yes or maybe not..

Well, I would like to share some usefull information about fasting.
Fasting is a process of eating nothing for a period of time.
It can clear toxins in our body,
in order to maintain our optimum health. Besides that, fasting is also a weight loss program and it is important for certain people especially ladies. It gives our body a break from digestion and allows the elimination of toxins which cause diseases. It helps a lot for person with rheumatoid arthritis, migraine headache and type of skin diseases. Some people think that fasting depletes the body of important nutrients, essential minerals and many other things.
So, fasting is the best training for our body and it is good if we could discovered the benefits of it...
That's all for now...

assalammualaikum,

i wish 'Selamat Berpuasa' to all of you. i hope that this ramadhan have a lot of barakah to all of you.
today, i want to share the article that i read in iluvislam websiite. This website are interesthing to me and i can get many new knowledge from that.
This article about the 3 question asked by the young man to the muclim scholar. The young man who went overseas to study for quite a long time.When he returned,he asked his parents to find him a religious scholar or any expert who could answer his question.

"I have 3 questions,"

1. Does God exist? If so, show me His shape.
2. What is fate(takdir)?
3. If syaitan(devil) was created from fire, why at the end he will be thrown to hell that is also created from fire. Did God not think of it this far?

Suddenly, the scholar slapped the young man's face very hard. The young man, who was shocked and hurt by the slap became confused.
"Why are you angry a me?"
"I am not angry. The slap is my answer to your 3 questions."

"I really don' understand," the young man said. He was really confused.
The scholar began to explain. " How didi you feel after I slapped you?"
"Of course, i felt the pain!"

"So, do you believe the pain exist?"
"Yes"
"Now show me the shape of pain!"
"I can't"
"That is my 1st answer. All of us feel God's existence without being able to see His shape."

"Last night, did you dream that you will be slapped by me?"
"No."
"Did you ever think that you will get a slap from me, today?"
"No."
"That's takdir.....My hand that I used to slap you, what is it creted from?
"It's created from flesh."

"How about your face, what is it created from?"
"Flesh as well !"
"How did you feel after I slapped you?"
"In pain."
"Even though syaitan(devil) and hell-fire were created from fire, if Allah wants, insyaAllah the hell-fire will become a very painful place for syaitan."

The wise scholar had answered all 3 tough questions by one slap. ^_^

so everyone, i hope we get the moral of the story from this article. In this month,ramadhan a lot of 'pahala' can we get easily. So don't waste your time to do nothing that benefit to you...

assalamualaikum..

First of all I would like to wish Happy Ramadhan to all of u..

I have read about terawih prayer that we can do only in this special month,Ramadhan..

For me, we will be the lost person if we not take this chance..

What is the meaning of terawih prayer?

Special evening prayer performed during Ramadan. It is performed after the isha (night) prayer. It can be performed at home, alone or in congregation, or at a mosque. That's it..

Terawih is usually prayed in pairs of two and can be prayed in any amount of pairs, although eight or 20 pairs is the general practice among Muslims.
Prophet Muhammad regarded the terawih prayer as a means of forgiveness of sins. He said, “The one who observes the terawih prayer at night during Ramadan with complete faith and devotion only for the sake of the recompense of the hereafter will have all of his previous sins forgiven by God.”

So,lets take this precious chance..
Are you sure this chance will come again next year?

Think of it!!

Let's go together to seek God's blessing..;p

Hello everyone! I am sure that it is not too late for me to wish happy fasting to all of you..

Here I want to share something that I think can motivate ourselves..I hope so..I've read an article from Berita Harian online..

It says that there are five ways how we can maintain ourselves to be in good way of life as a muslim..

First,we should always maintain our determination and do more 'ibadat' to get Allah's bless..Second,we should be sincere in doing 'ibadat' because of Allah..Third,always prevent ourselves from sins..Fourth,always apologize for mistakes that we've done whether we realized or not..And last but not least we as a muslim should always pray for Allah's bless in this world and hereafter..

It is all depends on us..
Let's motivate ourselves to be better than yesterday..

*camat brtrawikh*
*peace*

Hye everyone!!

This month, I have wish many person happy birthday ..me myself, my sister, my beloved father, my cousin and a few of my friend include handsome guy from c13,dark-us..hehe..

Actually, birthday is a day that is very special for someone..

No need to give a present, just wishes are enough to show that we are remember about it..

Wishes is better than give present..
But, present although just a small and cheap thing, the person that receive it will remember and appreciate it forever..

Believe me..

Wish and simple present...
And you will be the greatest person in someone life..('_~)

Me again??

today,i want to share about the brochure that had i read yesterday..
ii is about ANEMIA..
what is anemia??
anemia is a condition characterized by:
-a reduction in red blood cell count,
-a reduction in the concentration of hemoglobin.
For your information,anemia is not a disease,but it is a manifestation of various disease and pathologic condition.
Anemia can couse by:
-nutritional iron deficiency,an element essential for the formation of haemoglobin
-chronic blood loss such as menstruation,surgery or from bleeding ulcer
-abnormal red cells such as in Thalassaemias
-inability of the body to absorb vitamin B12 which is essential for the maturation of red cells.
-destruction ofred cell(hemolysis)
due to alergic type reaction to bacterial toxins and drugs.
-chronic disease such as Kidney Failure
-recent or current infections and chronic inflammation.
Did you know that anemia over a long period can couse you to have problems with your heart??
So we should start to take more food that is rich in iron content from now to prevent anemia!!
Thefoodthat contain more iron is such as cornflakes,walnut,tauhu,spinach,kangkong & many more..
oh!!
some good tips here,tea may reduce the absorption of iron from food,so it may be best to only drink tea between meals!!
and to help your body to absorb more iron,justtake more vitamin C by taking juice with meal..
Simple right??!
you can have a Blood Test to tell if you are anemia..

I am moody 2day! :(

but my comments as usual.

lot of work to do.
i'll get high-blood pressure if i always in this environment!

throw out the pressure and stress far away!!

as I said in my comment b4 (dun know la if I said @ not b4) nobody can go through easily in their life. no one success in their 1st try. myB try 4 2nd @ 3rd @ hundred times to achieve their success.

the experience from Miss Marziah, my friends and also myself, I can conclude that everyone can achieve their own success.

like thomas edison, bill gates, and albert einsten, all of them not the successful person at earlier but their attitude and encourage in their field, can drove them to achieve their success.

so, have you all dream your sucess?

think bout it!! ^_^

hi everyone!!

I have something to share with you about the outer space or we called SPACE...
I found an article about it and it's sound interesting for me...

The outer space has no friction, allowing stars, planets and moons to move freely along gravitational trajectories. I agree with this statement because it is the same as I'd learned during my secondary school.

Besides that, the outer space is also called a perfect vacuum. The deep vacuum could make it an attractive environment for certain industrial processes.

That's all for now...

lets talk about aspirin...
what is aspirin??
aspirin have been used as pain and fever reducers.
its can prevent strokes and heart attacks.
foryour information,aspirin give effects differently in women and men in a given dose. Maybe this happen because of hormons.
and also happen because women may metabolise aspirin differently than men.
Aspirin reduce heart attacks among men but not women.
It also can reduce strokes among women but gives nothing effect among men.
by this we know that both sexes gets different benefits from the aspirin therapy.
but!!
do not over dos taken this drug!!
or else,you might be get big effect in your life!!
become addicted!!

