Nowadays, we can see a human become more cruel. As an example, Palestine had been attack by Israel.

Israeli's military had been reacted with cruelty towards Palestine. They had shoot people whenever they want to.What the important thing is why they shoot innocent people like kids and womens?

Although there are people in whole world hates Israel's act, but Israel still do it. I think it is because there are America that stands up for Israel.

hello..

Verily, Allah S.W.T is the most powerful and He has knowledge of everything. He creates everything on this earth such as human beings, plants, animal He creates that which is on the sky like the moon, the sun and so on.
The are a lot of amazing phenomena in this world. In my opinion, the most amazing phenomena that i had ever seen is solar eclipse. In 26 Januari 2009, i had seen this phenomena with my friends. I think it is one of the greatest power of The God.

Solar eclipse make a form when the moon is located in the middle between the sun and earth. Its make partly of sun light has be covert. As the result, the shadow of the moon drop on earth face. The people that live at area that incurs the shadow of the moon will not see the sun and evironment surrounding will be dark.

This phonomena only form when the sun, moon and earth are in one straight line. Solar eclipse happen two untill five time in each year at the earth but in different location on earth. There are three general class of Solar eclipse. Firstly, Total Solar Eclipses that occur when the umbra of the Moon's shadow touches a region on the surface of the Earth. Secondly, Partial Solar Eclipses that occur when the penumbra of the Moon's shadow passes over a region on the Earth's surface. And third, Annular Solar Eclipses occur when a region on the Earth's surface is in line with the umbra, but the distances are such that the tip of the umbra does not reach the Earth's surface.

Although, in this ICT and globalization era, there are still a superstitious that have a connection to solar eclipse. Some people believe solar eclipse bring a bad things..At west, a pregnant women should not go outside during an eclipse, and should fasten a safety pin under their shirt above their belly, so that their child would not be born with a cleft lip. The ancient Chinese believed that a dragon trying to swallow the Sun, to this day, a solar eclipse is "resh" or "Sun-eat" for them. The Chinese would shoot fireworks and bang gongs to scare the dragon away if they know a solar eclipse is coming it seems. In India that all cooked food left uneaten during an eclipse becomes impure as without the sun light the number of germs increase.

But the way, i believe this phonomena can make us impressive with the creatures of The Creator. I think thats all and thank you. see you again in next comment.

Hi everyone....

I would like to share something about gold. I am sure that everyone knew what the gold is. Instead of a type of metal, gold also useful in medicine and it is good for health in several ways.

First, it is used in the treatment of arthritis and other similar disease because of several gold salts have anti-inflammatory properties. Secondly, it is able to reduce the pain and swelling of rheumatoid arthritis. This fact has been proved! Third, apply as conductive coating to biological specimens and also non-conducting materials like plastic. For cancer treatments, the isotope gold-198 is used.

These are several interesting benefits of gold that I found. Therefore, it is clear that gold is also useful in other ways.

Hello everyone..

I came across a good article today, and it fits for this too; "What kind of blogs that can get you really famous". I think for those bloggers out there especially you who are blogging your everyday life or whatever might need this as a guide. First of all, I don't blog :p neither leave comment to somebody's blog.
Well, here it is.

The first kind of blog is the most popular one, which is the personal blogs. In blogs like this, the content will be somewhat like a journal or a diary by a particular person, most probably the writer. This is the most common blog and you will see a lot or in fact majority of blogs as personal blogs.

Although personal blogs don't really get readers, the writers usually takes pride on their personal blog posts. You have to remember that blogs is not just a way of communicating with other people, but it also reflects on life, particularly the bloggers and all those around him or her. However, there are few personal blogs that does get famous.

You will also see blogs with media content. By far, this type of blog is used to promote art, photography and even videos. This blog can gain so much popularity as it will contain media that people will really want to see. Some people even make photo blogs or video blogs that contain their personal photos or videos with them posing here and there. In some cases, if the video or photos posted in blog is funny enough, it can gain a lot of popularity.

These are some of the types of blogs that can have potential in gaining popularity or fame. If you are good at writing about your personal life, then you might want to go for personal blogs. Although not many people will be that interested in knowing about your personal life, you have to consider that if your life is interesting enough, your personal blog can gain popularity.

However, if you happen to come across videos or photos of you and your friends or family doing things that people will definitely want to enjoy watching, then photo or video blogging is for you. However, you have to make sure that the media you post is indeed entertaining in order for you to get positive feed back from your visitors.

By using this tips, you will probably getting a thousand emails per day from the readers. So, good luck ;)

Hello....
Oh no!! Petroleum is depleted!! This kind of phenomena will bring bad impact for our industry!! and how about our car? Is there any solution for this problem?
For me and surely other people will think twice to answer this kind of problem, but there is a solution for this problem.
Biodiesel or also known as “non-petroleum-based diesel” is the solution for all the conflict of petroleum depleting. Biodiesel made by transesterification of vegetable oil or animal fat, which can be used in unmodified diesel-engine vehicles. Even though biodiesel is more expensive to purchase than petroleum diesel but this is not bring so much problem compare with no petroleum at all.
Biodiesel is much safer to use compare to petroleum diesel. It is because it has less monocarbon that produce when burnt. Monocarbon is a dangerous substance which exists in gas state at 0 degree celcius or higher. This gas will cause bad effect to human, animal, and plant due to its toxic. With use of biodiesel this problem will decrease so that we can live more comfortable.
So know, try biodiesel for more benefit than using petroleum diesel!! Till next time!!

Hi..thanks to Miss Marziah..

In ICT and globalization era, we will see there were many big company like Proton, Perodua, Naza, Suzuki, Mercedez, Nissan and many more emulate to produce a new brand car . Day after day, the car that were produced become more sophisticated. As I though, the most sophisticated car is Squba Car, the world’s first real submersible car.Although it was not as great as James Bond car's (very fast, hardy, has a new multimedia gadget and others), this car has it own's advantages.

Squba Car also known as amphibious-car is a car that will be able to be driven on land or can be even taken under water. It shall have the capability to go as deep as 10 meters under water as beyond that the buoyant force and the water pressure will make the conditions unsuitable for a stable drive. However, the driver either the passenger need to wear a swimsuit when the car diving into the water.

This car has an electric motor with powerful torque drives the rear wheels. The light weight body with components made of futuristic Carbon Nano Tubes encloses in a streamlined manner the driver and passenger who are supplied with fresh breathing air by the self-contained on-board system. With zero emissions, the design is even environmentally friendly, eliminating any pollution into the sea. This car can move up to 24KM/H in land and 3KM/H while in diving into the water in 10 metres depth. This car was originally idea of Rinspeed Boss, Frank M. Rinderknecht.

I think this car should be use by the ministers to visit flood's victims. Besides, this car also can be use to go to fishing or diving in the sea. Just drive it from home and straightly to the sea. Thats all and thank you.

hi..assalamualaikumm...

Does anybody has used M-16 or others type of guns? I was very lucky because got a change to use M-16 and learned aboout it's parts i PLKN. Besides, my father had teach me how to use the fire arm.Nowadays, there were a lot of guns that had been produced especially airsoft gun and its seem clearly to be sell in Malaysia. This is seem also be a new hobby of a part of Malaysia's citizens.

