Free as stated in the Hippocratic
Oath
---------------------------------

I was in the ENT clinic or for those who do not know....its Ear, Nose and Throat. And the doctor there was plainly dressed and even I wouldn't have thought even a second that she was a doctor. And I admire her for that.

She checked my ear and gave a little treatment with his gizmos...The reason why I came to the ENT clinic because the other day when I was at the waterworld, probably lots of water entered my right ear and I couldn't hear stuff properly.

We chat after that and we talked about studies abroad and all sorts of stuffs. My sis was there too and both of them talked about some kind of disease and in which leads me to a new knowledge.

And when we were about to leave, she looked straight at us..

" A doctor shouldn't charge his/her collegues or future collegues as stated in the Hippocratic Oath "

I kept hearing her words in my ear......and I fell into sober....knowing that she would expect great things from us both....

And I really admire her for that.....

P/S : Hippocratic Oath is the Oath that every doctor must swear upon graduating as a Medical Doctor....For those who google-ed it....there are no line mentioning that, but probably they learned it in medical ethics in the second year of medic school.

Why doctor??
--------------------

Let me share some experience that I've known from my sister when she was a trainee doctor.

You clocked-in your job at 8.00 am work until lunch. If there is too much patient, then you can forget about lunch. Work till 4.00 pm then, you have tea break. Roughly half-hour break.

Then, work again till 8.00 pm. And then if you're lucky, you can go home. If not, continue on to work at night shift. Starts at 10.00 pm, and you have roughly 2 hours to refresh up. If your house is nearby, then you can go home, eat something and wash up. If not, go some mamak stall to eat and wash your face.

Continue on from 10.00 pm till 8.00 am tomorrow morning. And in Accidents & Emergency Room, you won't be able to take even a short nap. Cause got la some Mat Rempit kena accident and whether you like it or not, you have to treat him/her.

And not only that, during your working hours, you have to go here and there, and your boss gonna yell at you when you do something wrong. Yes!! Doctors do get scolded.

If in maternity ward, got roughly 40 - 60 births per day that you have to deliver. And its very tiring and standing non-stop, running here and there, just to save someone's life. Or should I say, help a person to start his/her life.

And since I know what i'm getting into, why do I bother to continue becoming a doctor?????

Its because the honor of savings ones life does not match any other job. The gratitude that you would get, not in terms of money, in which not really the main reason I want to become a doctor. Sure, money is a factor, but I see it more of like a bonus.

The main factor is the respect that you would earn. Doctors are the most respectful job. It takes your time and effort. Sacrifices that has to be made. I hope the community understands what does it takes when a person becomes a doctor. Not entirely see his pocket money or house or cars.

The respect earned is what kept a doctor motivated. To continue on serving to the community with little reward in return.

Sure some of you would say, "I pay him what....so what???"

But do you know that, it is a small price to pay to save your life.

Change your perception towards doctors and doctors-gonna-be. Cause it takes courage and strength to continue on when you know you gotta sacrifice a lot.

*actually this comment was written by my sister. she was very delighted to help me….(^__^)

Alright, now I want to share my reading about the effect of steroid. I think everyone knows already what this thing is. But for those who do not recognize and know this kind of thing, let me explain. The term of “steroid” is usually refers to the anabolic steroid, one of the steroid hormones to increase the muscle and bone synthesis. Usually someone, which involve with the sport is usually take this steroid. Actually, there are several effect will appear for someone which taking this steroid repeatedly with a high frequency.

First is water retention and that is most common from using steroids. This actually a swelling in the neck and facial areas or “puffiness”. It can be mild swelling or very serious, obvious swelling.

Acne also a very common side effect and it can give acne to someone who has never had acne, and it can make acne worse for others. It also will appear in a new place like in the back and the neck.

Another effect is the formation of breast or gynecomastia. The one who take steroid will have this sign slowly until it gradually grows to fatty tissue and the breast will increase in size.

Top 10 interview tips
Great interviews arise from careful groundwork. You can ace your next interview if you:
1. Enter into a state of relaxed concentration. You'll focus on the present moment and will be less apt to experience lapses in concentration, nervousness, self-doubt and self-condemnation.
2. Act spontaneous, but be well prepared. Be your authentic self, professional yet real.
3. Set goals for the interview. Prepared a question to interviewer about what you want to show that you know what you want from the interview.
4. Know the question behind the question. Be sure you answer that completely.
5. Follow up with an effective "thank you" letter. Don't write this letter lightly. It is another opportunity to market you. Find some areas discussed in the meeting and expand upon them in your letter.
6. Consider the interviewer's agenda. He or she has the responsibility of hiring the right candidate. Find ways to demonstrate your qualities above and beyond just doing the job.
7. Expect to answer the question. Everything you include should answer the question. Carefully prepare your answer to include examples of achievements from your work life that closely match the elements of the job before you.
8. Watch those nonverbal clues. Make and keep eye contact. Walk and sit with a confident air. Lean toward an interviewer to show interest and enthusiasm and speak with a well-modulated voice.
9. Be smart about money questions. Don't fall into the trap of telling the interviewer your financial expectations. You may be asking for too little or too much money and in each case ruin your chances of being offered the job.
10. Don't hang out your dirty laundry. Be careful not to bare your soul and tell tales that are inappropriate or beyond the scope of the interview. Don’t speak negatively about another person or situation. You run the risk of appearing like a troubled person who may have difficulty working with others.

