hi..assalamualaikumm..

Wow..I,m the first again..ehhehe..

What are most people do when have a time? Ermmmmmm..For me, i think i will listening to the music. Its makes me feel better and surely can help me to release the tension that i have got. When i am in tension feelings, i will on the music with the loud of speaker. Hehe. There were several types of music that had been produced by the singer, the lyric's writer and the composer. There were Traditonal, Jazz, Hip Hop, Rock, Independent and oyhers. Surely, I would be prefer to listen to Rock music (Alternative Rock) and indepedent music (i think).

Alternative rock music is really a name given to rock music that didn't fit any other genre. However, the technical meaning is usually any rock music that descended from punk rock. A lot of rock music has been classified as alternative rock music even though some of these did not exactly fit the meaning. Alternative rock music became popular in the 1990's but the history or alternative rock music goes back farther than that. Before Nirvana brought alternative rock music to the mainstream audience, the music genre had been gaining popularity with the college crowds and music underground.

The popularity of alternative rock music came about after the grunge period. Grunge was a type of alternative rock music that denounced commercialism. This movement started in Seattle, Washington and soon took the world by storm. This was ironic since it was this type of music that helped to create the commercial success for alternative rock music. Surely, the alternative rock also had been spread into another country like Autralia (Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, The Go Betweens, The Vines and others), Canada (Mattheww Good Band, Arcade Fire and others), Iceland, Germany, Japan, Mexico and others.

In Malaysia there were only Indie band like the most popular, Estranged and Meet Uncle Hussein. But there were also underground music band in Malaysia but their's existed like did not notice by most of Malaysians. My favourite band are The All American Rejects, Blink 182, Coldplay,Simple Plan, Green Day, Fall out Boy, Foo Fighter and others.

In my opinion, I am surely that music can give a something special when you knew it and loved it. Thats why almost UMP's student neither boy or girl put their's music collections in their's laptop or computer. For me, I was feel enjoy and relax when listened to the music.Thats all for this comment and thank you.

i'm the second one...
first of all, assalamualaikom..

Actually i want to share some sweet words with you guys who will read mine, since the sweet day is around the corner... Its Valentine's Day...

Sweet things to say to love ones - what sweet things do you say to loved ones ?? Sweet words and action of love must be side by side at the very same moment, else sweet words are empty of any power of love

Sweet things to say to love ones
that was the question a few minutes ago ..

what sweet things do you say to your loved ones ?
what is the sweetest proof of your Love to loved ones ?
what are the sweetest words to loved ones ??

any sweet words are empty of power of you use words only
hence words can only be sweet for your loved ones if
- you prove your words by instant action of love
- you practice what you say while you say it
- you say what you truly feel while you feel it
- you truly love with sweet love all your loved ones

sweet words and action of love must be side by side at the very same moment
else words are empty of any power of love - like an empty sugar bag
printed "sugar" is empty of sweetness !!

your true feelings of love - expressed with your very own word exactly
when feeling these sweet intense love is the sweetest you ever can say
use the words that come up from the bottom of your heart
the words that simply appear in your mind without use of proper
language, grammar or intellect
sweet words need to reflect your true feelings, your true love
sweet words coming up from the bottom of your heart are the words the
recipient of your sweet love-words understands in his heart

learn to speak out all your feelings, your love, your desire
learn to say your sweet things always exactly when you feel it

p/s : this is an honest compliment.
i'll not be celebrate the valentine's day, but i do appreciate the sweet things.
Thank you.

Assalamualaikom...

According to George Elliot "Friendship is the inexpressible comfort of feeling safe with a person, having neither to weigh thoughts nor measure words."

In other words, friendship is :
Meaning of F.R.I.E.N.D.S.H.I.P

F” is for Fun…………That friends share when they are together.

“R” is for Reliability….A true friend is someone that you can always
rely on.

“I” is for Interest…….Someone who is genuinely interested in you,
your fears, joys, and life.

“E” is for Energy………They pick you up when you are down, and give
you the energy to go on and believe in yourself.

“N” is for Nothing……..Nothing is ever too much, no matter what time
it is, night or day.

“D” is for Distance…….Although the miles may separate you, a true
friend is never far away.

“S” is for Secrets……..Your feelings and personal/private thoughts
that you can only share with a friend.

“H” is for Happiness……The way I feel when we are together.

“I” is for Inseparable….Through good times and bad, tears and
laughter. A friend will always be there for you.

“P” is for Perfect……..The friendship.

Friendship is just like being a husband and wife. We have to be fair in every single things and also give and take. But, to be a good friend, we have to be a good listener. This will differentiate you either you are a best friend or just a friend! Some people, when they have a problem, they will find their friend to tell the problem. So, being a good friend just like being a mother that will hear all the words from us. For me, i do appreciate all my good friends and i love them very much!

p/s: Guys, happy advanced friendship day. I hope our friendship will last forever. Mmmmuuaahhhxxxsss.... :*

Hi..Salamm.

Did I like football? Yes, of course. I played football since i 6 years old. Most of the Malaysians like football and for sure, there were a lot of people around the world who like football. Every night week, there were a live football match broadcasting in television like Malaysian Super League (MSL), English Premier League (EPL), Spanish Primera League (SPL) ande many more. This sport was made as primary sport in many country included our country. Soccer, as we know it today, was molded during the 1960s. Increased media coverage and TV broadcasts made the game far more popular than it ever was. Commercial air flight replaced traveling by ship, which made it more efficient to conduct international matches.

Overall, this sport games involve two teams of usually between 11 players per team in first team playing included goal keeper. There are also substitude player, usually five or seven player, depends on the football rules in that country. There are also ninety minutes has been given for a play time that have two halftime (45 minutes per halftime). By moving a ball using a foot, with a few tactics and techniques, to an opposing team's end of the field and try to scoring the goal. This games were involved one referee and two assistant referee to handle the match.

The origin of soccer can be found in every corner of geography and history. The Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Ancient Greek, Persian, Viking, and many more played a ball game long before our era. The Chinese played "football" games date as far back as 3000 years ago. The Ancient Greeks and the Roman used football games to sharpen warriors for battle. In south and Central America a game called "Tlatchi" once flourished. But it was in England that soccer really begin to take shape. It all started in 1863 in England, when two football association (association football and rugby football) split off on their different course. Therefore, the first Football Association was founded in England. Only eight years after its foundation, The Football Association already had 50 member clubs. The first football competition in the world was started in the same year - the FA Cup, which preceded the League Championship by 17 years.

The spread of football outside of England, mainly due to the British influence abroad, started slow, but it soon gathered momentum and spread rapidly to all parts of the world. The next countries to form football associations after the Netherlands and Denmark in 1889 were New Zealand, Argentina, Chile, Switzerland, Belgium , Italy, Germany, Uruguay, Hungary and Finland. When FIFA (Federation Internationale de Football Association) (French for International Federation of Association Football) was founded in Paris in May 1904 it had seven founder members: France, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain (represented by the Madrid FC), Sweden and Switzerland. The German Football Federation cabled its intention to join on the same day. By 1925, the number had increased to 36, in 1930 (the year of the first World Cup), it was 41, in 1938, 51 and in 1950, after the interval caused by the Second World War, the number had reached 73. At present, after the 2000 Ordinary FIFA Congress, FIFA has 204 members in every part of the world.

By the way, i am really prefer to watch English Premier League because i am very impressive with their style of play (i am also sick with Malaysian football). Surely, my favourite club is Liverpool FC and i think the greatest player is Steven Gerrard. Thats all that i can share and thank you. See you in upcoming comment.

Next, i want to talk about the article of OEM software.

At this present days, computer software plays a great role because without software, the computer is useless. Therefore, important of computer software is need to be consider.

For the OEM software, it is a pratically unique ecomically justified way of purchase the full version of a software. For an example, buying a window vista OEM version is cheaper than buying a window vista full version. The difference of the price is approx. RM 200.

Nowadays, more and more OEM software have been created for save cost of the user where want to buy a software.

For my opinion, using OEM software is compulsory because using OEM software can prevent from detect of virus because if using a pirate software, will not provide the protection of virus.

hi..assalamualaikumm..

There are lot of brands that had produced today. Surely, the manufacturer tried to produce the better

brands. What type of brands do you prefer? Surely, for me, i am more to prefer ADIDAS brand. I thought this brand

suited myself. Although, it's price is quite expensive, i will try to buy it for evry 2 month. Lately, when i was

surf the internet, i was found an article that had got my attention to read it. For sure, it is about ADIDAS

history. I will tell you about it.

Adidas was founded in 1924 in Germany by two bothers Adi and Rudolf Dassler. The company was first named

Dassler shoes and later became Adidas. By the Dassler shoes being seen in the Olympics this really helped the

company get it’s name known. However, in 1948 Rudolf Dassler leaves to start his own company which is now known as

Puma. Once Rudolf left his brother came up with the famous three stripes logo and changed the name to Adidas.

In 1978, Adi Dassler passed at age 78 and his wife Kathe ran the company. Six years later Kathe passed and

the company was left for their son Horst Dassler to run, and three years later Horst passed at age 51. After Horst’s

death Adidas ran into some major financial problems, and later French industrialist, Bernard Tapie comes to make an

attempt to save the company. He maked a loan money from Credit Lyonnais Bank but he cannot pay back the loan interest. In February 1993, Credit Lyonnais sold Adidas to Robert Louis-Dreyfus, a friend of Bernard Tapie and he become the new CEO of the company.

And then, about the adidas logo. Adidas Logo represents elegance, durability and without doubt represents a mark of the leading sports gear in the world. The 3 striped Adidas logo was created by Adi Dassler, founder of Adidas. Adidas Logo was first used in 1967. Beginning with the production of training and sports foot wear, Adidas later expanded its production operations in leisure and apparel sector with the logo of adidas appearing on each product. The shape of 3 stripes on the Adidas Logo represents mountain, pointing out towards the challenges that are seen ahead and goals that can be achieved.

Finally, i am grateful because ADIDAS brand is not the brand from Israel like others brand. It is because i am boycotting Israel for the cruel that they have done. Thats all and thank you.

Hi , assalamualikumm...

I had been rean about one article that i think very interesting. Surely, it is about Everest. Everest is a highest mountain in the earth. For your information, this mountain was formed about 60 million years ago (My grandparent did not born yet). The mountain, which is part of the Himalaya range in High Asia, is located on the border between Sagarmatha Zone, Nepal, and Tibet, China.

Like a some people that have another name, Everest also has another name. In Nepal, this mountain also known as Sagarmatha that means goddess of the sky. Where in Tibet this mountain also known as Chomolungma. Its means mother goddess of the universe.

Sir George Everest was the first person to record the height and location of Mount Everest, this is where Mount"Everest" got its name from. Everest has claimed 210 lives, including eight who perished during a 1996 storm high on the mountain. Conditions are so difficult in the death zone that most corpses have been left where they fell, some of which are visible from standard climbing routes.

Lastly, i am very proud when Malaysians also proved the strong to ascent Mount Everest. The Malaysians who were first to conquer Mount Everest is M. Magendran and N. Mohanadas on May 23, 1997. Thats all and thank you.

Homesick?Home sickness is not an emotion to us to be ashamed of. we should proud that we are associated with our lovely family and miss their affection and love. Usually people who study far away from their family will got homesickness. Its normal to a normal person. usually, when we're homesick, we will remember our family, friends, pets, house or neighbourhood. we also could miss something simple like our bed. this is because we already familiar with surrounding us then suddenly we gonna leave home for the first extended period of time like vacation or study. at that time, we will feels that home is the best place ever. usually, homesick doesn't last long,it would disappear when we already comfort with new place. To overcome homesick, first bring something that would reminds you of home. most important, call home when we are free. our family are the most important in our life, they will help us when we need. do something that we enjoy and always be with your friends because friends are just like our family. try to speak our problem to adult, maybe thay could help us. even they couldn't help,at least we are not burden with that stress by share with someone. almost everyone felt homesick at some time. there are some good side to homesickness, that show that we have family and friends to missing for and place to return when our adventure away from home is over.

Save Your Earth For Your Children...

we often hear the slogan nowadays..

not necessarily we need to live in a tree and avoid all the electric stuff or anything that pollute the earth. now, there are gadgets that help you live greener life.

1. Cranking MP3 Player.
One minute's worth of cranking will give you playback of 10 minutes - although there is USB charging too for when your arm gets tired.

2. Husqvarna solar powered automatic lawnmower.
The mower will cut for around 40 minutes, and then charge for 40 minutes in its charging station, however the solar panels on its back mean that on a sunny day the device will be able to stay out cutting for up to 50% longer.