Firstly, airsoft has a relatively long history. Manufacturers started to produce realistic looking spring-powered guns. These guns fired several calibers of plastic or rubber BBs, but were eventually standardized into 6mm and 8mm sizes. The early spring powered weapons then morphed into gas powered ones, using a variety of systems. Designed and marketed in the United States about 30 years ago by a major BB gun manufacturer. AirSoft was conceptualized as a new approach in BB gun application. In place of the utilitarian air gun designed for hunting, the AirSoft BB gun was created with a pure recreational application in mind. It was created for people who enjoy target practicing or indoor plinking with friends. Individuals who are not concerned about the high power hunting application of a BB or pellet gun but just wanted to have Fun. This is exactly where AirSoft BB guns fit in.

Over several generations of development and constant improvement, AirSoft BB guns are now returning to the United States with newer and better designs. The highly matured plastic polymer technology industry in Asia has created a new generation of AirSoft BB guns with amazing durability and detail. Adding to its hobby collector market, the new AirSoft BB guns have created new uses in firearm safety training, movie productions, replica collecting, and recreational sport.

There are three types of airsoft gun: spring, gas and electric. All work on the same principle of compressed gas expanding to force a pellet down the gun's barrel and each type has its own advantages and disadvantages. There are automatic electric guns, hybrid guns, low powered electric guns, medium powered electric guns, electric blow backs, mini electrics and automatic electris pistols (AEP).

Therefore, this is not a toy. In my opinion, this guns should not be sell here. I am worried if there are kids play with this thing. It is surely dangerous to themselve.Thats all that i can shre and thank you..

What is the first thing appear in your mind when people talk about operating system? Window XP, Vista? Or Linux? I would like to share something about Linux.

Many user of Linux as their primary operating system for few months but finally they decided to go back to Windows for some reason. First of all, it does not meet the requirement in many ways. Many question asked from the ex-user of Linux, such as why you choose Linux? your job needed? it looks cool? you are just interested to learn something new? or you are purely supporting freeware? And you use Linux to serve for what purpose? Networking? Desktop usage? But there are still a large number of Linux user. WHY?

Although Linux has many fans, and some critics, many of us have differing reasons to use it. Linux provides many excellent opportunities to develop new software, use excellent software and be part of a community based upon a maturing, stable OS. There are a massive variety of applications for software development, productivity and specialist uses. Linux gives everyone the freedom to do what they want, the way they want.

Furthermore Linux has a superb, warm, fuzzy community feel to it, in which everybody feels they can make an important contribution, whether it be through bug reports, hacks or initial development. This community is spread across nations, across continents it overcomes the barriers of race, religion and language. Linux has brought the concept of community, freedom and flexibility back to the world of software, it brings in light from the darkness of the proprietary era.

After reading this, i think you all have a new and clearer look about Linux.

I would like to share something about iPhone although i don't have one. *Laugh*

As you all know, iPhone is an internet-connected multimedia smart phone designed and marketed by Apple with a flush multi-touch screen and a minimal hardware interface. The device does not have a physical keyboard, so a virtual keyboard is rendered on the touch screen instead.

The iPhone functions as a camera phone including text messaging and visual voice mail. A portable media player and it is equivalent to an iPod which is a mp3 player from Apple too. It also includes Internet client with email, web browsing, and local Wi-Fi connectivity.

One thing that really attract me about iPhone is the battery life. The original iPhone's battery was stated to be capable of providing up to seven hours of video, six hours of web browsing, eight hours of talk time, 24 hours of music or up to 250 hours on standby. And the newest iPhone 3G's battery is stated to be capable of providing up to seven hours of video, six hours of web browsing on Wi-Fi or five on 3G, ten hours of 2G talk time, or five on 3G, 24 hours of music, or 300 hours of standby.

So wait what guys? get one now!!!

Hai, this afternoon i will talk about a article of the sound system of a computer system.

In a good system, have a good sound effect is a basic for a user to use computer while doing work or surf internet.

For having best sound effects, have two parts, one is the external devices, which is speaker and the internal devices, which is sound card.

For the best sound, the speaker present have few function which make sound better such as volume, bass and tremble. The adjustment of this function will make sound perfectly.

For the sound card, on the chip, have certain number of sound chip where very helpful in make sound better.

For my opinion, the sound card, with the new high-technologies present, usually a sound card consists of few jack. Currently, i know have 2:1, 5:1, 7:1 where 2 represent the side speaker can plug in and the 1 is sub woofer jack.

So, i conclude that have a good sound effect on a system need to have a good balance in internal and external devices.

Thank, perhaps other can buy a better speaker after this. HIHIHI!!!!!!!!!

Assalamualaikum everyone...

I want to share an article about human evolution. Evolution is a biological term refers to period of time in which Earth has evolved. In theory, evolution have taken billions of years and has conflict with religious beliefs.

The most popular theory about human evolution was created by Charles Darwin in his book The Origin of Species in 1859. This theory stated that human comes from an ape species after going through many processes of evolution.

However, this theory was rejected by almost everyone. In my own sight, I am not agree with it at all. If human going through evolutions from an ape species, why not they become human in this era.

This is because of the genetic. The alleles that human carried to the offspring. If the theory of human evolution was true, scientists must have proved it.
Besides that, human DNA will contain at least small piece of DNA as same as an ape DNA.

This is all for now. Hopefully, we will gain something from this comment.

People who don't have billions of dollars tend to think lavishly about what they would do with that kind of money. For me, if i have one billion dollar, i will buy a garage full of sport car in it. Car writers especially get this question: "Why doesn't Bill Gates just spend one billion dollar to have his very own car made for him?"

Well, i think we usually answer such questions very politely but the truth is, we think billionaires get to be that way by not squandering their money. Which is not to say that the super-rich can't afford on a rare collectible car or have their choice of the world's fastest, most lavish production automobiles. Many of them do. But just as you wouldn't go spending new vacation home money on a car, lest you want to find yourself divorced faster than your new speedster can hit 100 mph. Bill Gates has better, smarter things to do with his billions than developing his very own car.

So, i read about the ten of the most expensive cars and the favorite car for me is Lamborghini Murciélago which cost $273,000. It is really a awesome-looking machine. Speaking of the engine, the 580 horsepower V-12 is said to deliver the Murciélago pilot to speeds in excess of 205 mph and from 0 to 62 mph in 3.8 seconds. But even at saner speeds, the Murciélago delivers most of its torque evenly, so you don't have to torch the engine at high rpms to derive plenty of pleasure.

I think this is the best of the best among all the sport cars in the current market.

hi~

Recently i read a lot about the urinary bladder cancer articles is in the newspaper and it means that the case or sickness of this cancer is increasing. And i think is important for me to brief through this deadly disease to you all.