Assalammualaikum,

I want to share about the night that we call 'lailatul qadar'.
I hope all of us know about this night...
but....i really want to share the article that i read to all of u.
night of lailatulqadar is between the 10 nights that hold more rewards than the rest of our ibadah put together for a thousand years.
this is a quest for a place in the heavens.
a place fit for the prophets, the syuhada' and the most pious among all mankind.
may we be one of those who are fortunate enough to be chosen amongst them, insyaAllah.

This is the time where heavens go on SALE!
there are plenty of vacancies and choices for everybody and anybody;
regardless of age, race, wealth, gender and looks.
our chance to own a 5star accommodation without having to show a platinum visa or mastercard.

Lets book a place in the hereafter and shop wisely.
all deeds whether good or bad will be judged accordingly in the day of judgement.
now is the time to rope in the BONUS!
Find the night of lailatulqadar and empty your soul to Allah.
each night is special. therefore no one knows when it falls. so it is best to keep vigil and do plenty of solah and ibadah every night until the dawn of syawal enters the horizon.

Well,i hope we get something special from the night of lailatulqadar to improve our 'iman'.

Assalammualaikum,

Today,i want to share about the cause of obesity.
according the article that i read....
obesity causes cancer.Smoking is the most important lifestyle cause of cancer. Obesity ranks a close second.In other word, after smoking,obesity is the highest preventable cancer risk.
I think,we should know the reason why people in this country more get obesity.The important is the food that we eat.Today,many of food contain the flavour and cholestrole that effect the fat in stomach.

If you wish to avoid cancer,stop smoking and maintain a body mass index(BMI).
Next is eat 5 portions of fruit and non-starchy vegetables each day.Most of all,count your calories.
lastly is aim for 30 to 60 minutes of moderate pyhsical activity every day.

This is the some method that i read,if u all have the another method,please mention it.I hope we can do this method to maintain our weight and avoid the cancer.
That all for now.

good morning!
Here, i want to share with you my perspective towards a novel - The Da vinci Code. The writer was Dan Brown. This book was an axhilaratingly brainy thiriller. You cannot put down the book untill you finish read this. Lots of comments had been given by the people whether from the magazines, internet and also from the newspaper. And of course, i admit it.
It was the most fascinating novel i ever read! you should try this book. An informatively book. It's all about the John Langdon, a professor that is master in mystery of code that has invited to Paris by the police to settle down the investigation. Sophie Neveau, the crptologist saved him and took him out and wringle from the situation. Along the journey, they found the mystery beyond the masterpiece works by Leonardo Da Vinci.
The most facinating mystery unveiled by Dan Brown is about the PHI - all about the number 1.618. What is the connection between the number and the plot in this novel? You have to read this book!

aiii.....today i want share something to you about sore throat...
we must wonder since hari raya will come soon....
below,i want share some tips for we practice to prevent sore throat....

Home treatment is usually all that is needed for a sore throat caused by a virus. These tips may help you feel better.
• Gargle with warm salt water to help reduce swelling and relieve discomfort:
o Gargle at least once each hour with 1 tsp (5 g) of salt dissolved in 8 fl oz (237 mL) of warm water.
o If you have postnasal drip, gargle often to prevent more throat irritation.
• Prevent dehydration. Fluids may help thin secretions and soothe an irritated throat. Hot fluids, such as tea or soup, may help decrease throat irritation.
• Use a vaporizer or cool air humidifier in your bedroom.
o Warm or cool mist may help you feel more comfortable by soothing the swollen air passages. It may also relieve hoarseness. However, don't let your room become uncomfortably cold or very damp.
o Use a shallow pan of water to provide moisture in the air through evaporation if you don't have a humidifier. Place the pan in a safe location where no one will trip on it or fall into it.
• Do not smoke or use other tobacco products and avoid secondhand smoke. For more information.
• If you suspect that problems with stomach acid may be causing your sore throat.
Consider taking nonprescription medicine for your symptoms.
• Use nonprescription throat lozenges.
o Some nonprescription throat lozenges, such as Sucrets Maximum Strength or Spec-T, are safe and effective and have medication (local anesthetic) that numbs the throat to soothe pain.
o Regular cough drops may also help.
• Use a decongestant.
o Decongestants make breathing easier by shrinking swollen mucous membranes in the nose, allowing air to pass through. They also help relieve a runny nose and postnasal drip, which can cause a sore throat.
o Decongestants can be taken orally or used as decongestant nasal sprays. Oral decongestants (pills) are probably more effective and provide longer relief but may cause more side effects.
o Do not give decongestants to a child younger than 2 unless your child’s doctor has told you to. If your child’s doctor tells you to give a medicine, be sure to follow what he or she tells you to do.

so...i hope u can practice this at your home....

happy Fasting and Selamat Hari Raye...to everyone... =)

Here i want to share the article about the ways how to stop smoking..

>>for the others guys,,,check it out.. (",)

>>there are some tips to help you quit smoking....

~Identify the times you are most likely to smoke. For example, do you tend to smoke when feeling stressed? When you are out at night with friends? While you are drinking coffee or alcohol? When you are bored? While you are driving?

~Keep a diary to help you determine such risky times. Record each time you have a cigarette, including time of day and what you are doing

~Make a plan about what you will do instead of smoking at those times when you are most likely to smoke. For example, drink tea instead of coffee -- tea may not trigger the desire for a cigarette. Or, take a walk when feeling stressed.

~Let all of your friends, family, and co-workers know of your plan to stop smoking and your quit date. Just being aware that they know can be a helpful reminder and motivator.