3. The Standby Buster
we usually did not turn off the the television because of the unreachable sockets. but this gadgets, gives you a remote for your plug.it allowing any connected appliances to be switched on and off using the remote control.

so, choose your gadget very well and think about the future..

lastly, GO GREEN!!!

hi~

I wouldl like to talk on article about "Suffering From Frozen Shoulder".

This kind of disease is an inflammatory condition of the shoulder which restricts movements. This can affect persons of all ages, but it usually appears after the age of 40 years. This is due to the age related changes which result in weakness of shoulder capsule making it more prone to injuries.

For me, this disease will effect to people who like to do activity without warming up. Our muscle will not ready if we did not warming up.

Warm up yourself before do any activity.

Hello,

In this article, I would like to share some knowledge about information on digital camera lenses.

Choosing a suitable focal length is probably the most important factor when it comes to lens. Focal lengths determine the field of view of the pictures you can take with your camera. Two main types of focal lengths are the telephoto which is mainly used for landscapes and the wide-angle which is used for close up shots or portraits. It is always preferred to go for the fast lenses because they are best suited towards successful photography in darker lighting conditions.

Nevertheless, zoom lenses are great option for taking pictures from a great distance. They give you the diversity of a range of focal lengths all rolled up into a single adjustable lens; this is great for taking pictures indoors as well as outdoors without the necessity of switching between various lens. On the other hand, add on lenses are especially targeted towards the basic compact digital cameras. These lenses are excellent and cost effective as well.

You can also buy a SLR camera that has digital lens. A SLR camera enables the user to check out the picture exactly as it is without being altered by any digital features. A digital SLR camera is versatile as it has interchangeable lenses which allow the users to take advantage of the custom built lens for any particular shot. It delivers the highest quality of images possible.

In conclusion, to those who wish to buy new camera, you should follow this advice. Thank you for reading.

I would like to share about teen-age marrieds. Teen-age marrieds present on the panel tended to agree that escape into early marriage is risky at best. Personally i think that married in early age is good because once you married, automatically your mind and attitude will become matured. It also can build confident self and
self thinking sharply because many obstacles will you face after you married,it teach you to be more patient, brave and thinking wisely. Other than that, when you got kids after married, you could growth together with your kids, this would help you and your kids more closer.
Eventhough married is good in early age, there are some difficulties especially to teenagers nowadays because this is modern era,new era, education is most important. Wherever you go, people will ask about your education whether man or women..
So,whatever you are doing, just think the reason and risk before take action.

ii.be aware with your surrondings because usually backstabber are from people arround you.Listen to your instincts.
iii.don't ever trust people 100%.
iv.notice how he/she treat things you care about.
v.try detect from the early what the backstabber want or sucking from you.
vi.ignore the persist of this kind of people.Be polite but extremely firm.

So that,be careful with people around you because they may be one to stab you form behind.Don't put the fully trust to others.

Hello again...

This time, I will discuss about an article entitled 'Mobile phones tumour risk to young children'. As we all know, nowadays it is hard to communicate with other people without having a mobile phone. But, do you know about the risk you might get from them?

A report taken from Mobile Phones and Health magazine, authored by Sir William said that four studies have caused concern. One ten-year study in Sweden suggests that heavy mobile users are more prone to non-malignant tumours in the ear and brain while a Dutch study had suggested changes in cognitive function. A German study has hinted at an increase in cancer around base stations, while a project supported by the EU had shown evidence of cell damage from fields typical of those of mobile phones.

For children aged between 8 and 14, parents had to make their own judgments about the risks and benefits. “I can’t believe that for three to eight year-olds they can be readily justified,” he said.

It's up to the reader to think about the worth of using mobile phones.

MAS vs. AIRASIA
Everyone know that MAS is the first company of air travelling in Malaysia then follow up by Airasia which is still a new. There are some differences between Airsia and Mas such as passenger cannot bring food into the flight while Mas can. The ticket of Airasia is more cheaper than Mas.Airasia took 2 and half hour to reach Sabah from KL,this is my experience.while Mas take 2 hour only to reach Sabah form KL,actually I don't even know Mas take 2 hours only because since i study at UMP, i never ride Mas.This is told by a man beside my seat in airasia flight last sem when I went back to Sabah for semester break. He told me that he follow airasia for the first time and he would never again follow airasia because of the journey took more half hour than Mas. He also told that the flight purposely take 2 and half hour to force passenger buy the food inside flight because that time is lunch time, all passenger must be hungry.Oh my god,the food in airasia so expensive, I never buy food inside the flight because I always slept inside the flight..
I think,as a student, i will choose Airasia as my airtravel. Maybe in other time I will try to follow Mas..

Thank you for reading.

Sixth sense, not the band of singer but also named intuition which is a feeling that someone was watching you. beside 5 well-known senses like vision, hearing, smell, taste and touch, there are a sixth sense.Usually, intuition means inner sight or inner knowledge. Not all people have this intuition, only chosen people have this feeling. I think that this speciality related to heart and mind because its about feeling.
Intuition is an unconscious form of knowledge but it immediate and often not to open rational thought process.Rational and intuition developt the chain of logic to demonstrate more structurally.
It also not find solutin immediately. Intuition take long period to build the logic situation.Brainstorming is the most important in intuitive method.
I think that this method would help sharpen the thinking skills same like we study additional math.
For suggestion, additional math can replace by intuition subject.haha..

Hello,

I'm here again to discuss about the best exercise for weight loss.

Losing weight is all about expending more calories than you consume throughout the day. It is well known that this may be achieved by eating well and exercising, but it is not commonly understood which exercise program is the best for burning the most calories in a day.

The two main programs to discuss are aerobic, or cardio, programs and resistance, or strength training, programs. Each program acts on your body in a different way, so they should be examined separately to determine which is best for promoting weight loss.

An aerobic program usually consists of various forms of cardiovascular exercise performed three to six days per week. Assuming each session lasts 30 minutes and you are working at a moderate intensity, the caloric expenditure is easily about 300 calories per session. More challenging types of cardio and higher intensities may burn up to 500 calories in a 30-minute session.

Hello again everyone.

This time, i'm going to share an article about 'For why I do the blogging'.

logs have become amazingly popular over the last several years but what exactly is a blog? A simple definition of a blog is that it a website that is maintained usually by one person. A blog is consistently updated with information such as commentaries, reviews of products or services or even photos or videos clips.

The entries that are made in a blog are most commonly displayed in reverse order. The term blog can also be used as a verb. For example if you are blogging you are adding new content to your blog. Most people that maintain a blog do so to have a platform to discuss personal issues. Although lately there are more and savvier internet entrepreneurs that are taking advantage of all the benefits that a blog will give them in regards to promoting their business and generating traffic to their website. Blogging is a fantastic way to drive lots of traffic to your blog. You will be especially successful in doing this if you update the content on your blog each and every day. At the very least you should be updating your blog with new content every other day.

Hello again guys.

Now, I want to share with you an article about 'A Better Public Speaking'.

There are are two parts where a public speaker needs to focus on:

Preparation:

Failing to prepare is preparing to fail. In fact, it is the most important factor in determining your communication successes. When possible, set meeting times and speaking and presentation times well in advance, thus allowing yourself the time you need to prepare your communications. Each minute of a presentation deserves thirty minutes preparation.

Of course, not all communications can be scheduled. In this case, preparation may mean having a good, thorough understanding of the office goings-on, enabling you to communicate with the knowledge you need to be effective, both through verbal and written communications

Successful Delivery:

The manner in which you deliver your speech or presentation has a lasting impact on your audience. Again, preparation is paramount here, in order to hold the listeners attention. Some useful tips for keeping your presentation vivid include:

Use examples to bring your points to life
Keep your body language up-beat - don't stay stuck behind a rostrum
Don't talk to fast. Less is more here too. Pauses are effective.
Use a variety of tones of voice
Use visual aids.

Presentations and public speaking, although daunting, can be a very enjoyable, rewarding experience, once adequate time is taken to prepare and rehearse them. An enthusiastic speaker who is confident with their material will make a lasting memorable impression on their audience.

Differences between girl and women..huh??
Both them have same sex. So,what the differences? As i read the other blog, attitude is the point that make girl differ from women. As we all think, girl is a kid while women is up to 20 years old.
Nowadays, many women afraid to admit that she already become a women because of women seems too old. I just remembered Britney Spears's song which is the title is 'im not a girl, not yet a women'.What is mean by that?Personally I think that she won't admit that she already become a women then she also won't say that she still a girl because physical shows the changes.
As a conclusion, all girl will become to women. The attitude will changing which will make other see the differences.

Thank you.

Everybody is concerned about ensuring their financial security, but few of them really understand what the term means, let alone how to achieve it. Then we nee to consider how much wealth we already have, how much money we make, and how much money we spend.

The more income we make in relation to our expenses, the more wealth we will create. And the more wealth we create, the more secure our financial future will be.

I agree with this article that we need to care of our financial to make our future more bright.

Assalamualaikum….
Friendship is a term used to denote co-operative and supportive behavior between two or more people. In this sense, the term connotes a relationship which involves mutual knowledge, esteem, and affection and respect along with a degree of rendering service to friends in times of need or crisis. Friends will welcome each other's company and exhibit loyalty towards each other, often to the point of altruism. Their tastes will usually be similar and may converge, and they will share enjoyable activities. They will also engage in mutually helping behavior, such as exchange of advice and the sharing of hardship. A friend is someone who may often demonstrate reciprocating and reflective behaviors. Yet for many, friendship is nothing more than the trust that someone or something will not harm them.

For me, friendship, like the immortality of the soul, is too good to be believed. Friendship may be said to require natures so rare and costly, each so well tempered and so happily adapted, and withal so circumstanced, (for even in that particular, a poet says, love demands that the parties be altogether paired,) that its satisfaction can very seldom be assured. It cannot subsist in its perfection; say some of those who are learned in this warm lore of the heart, betwixt more than two.

Holla,

Now, I want to comment about love. What is love??... "Love" is certainly very difficult to pin down and define. Rather than trying to identify love itself, it is probably easier to identify how it changes people's decisions and behavior. As such, I propose what I believe to be a decent standard: If two people are convinced that they want to spend the rest of their lives together, they are in love. Clearly this is not the "essence" of love, but it's a decent proxy for the result of being "in love. How many people who have known each other for just a few weeks know that they want to spend the rest of their lives together? It's surely more common among people who have known each other for a few months, but it is probably still a relatively small proportion of all relationships that have lasted for a few months. What makes me think that? Without any data, I feel comfortable asserting that the majority of people who are together for 2-3 months are still not together 2-3 years later. This probably holds true, even among people who claim at 2-3 months to be "in love". If they didn't stick together, could it really be said that both people were truly "in love"?

I do not believe in love at first sight or getting love in just a day. The strong feeling that we feel that time I guess is not love but just a like. Love is different from like. That is a common misconception of every people. Most of the time we like a person and we feel it as love.

Do you know how we can save the world from global warming? As we knew, global warming can cause many effects to human especially the increasing of pollution rate.

We are able to do something in case to reduce this global warming. First, decrease our demand for electricity. Second, use fans but not air-conditioner. Third, use public transport. Fourth, reduce, reuse and recycle.

Actually, there are many other things that can be done. However, I think if we are applying these things we are able reduce an amount of global warming. But, one thing to remember is these steps must be done continuously to get the best result for our own sake.

We meet again…

Now, I want to discuss about how important is food to human???.... How important is food to human society? Outside of the insanely obvious without food, we all soon become so much human compost because it turns out that food, especially the availability of it or the lack thereof, has helped determine pretty much every aspect of human history and development.

That is the most fascinating lesson Jared Diamond provides in his Pulitzer Prize-winning book, "Guns, Germs, and Steel: The Fates of Human Societies." A professor of geography at UCLA, Diamond starts by asking a question that is probably occurred to many of us at one time or another: Why, given there's no scientific reason to believe any one group or race of people is smarter or more inventive than any other, did human cultures evolve along such different paths? Why, for instance, did Europeans sail to and eventually take over much of North America and Australia, eliminating or displacing those regions' native peoples, rather than the other way around? Why did the earliest civilizations arise where they did?

The answer to all those questions ultimately rests with food. Areas with a diverse and plentiful supply of easily domesticated plants and animals had a built-in advantage over regions with fewer such food sources. Domestic able plants and animals gave rise to agriculture, which enabled people to settle down in farm communities, produce enough food to allow some people to specialize in trades other than food cultivations, build large populations and complex political systems, and eventually develop resistance to animal-origin epidemic diseases like smallpox, measles, tuberculosis and more. Those advantages have cascaded down to present-day societies, explaining why there are still such disparities in wealth and economic development around the globe.
It all comes down to food. And that is why we should keep our food choices not only healthful, but natural, green and sustainable. Food is culture. Food is life. Food is nature, and so are we. And, as Diamond demonstrated so persuasively in a subsequent book, "Collapse: How Societies Choose to Fail or Succeed," when people start messing with nature in ways that can not be sustained, a society's very existence can be threatened.