The most common symptom of the disease is that of blood in the urine. Other conditions such as urinary stones and infection can also give rise to blood in the urine, but these conditions are usually associated with some amount of pain or discomfort at urination. Therefore, if one passes blood in the urine without any pain, one must rule out cancer of the urinary tract. In the early stages, there are no other symptoms nor signs. Of course, the bleeding can be diluted by taking more fluids or diuretics. Haematuria detected during microscopic analysis also has similar implications and warrants a full medical evaluation. The bleeding from the tumour can be intermittent. Therefore, one must be ever vigilant, even if there is only one episode of painless haematuria.

Bladder cancer is commoner in the older age group (above 60 years of age) and is very rare in children. It is more common in males compared to females, with a ratio of four to one. It is the sixth most common cancer in the US. According to the National Cancer Registry of Malaysia 2002, it ranks as the 10th commonest cancer in males. For Malaysian men, it comprises 4.1% of all new cancers, with a peak incidence of 33.5 per 100,000 for men in the age group of 60 to 69 years of age. Other than the above epidemiological factors, the most well known cause is smoking. Smoking increases the incidence of bladder cancer by three-fold, and also worsens the outcome of bladder cancer patients who continue to smoke. Certain chemicals used in industry and in agriculture may increase the incidence of bladder cancer. Hence, workers in the rubber, chemical, leather, textile, metal, and printing industries are exposed to substances such as aniline dye and aromatic amines that may increase their risk for bladder cancer. However, such occupational hazards take up to 20 years to manifest.

I hope this article help us to understand more about urinary bladder cancer. Prevention is better than cure.

Have you ever dreamt to become slimmer??

The desires to slim,or look slimmer from usual, can get some women almost crazy. Some of them are willing to practice unbalance diet or plastic surgery in order to look slim!!But do you know that, without a good discipline, all your efforts have nothing worth??Your body not just become fat,but you can also get other diseases that you do not expected.

Do you want to know the secrets to burn the calories in your body??

The first secret is drink green tea.Result from a research done by University of Switzerland proved that the habit of drink green tea can increase the amount of calories burn. The second secret is listen to music. In my opinion, listening to music can relaxing our mind and make us forget about food.Sometimes,we do not get hungry although we are not taking food for quite a long time when we listen to music.Next secret is you have to exercise and spend about 20 minutes a day.For me,it does not matter whether to have exercise at park or just do it at home. The most important thing that you need to know is sunlight can help you control your desire to eat.

I am agree with a article that I had read, which stated that you need to control the food you are taking everyday.Do not take too much carbohydrate and fat, also take some vitamins to balance your health. As far as I am concerned, eating while watching television, studying or replying e-mail are some of bad habits that we need to avoid.Besides that, you have to put any foods far away from your bed.The best way is,just put those foods in the kitchen. It is much easier, right??

But my advice is,do not push yourself so hard.Everyone wants to has a beautiful body shape, that is why they keep trying to diet. But remember,it needs patience and some great efforts!!So, relax and do not be too drastic..

Good luck with your efforts to have your dream body shape!!

Recently there is a group of China student has chosen UMP as their university to further their study. So i think that it is important for us to know their country and culture before we are trying to communicate with them.

So i will share a bit history of China to your all. China, one of the countries that can boast of an ancient civilization, has a long and mysterious history - almost 5,000 years of it! Like most other great civilizations of the world, China can trace her culture back to a blend of small original tribes which have expanded till they became the great country we have today.

Emperor throneIt is recorded that Yuanmou man is the oldest hominoid in China and the oldest dynasty is Xia Dynasty. From the long history of China, there emerge many eminent people that have contributed a lot to the development of the whole country and to the enrichment of her history. Among them, there are emperors like Li Shimin (emperor Taizong of the Tang), philosophers like Confucius, great patriotic poets like Qu Yuan and so on.

Chinese society has progressed through five major stages - Primitive Society, Slave Society, Feudal Society, Semi-feudal and Semi-colonial Society, and Socialist Society. The rise and fall of the great dynasties forms a thread that runs through Chinese history, almost from the beginning.

I strongly agree from what i read in the article stat that since the founding of the People's Republic of China, China has become a socialist society and become stronger and stronger.

There is a current issue that we need to concern, global warming. What will we do to slow this warming? How will we cope with the changes we've already set into motion? While we struggle to figure it all out, the face of the Earth as we know it—coasts, forests, farms and snow-capped mountains—hangs in the balance.

From my point of view, precaution is a need. According to the article, replacing an incandescent lamp with energy-saving bulbs prevents 75 kilograms of carbon dioxide from being released into the atmosphere annually. Driving cars less will save 0.75 kg carbon dioxide for every 2 kilometers. Recycling waste will save 1,200 kg of carbon dioxide each year by a single house. Using hot water less will prevent energy consumption, and washing clothes with cold or warm water will save 250 kg of carbon dioxide annually. Electronic devices should be turned off totally; those such as televisions and DVD players are releasing 450 kg of carbon dioxide annually when kept at stand-by eight hours on a daily average.

I hope the precaution will take it seriously by everyone to prevent global warming for our next generation.

Be friend for a long time does not mean you and your friends know and understand each other well. So,it is not impossible if suddenly one of your friend changes and avoiding you.Although we had tried our best to find the source of the problem,we still did not het the answer. This situation shows that we need a good solution to overcome the problem. My suggestion is,you can solve the problem through speak out session.

I agree with an article entitled "Speak Out!!You and Your Friends" which stated that speak out can make you become closer with your friends. In my point of view, when we speak openly with our friends without hurt their feelings,it is actually a good way to solve problems between you and your friends.Don't you think that at the same time,it can also enclose your relationhip with your friends?Besides that, when you are given a chance to to speak out,at least your friends that are listening can give their own opinions and suggestions about the problem that you have.I think we can also learn how to be honest in front of our friends through this speak out session. In my opinion, only someone that has courage can tell his friends about anything that he dislikes about them.

Here are some suggestions on how to start a speak out session.First, you have to tell your friends about any important topics or problems that neet to be discuss.Second, you need to choose and suitable date and time so that your friends can get ready and prepare themselves. Then, you also need to collect some informations about the problems that had happened.Note that you have to begin with the source of the problems till how to solve it.

Hi, everyone

Today, i would like talk about a article about the Replication of CD and DVD.

Inside this article, is talk about the process of replicate a cd and dvd. And the process of duplication is quite similar to burning a CD or DVD disc by using computer.

The layer of a CD or DVD consists of a kind of a player tray be it 3 or 5 or 7 multi-CD player tray, and the size of CD exceed 80 milimeters.

In my opinion, create a CD or a DVD is very difficult task because imagine that want to put a lot of layer in a disc. After the disc created, the user just simply use the software such as Nero to burn the data or music or video into the disc and then the product will produced.

That's all for this article. Perhaps don't simply burn a CD or DVD because create a CD or DVD is very difficult.

And current days, have variety kind of notebook case, depend to the size, the stylish, the appearance.

For my opinion, notebook case have a lot of benefit. First, notebook case can protect notebook from physical damage such as fall down to the floor . This can prevented so that notebook can be protected.

I want to about a article, which is the GPS (Satellite Navigation)

Last time, the department of defense created this for navigation tool use. The GPS can compute the position, velocity, and the time at all. Outside this earth, got 24 satellites that orbit in 12 hours. And this satellite is powered by the solar energy which come from the sun.