Now, I think student like to drink green tea. Here are a few miracle.

The practice of drinking tea is believed to have originated in China some 4,000 years ago although there is archaeological evidence to suggest people consumed tea leaves steeped in boiling water as far back as 500,000 years ago.

Green tea is prepared from unfermented leaves, while the leaves of oolong tea are partially fermented, and black tea is fully fermented. The more the leaves are fermented, the lower the polyphenol content and the higher the caffeine content. Green tea has the highest polyphenol content while black tea has roughly two to three times the caffeine content of green tea.

The healthy properties of green tea are largely attributed to polyphenols, chemicals with potent antioxidant properties. In fact, the antioxidant effects of polyphenols appear to be greater than that of vitamin C.

Antioxidants are substances that scavenge free radicals – damaging compounds in the body that alter cells, tamper with DNA (genetic material) and even cause cell death.

Free radicals occur naturally in the body, but environmental toxins (including ultraviolet rays from the sun, radiation, cigarette smoke and air pollution) also give rise to these damaging particles. Many scientists believe that free radicals contribute to the ageing process as well as the development of a number of health problems, including cancer and heart disease. Antioxidants such as polyphenols in green tea can neutralise free radicals and may reduce or even help prevent some of the damage they cause.

Flu for all seasons.

Many believe that flu only occurs in cold climates, and that it does not or seldom afflicts populations in tropical countries. That’s not true.

Influenza, or flu as it is more commonly known, is a contagious disease caused by the influenza virus. Generally, many people are confused between the flu and the common cold.

Although both are caused by viral infections, flu almost always has more severe and debilitating symptoms, such as chills and fever, sore throat, muscle pains, severe headache, coughing, weakness and general discomfort.

In addition, flu can lead to complications, particularly in young children and the elderly. These groups of people are more susceptible because of their generally weaker immune systems.

The flu is also known to exacerbate the symptoms of people living with chronic diseases such as diabetes and arteriosclerosis.

It is estimated that 90% of all flu-related deaths occur in the elderly population. It is also interesting to note that the hospitalisation rates among flu-infected children of less than one year of age are comparable to that of the elderly.

The flu virus is highly contagious, transmitted easily through cough, sneeze, faeces, blood or even contact with contaminated surfaces. The flu virus can remain infectious for up to 10 days or more in the human body. The transmission period is especially longer in children.

Fun and educational

BUSY parents often find they have little time for their children. The less time they have, the more structured learning classes they enrol their children in. They hope their children will not miss out on different learning opportunities.

Here are the few tips that so fun and educational.

1. Make your own musical instruments with empty biscuit tins and small objects such as dried beans, marbles, plastic beads, sand, paper clips, gravel, buttons and cotton balls.

2. Children’s imaginations are stimulated by sensorial experiences. Go for a nature walk in the park or in your neighbourhood. When you get home, sit down with your child and draw a chart of the different smells he came across.

3. Make a small cloth pouch and put in various objects such as unused keys, large coloured buttons, large beans, popsicle sticks and pegs.

4. Get different types of fruits and vegetables. Make dips from the following: Melted chocolate, yoghurt, honey, tomato sauce, cinnamon sugar, mustard sauce, mayonnaise, desiccated /fresh grated coconut, sugar and chopped nuts. Place dips in different bowls. Cut the fruits into small pieces and place them in skewer sticks. Get your child to mix and match the fruits and dips.

Nikon D3X

As IT turned out, the persistent Internet rumours that a high-resolution Nikon professional DSLR was coming were true when the Nikon D3X was officially announced.

At 24.5-megapixel (although images it produces are actually closer to 24.4MP), the D3X and the Sony Alpha A900 are now the highest-resolution DSLRs on the market, slightly trumping even the traditional leader in the resolution stakes, the Canon EOS 1DS Mark III.

With this amount of pixel density compared with the 12-megapixel Nikon D3, the D3X’s base ISO falls to ISO100 and the maximum calibrated ISO falls to 1600.

Although the camera caused quite a bit of uproar online when it was revealed that the camera would list for RM29,988, which is a LOT more than the A900, but if you think about it, it’s so far been the pricing scheme employed by Nikon’s closest competitor, Canon.

As usual with my professional level camera reviews, I won’t go into great detail explaining each and every feature, since I assume potential buyers of this camera are already professionals who know all the photography basics and the ins and outs of the modern DSLR.

Hai...

Finally, this is my last post..

Confidence is not born in man, but it is created by man. In the interest of creating confidence, you must believe you are the master of your own thoughts and beliefs. You must realize that controlling these beliefs is the path to creating the life you desire. Anyone can have confidence. It is easier than you may have once believed.

These are some simple tips to increased self confidence:

1. Stand, sit and walk like you have confidence. Ignore your mind for a while and concentrate on physical attributes of confidence. If you maintain a confident stance long enough, your mind will certainly become convinced.

2. Listen to people. If you truly listen you will soon find that there can be something learned from everyone. Learning from people and knowing people allows you to emulate the confident attributes of others.

3. Put your family and friends expectations of you out of your mind and follow your heart. Don’t allow the weakness of others to affect your life negatively. Ignore everything that enters your consciousness going against your own desires.

4. Set goals. List down every time something enters your mind that you’d like to achieve. Realizing small goals are as beneficial to your confidence as realizing the big ones.

5. Believe in a power greater than yourself. Knowing a power greater than yourself allows you the feeling that you are not alone.