~Before your quit date, start reducing your cigarette use, including decreasing the number and strength of the cigarettes. However, DON'T do this simply to make your diary "look good!" Get rid of all of your cigarettes just before the quit date and clean out anything that smells like smoke, such as clothes and furniture.

~~~so i hope all of you especially for guys,,please take the notes about this article..
~say no to cigarette!!!! ;)
Salam n good morning to all...
to miss Marziah,,hepi fasting n selamat ari raye..
now...i think i want to share something about fasting although Syawal are become...
~the most prominent event of this month is the fasting..Every day during the month of Ramadan, Muslims around the world get up before dawn to eat "sahur", the per-dawn meal, and perform the "tarawih" prayer.
~They have to stop eating and drinking before the call for this prayer "azan" starts, until the fourth prayer of the day, Maghrib is due.
~Muslims may continue to eat and drink after the sun has set, until the next morning's before "Subuh" time..
~Ramadan is a time of reflecting and worshiping God. Muslims are expected to put more effort into following the teachings of Islam and to avoid obscene and irreligious sights and sounds.
~Sexual thoughts and activities during fasting hours are also forbidden.Purity of both thought and action is important. The fast is intended to be an exacting act of deep personal worship in which Muslims seek a raised level of closeness to God.
~The act of fasting is said to redirect the heart away from worldly activities, its purpose being to cleanse the inner soul and free it from harm. Properly observing the fast is supposed to induce a comfortable feeling of peace and calm.
~It also allows Muslims to practice self-discipline, self-control, sacrifice, and sympathy for those who are less fortunate. It is also intended to make Muslims more generous and charitable.
The elderly, the chronically ill and the insane are exempt from fasting, although the first two groups must endeavor to feed one poor person each day that they miss fasting.
~Also exempt are pregnant women, women during the period of their menstruation, and women nursing their newborns, all of whom must make up the days they miss at a later date. While fasting is not considered compulsory in childhood, many children endeavor to complete as many fasts as possible as practice for later life.
~Lastly, those traveling are exempt, but must make up the days they miss.
~that all some article that i can share with you all....
~enjoy your Ramadhan..
n 4give me... ok?? ;)
>>it is about..the meaning of LOVE...
by Richard Garlikov..
If you are looking for love, would you recognize it if you found it?
Can you tell the difference>>>>
between love and infatuation?
Between love and attraction?
Between love and sexual desire?
Between love and friendship?
Between sex and intimacy?
Between a good relationship and one that is only pleasurable?
The Meaning of Love offers and explains a definition of love in a way that is interesting, intense, clear, logical, and meaningful. All relationships,love, friendship, dating, marriage, family, community, and professional are involve three key elements:
~Emotions => how we feel about each other
~Ethics =>how good or bad we are for each other
~Joys =>how much we satisfy or dissatisfy each other
>These determine the quality of our relationships
> The Meaning of Love explains how they interrelate, and why attraction the normally considered most important emotional element and conventional hallmark of love, is not sufficient to signify a relationship as one of love, no matter how strong or how enduring that attraction may be.
SO what do u think???
Hello n selamt ari raye to everyone(^.^)...
I want to share about the children abuse....
Physical abuse is a form of child maltreatment (a broad category of behavior that also includes sexual abuse, emotional abuse, and neglect)..
An abused child may experience one of more of the following: hitting, shaking, choking, biting, kicking, punching, burning, poisoning, suffocating, or being held underwater. Physical abuse may lead to bruises, cuts, welts, burns, fractures, internal injuries, or in the most extreme cases death.
Initial impact on children will be the immediate pain and suffering and medical problems caused by the physical injury...
Examining the long-term effects of physical abuse would provide important direction for treatment and the potential placement of children who have similar experiences in the future.
Thats all...
Hype guys...Me again (>_<)..ngeh3
Now i had done read one article,so the article that i want to share with my friends is about 'friendship'.
Friendship' is a term used to denote co-operative and supportive behavior between two or more beings. This article focuses on the notion specific to interpersonal relationships. In this sense, the term connotes a relationship which involves mutual knowledge, esteem, and affection and respect along with a degree of rendering service to friends in times of need or crisis.
Friends will welcome each other's company and exhibit loyalty towards each other, often to the point of altruism. Their tastes will usually be similar and may converge, and they will share enjoyable activities. They will also engage in mutually helping behavior, such as exchange of advice and the sharing of hardship.
A friend is someone who may often demonstrate reciprocating and reflective behaviors. Yet for many, friendship is nothing more than the trust that someone or something will not harm them.
In my opinion,this article is quite interesting and good to make our friendship become never ending because anyone has their friends and friends are important in our life.
We cannot live alone without anyone in our life.Friends is person that can help us wether we are in sad or hapiness.So, appreciated our friends now!!!
see you guys next time..daaa
Firstly, reduce the intake of fat or food with higher calories.
Second, limit your salt intake.
Third, avoid milk and dairy products(cheese,butter)
Lastly, take more fruits and vegetables in the dishes.
Hopefully, these steps might help you in order to maintain your body's health...
Assalamualaikum everyone....
This time, I want to share something which is related to Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
These are some of the events during hari raya in Malaysia...
In the morning of hari raya, Muslims will attend Eid prayer and at the same time taking the chance to meet and greet each other.
Im Malaysia, people wear traditional Malay costumes during hari raya. The men dressed 'baju melayu' while women's dressed are known as 'baju kurung' or 'baju kebaya'. Everyone looks elegant with the costumes during that day.
Normally, it is a common for Muslims in our country to visit the grave of their loved ones after performing the Eid prayer. They will clean the grave and peform 'surah' from the holy Quran.
This is done because of hoping that God will blessed their loved ones and they are spared from the punishment in the grave.
The whole day will be spent for the Muslims visiting their relatives. Hari raya is a great day for children because this the day where the adults will give them money, or called 'duit raya'.
For me, hari raya is very meaningful because this is the day where we sit together and meet each other. In another word, hari raya is an assembled day for the whole family. We laugh together and sharing so many things. Hari raya also reminds me to be a better person and appreciate everyone around me. However, the most important is hari raya is the day to be celebrated after fasting for one month. This is the winning day for all Muslims.
To all Muslims, I wish you 'Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri' and lets be a better person...
Assalamualaikum..
hye everyone!!
I think I'm the last person that will back to the village for Eid Fitr..huhu..
But just now, my brother called me and we will back home tonight..hurey!!
So, now I would talk about Balik Kampung Phenomena..
In Malaysia, the Malays living in the towns usually go back to their hometown or kampung to celebrate Aidil Fitri.
This migration from big urban cities to rural areas is known as the "Balik Kampung" phenomenon in Malaysia.
And it is so because it is always multiple the joys when celebrating the Hari Raya Puasa together with parents and siblings. Me myself can't wait to see my family again after a month and half..
I really miss them..
Happy Balik Kampung to all of you!!
See you again;)bubye..
Hye freinds and specially for miss Marziah..
First of all, I would like to wish you all Happy Eid Fitr..
hmm..
What is the special thing about this event?
Now, I would talk about open house..
After a whole month of fasting , the Muslim community around the world celebrates "Hari Raya"
with joyous family gathering. In Malaysia, the muslims celebrates with “open houses” too.
The open house or rumah terbuka tradition is unique to Malaysia and everyone from the Prime Minister down hosts open house ,especially during major festivals and celebrations like the Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year and Christmas.
During the month of Syawal, many Muslims open the doors of their homes to welcome visitors irrespective of creed, culture and position to participate in the rejoicing.
Traditional delicacies and local favourites like ketupat (rice wrapped in coconut leaves), peanut sauce and rendang (a dry spicy beef dish) are served.