While the system calculated by satellite is accurate, some factors also can degrade signal such that passing through the atmosphere.

For my opinion, this GPS have a lot of benefit. First, if a person want to go a somewhere place but don't know how to go, the GPS can guide him go. Beside that, GPS also provide the shortest pathway to go any place. Beside that, inside GPS, also have other functions which very interesting.

That's all for the GPS. If anyone scare from get lost, you can get a GPS so that can be safe.

Next, i want to talk about another article which is How to choose a best laptop

In this article, have 5 factors need to consider :
1. SIZE
2. HARD DRIVE
3. MEMORY
4. NETWORK CONNECTION
5. PRICE

For the size, have portability and display size. Some people want to have a bigger display size and some people want a smaller display size. Second is the hard drive. Nowadays the hard disk already exceed 320GB for usually use for the user. So need to consider whether how much capacity want to use.

Third is the memeory. Usually the people want to use the computer to do the work, then some application of computer require a minimum requirement such that 256MB, then the user need to consider the memory also.

Fourth is the network connection. Nowadays the computer already have the connection such that wireless and RJ45 ports to connect internet. The fifth is the price. Before buy a computer, consider the price where some have price less than RM2000 or less than RM3000.

For my opinion, usually people want to have a gaming computer so that can play game at the free time. So, need to consider also the graphics card in that computer.

hello to all...

this will be my first comment for this subject. it's a bit shock to me when we already in the middle of February. the times do fly away. it's like just yesterday i celebrate the new year. OK. stop with the sweet talk. let's get on with the business.

nowadays, perfume have become one popular stuff that suites as a gift. not necessarily, for a women only, but it also can be given to the men. i have come to read an article about how to buy perfume. the title is 'The Idiot Guides Guide To Buy Perfume'. *laugh* . it's a good guide to all who have some problems to choose perfume for your opposite gender or your lover. we can choose the perfume base on this 3 criteria :

1. Choose by name and make.
name like, Christian Dior, Ralph Lauren, Channel, Guess, and Hugo dominated the perfume industry in this world. definitely, all of their fragrances are sweet, fresh and nice. they are the big name in the industry, so rarely they will produce a fragrance that didn't attract the customer to buy it. even though its quite expensive, but the smell stay longer and after all it is for your lover.

2. Choose by price
avoid to buy the cheapest perfume for your lover. usually, the smell is horrible. this is base on my own experience. i should read this article earlier. *sad* but this doesn't mean that you should by the most expensive in the perfume shop. what if your lover didn't like it. it will be the waste of your money. choose the perfume that suites her taste but in a range of price that you can afford.

3. Choose by celebrity
it's like a trend for the celebrity to endorsed perfume with their own name. but, who cares. its their own way to sales the perfumes right? if your loved own like jennifer lopez, why don't you buy her the perfume by JLo. definitely she will loved it.

thats all about this article.
see you..

Hi all!

I am so sure that most of us like to travel but which one transport do you prefer in having a vacation? Actually lots of people prefer to travel by airplane or by car, but there are still some folks who prefer to use bus travel to see the sites on their vacations.

I think there are few reasons that make people decide which transport they chose. For those who chose bus, I think it is because bus costs less than a plane ticket and they can see more of the countryside this way.

Just like what is our aim in travelling-we want to see the world and discover things that we had never know. So, by using bus we can enjoy beautiful scenery during the trip. If we choose car, the driver can miss a lot of things when he or she is concentrating on the road while driving or worrying about driving directions.

One of the easiest way is we can join trip that is organized by any travel company that provides lots of interesting packages. The price may vary depending on how many people are going and where you wish to go.

It actually depends on you on how to fully enjoy your travel or trip.

What causes that intense pain when you eat ice cream too fast?

On a hot day, there's nothing better than an ice cream cone. As it drips down your hand, you might find yourself licking faster in a futile attempt to salvage the falling ice cream. Then, suddenly you felt an extreme cold on your gums! What's going on when this happens? Why does it feel like your eyes are going to pop out of your head? I surfed the Internet and discovered the causes of ice cream headaches.

First I found an article published from the British Medical Journal. According to Dr. Joseph Hulihan of Temple University, about a third of people suffer from "ice cream headaches." The condition is caused by extremely cold foods or beverages that touch the roof of the mouth and set in motion a chain of events. When the nerves that travel to the brain are stimulated, the blood vessels in the front of the head expand and contract like they do during a migraine headache. Even though this sensation typically lasts only 10 to 20 seconds, the pain is mind-numbing.

Then I visited a "News for Kids" web page. The page corroborated my earlier finding, adding that "brain freeze" has nothing to do with your brain, it's just the reaction of the blood vessels in your noggin. In addition, I learned a couple of ways to avoid the pain:

* Slow down. Eat cold foods slowly.
* Warm the cold food in the front part of your mouth before swallowing.
* If it's too late and you can feel the pain creeping into your head, hold your tongue against the roof of your mouth to warm the palate. This may help ease the pain a bit.

One thing is for sure: Britain's love their ice cream and don't seem to mind the pain that comes with the pleasure.

We have did windows movie maker..didn't us fell really happy and enjoyable learning something new like this??Thanks to Miss Marziah..without her,we can do nothing right??hehe..

She taught us about compare and contrast..so interesting!!

I have read something abut it,just to gain more knowledge..lets read together..

Comparison and contrast are ways of looking at objects and thinking about how they are alike and different..

When you compare items, you look for their similarities--the things that make them the same..

For instance, all of these items are alike because they are kinds of food, but there are many ways that they are different. For instance, they belong to different food groups. Some must be cooked before eating, and some can be eaten raw.

This example is really interesting right??

Do our best to make Miss Marziah proud of us..

Gud luck for presentation session..=)

Miss Marziah said that,we as a university student should also take a step to know senior, for our future..hihi..

Talk about love, it is not small thing..love usually refers to a deep, ineffable feeling of tenderly caring for another person..

Love is actually the choice one makes to put someone's wishes, desires and needs above our own.

We as a human,it is a normal thing to love and be loved by a person..

Love family, friends and 'somebody',have their own ways and feelings..

What is the important one, appreciate what we have now because we don't know what will be in the future..

Love you all friends and Miss Marziah..thanks for always by my side..=)

Good morning..

Just straight to the point, teenagers really crazy about branded things whether shoes, shirt, dress and so on..
Do you know why??

Some people distinguish the psychological aspect of a brand from the experiential aspect.

Consumers may look on branding as an important value added aspect of products or services, as it often serves to denote a certain attractive quality or characteristic (see also brand promise). From the perspective of brand owners, branded products or services also command higher prices. Where two products resemble each other, but one of the products has no associated branding (such as a generic, store-branded product), people may often select the more expensive branded product on the basis of the quality of the brand or the reputation of the brand owner.

Depends on us whether want to buy the branded one or not..think carefully and buy the best one..=)

This is the last one for this month..thanks to Miss Marziah because give us a chance to post the comment although already in February..

The last topic that i would like to share for this month is about indie band..

I'm sure that we all love indie band such as Hujan,Bunkface and so on..But did us know what is the meaning of indie band?