As you achieve confidence, and find little moments of confidence coming closer and closer, you will reach a point very soon where there is an exponential growth in self-confidence that will bring great joy into your life and all the things you desire will come to you easier than you ever imagined. Hi there……

For my comment today is about song….. I knew every of you must
have song in daily life right, so on me….. song can be specified as a musical composition that contains lyrics and musical instrument. Song can make our life not so bored or lifeless. For me, song can make me out from loneliness and make me cherish. Song actually has many genres such hard rock, alternative, progressive and so on.
Songs commonly for a solo singer but also be in form of duet, trio or make it turn to band that involving more voices from every members. Song also can be divided into many forms such as between art songs, pop songs, and folk songs. Art songs could be explained by a vocal music composition and usually written for one singer with piano or orchestral accompaniment. Mean while pop songs is that features a noticeable rhythmic element, melodies and hooks, a mainstream style and a conventional structure.

Songs sometime is used to refer to any musical composition, including those without vocals. In European classical music, jazz, brass band, and many other musical styles, however, this usage is generally considered incorrect. In music styles that are predominantly vocal based, such as popular music, a composition without vocals may be called a song but is often called an instrumental.

Lastly, I want to mention that song is must in my life in order to keep me cherish...
That’s all……

Hi for the second time…

Do you like fishing..?????
Since I was a kid, I love to go fishing with my father and brother... Even this kind of hobby challenged our patience we're still love to fishing... It’s a great type of hobby.. However, fishing will be enjoyable with these some of tips

Learn about the type of fish you want to catch. You will do much better at catching them if you pay attention to their feeding preferences as well as where they are most likely to be.

Use the proper gear for the fish you want to catch. This gives you the best chance of catching fish. If you use the wrong sized hooks or rod and reel you will be disappointed in not getting any nibbles.

Follow the lead of others. Take your cue from more experienced anglers. When in doubt, ask questions.

Use maps or a depth finder to see the depth of the water and to locate areas where fish are most likely to be.

Fish at the time of day that your particular fish like to eat. Many fish prefer to feed in the early morning or just before dark and may not come out of hiding during other times.

When fish aren't biting try using live bait. Most fish can't resist a properly positioned fresh meal for the taking. Placement is everything so be sure to think about where your fish are hiding out.

Use weed less lures in weedy areas and near trees. They will help keep you from getting stuck and losing lures or baits.

Practice safety around water. Always wear a life jacket when you are in a boat. Keep little ones away from the water's edge.

Keep several types and colors of lures and jigs in your tackle box. When fishing is slow you can try using other styles to see if your luck improves.

Last but not least, fishing can be more enjoyable with someone else. Find a friend to take along.

So enjoy yourself...

Hi for the third time..

Now I want to share about soccer...
Hey guys.. how many of you like to play soccer...????

For me, be part of playing soccer is the best thing... But today I’m not going to talk about my life regarding to this game…. But what I want to mention that is just about this game or sometime we made it a hobby...

Soccer or sometime we call it as a football. It is a game played by two teams of eleven players who kick a ball and try to score goals. Features Soccer or football is a team sport, and is the most popular sport worldwide. The players are aiming to score the ball to the other side net and defend it from being netted.

Mean while the goalkeeper tries hard to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The goalkeeper could use hand in order to make a clearance but the other player start from defenders to the striker no allowed to use their hands to touch the ball but they can use torso and head. The team that scores the maximum number of goals is declared the winner.

In case the match is a tie, it is either declared as draw or is given extra time or penalty shootout. All the players have to follow a certain dress-code, which includes, shirts, shorts, socks, shoes and shin guards. Wearing jewelry, watches and things that can harm other players or themselves is prohibited.

The goalkeeper has to wear clothes that will distinguish him from the rest of the team members. A maximum of three players can substitute during international and domestic matches. The match is authorized by a referee on the field, and his decision is considered final.

That’s all... thank you...

Hi again…..

This is for the fourth time I mention “HI” right...????? Hehehe
But for sure is just want to greet you guys...

Today my comment is about “How to increase our metabolism ???”
To increase your metabolism, here are some ways to make that happen.

1. Skip the long runs. Distance running doesn't enhance your fat-burning. It's much more effective to do short sprints of thirty seconds, interspersed with a slow jog.
2. As time goes on, the same amount of activity burns fewer calories - your body adapts to your level of work, causing you to keep "upping" the workout to achieve the results you were having before. For example, University of California at Berkley scientists found that to avoid age-related weight gain, runners needed to "up" their weekly mileage by 1.7 miles each year. So, think beyond your last workout - and think about what you can do on your next!
3 When weight training, do eight to 15 repetitions of each set. This stimulates an increase in fat-burning hormones, compared to less or more reps. Just make sure you use weights that challenge you. If you do eight repetitions with a weight you could do 15 reps with - you're not having an effective workout. Try to give 90 to 100 percent of your full effort for any given repetition range. If you struggle on your last repetition - you're in the zone!
4. Do two to four sets of each exercise. Yes, the more you do, the better... Beyond 4 sets, you might be increasing your strength, but for fat burning, the extra sets above 4 don't really help! So, start with two sets as you start working out, and work up to four as your conditioning improves.
5. Keep your rest periods between sets no more than 75 seconds. Keeping your rest periods shorter builds lactate in your bloodstream - and high lactate levels are associated with an increase in the release of fat-burning hormones. Resting too long lets your body process out the lactate in your bloodstream, negating the positive benefits.
6. Last but not least, lift slow, not fast - and alternate between two exercises. Taking your time puts the stress on your muscles (which burn fuel) and off your tendons (which not only don't burn fat, but also can become injured from that stress). And, follow with a set that works a different muscle group.