I agree with this article. Thus, food is very important to human. Without food, human will lose their energy to do their lives activities. Food act as the most necessary needed for lives after water.

Thank you.

Hi everyone...

In my previous comment I have talked about how we can save the world from global warming. Now, the topic is about the same which is the earth but I will focus on the rainforest.

It is the place where an amount of animals and plants live. It as also an important source for human.
I found some tips on ways to save the rainforest and I am going to state only two of them.

Recycle everything we can such as newspaper, cans and glass bottles. These things are very familiar with us. As a student, we can recycle unused paper. Besides that, do not pick flowers or keep wild creatures for pets. Let them live freely with their natural life. Leave the creature where we find it.

The rainforest was destroyed because of human. Therefore, only human can stop this terrible disaster. My suggestion is please think twice before we do something because who knows it might hurt or give bad effect to another side.

This is all about food which can increase brain power. Brain is one of the most important organs in our body. It controls the movement and also the way of thinking.

To make the brain able to gives the best function, taking the best food is necessary. Eggs are a great source of brain food because of high in choline which is essential for brain development and memory function. Next, blueberries and strawberries help supply our body with antioxidants that help protect the brain against free radical damage. Fatty fish, such as herring, sardines and salmon are jam packed with Omega-3, a fat that helps to keep cells in our central nervous system lubricated and running smoothly.

As a conclusion I can say that taking a healthy food is the key to success in our life. It is not just in order to increase the brain power instead it is a good way of life. When we have a strong brain, this means we have a better life.

Hello!!!
Well, we meet again for second time in this morning!!

Now, I want to talk about Stealth aircraft!! First of all, do you ever realized that there are many types of bomber flight? F-22 Raptor, F-35 Lighting II is the example of bomber aircraft that being used by many countries such as United States, Italy, Canada, and Australia..
Back to Stealth aircraft, this type of aircraft is long way bomber which mean it can throw or launch their bomb from long distance. Thats scary isn't it? but thats the truth!!
This aircraft also most likely less detectable by radar systems and naked eye, and less sound so that makes this aircraft suitable for spying the enemies country.
Even though this aircraft has powerfull ability in war, it also has it own weakness. First weakness is it cannot fight with other aircraft that can shoot missle or bullet to target because it is not design for it. It is designed for bombing and spying only.Second weakness is, there is also ways to detect it in long way by using Reflected waves, Infrared(heat), Wavelength match, and OTH Radar.
Thats a little bit about stealth aircraft. There is many other aircraft that more powerfull than this aircraft but for bomber this is a good choice.
Till next story!!!Thank you..

When I was small, I always wondered who am I and how I become who I am now. I always think about the meaning of life.

When I grow up and learned so many things, I realized the true meaning of my own life. Religion is the main point of this. I believe the fate and I must do everything according to my religion. That is why human need it...to show the right path. We will not live and stay forever in this world because one day we will die. This is the fact that cannot be changed. Because of that Muslim was taught to works hard as we will live forever and be a good follower as we will die tomorrow.

We are not children anymore and able to think rationally. Once we learn something we need to make a practice especially any related things about our religion.

I had read a short story entitled, ‘The Tidy Drawer’, last night. I think this story was very good but I gave it 3 stars because it could have more description. In fact, the plot was boring and the ending was like a little bit sudden. But then, it was a good lesson for me because I should keep my drawer clean. I learned a big lesson. hehehe…
Apart from that, I like the relationship illustrated between the mother and daughter. This story perfectly captures the time you as a parent spend you’re your children. It is not about an organised event or a special day but the moment is special and can only really be illustrated in writing.
In overall view, I don’t think this story had much excitement really.

WE MEET AGAIN!

In my opinion, the story of ‘The Princess and the Pea’ is very interesting. I'm trying to figure out the moral values of the story. Here are several moral values that had been figured out:

1. Don't judge a book by its cover
2. Don't give up
3. Parents want a genuine mate for their child
4. True love is finding a genuine heart
5. You don't have to search for your love. The true love will certainly come to you itself!

Basically, the story of princess and the pea had a really good moral. On my side, I give 4 stars to this story because it is very interesting and good vocabulary. In fact, it was a traditional story which contains nice plot and description as well. This tale was written way before any of us was ever dreamed of. It is an old classic tale and rightful story because the moral applies to all ages.

ASSALAMUALAIKUM...
HOW ARE YOU???

Trace gases in the atmosphere cause the greenhouse effect by acting like a blanket on a global sale and slowing the radiation of heat back out into space. This effect moderated temperature on the Earth long before humans began changing the chemistry of the atmosphere. Like a well managed greenhouse, the Earth's surface remained warm, but not too hot, and thus allowed the growth of the lush ecosystems we have inherited. The increase in heat-trapping gases in the Earth's atmosphere caused by human activity means the greenhouse effect could, like a poorly managed greenhouse that is left closed up on a hot summer day, overheat and do great damage to all the living creatures on the Earth. The primary greenhouse gases include:
• carbon dioxide
• methane
• nitrogen oxides
• fluorinated gases
These make up only one percent or less of the Earth's atmosphere, but they are almost entirely responsible for all of it's heat trapping capacity. Greenhouse gas levels have increased dramatically since the start of the industrial revolution.

-IN SERIOUS MOOD-

Global warming may really be a warning to whole of the globe very soon. Unabated global warming could lead to a serious depletion of oxygen in the world's oceans, creating "dead zones" that could remain for thousands of years, purging some areas of advanced marine life, a new study says. Low-oxygen areas known as dead zones are now typically limited to coastal areas, where excess fertilizer runoff causes greater growth of algae in water. When the algae decompose, it consumes much of the oxygen in the water, leaving the area unable to support much aquatic life.

Global warming could expand these low-oxygen areas. Such expansion would lead to increased frequency and severity of fish and shellfish mortality events. Warming leads to reduced ocean water circulation and diminishes the ability of oxygen to dissolve in sea water. As time goes on, these effects are amplified by the Earth's progressively increasing sensitivity to temperature and emissions.

The depletion of oxygen causes the ocean to be stripped of nutrients. This leads to large, unpredictable changes in the oceans' ecosystem structure, perhaps even calling into doubt the ocean as a source of food.

QUICK THINKING – by Chan Li Jin
This is a story about a 19-year-old, M. Krishnamoorthy Sandaran who saved 18 people in ferry tragedy at Tioman Island, Pahang on the last October, 13th. Krishnamoorthy is a young apprentice electrician with his group of 23 went to Tioman Island for a holiday. Their ferry got trouble and explosion before its sinking. Krishnamoorthy with no pain event his back and legs stung from the burns, he dove again and again into the water and saving 18 people, seven of them children from the tragedy place into the safety ferries. For Krishnamoorthy as a hero in that tragedy, he felt that the people who were safe are his family members. In my opinion, nowadays there are limited younger people who can be a hero like Krishnamoorthy. Why? It is because the ‘scarify to others’ inside the younger people is loose and didn’t interrupted since their children. The responsibilities in humanity also become ‘fragile’. For a conclusion, parents should ‘fertile’ the good spirit of human attitude since from children. It’s important to generate human society to our future generation.

Hi...Ija again :)

THE ACCIDENTAL ENTREPRENEUR
People, who look something different from normal, can see the opportunity. Same like Sheri Schmelzer spotted a few years ago when everyone wearing Crocs, the colourful resin clogs dotted with holes. She and her family make the shoes looking unique. Crocs – Jibbitz had sold millions of pair of shoes; the couple figured they could create a business simply by riding the wave. They got a long ‘journey’ to become a family business at Boulder, Colorado. Finally, Sheri and her family especially her husband were successfully in December 2006 (after one a half year from got the idea) when Crocs bought Jibbitz for $20 million, with the Schmelzers staying on board. As popular as the shoes are, it’s not yet clear if they’re a short-term fad or a long-term business. Today Sheri sits in bright new digs, the chief design officer of a global business. Even she is amazed by how far you can go with one simple idea. In my opinion, there’s a few way if you want to success in your life. What is most important to for a good business is time management, experiences, your PR and attitude. But the most important is be patient and learn to slow down because business is like a ‘monsoons’.

Hi..it's me, Ija.
For men (son, father, husband, son-in-law and etc)
MAKE HIM WORK-the reason why your partner should help more around the house.
The reason: it’s important for your health. “Researches in Lebanon about 2800 households found men were slack when it came to the most common daily chores. More than 90% of women are the only ones doing the washing and ironing. Women whose husbands refused to be involved in domestic duties were 1.6 times more likely to feel distressed and 2.7 times more likely to be and unhappy”. For my opinion, not only in the ‘busy city/country’ but also in our country have that scenario. Today had many alternatives to solve the problems. Many laundry services that we can find and the most important is you should prepare the monthly budget. As a family, husband and wife, sons and daughters should co-operate each others in doing daily routine. We can make our home as a place to be healthy. As a father, husband, son and son-in-law, don’t put the entire home daily to your mom and wife’s shoulder. Give your hand to make their smiles. Maybe after that your mom will cook your favourite food to appreciate your hand.

Hi everyone..

I want to talk about the effect of nuclear. We always heard about it but I am sure not everyone knows detail on it.

Actually, the dominant effects of a nuclear weapon where people are likely to be affected (blast and thermal radiation) are identical physical damage mechanisms to conventional explosives.

Kinetic energy created by this expansion contributes to the formation of a shockwave.

I agree with these statement because many things that has related to chemical is quiet dangerous. It can damage human cells quietly. At last, we just can see the effect and I believe on that time it will be too late.
Therefore, always carefully with everything around us.

'On a sunny day 58 years ago, five Navy planes took off from their base in Florida on a routine training mission, known as Flight 19. Neither the planes nor the crew were ever seen again.'

Do you guys know what the above story is all about? Well, I'm here again to share an article about Bermuda Triangle. It is a long article, but I cut it into a shorter version. Anyone wish to read the full article can go the URL pasted down below.

Thus was a legend born. The Bermuda Triangle is an area roughly bounded by Miami, Bermuda, and Puerto Rico. No one keeps statistics, but in the last century, numerous ships and planes have simply vanished without a trace within the imaginary triangle.

Unusual features of the area had been noted in the past. Christopher Columbus wrote in his log about bizarre compass bearings in the area. But the region didn't get its name until August 1964, when Vincent Gaddis coined the term Bermuda Triangle in a cover story for Argosy magazine about the disappearance of Flight 19. The article stimulated a virtual cottage industry in myth-making.

Many exotic theories have been propounded to explain what happened to the missing travelers.

The disappearances have been attributed to the machinations of enormous sea monsters, giant squid, or extra-terrestrials. Alien abductions, the existence of a mysterious third dimension created by unknown beings, and ocean flatulence—the ocean suddenly spewing great quantities of trapped methane—have all been suggested as culprits.

The reality, say many, is far more prosaic. They argue that a sometimes treacherous Mother Nature, human error, shoddy craftsmanship or design, and just plain bad luck can explain the many disappearances.

"The region is highly traveled and has been a busy crossroads since the early days of European exploration," said John Reilly, a historian with the U.S. Naval Historical Foundation. "To say quite a few ships and airplanes have gone down there is like saying there are an awful lot of car accidents on the New Jersey Turnpike—surprise, surprise."

Lieutenant A. L. Russell, in the U.S. Coast Guard's official response to Bermuda Triangle inquiries, writes: "It has been our experience that the combined forces of nature and the unpredictability of mankind outdo science-fiction stories many times each year."

Food poisoning? What do you understand about it?

Food poisoning is a common, usually mild, but sometimes deadly illness. Typical symptoms include nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramping, and diarrhea that occur suddenly (within 48 hours) after consuming a contaminated food or drink. Depending on the contaminant, fever and chills, bloody stools, dehydration, and nervous system damage may follow. These symptoms may affect one person or a group of people who ate the same thing (called an outbreak).

The known causes of food poisoning can be divided into two categories, infectious agents and toxic agents.

Avoid food poisoning and always be healh..take the tips to avoid it and read the other important information here...

Hello!!!!

Now with different idea and different story, I will present you a story about the Egypt Pyramid.. Many people said that it is the world's miracle. But what purpose of having this building for Ancient Egyptians?