In popular music, independent music, often abbreviated as indie, is a term used to describe independence from major commercial record labels and an autonomous, do-it-yourself approach to recording and publishing.

Independent Labels have been known to strive for minimal influence on the artist they represent, avoiding the artist-cultivating behavior of many major labels. Artists represented by Indie labels have been known to be focused more on producing music than becoming wealthy and/or well known.

I personally think that indie band have the potential to success in our entertainment industries..

What about you??=)

I would like to talk about "Telecommuting - The High-Tech way to Earn a Living!".

Telecommuting does not involve the same stresses and strains that you get at the study place or work place. Although it is increasing in popularity, at the same time telecommuting presents many challenges as well.

If you are one of those who want is or considering embarking in telecommuting, then bear these in mind.

1.Act professional
2.Show enthusiasm
3.Downplay telecommuting aspect
4.Confirm that you are flexible

So, I agree with this idea that we need to do those things that already mentioned to earn a living. Show respect to our lecturers and our company. Thank you.

Iceland is mostly unspoiled and natural, and you can get to the most incredible places quite easily. A highly orchestrated nature experience isn’t a nature experience.

Iceland-it’s not actually covered in Ice, that’s Greenland. Iceland, in fact, is mostly green. Iceland hiking is like a distilled version of hiking elsewhere. The clean air, clean land, living landscape of tundra, volcanoes, glaciers, fjords and hot springs afford an unparalleled experience of nature.

Hi~

This time I would like to tell how to dressing for an interview!

Some of you may think this topic has advice that is so common sense that there is no use to talk about.

Unfortunately! It is amazing how many job candidates eliminate their job prospects though due to poor dress. You only get one chance to make a first impression, so make it count by being properly dressed for your job interview.

Here are some things to remember before showing up for your interview:

1.Go with a suit (corporate).
2.Keep your personal flair at home.
3.Bring a briefcase or portfolio.
4.Have extra copies of your resume and a pad for jotting down notes immediately after you interview.

As student, we should aware on dressing while interview. I totally agree with this article. We need to know and apply this to make our future bright!.

Thank you.

Hi everyone...

This time, I would like to share something on how environment effects your study. As a student, we hope to get the best result in the examination. Because of that, it is a needed to go to a suitable place to do some revision in case if the examination is around the corner.

Here are some places that student are required to go for study. First, the library. I agree with this statement because from my own experience, I can focus on study without any disturbance because we are away from noises. Second, in class or lecture room. Actually, focus on class is the main point to understand any subjects. Besides we can ask any question directly, we can also share our understanding between students. Third, park or courtyard. This is another suitable place for study. Fresh air will make us feel calm and easy to get information.

I hope this information will help student in choosing a right place to study. My advice is choose the best choice for your own sake.

What is the meaning of friendship for you? What is a purpose of getting a friend and be a friend?

I believe everyone has their own ways in describing a friend. A person has described a friend is someone who walks in when the rest of the world walks out and true friends are like diamonds, precious but rare. A friend is always faithful to you even during the bad times.

For me, a friend is someone that willing to share happiness and sadness together. Someone that able to understand her friends and try to be an understanding person. A friend is a person that always keeping our secrets without telling others and give a good advise when we need.

We are unable to live alone. Everything we do, it will involves other people in every single thing include a small thing. Therefore, choose a best friend. My advise is to get a best friend, firstly we must be a best friend to our friends. As a conclusion, a friend is like a mirror for another friend.

This time, 'Sleeping Disorder' will be a topic to e discussed. Have you ever heard about it? Well, it is a lethal disease that tends to disrupt the sleeping pattern of an individual. In an easy word, it is a condition where someone is unable to sleep during our sleep time.

The main effect for this disease is mental disruption. Besides that, the person will encounters some problems like feeling impatient, annoyed and suffer a lot of complications. Besides, lack of sleep reduces amount of human growth hormone. Thus, these problems will effect someone's healthy.

In my own opinion, having an enough time of sleep is very important for us. This is because it will effects our performance for the next day. We are unable to do our daily activities because of tired and not enough energy. Furthermore, I am sure that a person with a lack of sleeping time will become a sensitive person and easy to get angry.

Finally, please beware of your sleeping time.

Hello everyone;

Yesterday, I just like returning my own old memory when I was a little girl. I feel like I was 5 years old little girl that always excited and enjoyed watching cartoon “SNOW WHITE AND SEVEN DRAWF”. Since I was in kindergarten, I really love that fairy tale story as I wish I could be like her. For me, the cartoonist for this story was so creative as when the year that cartoon was created, the technology not yet fully improved in drawing the animation by using computer and this fairy tale story was the very first fairy tale story that was created and published to film.

But today, as the technology can be proud to us, this all type of cartoon can be created by using computers technology as to compare to pastime the cartoonist needs to draw step by step all the movement that happen on that storyboard. That why I really astonished with their creation on that fairy tale story.

When I watch this story, I wish that I could be like that cartoon character which lives in the world that full of magical action. As in UMP, I had joined the theatre club, if I have a chance to acts on the stage; I hope that I could act as SNOW WHITE one day.

Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus.

I'm really attracted to this article tittle. it is a very interesting article. why men and women are different and how do they effect the way that men and women communicate?

males make their decisions based on the ethics of justice while females use the ethics of care. according to the popular belief, men are more logical, and women are more emotional.

men are prefer straightforward approach with the easiest route to the end while female tend communicate in a manner that is conducive and focused on building and salvaging relationships.

Women are also more inclined to talk things out than a man would. Women want to resolve conflicts, or perceived conflicts, by discussing various aspects of the situation. Men, on the other hand, tend to clam up, preferring to refrain from discussing the issue, or "saying their piece" and then moving on. the problems start when the women try to talk but the men suddenly shut down the conversation.

i suggest that all the men should read this article to understand women better. *smile*

Hello everyone;

Last year, I and my aunty had gone to Perth, Australia on May 1st as to enjoy our holiday over there. It was my first and ever trip to that country that takes about 6 hours by taking flight. My journey begin when both of us take our flight from KLIA to Singapore as transit to Perth and from Singapore, we fly with Singapore Airlines to Perth. When the flight wants to take off, I feel like excited and my heart beating so fast as I scared if I could not reach my destination safely. But Alhamdulillah because I had reached safely at 12.00 am on May 2nd at Perth International Airport. (12.00am over there is just like 2.00am in Malaysia but it still in same time zone +8.00GMT during winter)

On the morning of that day, I and my aunty did not sleep because we need to pray “Subuh” as “Subuh” at Perth was at 4.00am and at 7.00am we and our trip members will start our journey to travel around Perth city (we stay at The New Esplanade Hotel). Many places we had visited such as King’s Park Amusement (view Perth City view), Fremantle Markets (buy some souvenirs), Kailis’ Fish Market Cafe (eat Fish and Chip), Caversham Wildlife Park (to see the animal that cannot seen in other place), Riverside Chocolate Factory (cannot buy the chocolate because it made from wine) and Charlies Estate Wine (me and my aunty did not visited this place but we are praying inside the bus).