Now, let me tell you something about snoring. Snoring is the noise that was created by the soft palate and other tissues of the mouth, the nose and the throat, which is caused by the fractional obstruction of the airway. The problem of snore has spread all over the world. This problem is worse with the progressing age.

Snoring also related to the weight of someone or his or her habit. One thing someone could do is to stop smoking and lose weight. Losing weight will help to forestall snoring by decrease the fatty tissue in your airway. Your ability to breathe freely when you sleep can be improved well by eating less and improving your physical fitness level. If you would consider stopping smoking that would help to forestall from snoring.

Snoring also can be created when someone sleep in a wrong position. Thus, improve your sleep posture. Sleeping on your back will more probably worsen your snoring problem. The soft tissue which are at the back of your throat and tongue are more probably to glide backwards to block your airway. Changing your sleeping position to your side will help mild snorer to remedy snore and improve sleeping.

Finally, for those who have this problem, you need to know it is so annoying if someone hear you snoring while you sleep. Especially, if you ‘produced’ a sound that too loud while you sleep until the other cannot stand the sound. Thus, you need to stop snoring quickly or else no one would like to sleep near you.

Stress and poor diet will wreck havoc on our immune systems and leave us in a serious unhealthy state.

Thus, here are the top ten tips that you can follow to nourish your body and keep your immune system healthy.

1. Create "no-fail" environment in your kitchen where you need to keep junk food completely out fron your house but you need to stock your fridge with some healthy snack foods instead.

2. Eat frequently throughout the day. Just eating small portions will keep your blood sugar levels stable and you'll have more energy. You'll also burn unnecessary body fat. Just try to include some protein, complex carbohydrates, and quality fat in each meal.

3.Try to eliminate as much deep-fried foods

4.Read the labels on food product packages.

5. Limit your consumption of white flour. Foods like bread, bagels, and pastas are simple sugars that burn off quickly and will leave you low on energy.

6.When dining out or ordering fast food ask for sauces, condiments, and dressings on the side. This way you can limit how much sugar and fat you consume. Remember to always order your food with your health in mind.

7.focus on simply improving your eating habits rather than engaging in any kind of a diet.

SALAM..hye..hye..hye..

University..ya!..we are now in University time..sO what do you feel after almost one year..or now in second semester..? are you happy? satisfied with your work? or might be your quiz..test.. exam..??

Perhaps it will give us encourage to cheer up to be success for our future..

Thus today I want to share with you about The Top Ten Tips for Success at University..lets take a look..

1. Location, location, location...

Serious about getting work done? Find a good location. Use the libraries, study rooms, or empty classrooms.

2.Make It a Habit: Do Coursework Every Day

Cramming is not conducive to understanding and retaining large amounts of information. Time on your courses each day is the best way to learn. Use the time between classes to stay on top of readings.

3.Help Exists! Seek It Out and Improve Your Grades

Whether you're an 'A' student or a 'D' student, you can strengthen your skills. Check out SDS' Learning Skills Services. Get to know your professors and tutorial assistants. Use study guides and help centres.

4.Write It Down

Use a day planner or wall calendar. Plan time for coursework. Plan ahead for assignments and exam periods.

5.Get Energized - Eat, Exercise, Sleep

Fatigue and stress weaken memory and comprehension. Eat properly, exercise regularly, and get adequate sleep.

6.Perform Like a Pro: Go to Class Prepared and Take Thorough Notes

Don't miss class. Someone else's notes aren't going to be as good as having gone to the lecture yourself. While taking notes, listen for emphases and examples. Questions after the lecture? Go to your professor's or tutorial assistant's office hours. Learn as you go and you won't find yourself unprepared the night before an exam.

7.Lectures and Textbooks: What's the BIG Picture?

University learning requires understanding how pieces of information fit together to form a "big picture." Use course outlines, tables of content, and headings and subheadings to organize information.

8.Do Something to Remember Key Information

Be active! Generate examples, create mnemonics, make summary notes, identify key words, highlight textbooks, or add margin notes. Improve your memory by being creative and interested.

9.Think You'll Remember Key Points? Prove It.

No matter how well you understand something, without practice forgetting will occur. Before a test, recall information without looking at notes or textbooks and by doing practice questions.

10.Be Test Smart

Don't lose marks because of test-writing errors. Use strategies to tackle different types of tests (e.g., multiple-choice). Read instructions, budget time to marks, and do less difficult questions first to build confidence.

Perhaps, we can followed those tips and might be this tips can help us to be more success in our educaton..but it depend on us on how the style or method that we want to use as long as we can achieve on what we want..

Thank you..

Assalamualaikum……

How many of you can swim for sure…..????
Because now I want give some learning on how to swim.

Swim, it doesn’t matter your age, how’s your physical body, how tall you are, but still can swim. Swimming is an important skill, especially if you live or vacation near water. Learning to swim is very much like learning to ride a bicycle. Once you learn, you will never forget, more important when you try it you feel it is an exciting. Swimming could build your stamina so that you so energetic not so weak. Here are some of swim lesson but swim lessons are not a guarantee against drowning, they do increase your chances of escaping a water emergency without injury. You should always supervise young children when in or near water of even shallow depth.