My father always do open house during Syawal..
This moment, all relatives will come to our house..
Owh!!
That's really sweet moment..
I hope, this year, we will do open house again..
C13 and Miss Marziah, come to my house ok..the only person in c13 that come from Qlate..hehe..
I think I should stop here..
Salam Lebaran..;)
Hye..
We all are realy excited to celebrate Hari Raya..
But, do we know about it?
Read this..
Celebration for Hari Raya Puasa starts at least a month ahead, during the fasting period of Ramadan.
Women start to sew beautiful curtains and buy new clothes for the family. Some families also do renovation for the house so that the house would look better when the guests visit it during the festival. After fulfilling their one-month of fasting, the Muslims would be joyful to celebrate Hari Raya Puasa.
On the morning of the festival, the Muslims would wear their new clothes and go to the mosque to pray. They offer their thanks to God and after that they would ask for forgiveness from their elders. This is an important custom followed by the Muslims.
They feel that the young ones asking forgiveness from their elders is very essential. On the day, they also visit their relatives and friends to celebrate the happy occasion.
If you visit Muslims' homes on Hari Raya Puasa you can expect to taste a wide variety of delicious spicy dishes. Some favorite dishes that can be found in Muslims homes on this special occasion are ketupat, lontong, nasi padang and beef rendang.
The Muslims also have the habit of giving packets of money to kids when they go visiting. The packets are usually be in green color and children often look forward to getting these money tokens on Hari Raya Puasa.
Overall, Hari Raya Puasa is a delightful festival for the Muslims.
Last but not least, Happy Eid Fitr..
0-0 ok?;)
Hello and assalamualaikum...
Now I want to share with you about my reading... a book entitled, `Cowgirl, Say Yes'.
Lots of viewer said that this book was so fantastic, lots of sense of humor plus the romance. For me, this book have lots of family values, love between the family members.
This novel can be the novel that can be read when we really have nothing work to do. Why? Because it's only the mere novel that can fill our free time or maybe our bedtime.
The plot starts with a young man (Wade Darland) who breeds the horses. He had three children, 2 boys and a girl. The plot then continues when he met a tough messy young woman (Tess Vega) who took care the abandon horses. Macy, the Wade's daughter always went to the Tess’s place just to see the horse and play with them. She also loved to talk with Tess as her mother was died when she was still young. Macy tried to match her father with Tess and she wanted Tess to become her new mother. But sometimes, she thought that her effort become in the blunt road as his father and Tess will quarrel when they meet each other. One day, Wade realized that Tess was a beautiful young lady when he saw for the first time Tess open up her cap and for the first time Wade saw her brown shiny hair. At that time, Wade admits the beauty of `young monster' that was Tess. After months, he realizes that Tess could be his new wife to take care of him and also his children. For Tess, her hatred towards Wade becomes love as she knew that Wade was a caring father and was lonely.
This novel has no adventure, no investigation, and no trick. Just a smooth story about the romance and family. The message that the author (Brenda Mott) tried to tell to the readers is, the love between the family members. No matter how big the problems are, if we as the family members are unite together, we can solve the problem easily. Besides, as human being, we cannot judge the people as what we see them - don't judge a book by its cover. Sometimes, when someone does something that we hate, we have set in our mind, why they do that. Don’t even point their mistake just like that. Maybe they have their reason why they do that or maybe it is for other's sake. Who knows?
Maaf Zahir dan Batin (>_<)
Like my friends did before, I also want to share my reading with you.
The title of my reading is How to Apply Eye Liner to Define Your Eyes.
How to apply eye liner using a few simple techniques can dramatically affect the look and shape of your eyes. You can use an eye pencil instead of eye liner to create the same effect.
The purpose of eyeliner is to frame and define the contour of your eyes in order to draw attention to them.
Many experienced make-up artists, who know how to apply eye liner, like to use eye shadow instead of eyeliner pencil to subtly line the eyes, creating a natural-looking effect.
Pencils used for lining eyes should be soft and smudgy, so they do not drag the skin around the eye during application.
MORE ROUND:
Use eyeliner to outline the contour of your eyes at the base of the eyelashes and continue toward the outer corner, thicken and "wing" the line upward.
MORE OVAL:
Most experts on how to apply eye liner suggest to start a fine line at the base of your eye lid, thicken it in the middle, and draw it toward the outer corner of your eyes.
CLOSE TOGETHER:
Use eyeliner to draw a tappered line starting thick on the inner corner of your eye and narrowing through to the outer corner of the eye.
FARTHER APART:
Apply eyeliner and start the line away from the inner corner of your eye thickening toward the outer edge and extend it slightly upward.
LARGER:
Trace a fine line of eye liner around the contour of your eye and also draw a fine line at the base of the upper and lower lashes for more definition.
** So lets try to use the eye liner to make you more beautiful (>_<)**
hi everyone??
I want to share about what happen to my uncle house during the second day of Hari Raya. Actually, the house beside my uncle house was burned. My uncle house also was burned but just a little bit. But the house next to my uncle house was really burned. It happen in 6.00 am in the morning and people who leaves in that house are majority illegal indonesian. There are so many people who live in that house but at that time, it's only few because many of them already go to relatives house.The house were quickly get burned because that house were made by wood and playwood. So in the 6.00 am there didn't call the firemen, because they were afraid of police.
They so busy carry things out of the house. Luckily, my uncle's family at hometown that time. if not, they maybe in hospital because people say there was a big fire and a lot of smoke.After the few neighborhood see the fire, they call the firemen and that time eventually 10.00 am. After the firemen finished their work, they searching for thing in that house even it's still hot. Then, they found a dead women lying down in the floor. After that, police arrive to take the body. Come to think about that, i think if they call the firemen earlier, and tell the police that their passport got burned in that fire, maybe that women life can be saved.
maybe they so panic and didn't want to get caught by police.
I'm getting rather good at this exam stuff now…..huhuhuhu
Here are a few tips if you need to fight stress during an exam.
~ Start off easily! If you've got some time before the exam starts, hang around and talk to friends. Don't worry about what's about to come.
~ don’t enter the room before you have to! Being early means you'll just have to sit even longer in the same spot.
~don’t look at the questions! When they hand out the sheets of paper, if you've got a minute, spend it staring out into the air. Sit for 45-60 seconds before you read the questions.
~ don’t start writing right away! On most exams, you have multiple tasks. (Not multitasking) Read through all of them, find the one that inspires you the most, then start writing.
- If you can't get started, don't panic! Here's a thing I learnt from a friend: When you've got a task that seems impossible to write about, make a map of your knowledge on the topic. You know lots of stuff, you just need to arrange it, or call it out.
Make a box in the middle of a sheet of paper, and then insert the problem. Draw some lines to other boxes, like a DFD0 diagram, and insert key-words. Add more lines and boxes until you've got a set of key-words, and then arrange them in a disposition.
- Relax every 45 minutes! Stretch your back, your arms, your neck. You stiffen up somewhat while sitting in the same position all the time. Relax for a minute. Stretch, breathe, look around, and then go back to the writing.
There are more ideas of how to fight your stress, but I can't think anymore....huhuhuu...stressssss
Today I has another comment about our understanding of the universe is about to change..:(Urmmm what happens to our universe????