Then on the next day May 3rd, we watched television and we so surprise because Malaysia Airlines was suspected bring BOMB inside the plane. But it is only plastic flower and the airport staff only fussing about it until bring bad image to Malaysian. Because of that incident, the airport was closed for 24 hours and all flight on that day was cancelled.

What the stupid thinking of such that people which only think that all Muslims are terrorist. But on that day, before we watched the television, we at first want to see Pinnacle which situated at Nambung National Park that might take about 5 to 6 hours to reach there. But, at last minute we had cancelled that plan and we decided to across Swan River by Oceanic boat until E-Shed Markets which is situated at Fremantle that takes about 45 minutes to reach there.

At there, we met Singaporean people that live at Perth about 25 year and makes business over there and they said if we had stay there, we will not feel want to go back to our own country.

Yes, I agree with him because I and my aunty feel like peaceful and happy during our trip at there as their people are very kind and polite to us even our hotel receptionist are from Singapore.

On May 4th, we only have plenty of time to visit more place because on that night we need to take our flight to back to Malaysia by boarding Singapore Airline transit to KLIA.

On that day, we had decided to watch dolphins at the middle of the sea which is situated at Rottnest Island. Seriously, the weather is very cold and I had wear two layers of sweater than at the land I still can face it.

Finally, on May 5th I had arrive Malaysia and full of sweet memory brought from Perth. I hope, one day I can go there again. I do love that country very much.

I want to share about an article that I read which titled 'Laugher is good medicine for reducing stress enchancing brain chemistry'..
This article said that laugher is a healing theraphy because it is one of activity that we could engage. Laugher works on three differents level, that are the biophysical, biochemical and bioenergetic level.Laugher helps clear out and boosts our immune system funtion.Laugher is the great way to support the circulate lymph fluid would properly move around in our body so that immune system could carry its natural functions.
Laugh also helps us intake a vast amount of oxygen in huge gulps which is increases oxygenation in our body at both cellular and organ level. The much that you laugh, the greater this effect.

In my opinion, laugh surely is the greatest medicine.Other than boost circulation in our body, laugh also could make us look young.By laughing and smile,we will make people around us feel comfortable with us and helps us easy to coorperate with others.
So,make sure you all laugh at least once per day..

Hello everyone.

Here, I would like to share my reading article about the miracle of soy bean. As we all know, the soy milk are well become our favourite drink because of it delicious taste. Soy milk is made from soybeans that not involved with cow milk and it is often used in place of dairy milk as a refreshing drink, over breakfast cereal and in coffee. For cooking, soy milk lends a boost of creamy great taste and extra nutrition to baked goods, casseroles and more. Beside, soy milk is loaded with vitamins and minerals that our body needs to maintain peak health. It also provides special nutrients called “isoflavones” that scientists believe may help reduce the risk of certain cancer and provide other important health benefits.

Soybeans or soy related products have been cultivated and eaten by Asians for hundreds of years. It grows where the hot summers are present and it may survive in a diverse range of soils. When soybeans became recognised as a food production on 1920, it permanently incorporated itself into and brings about radical changes to the Western diet. It also becomes major crop outside of Asia for the first time in its long history.

Soybeans have high protein content and essential Omega 3 fatty acids that needed for regular human growth. It also a very good source of certain vitamins, especially the B vitamins necessary for cell metabolism and to enhance to enhance to body’s immune and nervous systems. Soybeans are also relatively high in calcium, potassium, manganese, phosphorus, iron and magnesium. It also has ability to lower the risks of heart illness because the protein of soybeans can reduce the bad cholesterol.

On the other hand, soy also potentially reducing the risk of breast cancer because the phyto – estrogens block the estrogens from reaching the receptors but it not necessarily is true for post-menopausal women. Despite several compelling drawbacks against the possibility of soy’s aid to health, research is still going on in hopes that soy will one day bring forth solutions to cure some of the world’s most lethal diseases. Result is continually showing signs of conclusiveness and technological advances are always taking us a step closer, so the next few years will almost certainly unravel the mystery behind the soybeans.

What is Skype?

Skype is software that allows users to make a telephone call over the internet, chatting with other friends, make a video conferencing and file transfer. Nowadays, many student and staff in my university are using Skype because the free of charge calls between the Skype users and while calls to other landlines and mobile phone can be made for fee.

What is good about Skype?

So exactly what’s so good about Skype? Well, besides being able to chat with friends for free, it’s also extremely portable. As a student, Skype had been a great service allowing me to keep in contact with my family and friends. Skype, being an internet based program, allows me to log into my account wherever I stay, as long as I have a reliable internet connection. When travelling, it is now easy to simply walk into a cyber cafe, grab a headphone, and you can be talking within clicks. All you have to do is to make sure the Skype program has been downloaded and installed on the particular computer.

What’s the quality like?

Like anything with technology, voice quality with Skype can never be guaranteed. With high speed broadband the quality will generally be pretty good, however the program is too dependent on other factors such as the computer itself, the quality of the internet line, where you are and the other programs install on the computer. If you find that the sound is starting to break up, stop doing everything else on your computer and ask the other person to do the same, this includes browsing other internet websites, typing in a document etc. If this does not improve the quality, then there are reasons beyond your control that the voice quality cannot be improved. Unfortunately in this case, you’ll just have to try calling again if you get dropped off. Thank you.

Assalamualaikum and,
Hello everyone.

Recently, Microsoft had launched the new operating system named Windows 7. Windows 7 has very similar function as Vista but a lot better. It has same interface, options, wizard and same timings. Everything is same except the setup background and the boot screen which is too awesome for me. The "Starting Windows" is displayed along with a glassy scrollbar in the middle of boot screen. The setup background is the same image which is used as Desktop wallpaper in the latest Windows 7 build.

On the other hands, the Windows Explorer has also been modified a bit. New command bar in Windows 7 has no icon and the new left-side pane are containing Libraries, Favorites, new Details Pane and a few new options in "View" menu like Content and at last re-sizable Searchbar for easiest used.

When I watch the video of this Windows 7, I was very excited to use. It very interactive and user friendly even though the pop-up security screen always being request every time we install the executed setup. I wish I can use the full version of windows 7 because the prize of one legal product key at the local market is too expensive.

Today I would like to share little information why people nowadays like to surf online shopping. First of all, I do love shopping and I can says that every lady in this world love to shopping to, but in this world full of technology some people are preferring to shopping using the internet. These are few things that might be the reasons.

If we are going to mall by car for shopping or window shopping, then we have to search for parking. Sometime it hard to find the parking and once inside the mall was crowded, kids were running around and some store were playing the music to loud. Besides, we can be an attractive target to criminals that looking for wallet, purse or any of our purchases.

Difference situation if we use online shopping, with the conveniences of the internet and secure sites for making purchases we can stay safe and shop for name brand items we want. Besides, the costs are cheaper because e-trader don't have expensive rates and rentals associated with high street and mall shops. On the other hand, with online shopping we can shop with less stress, faster, convenient, a lot of choice and variety, we can make a comparison prize between other online shopping and it friendly environmental. Thank you.

Hello everyone.