Egypt Pyramid is a place where the Ancient Egyptians mummifie the pharaoh. They belived that when the pharaoh died, he became Osiris, king of the dead.. Some part of a dead paharoh's spirit, called "ka" was belived to remain with his body. It was thought that if the corpse did not have proper care, the former pharaoh would not be able to carry out his duties as king of the dead, then disaster would befall Egypt.

The pharaoh was mumified to preserved his body. Everything the king need in his afterlife was provided in his grave such as gold, furniture, food and so on. This was belived that the body would continue to receive food offerings long after the death.

That is a short story that can be share together to get some overview about Egypt Pyramid. Want to know more? visit website below.. Till next time!!Thank You..

hi~

I would like to share about "MP4 players". This kind of player can play video and music.

This MP4 Player is a small portable, walkman-like mp3 player with a hard disk inside. This MP4, also called personal video players or multimedia players, are portable devices that play MP4 video files. MP4 stands for MPEG 4. This format can be used for video and audio and it produces a very high quality sound and picture.

This MP4 player can record from a tv or dvd player and also can store pictures as well. A good mp4 player will come with a decent amount of memory to store the sometimes large mp4 files.

Since my friend bought MP4 Player and I have been enjoying video and music more than ever before! I would like to recommend it to any music lover, its well worth the money.

I want to share on article about"Why Hide Your IP Address?".

Hiding our IP address online ensures that our personal information is not leaked out to the outsiders. By installing software in our PC, we can hide our IP address. Anonymous surfing of the web will enable we to safeguard our Internet privacy. There is nothing illegal in hiding our IP address, for the proper reasons. When we hide our IP address, this will enables we to protect our computer from spyware. Spyware is the software that monitors the activities of the user of a computer. The main advantage of hiding our IP address is to protect us from any website that wants to monitor our online habits and activities.

I would like to suggest that we need to hide our IP address for our safety especially who do online banking. I agree with this article.

As a human being, we have generally been blessed with a tremendous desire to love and be loved; to listen and be listened to; to take care of and accept care from others. Firstly, know who we are and what we want. Then, learn how to disagree and don’t allow children and child-raising to take precedence over our marital relationship. We also need to take responsibility for our actions and affirm each other. Finally, get help if we need it.

I would like to suggest that we need to review what we have. This is to make sure we get bright future. I agree with this article.

Hye everyone…

Today I want to share about FISH. Once upon a time, fish was a healthy food choice. Unfortunately, today that’s not always true. Whether you snag your fish in a market, lake or stream, it’s in your health’s best interest to make informed choices. Here are two important criteria to consider: toxicity and sustainability.

Toxicity
As our oceans, lakes and rivers become increasingly contaminated, so do fish. Be they farmed or wild, nearly all fish contain trace amounts of the highly toxic methyl mercury. Some fish contain high levels and thus pose the greatest risk to people who eat them regularly. The most mercury-contaminated are long-lived, large fish that feed on other fish. So favor smaller fish. The FDA advises pregnant women, breast-feeding women, women considering becoming pregnant, infants, young children and the elderly to not eat shark, swordfish, king mackerel and tilefish. Consider that the FDA stance tends to be conservative. Thus, it might be prudent for everyone—pregnant or otherwise—to consider minimizing consumption of large fish, including tuna. Fortunately, there is a tasty kitchen remedy that counters mercury. Apparently cilantro helps mobilize mercury stored in the brain and spinal cord and excrete it via the stool or urine. See Journal of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine, March 2001. Therefore, lavish your fish supper with cilantro (see accompanying recipes).
In addition to mercury, other toxins found in problematic levels in fish include the chlorinated compounds PCBs, dioxins, chlordane and two pesticides, dieldrin and DDT. Typically fish caught near industrial, urban and agriculture areas are higher in these contaminants.

Sustainability
In addition to making food choices that support your individual health, also consider our collective health. This makes sustainability our second guideline in selecting fish. The United Nations reports that over one-third of all fish species are vulnerable to, or in immediate danger of, extinction. It is therefore critical to purchase fish only from a reputable merchant who does not carry endangered species. When considering sustainability, farmed fish might seem an obvious solution. However, producing “factory” fish is problematic.

Farmed fish are fed hormones, antibiotics and chemicals to enhance their growth and to keep them from dying in overcrowded conditions. Farmed fish, most commonly tilapia, may be fed hormones that reverse their sex as a way of yielding more succulent flesh. Shrimp farming, to name just one, also severely damages offshore habitat and destroys the local fishing economy. To make feed for farmed fish, the ocean is mined for trash (non-marketable) fish varieties. This is an extraordinarily wasteful process.
In an effort toward sustainability, some farmed fish are fed grain and soy pellets. However, one can’t help but wonder—how healthy are farmed fish raised on grains and beans? To drastically alter the diet of any species makes it vulnerable to disease. Before purchasing farmed fish, ask for the details of what the fish are fed plus a guarantee that the farm does not have a negative impact upon the environment. Farmed fish may include abalone, catfish, caviar, clams, mussels, oysters, salmon, striped bass, tilapia and trout.

Best Cooking Methods
Before cooking fish, clean and gut it, because some chemicals, including PCBs, tend to concentrate in the organs, particularly in the liver and fat. These toxins are associated with industry and agriculture; thus, fish caught in the San Francisco Bay or the Great Lakes Region are more contaminated than fish from Alaskan waters. Therefore, trim the fat, remove the skin, and fillet the fish before cooking. Fat is located along the back and the belly, and in the dark meat along the lateral line running along the side of the fish. Skinning fish will remove the thin layer of fat under the skin. Favor cooking methods that enable the juices to drain away such as steaming, poaching, baking or grilling. (Consider minimizing recipes that retain the juices such as fish soup and fried, breaded or batter-coated fish.) Discard fish cooking juices. According to government data, using these methods may eliminate about half or more of the PCBs in fish.

As a conclusion, I agreed with this article. Nowadays, fish is not healthy like before this. This is because our world has a lot of pollutions such as air pollutions, water pollutions, and vehicles pollutions. This also can make global warming effects thus, also effect to the water animals in sea like fish.

I suggested that we must take care about the sea and keep our world green. Because fish is one of the important foods to human that gives a lot of protein to our body.

Thank you.

Holla..
We meet again…

So, now I want to share about the teddy bear. All of the people especially to the kids and girl teenagers love teddy bear. No matter the teddy bear is a gifted from somebody or buy for itself, the teddy bear is very lovely and softly. I also have a lot of teddy bear in my bedroom because I very love it. For me, when I hug the teddy bear I feel very comfortable and happy. But how many from us know about the history of the teddy bear. Now, I want to share it.

The teddy bear, that cherished companion of both the young and old, seems always to have been around, played with by generations of children as far back as anyone can remember. For collectors is difficult to believe that there was ever a time before they existed. But surprisingly, their origin is relative modern and he is just 105 years old.
There are many theory's where the teddy bear first appeared (The English story that teddy bears were named after King Edward VII or some people say he was German) but the most popular version of how the teddy bear came into being maintains that his true father was another famous Teddy - Theodore Roosevelt, former President of the USA.

The basic story of the original toy teddy bear goes like this: Theodor Roosevelt was well known for his love of hunting. On a hunting trip in Mississipi in 1902, the president found himself nose to nose with poor little bear cub. Because the president does not have real taste for an easy victory he uttered his now famous remark: "If i killed this little bear, I could never look my own children in the face".
One of the most famous cartoonists of the day had heard of the incident and immortalized it in the cartoon. He was looking for a humorous way to comment on the political events of the day. The cartoonist's name was Clifford L. Beryman of the Washington Evening Star and its initial appearance on November 18, the drawing was soon being republished all over America. Mr. Gregory Wilson, in his article "The Birth of the Teddy Bear" closes his fascinating report with the statement 'Thus, The Teddy Bear was born as a result of racial pun" .

Neither the President nor C. Berryman could have possibly realized that they had played crucial parts in creating the Teddy Bear.

The first American soft toy maker to recognize the marketing possibilities of Clifford Beryman pathetic little bear cub was Moris Michtom who ran a Brooklyn stationery and candy shop. His wife Rose created a brown plush bear that was filled with wood-shavings and fitted with boot button eyes. The toy was displayed alongside a copy of "Drawing the Line in Mississipi" and labeled "Teddy Bear".

The German toy company Stiff has made teddy bears that are consistently popular with both children and collectors. While other companies produce millions of stuffed teddy bears, non has ever achieved the status that Stiff continues to hold.
By 1907, Teddy Bear enthusiasm had reached manic proportions. Beside the actual bears themselves, there were boxed games such as Teddy's Bear Huntand ranges of clothes especially for Teddy boys and Teddy girls. In addition there were numerous types of Teddy bears paper, books, postcards, card games, board and automobiles specially made for Teddies. Teddy bears were thought of as toys for boys but it was soon discovered that little girls liked them as well. There were complaints that the mothering instinct in girls was destroyed by their obvious affection for these furry animals - Teddy. One great advantage of the new toy was its equal appeal to both genders and advertising and contemporary photographs reveal boys as offs so girls playing with the Teddy toy.

As a conclusion, teddy bear always become the one of best gift to give to kids and girls. Teddy bear symbolizes the cute and harmony feelings.

Thank you.

Now, I want to discuss about leopard cat. Leopard Cat is one of the most beautiful felines in nature. It has a wide geographical distribution with marked differences in appearance in various parts of its range, leading many to classify it into a variety of subspecies. Size also varies in accordance with the habitat. In the southern part of its range, the Leopard Cat is nearly two feet long (including tail) whereas the northern Leopard Cat of Amur region is longer (over three feet) and heavier (ten to fifteen pounds).

Prionailurus Bengalensis, the Leopard Cat is slightly larger than a big domestic cat. Fur color also varies across the range of Leopard Cat, though it is generally yellowish in south and grayish-white in north. Underside, chest, lower part of head are all white with various dark markings, spots and rosettes, on the body. These brownish black spots often join to form stripes on the back and head. The tail has black rings towards its tip.

Residents of forests and grasslands, Leopard Cats are seldom seen in dry areas. Preferring watery areas they avoid arid habitats and may reside in wooded areas and scrubs. They are excellent climbers and capable swimmers. These attributes, along with their wide distribution in the wild and adaptability render them able to take down a variety of animals including hares, birds, fish, rodents, insects and even bats. Chiefly nocturnal hunters, they have also been reported to be active in day time.

Primarily solitary, Leopard Cats are seen together in mating seasons. After a gestational period nearing two and a half months a litter of two to four kittens is born. Mother rears them up and may place them in burrows and bush before they gain maturity and independence.

There is need for greater study of these beautiful cats in the wild. Leopard Cats have a vast range in Southeast Asia and their conservation status varies across it. It is believed though that they are vulnerable in certain islands.

As a conclusion, leopard cat is of the family cat. So, their attitude same like cat but more fierce like tiger.

I would like to share some interesting things you can do with ipod. I do believe most of us owns a ipod. In the four years since its introduction, the iPod has proven to be a versatile little device. Despite a relatively closed architecture, hackers have found their way in. Content creators and software makers put information at your fingertips when you're on the go. Would-be designers have added to the fashionable stylings of the now-ubiquitous white ear buds. Hardware makers and enthusiasts have augmented the iPod with new add-on gadgets.

Here are a few things you can do with your iPod besides listen to music. Make your own pirate radio station. Just expose the antenna on your iTrip FM transmitter and you can broadcast your iPod's music library to any radio a short distance away. Useful for silencing loud radios or just messing with people. Listen to your mp3 collection in the car. Griffin and Kensington sell FM transmitters for the iPod. Just tune your radio to the proper frequency and out comes your music collection. Next is listen to text. If you're sufficiently clever about Linux, you can install a text-to-speech app on your iPod, making it possible to listen to your menus or text files through your ear buds. Get religion. Take the Book of God anywhere with BiblePlayer, listen to the Quran on your walk to the office, or discover the wisdom of the Torah on the train.

Here is all i want to share about ipod and i hope more people will explore more thing on ipod so that all can beneficial from it.

Today i read a article entitle 'Troubleshooting Graphics Software'. I think it is a good and useful article for us as a software engineering student. It teach us how to troubleshoot a defect software.

First, don't overlook the obvious. Or return your software to default settings. Think about when the problem started occurring. Next for the Windows 95/98/Me users, check your system resources and your hard disks. Isolate the problem. For Windows users, boot into safe mode and reduce video hardware acceleration. Read the documentation or check the Event Log. Check the software publisher's Web site for patches or updates for your software. Finally see the sidebar for additional general troubleshooting tips from other Guides.

I think it is useful for us to learn how to fix a software by ourselves without spending a cent.

Today i wanna share some information about 'Low Back Pain'.