For those want to let their child to learn swim, it recommend that to follow the statement below. First, remember to give your child plenty of encouragement and support. It is okay to start them off with floatation devices as the first step is to become comfortable in the water.

Second, if you are an adult who doesn’t swim, don’t worry. The first thing to do is find a swim instructor who will help you learn to be comfortable and in control in the water. This is especially important if you are afraid of the water. Learning the actual strokes will not help if you are tense or nervous in the water.

Third, if you want to teach yourself to swim, first determine how deep the water is. If you are swimming in a pool, it is usually posted somewhere nearby. If you are in a lake, wade into the water until you are at a comfortable depth. Don’t ever dive into water in which you are uncertain of the depth or location things you might hit while diving.

Fourth, while you are learning to swim and until you gain confidence in your abilities remain in water that is not over your head in case you become tired while swimming. You must practice treading water. With this you will have to be in water very nearly over your head. Treading water involves kicking your feet downward, as if you are riding a bicycle.

For the last that I can tell is to practice floating. You can float on your back or stomach. Either of these involves taking in a breath of air and holding it. Once you could floating, I’m sure you can swim anyway.
That’s what I’m truth…. Heeheehee…

Until next time…

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia (AP) - Brawn GP's Jenson Button took pole position Saturday for Sunday's Malaysian Formula One Grand Prix, making it back-to-back poles for the English driver.

Button, winner of last week's season-opening Australian GP, set a time of 1 minute, 35.181 seconds on Saturday to finish almost a tenth of a second ahead of Toyota's Jarno Trulli.

Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel was third but receives a ten-place grid penalty for an incident in the previous race at Melbourne.

Rubens Barrichello was fourth quickest but gets a five-place penalty for changing a gearbox.

"We improved the car overnight and its improved a lot . I feel very comfortable in the car, to that's exciting for tomorrow," Button said. "I expected the competition to be pretty tough here, but qualifying was okay."

Ferrari's Felipe Massa, who earned pole here last year, was eliminated in the first session of qualifying and will start from 16th.

The penalties for Vettel and Barrichello promotes Toyota's Timo Glock to third on the grid - his best ever starting position for a grand prix - with Williams' Nico Rosberg up to fourth.

Red Bull's Mark Webber will begin in fifth spot, sharing the third row with BMW's Robert Kubica.

Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen, who won here last year, will begin from seventh, ahead of Renault's Fernando Alonso.

Trulli was the last man on a flying lap and looked a chance of taking only the third pole position in Toyota's time in F1, but could not quite manage it.

"I didn't expect to be here today because yesterday I was struggling," the Italian said. "There will be showers tomorrow so it won't be easy to drive, but it will be cooler, which is better for us."

Vettel was pleased by the car's performance, even if it was slightly wasted due to the grid penalty which will drop him to 13th.

"Its a shame to have plus-10 (penalty) tomorrow so it will be a very tough day for me," he said.

"I personally hope for some rain, because anything is possible." - AP

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia (AP) - Williams' Nico Rosberg set the fastest time in Saturday's final practice before qualifying for Sunday's Malaysian Formula One Grand Prix.

Rosberg set a best time of 1 minute, 35.940 seconds around the Sepang circuit, nudging out Mark Webber by a tenth of a second, with last year's pole sitter Felipe Massa of Ferrari just four hundredths of a second behind the Red Bull driver.

It was the fifth time in six practice sessions between Australia and Malaysia in this new season that the German had set the best time in practice.

The Toyota pair of Jarno Trulli and Timo Glock were fourth and fifth fastest, ahead of Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel, last year's winner Kimi Raikkonen of Ferrari and Williams' Kazuki Nakajima.

Glock was also fined euro4000 ($5,400) for speeding in pit lane. The offense was committed just three seconds into the session, on his way out of the garage onto the track.

The Brawn GP cars of Rubens Barrichello and Jenson Button were ninth and tenth quickest respectively after dominating the Australian GP last weekend.

Barrichello's car sent out a worrying couple of streams of smoke from his engine early in the session. The Brazilian will have five-place grid penalty in the race for changing his gearbox. - AP

it's the 4th entry of the well known 2fast 2furious series.for me, this movie is completely better than its predecessor, that japan's drifting.
its storyline has been added extra depth along with the role played by vin diesel and paul walker.the movie also had improved its cars line-up with the addition of pagani gt and porche carrera.one of the most interesting pert of this movie is there were some modified proton models being used in this production.
haha.. i bet that the ceo of the proton can't sleep soundly lately upon hearing the news.erm..typical malaysian i would say.
so for those whom crave for some action-packed cars racing movies,i recommended you this one!!

#-Energy Drinks-#

Today my talk is about energy drinks... does it ok????

Some people need an energy boost to increase their stamina. So they find out such a drink called energy drinks for increased stamina, alertness, better workouts, late night partying, and who knows what else. In about 200 different brands of this drink in the US that close to one billion dollars in annual sales.
But there are some ingredient that we might don’t know such as in Red Bull drinks contains 70 mg of caffeine. The University of Florida College of Medicine recently found 105 mg of caffeine in a 6.5 oz can of Starbucks Doubleshot. By comparison, a typical 8 oz. cup of brewed coffee has around 85 mg of caffeine.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommends limiting the amount of caffeine in a 12 oz soda to 65 mg, but energy drinks are not regulated and many exceed that threshold by a wide margin.
Since the level of caffeine per ounce is similar to regular coffee, indulging in an occasional energy drink is probably safe for most adults. When energy drinks are added to a diet already loaded with caffeine, it will come to the dangerousness. Children, pregnant women, those with high blood pressure, or those who are hypersensitive to caffeine should be careful with energy drinks.