Here I would like to say about DotA. DotA is an online games that also known as Defense of Ancient. It also a custom scenario for Warcraft III and based on the “Aeon of Strife” map. The objective while playing the scenario is to destroy the “Ancient” opponent’s.

DotA is easy to learn game, fun and a nice game. You are able to play it although you don’t know English so well and you don’t need to be so skillful in controlling your own hero. It's permanently free for life and you do not need to pay any other extra money in order to equip your hero to become stronger.

While playing dota you also can get a new friend that have a same interest as we and create a teamwork environment because without teamwork, you will have a high percentage of losing the game. So, remembered that DotA is combines strategy, skill and teamwork, not a one person show games.
Thank you.

www.youtube.com?hmm..Very tension because UMP block this website to all students.Youtube is a video sharing website where we can upload, view and share video clips. Of course teenagers like us like this website. Maybe the authority do not want the students uplaod or view the bad video so that they block this website to student. Huh..!Just think wisely, what if they just block the bad video but not block the whole website? When student have presentation, they need such as video to make their presentation more beautiful. But since this website had block by the authorities, its make difficult to student to upload video and they only can upload video when they enter lab computer.
So i think that the authorities should block the bad video, do not need to block the whole website.

In my opinion, the moral of this story, ' The 4 Wives' is we never notice and realise what we had in our life and tent to get things that are not belong to us. It is a human nature, not to appreciate and thankful on what they already have until one day they realise that they had lost it. On that moment, they will start to regret on the things they have done, but there is nothing that could be change. So, we have to start appreciating everyone in our life and also think positive to all the bad things and take the good thing as the morale in order to become a better person.

The moral of this story, 'The Praying Hands' is determination in achieving goals and how important the education would in this world, especially in this century. Nowadays, people always searching and grab all the opportunities they had because the world has become global, there is no boundaries between other countries like 20 years before. People, who never neglect their education, are the one who is going to survive in future. No matter how hard it takes, education is the key of everything and it will give a guarantee in life. And it never to late to change the perception that ‘I am old already so, I guess I couldn’t cope with all this anymore, my memory is already stuck” anyone could have the education as long as they know what they really want.

Hello everyone!

‘My Friend Luke’… How great! I loved Luke! What a strange, idiosyncratic, hilarious little man! Luke's behaviour on the bus had resonances of Mr Bean and had me chuckling throughout. There were a couple of contradictions in the story which at the end seemed to have been resolved satisfactorily at the end. First was the fact that when Luke's salary was docked, his wife took their son to a more expensive school. Next was the question which screamed of at me at the end of the story, and which two contributors have asked questions about. Why was the Arab in a position to let Luke into his own home? Answer: He was shagging Luke's wife, unpleasant though she might have sounded. Luke was definitely being cuckolded and there's a very strong chance that the child was the Arab's. I 'm a story teller who collects stories, reshapes them and rewrites them for telling in public. I shall definitely work on Luke and possibly, just possibly, I might make him kill the Arab at the end. Only problem is, they seem to have lobotomised Luke, and I wonder if he will have the guts to do it.

Overall, I liked it, but I wonder why the Arab would be at Luke's home. Why would the man's employer have a key to his house? The conclusion also seemed to imply that more than just Luke's wife, son, and boss live at his home. It made me think Luke's life is imaginary. Maybe he lives in some sort of asylum or mental hospital. Can anyone explain that for me?

Holla everyone…

I want to talk about why is reading is important???...I want took some word from Prof. A.C. Grayling, in a review of ‘A History of Reading by Alberto Manguel’ that was published in Financial Times had said, "To read is to fly: it is to soar to a point of vantage which gives a view over wide terrains of history, human variety, ideas, shared experience and the fruits of many inquiries." So true! Reading is really like taking a flight to high altitudes in pursuit of information and knowledge. It is a journey in search of enlightenment.
Have you asked yourself the question, "Why is reading important?" What was the answer that you got? I am sure your heart must have answered in favor of reading. Reading is like providing the mind with nourishment. Knowledge is the food for the mind and soul. Apart from giving us the basic information about the world around us, it also provides us with the food for thought. It encourages us to think. It increases our hunger for knowledge and our thirst to learn more.

During the ancient times, reading was limited to books. But today, it encompasses reading on the web. We have some very good sites providing their readers with authentic information. Reading from the Internet is an easy option for one and all. Reading from the web does not undermine the pleasure one can get from reading books.

We are introduced to the concept of reading at a very early age. It remains with us in different forms throughout our life. School-life begins with books. Books are our close companions in the youth. Reading continues to remain the favorite pastime of a large number of people even during their old age. For voracious readers, books are their lifelong companions.

It is very important to inculcate the habit of reading right from childhood. You can put in children the habit of reading bedtime stories. Reading during the early years helps the child in improving his/her language skills. The child learns to recognize written words. Reading when young helps you in your later life. Studies say that reading before going to bed helps the child feel secure and comfortable while sleeping. Emotions can be best understood through the characters in stories.

A child who grows up reading is definitely enriched as a young person. He/she automatically takes to reading. If the habit of reading is formed during an early age, reading soon becomes the person’s hobby. Teenage years are the growing and developing years of one’s life. This is the period of one’s mental growth as well. So it is nice to read good books during these years. Youngsters often relate to the story of heroes and try to emulate their behaviors. They idealize their favorite authors. They dream about their future and plan for it. Feeding the brain with loads of information from all around the world during this phase of life helps a person base his ideals on positivity. Reading helps the person shape his/her life.

Reading is an activity that keeps us occupied. Reading results in the fruitful usage of time. It helps us get rid of our anxieties. It diverts our mind from monotony and boredom. It is one of the best ways of relaxation. Reading novels or stories takes us to a new world where we forget our sorrows and fears. Books make very good friends.

Books and the web are the richest sources of information. They cover a wide range of topics and store an enormous amount of information. Numerous websites covering different areas of information or innumerable books that flood the libraries tell us of the vastness of knowledge. Reading leads us only to read more in the never-ending pursuit of knowledge.

Research has shown that avid readers stand out from the rest because of improved cognitive abilities. They can think creatively. It improves their grasping power. It makes them better analyzers and problem solvers. Reading helps a person be successful in life.

I hope you have read all about ‘reading’ and are convinced about why reading is so important. Keep reading not keep bleeding in love…hehehe…
So, reading is the important thing in live that we should know and learn since young. Without reading life is no useful and not fun because reading help us gain knowledge and information that we did not know. Thus, as a conclusion, reading is fun and must be practice since baby. Only start reading some article, we can know what we did not know actually.

Thank you.

Hi..

The road Not taken is the poem authored by Robert Frost (1874–1963). Mountain Interval. 1920.
This poem show that the author could not travel both roads. he said that he want to travel both of the road, after travel one of the road, then travel again the other road so make it as just as fair. But in the half way, he doubted that should he ever come back. Actually, he in dilemma what road should he take. Finally, he deciced to take one less traveled by and made all the difference.
Personally, I think that we always face this type of situation in our daily life.. Its make us could thinking wisely before take the action.. Normally, when we face this situation, list down the advantages and disadvantages of the two choices, so that make us choose one easily. We also should make differences from usual by choosing something different from other but only in good things..
As a conclusion, choose the right and best things in our life which could make us live happily ever after.
Thank you..