As we know, this illness is common among eldest. Usually, this illness is happen when we wake up after sleep and while doing manual handling.

Our lower back is the hinge between the upper and lower body, and is especially vulnerable to strain and injury when we are lifting, reaching and twisting. Most of us have experienced back pain at one time or another. However, when the pain is persistent and/or recurring regularly, it may be time to seek professional help.

Symptoms :

The pain may radiate down the front, side, or back of your leg, or it may be confined to the low back.
The pain may become worse with activity.
Occasionally, the pain may be worse at night or with prolonged sitting such as on a long car trip.
You may have numbness or weakness in the part of the leg that receives its nerve supply from
a compressed nerve.

Causes

The most common causes of low back pain are:

Strain or inflammation of muscles, ligaments and tendons
Pressure on nerve roots in the spinal canal
Fractures of the back bones (vertebrae)

Treatment Options at THE PAIN SPECIALIST

At the THE PAIN SPECIALIST CENTRE, they will perform an initial assessment of low back pain that typically includes a medical history and physical examination. By asking us certain questions and doing strength and movement tests, they can check for serious underlying conditions, such as fractures, tumors, infection and severe nerve damage.

Treatment can be either surgical or non-surgical, depending on our specific condition.

Non-surgical

Medication:
Many patients benefit from medication, which relieves low back pain and reduces inflammation
or muscle spasms.

Interventional therapy:
Mainly in the form of injections, this is used to treat the underlying spine disease.

Subsequent treatment may include:
a) radio frequency, and/or
b) nerve roots repair using microcatheters.

Such procedures last for about 30 minutes and are performed under local anesthesia with mild sedation. We will be fit to go home after one to two hours under observation.

Surgical

We will be referred to an orthopedic surgeon for further assessment.

Personally,i do have this 'Low Back Pain'. It happened in year 2006 in July when at that time i was a preventative from College Matriculation Negeri Sembilan, having a netball match. Until now, i still regret n sad about that incident. Now, i can't play any sports n do some works. It is because, i have to take care of myself and avoid to become more worse.

Assalamualikum..

I want to share some hair care tips.
This tips is for unisex. Here some tips and enjoy read it.

Steps :
1. Find a good stylist first. (Ask if they know anything about the technique of "twist-cutting", which is great for curly hair.) Ask your friends, strangers, someone whose hair you admire, etc. It's best to get recommendations from people who have the same hair type as yours.

2. Realize that you don't need to shampoo everyday, but do condition every time you are in the shower. Choose a shampoo and conditioner that leaves your hair feeling good to you. You don't want hair that was washed and still feels like you have product left or leaves it feeling dry even if it isn't.

3. Brushes are a common cause of frizziness. Unless you're blowing your hair straight, use your fingers to comb your hair.

4. Don't use too much product. With a styling milk, gel or mousse, put some into your palm and rub your palms together. The product will warm up as you rub and distribute better by not 'globbing' onto one spot. You want to evenly distribute the product through your hair, so you will need to use more if you have longer hair.

5. Use a product straight out of the shower, when your hair is still wet. This will 'trap' the moisture and get you thick, moisture-rich curls. When your hair dries, if you look like you have smothered your hair with gel and don't care for that look, take your towel and sort of scrunch your dry hair. This will take the 'wet rat' look out of your hair and leave it 'natural looking' (cotton t-shirts work well; they absorb the moisture, but don't leave frizzy hair; paper towels can also be used).

6. Choose to air dry or blow dry. Try them both out. Blowing completely dry can cause frizzies, but a diffuser attachment can prevent this. You may also find that if you stop before it's completely dry that will also tame the frizzies. Try to air dry on the weekends or at night.

7. Detoxify your hair about once a month. Your hair is one of the most absorbing and dirtiest parts of your body. Think of the smog, pollution, germs from sneezes and coughs, smoke, etc. that you encounter every day. All of this can get trapped in your hair. If you smoke or someone around you does, your hair will trap and smell like smoke. So even if you choose to live with the frizz and not use anything in your hair, please use a detoxifier once in a while. It will help your hair.

Tips:
Products
* When trying out products, start with lighter ones first. Naturally curly hair is usually fragile, with fine strands, and heavy gels will weigh it down.
* Go shopping at the store or a friend's bathroom. Experiment! Everyone has a personal choice and what works for others may not work for you.

Drying

* Always air dry hair whenever possible.
* After washing your hair wear a large, warm woolen hat. This quickly dries your hair using the natural heat in your head and when you take off your hat you'll find it has naturally straightened it too! (good for neck length hair or shorter)
* Avoid the following for daily use: flat irons, blow-driers, the chemicals "sodium laurel sulfate" or "sodium laureth sulfate", hair brushes (may seem strange, but for ultra-curly hair, fingers are the best brush), harsh chemical treatments, and elastic bands.

Style tips

* Avoid parting down the middle of the hair. Instead, to part the hair, imagine an invisible line from the brow arch and part your hair to the side.
* Do not layer unless you have been with your stylist for some time and know they know how to layer curly hair.
* Use clips to position your hair while it's drying. This can encourage volume and curls or temporarily straighten your hair, depending on how you clip it.
* Another option for volume is to blow it dry while lifting the hair and drying from 'under' the hair.
* If going out into the wind, twist or braid sections of your hair and pin or clip them to the crown of your head. Take it down at your destination and it will be curly and non-frizzy.

Other

* Hair is made up of hydrogen sulfide bonds. These bonds are what create the curls...if your hair is really frizzy, but you want to keep the curls, think about getting it permed. This will break down the 'S' bonds and reform them, setting them back into line. Depending on the amount of frizzies and break-aways, make sure you think and talk this over with your hair stylist.
* If you care for curly hair correctly, you don't need to trim your hair as often as people who use flat-irons, brushes, or blow-driers because split-ends will be almost nonexistent. Paying fifty dollars for a haircut IS worth your money, as curly hair is not very high-maintenance.
* Use shampoos, conditioners, treatments etc that are designed for dry hair because they are designed to hydrate the hair therefore preventing frizz.

Warnings!!
* Please do not just go to any stylist or drop in somewhere and have something dramatic done - it takes a skilled person to work with curly hair.
* Don't feel pressured to purchase products at the salon. Most of the time, they are working on commission also. Try it out. If it works, buy it. If not, try something else. A good stylist is someone who will help you find what works. A good one will actually let you take home some of her stuff when the bottles are almost empty, so you can try out different styles at home to decide if you really want to spend the money. She then uses your responses to decide what to try next or what to put on hair that is similar to yours.
* Be wary of styling products that contain alcohol, as it may contribute to dryness, which can increase frizz.
* Do NOT part curly hair straight down the middle. This will result in an excess of volume on both sides, creating a strange triangular look. (although as an updo, ringlets parted down the centre look great!)
* Don't add too much gel or mousse to your hair. Sometimes it tends to become oily and greasy and will need to be washed more often.
* Don't over brush. This will cause major frizz.

-WHO LIKE TO SLEEP?? READ IT ON!-

Sleep is the natural state of bodily rest observed in humans and other animals. Sleep debt is the effect of not getting enough rest and sleep. A large debt causes mental, emotional and physical fatigue. The multiple theories proposed to explain the function of sleep reflect the as yet incomplete understanding of the subject. Some of proposed functions of sleep are as follows; Restoration, Memory Processing, and Preservation. There are a great many possible reasons for sleeping poorly. Following sleep hygienic principles may solve problems of physical or emotional discomfort. When pain, illness, drugs, or stress is the culprit, the cause must be treated. Sleep disorders, including the sleep apneas, primary insomnia, periodic limb movement disorder (PLMD), restless leg syndrome (RLS) and the circadian rhythm sleep disorders, are treatable.
In my opinion, elderly people often face with problem of losing the ability to consolidate sleep. They need the same amount per day as they've always needed but may need to take some of their sleep as daytime naps. Therefore, we should apply some useful techniques in order to improve the quality and quantity of our sleep. Here are some techniques that we can share together:

1. Listen to white noise or relaxation CDs
2. Avoid before-bed snacks, particularly grains and sugars
3. Read something spiritual or religious
4. Avoid using loud alarm clocks
5. Get to bed as early as possible
6. Check your bedroom for electro-magnetic fields (EMFs)
7. Keep the temperature in the bedroom no higher than 70 degrees F
8. Eat a high-protein snack several hours before bed
9. Also eat a small piece of fruit Reduce or avoid as many drugs as possible
10. Avoid caffeine
11. Avoid alcohol
12. Lose weight
13. Avoid foods that you may be sensitive to
14. Don't drink any fluids within 2 hours of going to bed
15. Take a hot bath, shower or sauna before bed
16. Remove the clock from view
17. Keep your bed for sleeping
18. Have your adrenals checked by a good natural medicine clinicianI
19. f you are menopausal or perimenopausal, get checked out by a good natural medicine physician
20. Don't change your bedtime
21. Make certain you are exercising regularly
22. Establish a bedtime routine
23. Go to the bathroom right before bed
24. Wear an eye mask to block out light
25. Put your work away at least one hour (but preferably two or more) before bed

Assalamualaikum...

I am sure that all of you want to be rich one sweet day. So,enjoy read this article and i hope your dream will come true.

Steps:
1. Define "rich". It's one of those subjective words that everyone uses but no one defines. What are your standards for being rich? In other words, what do you envision when you think about being rich? This can be different for everyone. Usually it whittles down to a few common goals:

* Prestige. For many people, the idea of getting rich is tied to getting respect. It's not so much about how much money you have, but about maintaining a luxurious standard of living--exotic vacations, nice cars, swimming pools, etc.
* Retirement. Some people want to get rich so that they never have to work another day in their lives. In this case, the standard of life one wishes to maintain once retired is critical to understanding how much money is needed to get rich.
2. Keep your eyes and ears open. All the time interesting people and chances appear and disappear. Get a feeling when to step forward and when to wait. Attend free online lotteries, it might sound cheap but as long as you do not pay something you can attend short and longterm free lotteries and you got nothing to loose. There are several lotteries available (http://www.dmoz.org)
In October 08 http://www.linktofortune.com opened it's doors, also a hot candidate to try as long as tickets are available.
3. Delay gratification. If you're looking for information on how to get rich, then you're probably not rich right now, and there's a reason for that. Are you spending money on things that won't get you rich? Are you sticking with a job that doesn't make that much money to begin with? In order to get rich, you're going to have to give up some of the things you enjoy doing now, so that you can enjoy those things without restriction later. For example, you might like having free time, so you give yourself a few hours a day to do nothing. But if you were to invest those few hours into getting rich, you could work towards having 20 years of free time (24 hours a day!) with early retirement. What can you give up now in exchange for being rich later?

* Cut expenses
* Get a job that pays more or get a promotion
* Downgrade or give up your car
* Downgrade your apartment or house
* Reallocate your spare time
4. Save money. You've heard the phrase "It takes money to make money." So start socking away the extra money you're making now that you've delayed gratification as outlined previously. After all, what's the point in giving up the stuff you like if you have a hole in your pocket? Start building a "get rich fund" at the bank. Always pay yourself first. This means before you go and blow your pay check on a new pair of shoes or a golf club you don't need, put money aside in to an account that you don't touch. Do this every time you get paid and watch your account grow.
5. Invest. Once you've stockpiled your savings, start thinking of ways to invest it. This is where your definition of "rich" really comes in handy. If you're looking for prestige, for example, a good investment would be education. Save up enough money to attend an Ivy League school and obtain a degree in something that will make decent money but, more importantly, earn great respect (doctor, lawyer, dentist, any kind of professional). If your goal is to retire early, on the other hand, invest that money in stocks, bonds, or other vehicles of investment that will give you an annual return on investment (ROI) that's enough to maintain you in your retirement. For instance, if you have one million dollars invested and you get a reliable 7% ROI, that's $70,000 per year!
6. Stay rich. It's hard to get rich, but it's even harder to stay rich. Your wealth is always going to be affected by the market, and the market has its ups and downs. If you get too comfortable when times are good, you'll quickly drop back to square one when the market hits a slump. If you get a promotion or a raise, or if your ROI goes up a percentage point, don't spend the extra--save it for when business is slow and your ROI goes down two percentage points.

Warnings!!
Get rich quick schemes are invariably scams. Avoid them. There is no such thing as free money unless you inherit it. Then you must handle it wisely, or you will lose that as well.As there is no free lunch, nothing can be obtained without struggling for it.The best way to get rich quickely is having a plan and able to implement the plan successfully,if possible with a team that is well experienced and interseted in helping you.