The Large Hadron Collider (LHC) is a gigantic scientific instrument near Geneva, where it spans the border between Switzerland and France about 100 m underground. It is a particle accelerator used by physicists to study the smallest known particles – the fundamental building blocks of all things. It will revolutionise our understanding, from the minuscule world deep within atoms to the vastness of the Universe.Two beams of subatomic particles called 'hadrons' – either protons or lead ions – will travel in opposite directions inside the circular accelerator, gaining energy with every lap. Physicists will use the LHC to recreate the conditions just after the Big Bang, by colliding the two beams head-on at very high energy. Teams of physicists from around the world will analyse the particles created in the collisions using special detectors in a number of experiments dedicated to the LHC.There are many theories as to what will result from these collisions, but what's for sure is that a brave new world of physics will emerge from the new accelerator, as knowledge in particle physics goes on to describe the workings of the Universe. For decades, the Standard Model of particle physics has served physicists well as a means of understanding the fundamental laws of Nature, but it does not tell the whole story. Only experimental data using the higher energies reached by the LHC can push knowledge forward, challenging those who seek confirmation of established knowledge, and those who dare to dream beyond the paradigm.I really hope there are no changes to our universe ;(..let’s pray together…Amin
Hello again! ;)
First of all, I am very sorry for such a late comment for the September month.Maybe,I am excited to celebrate the Eid until I forgot to post a comment.But I hope this comment will be accepted ;)
As for today, I want to share about how to make yourself happy?
This is some ways that I gain from the internet.
1)Try to whistle a happy tune when things goes wrong, buy yourself some flowers, find a way to make yourself cheerful until you are okay.
2)Take your relationship seriously. Many of our happiest moments come from family and friends. So call up your family and friends. Do share your problems with them. Who knows they might come up with the funny story and at last make you laugh.
3)Do pray and recite.You may okay after that.Be thankful and happy for how abundant your life truly is.
4)Ask others what makes them happy. It's almost impossible to hear about someone's happiness without being caught up in it yourself. Happiness is precious.
5)Learn to appreciate the things around you. Valuing the beauty around you can lead to inner happiness.
6)Be good to each other. By being good to someone else, you not only get the happiness it brings to do the good deed, but you also receive joy when the good deed comes back to you.
Today I found this article about:
Why do you get a lump in your throat when you're about to cry?
I’m sure you guys also curious to know, right?
And here is the answer…
Before that, let me explain about the lump. Lump is a piece of something, often with no particular shape.
The lump isn't a lump at all, but a physical sensation of the throat struggling to perform two opposite actions at the same time. In the middle of our larynx is the glottis, the opening that allows air to pass through to the lungs and that closes when we swallow. Our vocal chords control the size of the glottis passage.
When stresses like fear and anger trigger our fight-or-flight instincts, our heart pumps harder, our lungs work faster and our vocal chords stretch open to accommodate the deep breaths we take to feed air to the lungs. The same reaction happens when we feel emotional and are about to cry.
The sensation of a lump in our throat occurs when the glottis is at its largest, maximising air intake, while we swallow our tears. Swallowing - either just before crying or while weeping - forces the vocal chords to compress the glottis. Hence, the vocal chords are fighting themselves to both compress and expand at the same time - and that's when we experience the tension as a lump.
I want to share about:
5 Ways to Give Yourself Time Right Now
I’m pretty sure we all busy with our works, assignment and more. Time is like limited now days. There are so many things to do with so little time. This may lead to stress. Take time to de-stress yourself. These tips may help you.
For a healthy mind and body, find time to de-stress. Here are some tips to help you unwind and rejuvenate.
1. Have a Good Moan. Step into a quiet room (best if you are out of earshot of colleagues, police or the family dog) and inhale. As you breathe out, let out a long, low sigh. Moan! Do it three times. You will feel so much "lighter" for it.
2. Thank-you Notes. Take a piece of paper and scribble down five things that come to mind when you ask yourself: "What am I grateful for in my life?" It might be your new set of wheels, or your faithful mutt, or the fact that you didn't get a parking ticket last night. This exercise hits the "positive switch" instantly.
3. Clear the Clutter. Tidy your desk, organize your files (including computer backups), clear out a cupboard, and weed the garden. A sense of satisfaction is a form of stress relief.
4. iPod It. Crawl under your desk if you have to. Put in your earphones and play your all-time favorites song - just pick an uplifting, energizing tune or a serene, inspiring piece.
5. Breathe in Nature. Several essential oils have powerful calming effects. Keep a bottle of lavender, sandalwood or chamomile oil handy and sniff as needed. Or dab a few drops of the oils and carry it with you.
i want to share about an article entitled "japanese language" with everyone.
Japanese is a language spoken by over 130 million people in Japan and in Japanese emigrant communities.The Japanese language is written with a combination of three different types of scripts: modified Chinese characters called kanji,and two syllabic scripts made up of modified Chinese characters, hiragana and katakana. The Latin alphabet, rōmaji, is also often used in modern Japanese, especially for company names and logos and advertising.
but,Japanese vocabulary also has been influenced by other languages.a large number of words were borrowed from Chinese and some from Indo-European words.
it is good for us to learn Japanese language because its' citizens do not use English language widely.they seem to appreciate their language well although English is the primary language in this word.
i was attracted to a musical instrument that usually played with finger picking.the instrument that i want to talk about is guitar.
The guitar is a musical instrument with ancient roots that is used in a wide variety of musical styles.typically,it has six strings.Guitars are recognized as one of the primary instruments in blues, country, flamenco, rock music, and many forms of pop.Guitars can be divided into two broad categories, acoustic and electric.
i love the sound that the guitar will produce when it is played.for me,it is an awesome musical instrument because the sound and music that it produces are various.
everyone can translate the music produced in many different ways because we cannot specify the exact sound that we heard from a guitar.
i have been kept a dream to learn how to play a guitar for many years ago.i hope,one day, i can master it,just to fulfill my dream and so that i will not regret it later.
Today, I want to share with you about my reading entitled “ Indie Band”
I love Indie Band and also their music because of the music and sound is good to listen, make me so feel so good and also make me happy (>_<)
What is Indie Band? Hurm..
In popular music, independent music, often abbreviated as indie, is a term used to describe independence from major commercial record labels and an autonomous, do-it-yourself approach to recording and publishing.
Indie rock is genre of alternative rock that primarily exists in the independent underground music scene. It primarily refers to rock musicians that are or were unsigned, or have signed to independent record labels, rather than major record labels. Genres or subgenres often associated with indie rock include lo-fi, post-rock, sadcore, C86, and math rock, to list but a few; other related (and sometimes overlapping) categories include shoegazing and indie pop. Indie rock artists place a premium on maintaining complete control of their music and careers, releasing albums on independent record labels (sometimes their own) and relying on touring, word-of-mouth, and airplay on independent or college radio stations for promotion. Some end up moving to major labels, often on favorable terms won by their prior independent success.
So guys, lets try to listen to Indie Band music ;)
The more often you use your English, the worse it turns out to be.This I have from the article.what do you think??.
I am not that good in English but I can share my opinion..I think, it is not about your English getting worst or something like that but it is about our mentality or your mindset. Sometimes, maybe because you are very afraid of making mistakes, you will be very conscious about it. Then when we are very conscious, we make mistakes.. believe me..especially when we are talking..can you see my point there?change your mindset..don't be inferior..just believe yourself.....you know what, sometimes when I listen to all the mat saleh talking, their subject verb agreement also chaotic.hehee..so dont worries..
I'm here again..weee!!
today I want to tell you about the Steps into Medicine that I take this from article.. It some tips for medical students. It also can used as guidance for other students. So what I want to share is the way we should organize our study as a medical students for medicine, for example try to find the key words and something that can be seen as the main crucial points that can be the roots of the studies. Then you can go to the branch, leaves and bla2. Trust me, if you start reading your lecture notes without seeing things as from basics and as a whole ,you will forget it just after the next day.he second things that he always remind it is to classify things from something basic that is easy for you remember.It will be the key for you to open up the memory, things that you have read in the past. Your own notes is not something that you write on add more details when you hear a lecture because trust me you will simply forget it after that. The notes that you should do is more on something that you will remember for the rest of your life. So, start with tables, classifications, mind map.So that's all..