The common practice of mixing energy drinks with alcohol is also strongly discouraged. One is a stimulant, and one is a depressant, and both contribute to dehydration. While many mistakenly believe that extra caffeine negates the affects of alcohol, the reality is that blood alcohol will remain the same with or without the added energy drink, along with your level of intoxication.

Besides caffeine, many energy drink companies have added vitamins, amino acids and other ingredients, a few of which the impact on health are not well known.
If you are looking for a cheap buzz, choose regular coffee over energy drinks, moreover it save your money.

There is probably nothing wrong with an occasional energy drink for most people, but they may pose problems for those who choose to push the limits.

That’s what I read just now...

%How To Take Over Your Acne%

Saalam

Some of us may think and find the other alternative way to over come their acne problem. The acne give the sufferers to treat their skin condition naturally. There are some good way to treat your skin.

First of it's important to keep your skin clean, and you can do this easily with a medicated, anti-bacterial soap. It doesn't need to be a prescription strength chemical based soap, it can be one that you can buy straight of the shelf in your local grocery store. As long as it kills bacteria and keeps your skin clean there's nothing else you need it to do.

Then, wash your skin every morning and night, and this is to wash away all the dead skin cells, oil and bacteria. Doing this gives your skin the room it needs to breath, and leaves less on your skin to clog up any pores. Keeping your skin moist is very important because dry skin can encourage acne, and cause the pores to become more clogged. Drinking plenty of water every day will help your skin stay supple and moist.

Next eat a diet that is filled with foods full of nutrition. Fresh fruit and vegetables are the foods you need your diet to consist of the most. Your body relies on vitamins and minerals to function properly, and your skin needs them for it to look good too. A diet that is filled with these poor foods also puts more toxins into your body, and these toxins put a strain on your internal organs.

A regular exercise also helps keep your skin clear. Exercise helps your body excrete toxins through sweating, and it also gives all of your internal organs a good workout. Your blood pumps faster, and exercise will release endorphins so you feel better, and when you feel better you look better.

Using these tips for clearer skin will have a much more positive effect on your life than taking drugs for a year or two that only mask a cause of your acne.

-How To Improve Your Relationship With Your Mother-

You are who you are today because of your past. If you and your mother had a difficult relationship while you were growing up, then you may have a difficult relationship in the present. Holding a grudge is actually very natural. However, if you don’t face, accept, and forgive your mother for what you perceive as mistakes in the past, then you will never be able to have a good relationship with her in your present.

Maybe she was too hard on you when you were growing up, but that was probably because she loved you so fiercely. It may have seemed at the time that she was trying to stifle your enjoyment of life, but that is very unlikely the reality of the situation. Talk to your mother about the past. Tell her why you have harbored resentment towards her, and give her the opportunity to express her point of view. If your parents divorced when you were child, and you were left in the position of choosing sides, then you may resent your mother for causing your relationship with your father to deteriorate.

As a child, you may not have understood your mother’s feelings regarding the divorce. Now, as an adult, it is possible for you to listen to what your mother has to say and forgive her. Understanding often leads to forgiveness. If you felt that your mother was never there for you when you were growing up, and you always felt as if you were left to raise yourself, then you are likely to harbor anger towards your mother.

However, now that you’re an adult, you may be able to take pity on your mother for the type of life she has led. You owe it to yourself to give your mother the opportunity to defend her actions so that you might understand why things were the way they were while you were growing up. It is time to look at your mother in a new way, with an open mind and a forgiving spirit. You are by no means supposed to forget your past, but you are absolutely supposed to come to terms with it.

So make your relation with your mother tightly….

Women cannot be separate with accessories. When you meet a woman, you can see she with her accessories although just wears a little one. However, it is a common sense and everybody knows it. Thus, this time I want to tell you about five accessories that you should never forget to try out. For the girls, you can try it out and for the boys; maybe you can consider and think about to try.

Well, here are the accessories that you should not dress without it:

1. Watches - Cool Style Statement. They can make a bigger style statement than a huge air balloon and that is because it has been studied that of the five things you really notice about an individual- Watches figure. You really need to make sure that you surely wear a watch that would suit the mood and beat of the occasion that you are going for and that it matches your dress. Black always does the trick.

2. Shoes - Shoes, nothing like it. Heels, might sound very tempting, but do not go for it. It can really wreck your health and can take away your natural grace. Choose to wear shoes that are not very bright, and that can easily blend with your dress. Do not wear a shoe to show the shoe, wear it only as a part of the whole dress.

3. Wallets/Handbags - Now these could be decided with important care, you should make sure that you do not go too flashy ones. The thing is people should observe you, not your handbag. Brown is the best color.

4. Jewelry- For women, I would surely suggest to keep it to a minimum, which would surely make them look appealing. For guys, a very harmless bracelet would do the thing.

5. Attitude - Now, most guys would think of showing attitude as being really cool, to me attitude is about yourself. Just be yourself.