Personally, i want to be rich. The first thing i want to do is obviously help my parents. Then, i want to form a 'Badan Kebajikan'.
I want to help all poor people and i wish that with all my helps there is no poor people in this world. After that, i want to build my own world (my own family and my life).

Assalamualaikum and,
Hello everyone.

Here, I want to share some tips about talking to anyone anytime and anywhere.
1. Setting Talk
We started with setting talk such as making comment about weather or other facets of environment. It is to let other know that you are willing to make conversation. So, take the pressure off because it was your first step to make a connection by sharing something in common.

2. Introduce Yourself
Then, you proceed to personal introductions. In addition to clearly enunciating your name and you can anticipate the next question and provide information about what you do for living. So a simple but pre-planned personal introduction might just be the spark to jumpstart a conversation, but remember one important thing that don’t talk too much about yourself. You must show your interest in the other event as well. Never forget that people love to talk about themselves too.

3. Pre-Topical Selection
Next, move to pre-topical selection by throwing out topic for possible discussion. When someone throws out a topic, support it either by asking a question or making comment. Also, you shouldn’t feel like a failure if people don’t respond to the topic you’ve speak out. It may take two or three attempts until you hit on the topic that triggers a respond.

4. Post-Topical Selection
Now that you have a topic in your hand, then you must expand it. You must give and take of post-topical elaboration that makes your conversation so much fun.

5. Conversation Termination
Finally, you need a gracious ending that creates the connection. When terminating a conversation, let the person know you like to take leave, express gratitude for the conversation, summarise some of major point and set the stage for future conversation.

-JONAS BROTHERS LOVE BUG-

Called her for the first time yesterday
Finally found the missing part of me
Felt so close, but you were so far away
Left me without anything to say

Now I'm speechless,
over the egde just
Breathless,
I never thought
That I'd catch
This love bug again
Hopeless,
Head over heels,
In the moment,
I'd never thought
That I'd get hit by
This love bug again

I can't get your smile out of my mind
(i can't get you out of my mind)
I think about your eyes all the time
Your beautiful, but you don't even try
(you don't even, don't even try)
Modesty is just so hard to find

Now I'm speechless,
over the egde just
Breathless,
I never thought
That I'd catch
This love bug again
Hopeless,
Head over heels,
In the moment,
I'd never thought
That I'd get hit by
This love bug again

Kissed her for the first time yesterday
Everything I wish that it would be
Suddenly, I forgot how to speak
Hopeless, Breathless, Baby can't you..see

Now I'm!

Now I'm speechless,
over the egde just
Breathless,
I never thought
That I'd catch
This love bug again
Now I'm hopeless,
Head over heels,
In the moment,
I'd never thought
That I'd get hit by
This love bug again

LOVE BUG, AGAIN

The Jonas Brothers have debuted their new video for "Lovebug," the latest single off their album 'A Little Bit Longer’. This song caught me totally by surprised. I don't remember what I was doing but it came up on the radio and I just dropped it and got lost in the melody. Such a soothing song. The best word for this song is ‘amazing’! This song is perfect. I love the part when it gets all fast with the guitar solo.

Actually, I really do love this song. It is my second favorite song ever. In my opinion, this song kind of Hey There Delilah (Plain White T’s), yet it doesn't seem like a rip off. The Jonas Brothers can get a little too pop sometimes, but they always deliver. So I downloaded the new Jonas Brothers album for my niece, burned it and put it in the CD player and left. I came back right when the solo to this song dropped. I was like "did you change CDs or something?" So now I have actually listened to the whole album (which I was about to delete) and really like it. I mean I really disliked their previous albums outside of thinking a couple of songs were vaguely catching. I'm really impressed. Now if I ever watch their Disney shows, shoot me.

ENJOY THE SONG!!

Health is the main concern nowadays. So i found many article about health tips. One of the article catch my attention that entitle '10 Essential Health Tips'. It is important for us to know the tips to take care our health because the environment nowadays is heavily polluted.

Move more. Make it a daily challenge to find ways to move your body. Cut fat. Avoid the obvious such as fried foods, burgers and other fatty meats. Quit smoking. The jury is definitely in on this verdict. Reduce stress. Easier said than done, stress busters come in many forms. Some techniques recommended by experts are to think positive thoughts. Protect yourself from pollution. If you can't live in a smog-free environment, at least avoid smoke-filled rooms, high traffic areas, breathing in highway fumes and exercising near busy thoroughfares. Wear your seat belt. Statistics show that seat belts add to longevity and help alleviate potential injuries in car crashes Floss your teeth. Recent studies make a direct connection between longevity and teeth flossing. Avoid excessive drinking. While recent studies show a glass of wine or one drink a day can help protect against heart disease, more than that can cause other health problems. Keep a positive mental outlook. There's a definitive connection between living well and healthfully and having a cheerful outlook on life. Choose your parents well. The link between genetics and health is a powerful one.

I hope this help those who have health risk or problem. Remember the one you love, stay healthy always.

Chance of life….

Did we all realize that everyday we make a lot of mistake but we are also giving another chance of life everyday to ……our mistake. However, we always forgot how lucky we are to have a second chance of life.

We always forgot to appreciate everything around us that means so much in our life until it is gone. We always late to say how much we care and love people around us especially our parent.

Sometimes, we late to apologize and say ‘I’m sorry. I was wrong’ when we hurt someone that we hold dearest in our heart and we also did not realize when we hurt them because we allow a foolish things in our life. We let our stubborn and our ego controls our self.

We also always let unimportant things into our minds. For example, let say…we need to choose between study and love… I’m sure some people will choose love rather than study even though study is important than love and they let the love to control their daily life…their mood and sometimes it brings an effect on their attitude.

So, let us think back…what mistake that we make yesterday... did we appreciate all the things that happen yesterday..?? did we hurt someone yesterday..?? if so….
we should take a chance today to appreciate everything we’ve got and be thankful for a little things that happened in our life. Used this chance to apologize if we hurt someone and say ‘I’m sorry’ before late.

Then…think again….did we already said to our parent and people around us how much they mean to us?? How much we love them?? How much they important in our life?? If no….

Let we take this chance to tell them and let they know how much they mean to us and how much we care and love them. Don’t wait until they gone and before our time is through…

hi~

I would like to share a interesting article to you all. The title of the article is 'What kinds of sea animals eat human flesh?'. I believe after you all saw the title, you will imagine a number of animal in your mind.

Say if you drown at a beach, and your body is carried out and floats back to the shore a week later, are there any types of fish or animals that swim in the water that would eat you or pieces of you. No sharks though because there really aren't any sharks in Malaysia.

If your body didn't wash back to shore quickly, it might be almost completely consumed. Mackerel and eels are avid carrion feeders. Snails and crabs would help clean any bodies that reached the bottom.

Luckily, you would not have to worry about piranha. Not only are they freshwater and tropical, they are, with the possible exception of the black piranha, fish-eaters.

So this is one of the type out of many. I hope this can expand the knowledge of you all about animals.

F.R.I.E.N.D.S.H.I.P
~how we want to be a good friend~

Friendship is a blessing, and a friend is the channel through whom great emotional, spiritual, and sometimes even physical blessings flow. Friends can cheer us when we’re so depressed and can motivate us when we’re ready to give in, and they can provide for us when life falls apart.
Friendship is a most beautiful thing happened in our life. We all meet some people with whom we never had a kinship, but they become so special in our life that it becomes hard to live without them. Friendship is a relation that is entirely based on trust, belief of two friends in each other.

Many people find good friends but they fail to continue with their friendship, because they do not know their role as a friend. Here some important points that we should take care of if we wish to be good friend for someone:

Be a secrete admirer of your friend:
If your friend is good at something then do not praise him/her in his/her presence. Praising a person for what he/she is good, does not improve his/her qualities, but can cause over-confidence to be induced in him/her, which surely will be harmful for your friend. A good friend should never miss an opportunity to praise his/her friend in front of others when he/she is not around.

Don't proved him/her wrong in public:
As it is important not to praise a friend openly in his/her presence, it is also very much important to abstain from proving him/her wrong in front of other people. Take him/her away from the crowd and let him/her know where he/she is wrong. There is no point in proving your friend wrong in other's presence; it will spoil your friend's image in other's view. And additionally your friendship will be in danger.

Try to understand your friend:
It is always important to understand what your friend is worried about or what problems he/she is facing. Always try to understand the situation your friend is in and try to soothe him/her. It is evident that if people are undergoing some problems, they will not speak up their problems to their brothers or sisters, they will instead tell everything to their friends. Let your friend speak up, just listen to him/her and be with him/her until your friend does not come out of frustration.

Pull Your Friend Away From Making Mistakes:
If your friend is doing something wrong, it is your duty to let him/her know it at earliest. Keep in mind; best friend has to play a role of critic if he/she wants his/her friend to stop doing wrong things. But again keep in mind not to show your friends mistakes in front of other people. Sometimes it is important to understand your friend's intentions behind his/her actions and try to analyze situation, then only you should give your opinion.

The Ego Problem:
Never let ego spoil your friendship. It is no reason to be jealous if your friend is not at all able to speak to you and is with someone else, you have to be his/her friend, do not expect word of gratitude from the person you think is your friend. Sometimes there could be a clash between you and your friend, and you both stop talking to each other for some time, it is not at all wrong to speak first and say sorry to your friend, no matter what happens.

Try to Teach Good Things:
If you are a true friend, you should never give your hungry friend a fish, instead, you should teach him/her how to fish, this will give your friend food for lifetime. A good friend will never wish his/her friend to be dependent on someone.

Do Not Interfere:
Most important point that one should take care of is that your friend has his/her own life and you should not interfere in his/her life. You have a right to tell your friend what is good and what is bad, but you do not have a right to make someone do what you wish. Hope this will help you out solve some of your problems you are facing in friendship.

May God bless you with all the friends you need, and may he turn you into a blessing by using you as a friend to others.
“ friendship as one of the most fascinating bond we ever make in our life. It's the most beautiful thing that happens to us.”

There are some reasons why women can’t get enough pair of shoes. It is because we lady know the power of a perfect pair of shoes or heels and the truth is, shoes can actually break a well looking outfit. Below are some tips on finding the perfect pair of heels for your body type and any outfits.

1. Stay true to your size
Many women fall into the trap of getting the wrong shoe size because the shoes appearance is sweet and beautiful to say no. So, learn to shop wisely and deliberately, then you will discover the great shoes that flatter and not make you feel like cringing every step you take. You should always choose a pair in your true size but bear in mind that you shouldn’t simply go by size alone.

2. Full-length mirror sees it all
Those tiny mirrors that only showcase your feet simply won’t help you to see more. Looking at the full-length mirror is the only way to see if the proportions of shoes complement your body or your outfit. This will ensure you get a complete picture of what the shoes can do for you.

3. Try it on uncarpeted surface
This is because carpeted surface tend to act as extra cushioning and therefore might be deceptively making your pair of shoes seem more comfortable than it really is. The only way to test how your shoes will feel is after you have been pounding the pavement and walking around in your potential shoes on a hard floor.

4. Move it all around
Besides walking around, you should also wiggle your toes, flex your ankles and sit down and stand up a few times to see if anything seems to cut or rub against your feet. If anything feels tight and cuts right now, I can be sure that you need a band aid soon. So, decide early and you won’t be making allowances for shoes that cut or rub no matter how pretty they are.
Thank you.

Smiles….smiles…and smiles…

People always said smiles always…. When took a picture, we need to smile… when we see people, we need to smile…. When happy, we smile… and we also need to smile even though our heart is broke. But….did you know why we need to smile in our life???

Here have some reason to smile that I want to share with everyone…..

1. Smiling makes us attractive

We are drawn to people who smile. There is an attraction factor. We want to know a smiling person and figure out what is so good. Frowns, scowls and grimaces all push people away ,but a smile draws them in.
2.Smiling changes our mood

Next time you are feeling down, try putting on a smile. There's a good chance you mood will change for the better. Smiling can trick the body into helping you change your mood.
3. Smiling is Contagious

When someone is smiling they lighten up the room, change the moods of others, and make things happier. A smiling person brings happiness with them. Smile lots and you will draw people to you.

4. Smiling Relieves Stress

Stress can really show up in our faces. Smiling helps to prevent us from looking tired, worn down, and overwhelmed. When you are stressed, take time to put on a smile. The stress should be reduced and you'll be better able to take action.

5. Smiling Boosts Your Immune System

Smiling helps the immune system to work better. When you smile, immune function improves possibly because you are more relaxed. revent the flu and colds by smiling.

6. Smiling Lowers Your Blood Pressure

When you smile, there is a measurable reduction in your blood pressure. Give it a try if you have a blood pressure monitor at home.
Sit for a few minutes, take a reading. Then smile for a minute and take another reading while still smiling. Do you notice a difference?