hehe..
As for today, I want to share about the Food as Medicine?This is some inputs that I have from the internet.
HEADACHE? Eat fish! Eat plenty of fish.Fish oil helps prevent headaches. So does ginger, which reduces inflammation and pain.
HAY FEVER? eat yogurt! Eat lots of yogurt before pollen season. Also-eat honey from your area (local region) daily.
TO PREVENT STROKE DRINK TEA! Prevent buildup of fatty deposits on artery walls with regular doses of tea. (actually, tea suppresses my appetite and keeps the pounds from invading....Green tea is great for our immune system)!
INSOMNIA (CAN'T SLEEP?) honey! Use honey as a tranquilizer and sedative.
ASTHMA? eats onion!!! Eating onions helps ease constriction of bronchial tubes. (when I was young, my mother would make onion packs to place on our chest, helped the respiratory ailments and actually made us breathe better).
ARTHRITIS? eat fish too!! Salmon, tuna, mackerel and sardines actually prevent arthritis. (fish has omega oils, good for our immune system)
UPSET STOMACH? bananas - ginger!!!!! Bananas will settle an upset stomach. Ginger will cure morning sickness and nausea.
BLADDER INFECTION? drink cranberry juice!!!! High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.
BONE PROBLEMS? eat pineapple!!! Bone fractures and osteoporosis can be prevented by the manganese in pineapple.
So I hope this tips can helps you to avoid the disease..
Now I want to tell about The Virtue of Zikr.. From this ALLAH the All-Mighty has said that
when youremember Me. I will remember you. Be grateful to Me and never show Me ingratitude.".Besides,"O you who believe, remember Allah with much remembrance." women who remember Allah frequently, Allah has prepared for them forgiveness and a great reward." ,"And remember your Lord by your tongue and within yourself, humbly and in awe without loudness, by words in the morning and in the afternoon, and be not among those who are neglectful." (The Prophet peace be upon him(p.b.u.h) said:"He who remember his Lord and he who does not remember the Lord, are like the living and the dead." (Al-Bukhari)
"Shall I not inform you all of the best of your works, the purest of them with your Master, the loftiest of them in your station, the thing that is better for you than spending gold and silver(in charity), and better for you than meeting your enemies and slaying them and being slain by them?"
(The companions) said, "Of course!" He said " rememberance of Allah, the Most High"." (At-Tarmizi,Ibnu Majah)And he said:
"Allah the Most High says, " I am with my salve when he thinks of Me and I am with him when he mentions Me. For if he mention Me to himself, I mention him to Myself; and if he mentions Me in a gathering, i mention him in a superior gathering. If he approaches Me by a hand's width, I
"Whoever reads one letter from the Book of Allah, will receive one Hasanah( reward for good deeds), and one Hasanah comes with ten like it. I do not say that Alif-Lam-Mim is a letter. Indeed Alif is a letter, and Lam is a letter and Mim is a letter." (At-Tarmizi)
So ere can take it guidance..
'Uqbah bin 'Amir (rhodiallahu 'anhum) said:
The Messenger of Allah p.b.u.h. came out (from his house) and we were on the porch (As-Suffah). So he said, "Who of you would like to go out in the morning everyday to the Valley of Buthan or Al-'Aqeeq and come back with two large she-camels without commiting any sin or severing family ties?" We replied, " Oh Messenger of Allah! All of us would like this. So he said, " Would one of you not go to the Masjid and learn or recite two verses from tha Book of Allah, the Mighty and the Majestic. That would be better for him than two she-camels. And three verses wolud be better for him than theree she-camels. And four verses would be better than four she-camels, and whatever their number may be of camels." (Muslim)
hello..
Now I want to share with you about the HARD Way to Make Your Life Better because I think it very interesting .I have this from the internet. First is take up a sport enough with the working out already!!! haha.. Sure, you want to be healthy, but the whole, iPod-listening, 45-minutes-after-work thing is a little anti-social, don’t you think? OK, you want some solitude once in a while.. But at least add a sport, something you do with other people. You’ll be spending time interacting with others, while also developing team-building and leadership skills. And, you might learn something from your fellow players.Next, write the book is one of the ways. When we do this activity it feels really, really good to see your name on a book cover, but it feels even better to know that someone, somewhere, might find his or her life changed by something you’ve written. Share your particular expertise, whether it’s story-telling or woodworking, with the world or just your family.Besides,learn the art like take printing lessons ,a music class and whatever.From this ways we can learn to express yourself and we might find a self worth expressing.Furthermore,organize the group is one of the best ways to make our life better.Getting a group going is a tremendous challenge, and very often the personality of the founder leaves a tremendous mark on the group as a whole. Seeing a group grow and take off can be tremendously awarding.Lastly, set an outrageous goal and achieve it!. So ,I don’t want to suggest that you need to do all these things to be happy but doing just one is quite a handful! But if you are unhappy with your life, if you want to make a change for the better, you need to think big and you need to be ready to put in the work to make it happen. It is easy to “think positively” and it is not so easy to throw yourself into the unknown and make it work. But if you can make it work, you will gain far more than you can imagine.
hello..
Success is an attitude..
Success is not a place or a thing, it is a state of mind. A journey in our own mind restricted only by our own thoughts.To each person success is an entirely different thing.Our success depends largely on our attitude. If we start our day with a good attitude we will overcome most of the obstacles that come our way and move on in the direction of success.A person with a negative attitude will wake up in the morning and see only gray sky and clouds.Good things will happen to those with the proper attitude. So, yes. Attitude is important. With the proper attitude you can accomplish any goal you set for yourself. It is in our best interest to develop a positive attitude. If we think a thing will be and we allow ourselves to believe then it is almost certain that we will achieve what we set out to do.
It may only be my opinion, but I believe that everyone is successful. I believe everyone has the natural ability to be a success. It is up to each individual to determine how much success he or she wants and how to reach that level of success.We have all had a number of successes in our lives already and we will have many more. We successfully completed school. We successfully landed a job or a position we wanted. We successfully completed the purchase of a new home.These are successes that we take for granted, but they were still successes. We have been learning from childhood about success and how to obtain it. When we were small children we discovered that if we cried loud enough and long enough we would get the attention we wanted. That was a success. We also learned that if we studied hard enough we could get the grade we wanted in school. That too as a success..
Hi everyone…
Today, I want to talk about Japanese Cell Phone Culture. Japan has always led the world when it comes to the latest techno in cell phone. Many new technologies are released years earlier in Japan or become much more common earlier in Japan. While the difference between what is available in Japan and the rest of the world has reduced in recent years there is still a significant difference. Cell phones in Japan already have additional capabilities such E-money service and various certification functions through Untouched IC car ,Various services with NTT Docomo’s ‘osaifu-keitai (mobile phone with wallet function)’ ,E-money service, Function as ‘Suica,’ which can be used for a season ticket and a train ticket , Cmode: vending machines which can be used with QR code and ‘osaifu-keitai’ of a mobile phone ,Crime prevention buzzer (with the automatic report system to the police) , Pedometer , 'Read aloud' system , Touch-pad system and many more. Some newer models allow the user to watch movies and/or television. Most cell phone can be connected to the Internet through services such as i-mode. Japan was also the first to launch 3G services on a large scale. Users can browse text-only Internet sites, have sub-sites designed especially for cell phone users. One of the most popular services allows users to check train schedules and plane trips on public transit. Amazing huh? The trend of cell phone will continue from time to time. Technology is moving really fast. The feature that we never imagined had already been created.That all about it.
Hi everyone…
