Got Gas??
The average person passes gas between 14 and 23 times a day. When you are struck with painful bloating the gas, try taking an antacid or Pepto-Bismol to coat your stomach, or pre biotic to ease your symptoms. Over the counter products that reduce gas may contain simethicone or activated charcoal, but they’re not really that effective. Generally, you just have to wait it out. As usual, there are no easy ways of getting around gas, only easy way of avoiding it in the future.
Did you know how to avoiding gas? Let share the information together. The main things that we have to do are chew thoroughly and eat leisurely. Then, try to avoid from overeating and don’t lie down after eating but get up and take a walk for 20 minute. Last but not least, avoid gaseous foods, including soda, gum, mints, candy, Brussels sprouts and cabbage, and don’t drink water with meals.

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone…
Today, I want to talk about chocolate. Chocolate always been related to fat, and contain more sugar. Is it true? Did you know that the impact of chocolate’s luxurious taste on the sense has been compared to the feeling of falling in love?
Chocolate also can be as medication. Studies have shown that chocolate triggers the release of feel-good endorphins in the brain. Chocolate contains pharmacologically actives substances that have the same effect on the brain as marijuana.
Chocolate also can be defined as a health food, which contains very high levels of catechins. Just 25g of dark chocolate contains as much as 41mg of flavanols, the powerful antioxidants that guard against plaque build-up in artery walls. That’s more antioxidants than a cup of green tea, or an apple. Chocolate is a significant source of essential nutrients such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, niacin and riboflavin. It is amazing right? So, let have a chocolate now….

Fresh air anyone?

As we all know, there are more gas emissions going into our air from various sources than ever before. While most people are aware of how air pollution can affect the planet, not enough is being done about it. Everything from pesticides, smoke from factories and cars to open burning has filled our once clean air with toxics like carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide and a whole list of other dangerous gasses. These gasses prove dangerous to us and every other living thing on the earth.
What we can do? For those who have car, you need to service your car at least once in three month to make sure that there is no more smoke which contains carbon monoxide out. Besides, don’t burn your rubbish but recycle it to make sure the air always fresh.

hello everyone..

Today, I have read an interesting story. Actually, this is not a story but it is an article.
I have read an article about Steve Irwin. Actually it is for our presentation, but it's kinda interesting. I never knew that he had been acting in Dr Dolittle movie and as a voice actor in Happy Feet movie. It's a new discovery!!
Well, one thing for sure, he is a very well-known crocodile hunter ever in the whole wide world. No one ever devoted his life living with the crocodile other than himself.

i read this article (kind of a very long one)from msn-news board. the titlle "young, gay and murdered" really make me 'encouraged' to read the whole 5 paged story. Please read the whole story via http://www.newsweek.com/id/147790/page/1
Larry King,a 15-year-old boy had been murdered by his own classmate. Larry is (which now had turn to 'was')a gay! He dressed like a girl (obviously far too much for a normal girl). He wore make-up and heels to school.(that's bother me). Larry like a guy name Brandon (he end up as Larry's murderer)and Larry told the whole school Brandon love him so much (which had lead to a worst crisis). The whole school teast Larry (and Brandon too)especially due to the 'valentine case'.The story end dramatically when Brandon take out a gun and shot Larry twice, causing him comma for 2 days and die due to the serius injuries.
My comment on this story
(this is a true story, happened in America) :
the 'responsible' should take this matter seriously before it's too late (like this one). Two boys had end up their 'suposed to be happy' life with dead and jail sentensed just because the school doesn't bother the cases at an early stage.

Hello everyone!!! I want to share a story that I found in my laptop.
A group of students were asked to list what they thought were the present “Seven Wonders of the World”. Though there were some disagreements, the following received the most votes.
1. Egypt’s Great Pyramids.
2. Taj Mahal
3. Grand Canyon
4. Panama Canal
5. Empire State Building
6. St. Peter Basilica
7. China’s Great Wall

While gather the votes, the teacher noted that one student had not finished her list yet. So the teacher asked is the girl having trouble with her list. She replied, “Yes, a little. I couldn’t quite make up my mind because there were so many”.
So the teacher asked the girl to read what were the list of the “Seven Wonders of the World”. So the girl answer , “From my opinion, the Seven Wonders of the World are” :-
1. Too See
2. Too Hear
3. Too Touch
4. Too Taste
5. Too Feel
6. Too Laugh
7. And Too Love.
The class suddenly quite without any voice.
The moral of the story is, we didn’t realize a thing that we can’t see but the things that we can see and feel we realize a lot. But the thing that we use to see, to touch to feel and others, we didn’t realize the present of it. So, be alert with what we have so that we can be grateful for what we have.