7. Smiling Releases Endorphins, Natural Pain Killers and Serotonin

Studies have shown that smiling releases endorphins, natural pain killers, and serotonin. Together these three make us feel good. Smiling is a natural drug.

8. Smiling Lifts the Face and Makes You Look Younger

The muscles we use to smile lift the face, making a person appear younger. Don't go for a face lift, just try smiling your way through the day!you'll look younger and feel better.

9. Smiling Makes You Seem Successful

Smiling people appear more confident, are more likely to be promoted, and more likely to be approached. Put on a smile at meetings and appointments and people will react to you differently.

10. Smiling Helps You Stay Positive

Try this test: Smile. Now try to think of something negative without losing the smile. It's hard. When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that "Life is Good!" Stay away from depression, stress and worry by smiling.

So, start your day with a big smile…because it brighten up your day…!!

Just A Story....

A long time ago, there was a huge apple tree. A little boy loved to come and play around it everyday. He climbed to the tree top, ate the apples, took a nap under the shadow...

He loved the tree and the tree loved to play with him. Time went by... the little boy had grown up and he no longer played around the tree everyday.

One day, the boy came back to the tree and he looked sad. "Come and play with me," the tree asked the boy. "I am no longer a kid, I don't play around trees anymore." The boy replied, "I want toys. I need money to buy them."

"Sorry, but I don't have money... but you can pick all my apples and sell them. So, you will have money." The boy was so excited. He grabbed all the apples on the tree and left happily. The boy never came back after he picked the apples. The tree was sad.

One day, the boy returned and the tree was so excited. "Come and play with me" the tree said. "I don't have time to play. I have to work for my family. We need a house for shelter. Can you help me?"

"Sorry, but I don't have a house. But you can chop off my branches to build your house." So the boy cut all the branches of the tree and left happily. The tree was glad to see him happy but the boy never came back since then.

The tree was again lonely and sad. One hot summer day, the boy returned and the tree was delighted. "Come and play with me!" the tree said. "I am sad and getting old. I want to go sailing to relax myself. Can you give me a boat?"

"Use my trunk to build your boat. You can sail far away and be happy." So the boy cut the tree trunk to make a boat. He went sailing and never showed up for a long time.

Finally, the boy returned after he left for so many years. "Sorry, my boy. But I don't have anything for you anymore. No more apples for you... " the tree said. "I don't have teeth to bite" the boy replied.

"No more trunk for you to climb on". "I am too old for that now" the boy said. "I really can't give you anything ... the only thing left is my dying roots" the tree said with tears. "I don't need much now, just a place to rest. I am tired after all years." The boy replied. "Good! Old tree roots is the best place to lean on and rest. Come, Come sit down with me and rest."

The boy sat down and the tree was glad and smiled with tears.......

This is a story of everyone...
The tree is our parents..mom and dad. When we were young, we loved to play with them...love to stay with them....love to share everythings with them... but when we grown up, we left them.... only came to them when we need something or when we are in trouble. Our parents....no matter what, they will always be there and give everything they could to make us happy...
You may think the boy is cruel to the tree but in reality....that's how some of us are treating our parents...

So, we should always appriciate our parent and always shows that we care about them....and the most important...don't treat our parent like what the boy did to the tree...

hi~

We almost spend our weekend in cinema watching movie but did we really know the work behind a production of movie? It is hard enough for us to product a 5 minutes movie in 2 hours, how about a high quality 2 hours movie? I just read a article about film making. And I wanted to share the process of film making.

The chronology of a film is conventionally divided into five stages. First is development. The script is written and drafted into a workable blueprint for a film. Second is pre-production. Preparations are made for the shoot, in which cast and crew are hired, locations are selected, and sets are built. Third is production. The raw elements for the finished film are recorded. Fourth is post-production. The film is edited; production sound is concurrently edited, music tracks are composed, performed and recorded; sound effects are designed and recorded; and any other computer-graphic 'visual' effects are digitally added, all sound elements are mixed into "stems" then the stems are mixed then married to picture and the film is fully completed ("locked"). And the final step is sales and distribution. The film is screened for potential buyers, is picked up by a distributor and reaches its theater and home media audience.

I think the movie production is a big project that include a big group of people's afford. So please do not buy pirated dvd movie.

Assalamualaikum and,
Hello everyone.

Do you know what sarcasm is? Sarcasm is a form of ironic speech or writing which is bitter or cutting, being intended to taunt its target. Try to recalling how upset and embarrassed you when your schoolmate, roommate or colleague shot you down with patronising comment during your presentation, public speaking or meeting. Dealing with sarcasm is not easy, and when you faced with people who say unkind things, it often makes you feel down and usually you left with a burning desire to respond in an equally sarcastic way.

Still, it isn’t that simple. Most of the times, when we feel so humiliated that we slink away miserably and later kick ourselves for not responding better. So, the best way to deal with people who are mean for no good reason, or to handle put-downs, rudeness or sarcasm is immediately kick your defence mechanism into gear to prevent his or her words from getting to you. There are several ways to do.
• Don’t show that you are upset
• Don’t lower yourself to his or her level
• Appear not to understand
• Use humour
• Confront directly

Realising that sarcasm is the result of the person’s bitter feelings gone out of control means that we can take higher road in dealing with them. If all these are failed, the best way to deal with sarcastic people is to accept them as they are. Thank you.

Assalamualaikum and,
Hello everyone.

Here I would like to share health tips.

1.Move more

Make it a daily challenge to find ways to move your body. Climb stairs if given a choice between that and escalators or elevators. Anything that moves your limbs is not only a fitness tool, it's a stress buster. Think 'move' in small increments of time. It doesn't have to be an hour in the gym or a 45-minute aerobic dance class, tai chi or kickboxing. But that's great when you're up to it.

2. Cut Fat

Avoid the obvious such as fried foods, burgers and other fatty meats. Dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream should be eaten in low fat versions. Nuts and sandwich meats, mayonnaise, margarine, butter and sauces should be eaten in limited amounts. Most are available in lower fat versions such as substitute butter, fat free cheeses and mayonnaise.

3. Quit Smoking

The jury is definitely in on this verdict. Ever since 1960 when the Surgeon General announced that smoking was harmful to your health, Americans have been reducing their use of tobacco products that kill. Just recently, we've seen a surge in smoking in adolescents and teens. Could it be the Hollywood influence? It seems the stars in every movie of late smoke cigarettes. Beware of it.

4. Reduce Stress

Stress busters come in many forms. Some techniques recommended by experts are to think positive thoughts. Spend 30 minutes a day doing something you like. Get a massage, a facial or a haircut. Meditate. Count to ten before losing your temper or getting aggravated. Avoid difficult people when possible.

5. Protect Yourself from Pollution

If you can't live in a smog-free environment, at least avoid smoke-filled rooms, high traffic areas, breathing in highway fumes and exercising near busy thoroughfares. Exercise outside when the smog rating is low. Exercise indoors in air conditioning when air quality is good. Plant lots of shrubbery in your yard. It's a good pollution and dirt from the street deterrent.

6. Wear Your Seat Belt

Statistics show that seat belts add to longevity and help alleviate potential injuries in car crashes.

7. Floss Your Teeth

Recent studies make a direct connection between longevity and teeth flossing. Nobody knows exactly why. Perhaps it's because people who floss tend to be more health conscious than people who don't.

8. Keep a Positive Mental Outlook

There's a definitive connection between living well and healthfully and having a cheerful outlook on life. Thought for the day: You can't be unhappy when you're smiling or singing.

Hello everyone;

Majority all of us as a girl during our childhood time like to play with Barbie Doll right? In March 1959 the first Barbie Doll that was created by Ruth Handler, American businesswoman as she got the inspiration when she watched her daughter, Barbara play with paper dolls.

Suddenly she realizing that there could be a gap in the market, Handler suggested her idea to her husband Elliot, a co-founder of the Mattel toy company. During her trip to Europe in 1956 with her children Barbara and Kenneth, Handler came across German toy doll called Bild Lili, is the adult figured that was exactly what Handler had in her mind. Upon her return to US, Handler reworked the design of the doll and the doll was given a new name, Barbie that comes from her daughter name Barbara. That why the doll name Barbie and still being used that name until today.

That was a little bit history of Barbie Doll creation which maybe not all of us know about it. If Handler did not have her initiative to create this doll, maybe during our childhood we still play with paper dolls. We should thanks to her as because of her daughter, we could play with Barbie. If I can meet Handler, I will ask her to build Barbie doll that can walk by her own self but for sure people will scared to play with this doll.

So, here what I can say that I was agree with Handler because of her ideas we could play with doll and enjoy it very much during our childhood time. But, my entire doll that I have during I was a little girl, my mom had give away to my niece.

Hello everyone;

Since 1997, Secret Recipe has become a lifestyle cafe chain in Malaysia and successfully established its brand name in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand by virtue of its quality of cakes, fusion food and distinctive service. The company growth for the past 5 years and in short period of 7 years, it experienced a rapid increase of over 150 cafes throughout the regions.

Who expected the Malaysia brand could withstand over 12 years since 1997 and exist at most Asian country? If Malaysia have a chance to promote this business until United State and Europe country, no wonder we can achieve the successfully through it.

I hope one day, maybe 10 years in future our products will establishes until that country and it will increase our country economies. I’m proud to be Malaysian and let’s hope this dream will become true one day.

Hello everyone;

Before I entered this university, I have my own dream to be a nurse. Why nurse? Even until today, although I will become Software Engineering one day, my heart still say that being a nurse was the best profession ever.

If I could be a nurse, I will become a nurse that work at operation theatre because during that time we will see many people need us to discover their pain. As I read one article entitled “How to become a nurse or midwife” it say that there has never a more exciting time to join the nursing or midwifery profession.

As a nurse it is possible to work in among others, hospitals, GP surgeries, clinics, nursing and residential homes, occupational health services, voluntary organisations that run hospices or residential care and the pharmaceutical industry. Nurses also work in the prison service, university education, on leisure cruise ships or for the armed forces.

As to become a nurse or midwifery, it is possible to take either a diploma or degree course to qualify as a nurse. The course is 50% theory and the other half is practical. There are several types of nurse that available such as adult nursing, children’s nursing, learning disability nursing, mental health nursing and midwifery.

In my view, until today I will always agree with this profession although sometimes they did not do their work well. The reason for they did not do their work well because they need to serve and take good care to many patient in one whole day.

Hello everyone;

Usually guys will give teddy bears to his girlfriend when his girl grumbles with him or during their birthday. Not only that, they also might do that if they want to tackle a girl to be their partner. I have a friend that her boyfriend always gives her teddy bear and flowers every time they meet. For me, her boyfriend is so sweet and very romantic person.

Actually, teddy bear collectors are known as arctophiles from the Greek words arctos (bear) and philos (lover). So, what I can say that every girlfriend loves the gift from her boyfriend as well and I hope every boyfriend outside there will become more romantic with their girlfriend.

Hello everyone;

I would like to share about my favourite musical-stop-motion-animation-fantasy film that was use Jonny Depp voice as main character, Victor who is a nervous man and this film is based loosely on a 19th century Russian-Jewish folktale version of an older Jewish story and set in a fictional Victorian era village. Actually I really like Jonny Depp because of his personality and I like something that has gothic emotion.

The story is about Victor (son of rich fishmongers) that will to be wed to beautiful young Victoria Everglot ( Emily Watson), daughter of corrupt and bankrupt hereditary aristocrats but because of his nervous, he suddenly married with corpse bride in the jungle that was killed by her husband as her husband was only want her money. Then, went Victor was inside the dead place with his bride Victoria mother ask her to get married with the guy who is corpse bride husband.

After all the problems occurred, finally Victor and Victoria get married as the corpse bride agree to free Victor from her. When I watched this story, I feel so pity to that corpse because she love Victor very much but then she realize that she was dead and cannot be with human. As the movie had finished, I always put to playback it ending as corpse bride transform to butterfly and disappear as her mission was achieve. I really love this story very much.

Hello everyone;

This was my last entry for this month. Now I will talk about cats. Many people love to make cats as a pet but sometimes certain people scared to it. I’m not the one that scared to cats as I really love cats and I always make it as my best friend.

Since 2003, I become scared to love cats very much because my lovely cat, Gebu missing until today. From that day, I cannot love other cats as much as I love him. Gebu always be with me although I sad or happy. What I like to eat, he also will like it. He always wakes me up when I sleep but if I did not wake up, he will sleep with me beside my face.

But, sometime I feel hated to those who do not like cats and do bad things to this animal. I feel like to slap them and I will say that what if other people do like that also to them. So, I hope although you do not like this pet, please do not ever do such bad thing to it.