Firstly, I want to ask who likes rambutan? Yeah, many people like rambutan. Do you know that actually the word rambutan comes from the Malay, ‘rambut’ meaning hair. Inside the rambutan is actually a narrow seed covered with semitransparent flesh which is crisp and mainly sweet. During the rambutan season, fruits are display in great heaps in roadside stall called boutiques. At this time of year, every child will run to ask the adult in the home to buy some of the fruit which is so popular. Rambutans make a lovely addition to a selection of dessert fruit. Leave some whole for guests to admire. Slit the skins and lift off half the shells of the rest; or make 4 equally spaced longitudinal slits three-quarters of the length of the fruit to the stem end. Spread the sections like petals, making the flesh accessible and giving those who have not encountered the fruit before a hint of what lies within. It is a shame to do anything to this fruit other than eat it raw. Don't even think of cooking it. Rambutans are now being exported and distributed widely in areas where they have not been available before.
Hi everyone!!!
I just read an article that shock me about more teenagers attracted to computer crime, from Wikinews. Swapping malicious programs, knowledge, stolen data, exploits and virus code are very popular with teenagers exposed to the world of computer crime. Online communities and web forums sharing application cracks, exotic exploits and virus code make it easy for teens to do the illegal activities. Many nuisance programs are written by teenagers to exploit users of social networking sites.Security experts warn more and more teenagers are now into hi-tech computer crime. Alarmingly large number of teenagers is found peddling credit card numbers, phishing kits and cracking tips in some Internet forums. The young offenders are very likely to get caught and prosecuted due to their inferior technical skills, claim experts. Mathew Bevan, arrested as a teenager cyber criminal and then acquitted, says teens enjoy the "thrill and power to prove they are somebody". Thus they end up sticking to the same alias, even at a risk of being caught. "The aim of what they are doing is to get the fame within their peer group," he said. "They spend months or years developing who they are and their status. They do not want to give that up freely.
In my opinion, these teenagers maybe been alienated in real world but after they enter a cyber world that no one can recognized or know anything about him , he become exited and thought that this is their oppurtunities to do something that never could be done before. At first, it is a thrill but they went too far after that. Teenagers desire to win recognition for their exploits make them post revealing videos in sites such as YouTube. They commonly sign on with the same alias used to crack a site, run a phishing attack or write a web exploit. They are thus easily tracked down by computer security.
Hi everyone!!!
I want to share something about laptop battery safety. Firstly, do not short-circuit. A short – circuit may cause severe damage to the battery. Next, do not drops, hit or otherwise abuse the battery as this may result in the exposure of the cell contents, which are corrosive. Do not expose the battery to heat sources moisture or rain. Moreover, keep battery away from fire or other sources of extreme heat .Then, do not incinerate. Exposure of battery to the extreme heat may result in an explosion. Don’t try to disassemble, repair or change the battery pack which would cause over-heating or fire. Corrosive alkaline solutions or other electrolyte leakage would lead to fire or personal injury and death. Lastly,don’t puncture the battery by sharp materials.
Batteries may be damaged if stored for prolonged periods with a closed circuit. If the battery will not be used for a month or longer, it is recommended that it be removed from the device, 60% ~ 80% charged and stored in a cool, dry and clean place. The battery has an internal microprocessor that provides an estimate of the amount of energy in the battery as it charges and discharges. The battery needs to be recalibrated from time to time to keep the onscreen battery time and percent display accurate.
Today, I want to talk about solar energy for farms. As well known, solar energy is proven and best way to produce non-conventional renewable energy to power the farms. Today, solar electricity panels are used by many farm owners to run their farms. You need experienced solar installers to install a solar platform. You can quickly find such expert solar installers near your location, by searching on the internet. You should pick up the potential solar installers by enquiring about their expertise and experience in the field. Do not blindly choose the first installer you find or settle for the lowest price. Apply common sense while posing queries to your contractor before installing the solar power panels for farms. Alternatively, you can quickly and easily locate the solar installers by contacting the manufacturer of your solar panel system. The manufacturer will provide you information about approved solar installers or recommend you entities that can handle the installation process for you. Day by day, the popularity of solar power is getting bigger in the world. A large number of farms get its entire power supply requirements satisfied with the use of the solar power energy. Large solar farms are created with huge photovoltaic facilities for multi-tasks. The eco-friendly solar energy also helps the farms to avoid the carbon dioxide emission in the near future. The solar energy provides new kind of experience to the farmers in growing their crops. Commercial solar technologies enable the farmers to tap their own solar energy on their farms. They can capture the vital energy to operate electricity, heat and hot water to enrich their farms, businesses or homes. Solar power provides economic development and energy independence to the farmers.
Hi everyone….
Today, I want to share something about your warm mouse Will Keep You Healthy. Surprised, right? It is critical that the hand using the mouse be able to preserve core temperature steady. This thermal balance must be maintained to preserve normal functioning as well as provide energy for activity. The body's mechanisms for generating heat, metabolism, has to meet the challenge presented by low temperature, wind and wetness - the three major challenges of cold environments.
It is vital to recognize that as a result of heat loss, overall circulation is reduced. This makes the hand more susceptible to cold injuries. Uncomfortably cold working conditions can lead to lower work efficiency and higher accident rates. Cold impairs the performance of tasks. Manual tasks are also impaired because the sensitivity and dexterity of fingers are reduced in the cold. At low temperatures, the cold affects the deeper muscles resulting in reduced muscular strength and stiffened joints.
Mental alertness is reduced due to cold-related discomfort. For all these reasons accidents are more likely to occur in very cold working conditions. Arthritis can occur in men and women of all ages. You need healthy circulation to feed the muscles fresh oxygen and nutrients vital for repair and to flush out toxic chemical byproducts which restrict the flexibility of the muscle which ultimately puts excessive stress on your tendons and joints. Your warm mouse will prevent the cold discomfort also arthritis and other bone diseases may occur. Working in cold environments can cause stiff joints, poor circulation and hand pain. The warm mouse improves blood circulation in your fingers, thumbs and fingertips. This amazing process can help to reverse damage done from overworked joints. Infrared rays can actually help to produce better enzymes within the cells of the muscle. Heat therapy is becoming a popular way to ease the pain of tendonits and aid the tendons in recovery. There are a large number of heat techniques that can be implemented for curing back pain.
Furthermore, Heat can prove to be a very good medication for treating hand pain. A warm mouse will do the job for you as long as you are staying in front of your computer at home or at work. This is some of the simplest forms of heat therapy that are used by a large number of people to free themselves or to prevent hand pain. Heat therapy aids any tendon injury, getting it to heal with minimal scar tissue formation and with as much realignment of tendon fibers as possible. Your warm computer mouse will maintain your hand although hands are the most exposed to dangerous bone diseases.
Just now, I’m explore something about Get Hired! Not Wired - Tips For Employment .According to research, employment is predicted to soar in its peak but is currently dependent on the economy. For one nation to have a high employment rate, it must be stable and strong. The fall of different business and industries resulted to the closure of employment opportunities. The labor industry is struggling to lift at least to raise the rate of employment.
For an unemployed individual, it is a question of when and how to get employed in the midst of employment competition. The slim chance of being employed leaves you hanging over the edge of the cliff, uncertain if he will be hired or not. Ironically, the job market is in continuous search for individuals, although the number is small, chances are, windows are still open for possibilities of employment.