CHARITY IN MOTION
Recently, I’ve read an article on Readers Digest regarding a teenagers, Niketa Ghiya whom suffering the kidney disorder. When both Ghiya’s kidneys failed nearly 20 years earlier and then her body rejected the kidney her mother had donated, the dejected yang woman kept asking why is she alive. Her doctor, Mohan Rajapurkar who was apelled that Ghiya spent most of her time managing her health and playing with her dog. As the doctor said that he had suffering on heart attack since he was 29, Ghiya’s spirit has been rebuild once again. The answer came in February 1999 at a friend’s dance programme. Before his illness, Ghiya had been an enthusiastic Bharatanatyam student, and now the familiar music and the backstage bustle excited her. She started classes the next day and within two months told a surprised Rajapurkar that she wanted to perform at the hospital’s annual function. To Ghiya’s surprise, help poured in and she has been able to raise more than $70 000 since November 1999 by touring the country. So far, 65 patients have received help and the dialysis expenses of 13 patients are regularly subsidized.

My Experience

I want to share my experience after almost one year studying in East Malaysia.

For me, I feel very lucky because I have my opportunity to study here in East Malaysia. I feel so happy because at last I have my opportunity to leave my hometown and to get a new experience with new friends, new environment as an university student.

But, there are many difference with my life in my hometown and here, in East Malaysia. To be frank, I still cannot get use with the university life. I still can't manage my time between my studies and my own life, I'm not the kind of person that cant stand a long time watching the books.

The way we mix also different with us in Sabah. In Sabah, we just mix around without need to shy with each other. But here, we need to be careful with our social life.

I try to get use with all of these things before things get harder and harder.

DOES A MOBILE PHONE HAVE A VIRUS?
With mobile phones functioning more and more like computers, it’s no surprise that virus writers have them in their sights. The newest smart phones, especially those with Bluetooth, are the most likely targets of high tech viruses. These are the easiest and cheapest way to stop viruses from spreading is to take some simple precautions:
• Make Bluetooth invisible by going to the Bluetooth menu and setting it on “non-discoverable” or “hidden”. You can still make it visible when needed.
• Delete all unsolicited messages without opening them.
• Always say no if your phone asks to install a program that you are not familiar with.

WHOLE GRAINS HELP YOUR HEART
Dietary guidelines emphasise the importance of whole grains, but if that’s not reason enough to get you eating them, maybe this is: In a Harvard school of Public Health study of 42 850m men, those who ate more than 25 grams of whole grains per day cut their risk of heart disease by about 15 percent. Those who daily ate more than 11 grams of bran, the highest fibre part of whole grains, cut their risk by 30 per cent. Good sources include brown rice, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, popcorn and bran muffins. The researches are still trying to figure out how whole grains help the heart. It could be that fibre, plant sterols or other nutrients lower cholesterol. Or it may be the antioxidants, which help protect against hardening of the arteries. Perhaps it’s the simple fact that eating them keeps you feeling full and thus may help prevent obesity, a risk factor for heart disease.

Najib spent more than two hours visiting Petaling Street, also known as Kuala Lumpur's Chinatown, the predominantly-Malay area of Vista Angkasa near Kampung Kerinchi, and Brickfields with its Indian-majority community.

Najib walked around shaking hands and exchanging a few words with the people. Some in the crowd clapped and waved at Najib, while others took photographs. A few wasted no time in informing Najib of their problems.Everyone in this country are expecting someting new under his companion of bringing up this country.

WHY ARE LEMOS SO OFTEN ASSOCIATED WITH CLEANSING AGENTS?
Lemons have long been associated with their ability as cleansing agents. The key ingredient that gives a lemon its cleaning power is citric acid, a colourless, translucent crystalline substance. Citric acid is a “chelating agent” and, as such, can hold on to ions of iron, calcium or magnesium. Rust is iron oxide, which is normally insoluble in water. When citric acid grabs on to the iron ion, however, it becomes water soluble and the rust can be washed away. Citric acid can also bind to the calcium and magnesium in soap scum to help remove it from surfaces. Lemon’s fresh scent has helped to sell it as a cleaner.

Hello, this time the story that i bring to this blog is about tips on what was it a good sport.

What does it mean to be a good sport?

An athlete who is a good sport is someone whose conduct and attitude demonstrate gracious behavior before, during, and after competition. In fact, good sportsmanship demands that nothing be done before, during, or after a game to cheapen or detract from victory.

What does being a good sport look like? Here are some examples:

1) Hugging or shaking hands with a competitor after a competition

2) Showing appreciation for those who support you

3) Assisting a competitor in need

4) Acknowledging a competitor’s skills to others

5) Accepting praise with grace and humility

6) Avoiding or deflecting all opportunities to criticize competitors or judges

Based on this criteria,do you think you have all this criteria?
Well for me, I think that some of the criteria are the way that I'm practiced during my games. So I think this is a good tips for those who want truly established in the sport.