Therefore, these are five accessories that you should give an attention too.

but before that, congrats to our hero l.c.wei for being successfully beating his tightly nemesis, lin dan not long ago.i'm not worry as long as we have player like him but currently our back up shutlers' level were seem like degrading.hmm, what a mess!
our players like arif latif, chong wei feng and many more seemed like they can't really competing with other countries' senior players.unlike China, they already have their own prominent junior players like chen long that could easily beat our own hafiz hashim.
so, i hope that their coach, rashid sidek could find the solution for this problem in order to produce more chong weis in the future.

do you know what type of car is the fastest among all other than the F1 racing type?ferrari? lamborghini??heh, i would laugh looking at that crap machines.
currently, the fastest one would be the bugatti veyron owned by the volkswagon corp.why? its because this car could accelerate from 0-100km/h and to 0km/h again in only 8.6 seconds!!amazing right!
this kind of monstrous speed can only be produced by its the one and only 8.0litre quad-turbocharged W16 engine.
its price tag stands at about 1.5million USD!! the price where even our own newly appointed prime minister, dato' seri najib would be questioned by the anti-corruption associates if he does owned this type of car.
so, for those ferrari collectors or fans, you should just leave those crappy toy cars away!heh, just joking.

Pearls are elegant jewelry. You can buy them shaped as necklaces, bracelets, earrings or others. . There are hundreds, if not thousands of pearl jewelry designs to choose from in the market today. Before you buy one for yourself, you should learn how to identify if what you are getting is genuine or fake. So, let me help you to find the right one.

First, you have to know the kind of pearl that is available in the market. They are categorized in two:

1. Saltwater pearls - these are formed inside oysters that are living in the heart of the ocean.
2. Freshwater pearls - these are formed inside mussels that are living in lakes, rivers, ponds, or any other body of fresh water.

There are many fake pearls out there, but it is more pleasant to own a genuine pearl jewelry at least once in your lifetime. A genuine pearl does not only mean "natural". Even "cultured" pearls are genuine pearls too, having an advantage of being more affordable than natural pearls.

When you hear of fake pearls, it means that they are man-made pearls made of glass, ceramics, plastics or any other similar materials. They are also called "faux" pearls and are sold as costume jewelry. In the face of modern technology, man can create pearls that look like the original one. Mind you, fakes can have the exact original look, but they do not have the same weight or texture. Moreover, their luster is dimmer, which is enough to show that they are imitations of the original. They do not contain any gem value.

To help you with identifying genuine freshwater pearls, here is a three-way test:

1. Tooth test - get the pearl and run it against your front teeth, just right below the biting edge. If you sense a gritty feeling, it is most probably real. Fake pearls are smooth, like plastic or glass. However, be very careful of the pearls that are made from ground shells, as they can also be gritty.
2. Luster test - test the pearls against all kinds of light. Fake pearls will have a shine only on the surface, while genuine pearls always shine from within.
3. Rub test - get two pearls and rub it together. It should be gritty and do not slide off each other.

By this test, you will get the right pearl and you will satisfy with it. Let us find a pear and test it!

My advice is, do not download junk! Make sure, your download mp3 music is a quality mp3 and that your music download does not have hidden downloads that will not only ruin your search for great music but also will annoy you and invade your privacy.

2. Adware is also contained in these mp3 download networks. Your computer can and probably will be stuffed with a huge amount of intrusive advertising.
3. Pornography is very prevalent on the Internet. Be very aware that porn peddlers disguise their software as the latest free mp3 download or game demo to redirect your modem to porn sites.

Coffee improves short-term memory recall, as well as alertness and attention to the task at hand. Because a cup of coffee is absorbed in the bloodstream within 15min - 2hr, caffeine helps process information and boost logical reasoning. Safe driving is a direct beneficiary of coffee consumption.

Coffee is not just a study aid because it helps you stay awake - regular coffee consumption can actually improve your cognitive ability. A recent study showed that participants who regularly consumed at least one to two coffees a day scored higher on short-term memory recall, spatial ability, logic tests and general IQ testing.

When I am searching for the article to read of, I saw this article, ‘Choosing Cheap Perfume’ by someone that does not want to be recognizes. The perfume will be highly quality due to the price. If the price is expensive, the quality of the perfume will be high and vice versa. Thus, let me share with you the article about choosing a perfume although it is cheap but it will satisfy you.

Another great way to get cheap perfumes and not waste a lot of money is to find sites that offer free samples of products for you to test out then you can be very sure about buying a bigger product. If you are interested with the perfume but it does not provide a sample, try to find the smallest size product you can so that you will not have wasted too much money if it turns out to be of poor quality.

Take into consideration that the more expensive a perfume is, the better quality it is and try to find the middle range brands if you are not sure about wasting money on a perfume that might turn out to be horrible. Spend a little bit more money on a cheap perfume to have a possibly better product.

These are just some of the tips you can think about when shopping for a wholesale perfume or any cheap perfume. The rest is depending on you, whether you want to buy an expensive or the cheap one. However, I just want to say, enjoy shopping a perfume!