For an unemployed individual,try looking for networks, the best companies prefer on referrals. Make a list of people who can refer you to a job. Try calling them and ask them politely to recommend you . It is better to be honest and straightforward. Once the connection is established, you can negotiate and switch to better positions later once you've established your name.If there is no employment for currently paying jobs, go for a volunteer work. Employers would be impressed if you have done something charitable. Besides the volunteer work is fun at the same time extending help. Not only are you doing a remarkable work, you are also gaining reference for possible employment Next, Practice how to stand out from the rest. Employment is very stiff. Being elevated from the rest would be an advantage for being hired. .When in an interview, be prepared. Employers would usually observe the way you behave and uses behavioral psychology in the process of employment screening. It is best to be real but formal. Giving an honest response helps. Employment is not just a matter of getting the job, it is a process of building a professional life. If it started with a lie, it would taint the whole process and might be taken against you in the future. It is important to know about the company background. You would not like walking to the company with an empty information. Knowing something about the company makes the employer conclude that you are interested in the job and the company. Employment would positively exist when done right.
Whether you are looking for a job, switching form one job to another, to be successful in the employment battle is to know thyself and the job you are looking for. Get the attitude going for employment to take place. Don't get wired, get the employment opportunity once it is there.
Hi everyone…
I just read about A Great Way for Teens to Make Money .Since the holiday just after the final and we have a such a plenty time, why don’t we make a money? Do you know there is plenty way for teen to make money. You’re a teen and you want to make a little spare change, but you don't want to work at BurgerKing for minimum wage. So what are you supposed to do? One of the great ways for teens to make money is to teach older people like your parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncle’s on how to use a computer. The only thing you’re going to need is a little experience which you already have and to print out a couple simple flyers. Have a heading like this: "Do you want to learn to use the computer to surf the internet and do whatever you want online? Personal tutor only $10 an hour!!!". Make sure you put a phone number down to get a hold of you. Start printing those flyers out. Put up your ads where there are older people, such as retirement homes, or community centers. Just get creative. Just sit back and wait for phone calls. Depending on how your flyer does and the amount of people that see them, you should be receiving calls shortly after putting them up! You are targeting older because for the following reasons that is they have free time on their hands, they have plenty of money an dmost don't know how to use a computer that well.
This is just another great method for teens to make money.
Earth is estimated to have formed 4.55 billion years ago from the solar nebula, along with the Sun and other planets.The moon formed roughly 20 million years later. Initially molten, the outer layer of the planet cooled, resulting in the solid crust. Outgassing and volcanic activity produced the primordial atmosphere. Condensing water vapor, most or all of which came from ice delivered by comets, produced the oceans and other water sources.The highly energetic chemistry is believed to have produced a self-replicating molecule around 4 billion years ago.Continents formed, then broke up and reformed as the surface of Earth reshaped over hundreds of millions of years, occasionally combining to make a supercontinent. Roughly 750 million years ago, the earliest known supercontinent Rodinia, began to break apart. The continents later recombined to form Pannotia which broke apart about 540 million years ago, then finally Pangaea, which broke apart about 180 million years ago.
Land-based plants and fungi have been part of nature on Earth for about the past 400 million years. These have needed to adapt and move many times as the continents and climates changed.There is significant evidence, still being discussed among scientists, that a severe glacial action during the Neoproterozoic era covered much of the planet in a sheet of ice. This hypothesis has been termed the "Snowball Earth", and it is of particular interest as it precedes the Cambrian explosion in which multicellular life forms began to proliferate about 530–540 million years ago.Since the Cambrian explosion there have been five distinctly identifiable mass extinctions.The last mass extinction occurred some 65 million years ago, when a meteorite collision probably triggered the extinction of the non-avian dinosaurs and other large reptiles, but spared small animals such as mammals, which then resembled shrews. Over the past 65 million years, mammalian life diversified.
Several million years ago, a species of small African ape gained the ability to stand upright.The subsequent advent of human life, and the development of agriculture and further civilization allowed humans to affect the Earth more rapidly than any previous life form, affecting both the nature and quantity of other organisms as well as global climate. By comparison, the Oxygen Catastrophe, produced by the proliferation of algae during the Siderian period, required about 300 million years to culminate.)
The present era is classified as part of a mass extinction event, the Holocene extinction event, the fastest ever to have occurred.Some, such as E. O. Wilson of Harvard University, predict that human destruction of the biosphere could cause the extinction of one-half of all species in the next 100 years.The extent of the current extinction event is still being researched, debated and calculated by biologists.
Assalamualaikum,
hello evrybody.....i'm here
Now lets talk about some tips about long hair cares.This article look so interesting and attract me to read it...
LONG HAIR CARE TIPS...
This way, your hair care will be more on the natural side and you can avoid all the damage that the chemicals from hair care products might do to you.
Long hair care tips include not sleeping with your hair in a ponytail or done in a braid. This will stress the hair immensely and will eventually lead to damage. When styling your long hair in a braid, do not make it too tight or else you might end up with hair loss. It would greatly help if you make use of a scrunchie or a band that is specially treated not to cause damage to hair. When you use untreated bands, bows, and clips, limit it.
When it comes to growing your hair longer, one very good natural hair care to administer is trimming. If you just let your hair grow longer like that, split ends will happen. If you plan on letting your hair grow more, administer trimming once every three months. If you choose to maintain the length you have now, one trimming in every 1 ½ months will do. Another hair care tip is not to use a brush on a tangled hair. The hair will be stretched dramatically and breakage will occur. Try using wide tooth combs, your fingers, or a pick in detangling. As you try to loosen the tangles of your long hair, start from the tips of the hair towards the roots. Make sure you are gentle with your hair.
Before having your hair washed, make sure you remove all the tangles first. Styling and drying will be a lot easier this way. When drying the hair, do not rub with a towel. Just blot the moisture out of the hair. This is because a towel rubbing would lead to tangles and probable breakage, not to mention the hassles you will go through in detangling. Pillows can also become the cause of hair breakage especially when you move a lot while you sleep.
Hair Tips: Making use of silk pillowcases will prevent your hair from being caught and broken. If silk pillowcases are not available to you, wear silk or satin scarf before you go to sleep. Brush your hair often as this will spread the natural oils in your hair. While brushing, stroke your hair with the hand so that there would be no static electricity left in your hair which would cause damage.
Take good care of your long hair now and you will definitely heap the rewards....thats all,
bye.....
Auroras are natural light displays in the sky, that usually observed at night, mostly in the polar zone.
The typically occur in the ionosphere where called them "polar auroras". In northern latitudes, the effect is known as the aurora borealis and also called the northern polar lights, as it is only visible in the sky from the Northern Hemisphere, the chance of visibility increasing with proximity to the northern magnetic pole, which is currently in the arctic islands of northern Canada.
Aurorae seen near the magnetic pole may be high overhead, but from further away, they illuminate the northern horizon as a greenish glow or sometimes a faint red, as if the sun was rising from an unusual direction.
Its southern counterpart, the aurora australis/southern polar lights, has similar properties, but is only visible from high southern latitudes in Antarctica, South America or Australasia. Australis is the Latin word for "of the South".