Assalamualaikum...

Guys... Check it out! I am sure that after u read this article you may be wondering why your jogging routine doesn't seems to work. Here is why...

1. It doesn't help you look good (this is a big one isn't it?)

Time for more honesty... the main reason people want to start an exercise program is to look good. Nothing wrong with that.

Sure most people don't want to look like a professional bodybuilder and most simply want to look toned. I would guess that an ideal "toned" physique for most people would be something like the bodies of those models on a health magazine like "Men's Health" or "Shape."

Now for the reality check... how many people who jog (see the treadmills in gyms, or the jogger on the street) look like those cover models? That's right, not many (if any at all!). In fact most joggers look tired, bored and unhappy (oops that's just their faces). Their bodies look soft, jiggly and not particularly impressive.

"Oh but maybe they are just starting out". Well look at the people who have a jogging routine. Same people, same distance, same place, same gym etc. Check them out 3 months or even 12 months later. Yup. Same look or even fatter! I would suspect that all of us want RESULTS for our hard work. That's fair! But that's not what jogging provides.

What do most people need to look better than they do now? 2 simple things. More muscles (yes even women - in the right places), and less fat. Scientific studies, and real world evidence shows us that jogging provides neither. Without getting too science-nerd-geeky (which I actually enjoy) here are some results from those studies. These results can be seen empirically by you in your friends who jog, as well as by me in my clients who used to jog before they found out the truth.

Result A: Jogging does nothing more for fat loss than a good diet. Eating healthy is great for fat loss. Jogging adds NOTHING to it. Shocker!! This isn't some 10 min a week either. Its 30-50 min 3 times a week! More than most joggers do.

Result B: Jogging does nothing for muscle gain. Jogging puts your entire body into "starvation mode". The body thinks "I'm lost in the jungle that's why I'm jogging so much to find my way out". Whats the best way to survive in the jungle? It's to use as few calories as possible so we can live off less food. How do we achieve that? You body commands it's calorie using parts to be jettisoned. Only muscles use calories! Oops there go your fat burning, calorie using, nice looking muscles.

So far, jogging is zero out of two in the looking good score. And it gets worse! As you jog, you get more and more efficient at jogging. Efficiency in car petrol consumption is good. Efficiency in jogging to look good is bad! It means that you use LESS calories as you get "better" at jogging. Oh no! The reality of this is that you need to run further and longer just to use the same amount of calories as you used to. This doesn't just mean that jogging doesn't work, it works in reverse!

2. Jogging doesn't help you in the "game" of life

OK more real life. I just got back from my stint in the army reserve. All the males in Singapore have to do this service to our nation. I am an army engineer. We build stuff and we blow up stuff. In our training we NEVER had to jog to succeed in our missions. All our critical tasks were strength related. At no time would jogging have helped my men or I perform those tasks successfully.

When was the last time you had to wake up and run 10km. Never? Yup, me neither. However just like my army story, real life stuff is strength related! Carrying a growing child is a strength task. So is changing a car tire, shifting furniture, carrying groceries, sprinting after the bus when you are late, climbing stairs when the elevator is crowded this list can get very long.

Another real life consideration is posture. Most people have poor posture. We slouch way too much due to alot of time spent at a computer at work and school. This can cause head-aches, neck-aches, and back-aches (in addition to not looking as good as we could). Unfortunately, this head forward posture is efficient for taking in oxygen while jogging and many joggers do this. So jogging makes a bad situation worse!

This next point is a sobering one. I spent some time helping out at a place where elderly people gather for social support and to play simple games. It was very clear that the happy and healthy elderly were those who were strong, mobile and able to take care of themselves without assistance. I could tell by their handshakes who were still in good shape and who were having poor health. I want to be strong till my last breath and I assume that you do as well.

The game of life is a long one. And many elderly are left bed ridden or immobile due to crippling health conditions. Guess what, aerobic capacity is not a big determinant in our quality of life as we age. 2 major determinants of quality of life for an elderly person are leg power and grip strength. These are indicators of lower and upper body strength and power (strength and especially power are lost rapidly if we do not training specifically for them as we age). These are maintained by resistance training, not more slow jogging. Many elderly are made immobile because of falls and accidents that are due to a lack of strength, not because they ran out of breath as they climbed a flight of stairs.

3. Jogging isn't that great for your health

There is a saying that I like "you don't run to get fit, you get fit to run". Its true, more than half of all people who start a jogging program get an injury within 6 weeks. That's higher than most contact or high risk sports like rugby, American football, or car racing!

Firstly there is the issue of foot strength. Most people wear shoes all day and thus have weak feet. Ankle, heel, and sole injuries like plantar faciatis are common because most people's feet are not ready to take the pounding.

Lets move up to the knees. Each foot strike has a impact 3-6 times body weight. All this depends on the running mechanics, the shoe, and the running surface. 3 times is a low estimate. Many times we have poor mechanics, poorly chosen shoes, and overly hard surfaces. Combine this with poor technique and muscle firing (again caused by poor posture and an inactive lifestyle) and the knees take more than their fair share of impact. For ladies, their naturally wider hips and less ideal bio-mechanics mean knee issues are even more prevalent among lady joggers.

Poor pelvic alignment means even the lower back is taking to much of the ground impact. With correct training, rehab and changes in their exercise routine, not only do these issues go away, but they get great results (i.e. they look great and are pain free).

So what can we do? Well i always suggest sprints (fast striding or faster) for my more experienced clients. Or sprints on a stationary bike for the ladies and less experienced clients. These are done in interval fashion e.g. 30 sec run/sprint. 90 sec walk. These save our joints (running fast is tough on our muscles not our joints, and there is total less number of impacts) and give great results (there we go, results again! they are important!).

Jogging is certainly better than watching TV or surfing the Internet all day. But its really quite a low benefit activity compared to the potential risks. There are far better alternatives like sprint cycling, fast running (if you are a well conditioned athlete), and total body resistance training with low rest intervals. All these alternatives give far greater benefits than jogging, take less time (VERY important for long term success), and are more fun to do (also important for long term success).

Hope joggers don't take this article an a personal attack. I certainly don't mean it that way. It's just that in a fast paced culture (with so little time to exercise) and with the current levels of inactivity, obesity, and other lifestyle related health conditions, we cannot afford to do anything less than optimal training. Even if we are blessed with loads of time, why would we do anything less than what is ideal! Get off that treadmill and into a well designed resistance and interval training program.

Why is love is important to your health?

In addressing lifestyle factors that influence health, it is important to consider food choices, exercise, rest, and environmental factors like fresh air and sunlight. Scientists are beginning to discover that there is one facet of life that ranks above all of these factors in determining wellness and longevity. This facet is the level of love and connectedness that we feel.

It is becoming clear that wellness and longevity are strongly dependent on experiencing supportive relationships with family and friends, and being involved in groups and activities that give us a sense of purpose and contribution. For example, a recently completed study that looked at 7,000 Californians over 17 years found that those who lacked meaningful social connections had a 200 to 300 percent greater chance of dying prematurely than those who felt more socially connected. A study of nearly 1,400 people with heart disease found that those with a spouse or confidant died at approximately one-third the rate of those who had no one to confide in. Another recent survey of more than 21,000 older adults found that weekly church attendance was associated with 7 years of longer life expectancy for Caucasian Americans and 14 years for African-Americans.

Well-respected author and medical doctor, Dean Ornish, makes a powerful claim for the value of love and intimacy: "I am not aware of any other factor in medicine – not diet, not smoking, not exercise, not stress, not genetics, not drugs, not surgery – that has a greater impact on our quality of life, incidence of illness, and premature death from all causes. Love and intimacy are at the root of what makes us sick and what makes us well, what causes sadness and what brings happiness, what makes us suffer, and what leads to healing."

In his book, Love and Survival, Dr. Ornish writes about cultivating a feeling of love and connectedness with those close to us by expressing our feelings rather than evaluations. He refers to this as using "I feel" statements, examples being "I feel afraid that you'll think I'm not good enough if I don't make enough money," and "I feel hurt by what you just said." These sorts of feelings cannot be argued about, because they are true to the person saying them. If we express our true feelings to those who are committed to loving and supporting us, then through increased vulnerability and compassion, we can increase our understanding of and love for each other. Of course, being vulnerable enough to share true feelings in this manner requires great courage and a feeling of safety and trust that each person involved must strive to foster. "I feel" statements are distinctly different from our evaluations, which tend to make others feel judged, decreasing feelings of love and connectedness. Examples of evaluations include "You're always on my back," and "Why can't you do that differently?" It is important to be careful not to disguise evaluations in the form of "I feel" statements, as these statements are really judgements in disguise. An example of this is, "I feel that you're a jerk."

The extent to which communicating our true feelings can increase love and intimacy in our lives is largely dependent on the willingness of those involved to listen with compassion and to strive to deeply understand the other person's feelings and perspective. Empathic listening of this nature requires tremendous patience and a commitment to putting love before tangible entities. An excellent resource on empathic listening is "Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood," habit number five in Dr. Stephen Covey's The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.

In summary, if you are interested in wellness and longevity, it appears fruitful to foster meaningful relationships that provide a sense of love and connectedness. As Dr. Ornish states succinctly, "Know that this really matters to your health.

WAYS TO GET HAPPY
There are few ways to get happy in life. Being happy could add years to your life. These are the way you can practise to live in happiness:
Set aside a worry time – for example half an hour after work. If worries come up at another times, put them out of your mind until worry time.
Practice random acts of kindness – research shows altruism is a powerful catalyst for happiness.
Redefine happiness – happiness not only pure joy, but also includes emotions such as contentment.
Be curious – set aside time to do something new, such as taking up a new sport or visiting a different town.
In my opinion as a muslim, in our religion also highlight the things that make you happiness in your life. For example, our five times a day pray. When we found what means of our praying days, it’s including all the happiness. Not for our physical health only but also for our mind and spirit. The pray can make us more discipline in our daily and a good thing in our job and education. When our relationship to Allah S.W.T become ‘tough’ we can feel nothing can give us happiness in this world accepts Allah S.W.T.

Importance of wildlife conservation.

What do you know about wildife?

Due to the growing impact of deforestation, continuous efforts are being made by some anxious animal lovers to protect the endangered species of wildlife as well as those that are on the verge of extinction and thus save the world from running out its green heritage. Wildlife is important for four main reasons:
Beauty: By their unique way of existence, wild creatures exaggerate the natural beauty of the earth.
Economic value: The financial value of wild species is important to the economies of several nations, as it provides many valuable substances like wood and other plant products, fibers, meat and other foods, and skins and furs.
Scientific value: By studying wildlife, scientists have gained valuable knowledge about various life processes and discovered important medical products
Survival value: Wildlife helps in maintaining the balanced living systems of earth, which consequently ensures survival of life.
The wildlife conservation projects and programs
To promote wildlife awareness among the people, the Indian government has started various natural projects and programs such as Project Tiger, Nature Camps and Jungle Lodges. These projects not only help to preserve our natural heritage, but encourage eco-tourism as well.
Project Tiger was formed in 1972 and launched on the 1st April 1973 at Corbett National Park. Till date, the project has been the most successful one in preserving the tiger population at Tiger Reserves in Bandhavgarh, Corbett, Pench, Ranthambhore, Kanha, Bandipur, Panna, Dudhwa, Sunderbans, Manas and Sariska. All these reserves act as Conservation Centers for tigers in India.
Besides, there is the Gir National Park, the only habitat for Asiatic lions in India. The Kaziranga Wildlife Sanctuary is Assam is renowned for protecting the endangered one-horned Rhinoceros. There's also Dachigam National Park, which conserves the Hangul or Kashmiri Stag.
Project Elephant, a centrally sponsored scheme, was launched in February 1992 to provide financial and technical support to major elephant bearing states in India for protection of elephants, their habitats and corridors. The Project, involving 25 Elephant Reserves across the country, is being implemented in 13 States and Union Territories in India, namely, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Orissa, Tamil Nadu, Uttaranchal, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal.
The NGOs
There are also various NGOs working on wildlife conservation in India such as Wildlife Society of Orissa (Orissa), Rhino Foundation for Nature (Assam), Friends of Forests (Maharashtra), North Eastern Society for Preservation of Nature and Wildlife (West Bengal), Nature's Beckon (Assam), Nature Conservation Society Amravati (Maharashtra), The Friends of the Doon (Uttaranchal) and Bali Nature and Wild Life Conservation Society (West Bengal).

Did you think, wildlife is dangerous?
For stabilization in this world, we must protect any animal. Even the wild animal also...