Saalam……

In this world, how many of us do afraid of death...
Muslims believe in the condition in grave that involves questioning the deceased person in the grave about their Lord, their religion, and their prophet. There “Allah confirms those who believe with a firm saying, in the present life and the hereafter”. The believer will say: “Allah is my Lord, Islam is my religion, and Muhammad is my prophet.” The unbeliever or the hypocrite will say:”I do not know. I heard the people saying something and I said it.”
We believe in the comfort of the grave for the believers: “Those whose lives the angels take in state of purity, saying 'peace be on you; enter paradise for what you were doing”. We believe in the punishment of the grave for the transgressing unbelievers: "If you could only see when the evildoers are in the agonies of death and the angels are stretching out their hands, saying, 'Give up your souls! Today you shall be rewarded with the punishment of humiliation for what you used to say untrue about Allah, and for scornfully rejecting His signs". The sayings of the Prophet are numerous and well-known in this area.
A Muslim must believe in all that is reported in the Qur'an and the prophetic traditions concerning the unseen matters. He should not contradict it by his worldly experience, because the affairs of the hereafter cannot be measured by the affairs of this life. The difference between them is very great. Allah is the source of help.
So wake up guys...

the health benefits of yogurt have been cited for centuries, but many people still don’t realize just how valuable yogurt can be to living a healthy lifestyle.yogurt can actually benefit your health in a variety of ways, and it should definitely be added to your shopping list the next time you head out to the grocery store.

since yogurt is made from dairy products, it is very high in calcium, which is highly beneficial for bone and teeth health. calcium is specially important for those seeking to prevent sudden bone density loss and osteoporosis.healthy levels of calcium can also encourage the body to maintain and lose weight.

looking at those juicy and tender fast food can really put your nerves to their limits.but do you really know all about fast food from head to toe??
here i tell you..
fast food success has drawn much attention to the industry and the food itself.animal rights advocates and health buffs like to criticize fast food on its effect on the health of its customers and the health of the globe.not only is fast food proven to be bad for the health because of its high fat content and the probable health hazards fast food chains are prone to, but also its effect on employment and agricultural concerns.

fast food is everywhere.it is available from main commercial blocks to gas service stations.in short, it is available and accessible.this partnered with the biological propensity towards food high in fat and sugar, leads to widespread obesity.

a particular man filed a lawsuit in the United States against four fast food chains because, according to him, the fast foods’ greasy and salty food led him to being obese and unhealthy. magnifying this issue, a documentary titled “Supersize Me” was created.this showed the life of a man who dined on fast food for an entire month.the result was tens of pounds gained.

ultimately, dining regularly or almost totally on fast food will pose serious risks to one’s health.but it cannot be totally blamed for health problems. Mainly because it still rests on the person’s choice. There are plenty of fast food diners in perfect shape.the key is in moderation and smart choice.

Now, I want to share with all of you about something. We call it depression and I think not all of us really care about it actually. So, the question that I want to ask, are you always feeling under the weather? Are you always not in the mood to be around others and have a good time? If you are suffering from sadness for quite some time now, you should face these bouts of depression and get yourself diagnosed by a psychiatrist, they are doctors who can actually help you out with your problem.

Depression or prolonged sadness is actually quite common in the United States, which is around 9.5 percent of the American population actually suffer from this illness. However, not all of them get to be treated. This illness may seem quite simple to treat but in reality, it takes more than a little cheering up to actually cure depression. therapist is needed as well as taking all the prescribed medicines that the doctor will ask the patient to take - none of these exactly come cheap, but the amount of suffering that a person is going through because of depression is enough reason already for others to start taking notice and face depression head on.

Depression often can easily get in the way of an individual's daily activities and his or hers normal functions. He or she can easily hate his or herself, having no self-confidence, trying to isolate one's self from the world and just not caring about living any more. Moreover, a person suffering from depression is not the only one who is going to suffer from this destructive illness, his or her loved ones are sure to follow them.

Fortunately depression can now be cured, especially when diagnosed early, depressed individuals can actually be treated through therapy and medication, although it may be costly, a person's good mental health is something that we shouldn’t play off.

Depression should not be something that people fear of, instead, people should just start taking charge of their lives and actually face this illness and fight it. Life is too beautiful a gift to waste and if one will spend the majority of his or her life just moping around about everything then what kind of life would that be? Depression may not kill one's body but it will certainly kill one's spirit if you will let it. Do not be a victim.

Hi, I am blogging again. Actually, I am too tired now because I write and post a comment with non-stop. Just because I am too busy in previous month so I need to use all the time I have just to sending a comment on this blog. Although I am tired just because of this, but I really like to send a comment and write something that we can share to everyone.

Now I want to share a tip for losing weight or maintain it. I am sure everyone likes to lose their weight especially for the girls who want to achieve their dreamed body figure. With all of the magical exercise machines or extreme diets with experimental roots, it seems getting in shape can be dangerous if you do not watch your step. Following you will find some simple tips that will show very successful results and not require you to buy that unnecessary exercise machine with expensive price.

Exercise at least 3 times a week for no less than 40 minutes. If you are able to walk every evening, it is much recommended. Exercising can help keep your metabolism up and keep your body’s healthy and maintain the shape or reduced the weight.

Dieting is very emotional and depends on motivation for success. If you are too strict, you will lose motivation. However, a fat stomach can be transformed into its prior flat and toned look if you start doing things the right way.

However, I still think the exercising is by far the best way to stay thin. It makes me feel sick when I hear about some people who think that eating less or watching their calorie intake is the ultimate solution. For the dieters will not only lose weight at a moderate pace, but will be afforded the support and knowledge to keep the weight off.

However, for me, whatever you do, we need to stick to a healthy diet and regular exercise just to keep maintaining the body and healthy also. It also will reduce the weight for some that really need to look fine and thin. Now, just try it out and enjoy!

Special thanks to our lecturer that does not bored to advise us and still stand will our behavior. Miss is one of the good and caring teachers that I have and I would like to say thank you for the knowledge given. Thank you again and I love you miss!