Study group usually practised while we are in college or university. Maybe some high school also practised this kind of stuff but seldom. Study group means study in a small group of people who regularly meet to discuss shared fields of study. These groups can be found in high school and college settings and within companies. Professional advancement organizations also may encourage study groups.
i think that study with a group wold make our self confident level increase because we could talk whatever our opinion in our group. But make sure that the study group consist of 3 to 5 members to make sure that all the members are study but not talking about other things. Study group must consist at least one member that expert so that he can help the other member.
In my opinion, study group should practise among the student nowadays.
Thank you..

Now, I want to talk about how important is university education??..based from some article that t read in internet, I can conclude that continuing an education is very important. For many, having a degree is necessary to get where they want. There are a small (very small) percentage of people who have the drive and ambition to get there without it, and yes, Top 100 lists show these people do sometimes make it, but for the majority it just simply is not the case. Most people can not get there without a degree. I really think the value in education lies in keeping the brain active, networking, teaching you things like critical analysis.

A degree is a piece of paper and there are some industries which focus on that piece of paper. University has a purpose, degrees have a purpose but it's not to say that it's a death sentence if we don't have one. University gives us a chance to meet so many different people going into various fields who may become useful to us later in life, and I feel people are more likely to listen to us if we have a degree behind us.

Hai everyone…

Life is a characteristic of organisms that exhibit certain biological processes such as chemical reactions or other events that results in a transformation. Living organisms are capable of growth and reproduction, some can communicate and many can adapt to their environment through changes originating internally. A physical characteristic of life is that it feeds on negative entropy. In more detail, according to physicists such as John Bernal, Erwin Schrödinger, Eugene Wigner, and John Avery, life is a member of the class of phenomena which are open or continuous systems able to decrease their internal entropy at the expense of substances or free energy taken in from the environment and subsequently rejected in a degraded form.

An entity with the above properties is considered to be a living organism, hence, a 'life form'. However, not every definition of life considers all of these properties to be essential. For example, the capacity for evolution is sometimes taken as the only essential property of life; this definition notably includes viruses, which do not qualify under narrower definitions as they are a cellular and do not metabolize.

A diverse array of living organisms can be found in the biosphere on Earth. Properties common to these organisms are plants, animals, fungi, protists, archaea and bacteria which are a carbon- and water-based cellular form with complex organization and heritable genetic information. They undergo metabolism, possess a capacity to grow, respond to stimuli, reproduce and, through natural selection, adapt to their environment in successive generations. So far, there is no evidence of extraterrestrial life.

As a conclusion, I can conclude that this article is about living thing in general. All organisms in this universe have their own ‘life’. So, we have gain new knowledge about this life information that related in our life.

Chocolate for life is it healthy or not? Are you a chocoholic? Do not worry that is a good thing. Chocolate may be one of the most functional foods out there.

Not too long ago, studies absolved chocolate of causing acne, cavities and high cholesterol levels. But one study goes even further, suggesting that chocolate may be one of the most functional foods out there, even a great brain saver. Of course, we do not need any persuading that it's probably the most delicious as well. Chocolate turns out to be a good source of antioxidants which are those beloved chemicals known for their cell-protecting properties. Antioxidants scavenge and fight off free radicals, wildly reactive rogue molecules of oxygen that damage cell membranes and the DNA, which contains the cells basic operating instructions. Free radicals aid and abet heart disease by oxidizing the "bad" (LDL) cholesterol, leading to hardened arteries. Free radicals are also linked to cancer and degenerative diseases in all parts of the body. The battle between antioxidants and free radicals takes place at the most basic level in our bodies. Free radicals have an odd number of electrons, which makes them unstable; they steal electrons wherever they can find them. Antioxidants have the ability to donate an electron, neutralizing free radicals without becoming free radicals themselves. The brain is particularly susceptible to free radical damage because it is exposed to a large amount of oxygen; as the body's most metabolically active organ, it consumes about 20% of the body's oxygen, although it totals only 2% of our body weight. Free radicals enter our bodies through pollution, fried food and even just normal metabolic processes of the body.

The fatty membranes that cover all brain cells are particularly subject to oxidative damage. Free radical damage is implicated in cognitive decline and memory loss as people age and in Alzheimer's disease. A steady level of antioxidants—including vitamins C and E and beta carotene—is linked to strong memories, according to several studies. The body gets antioxidants both by manufacturing them and consuming them in foods. They are found most abundantly in fruits and vegetables, but all plants have at least a small amount of antioxidants. Dietary sources of these chemicals are particularly important during stressful times, when body loses its ability to make them. Berries, tea, garlic and wine are all well-known sources of antioxidants. But cocoa beans top them all, says Joe Vinson, Ph.D., a chemistry professor at the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. His research shows that cocoa beans are the most potent source of polyphenols, a large subgroup of antioxidants. Scientists have identified around 6,000 antioxidants so far, says Vinson. About 4,000 fall into the category of polyphenols. Because polyphenols are found in the cocoa bean—not the milk, cream, sugar or other additives—the darker the chocolate, the better. As a general rule, antioxidants are found in the pigments of fruits and veggies, so the more colorful the food, the richer in antioxidants.

By weight, cocoa powder packs the most antioxidant punch, according to Vinson's research. "It is loaded!" the chemist says. It has twice as many antioxidants as dark chocolate, which in turn has twice as many as milk chocolate. White chocolate has no antioxidants at all. The amount of polyphenols in a serving of dark chocolate is comparable to that in a cup of black tea and higher than in a glass of red wine, things long touted as great sources of antioxidants. Hot chocolate is the best bet for those looking for the antioxidant punch without the paunch that cocoa butter could bring. But it's important to make the hot chocolate from scratch, with pure cocoa powder, milk and sugar, says Vinson. His studies have shown that homemade hot chocolate has five times as many antioxidants as a store-bought mix.
So think of chocolate as a brain food.

*I agree with this article. Because for me, chocolate only give fatty effect in our body if we take too much quantity per day. Chocolate can give us energy and can release our stress when we eat it. With chocolate our bad mood can changed to good mood.

Thank you.

The Chief of the Watsons was very saddened by this. Sifu and his best friend Tongga promised the chief that they would find Mila and bring her back. Sifu has an outstanding ability to communicate.

For me this film is okay, a bit funny not by much Erra Fazira look superb in it. With all the Baju she had worn. It is a comedy so we should not expect much of logic scenario. (Which there are so many scenes that was like, they were here, then they were suddenly there, and too many coincidences that just make the heroes way.Too easy to reach their goal).
Apek as usual acted as a comedian but a bit too cliche (need to see new talents!! we already know that he's a good actor) Nabil also good! I love the scene where's they meet up with Azwan ali (posed as a Shemale..) Azwan just so funny! Hehe and that's all! I will give 1 and a half star( oh wait! 2 stars) . Do not get me wrong! I was really impressed by their idea of people that live in cave and never gotten discovered for over the years. Because i never seen Malaysian movie same as this one. But it was just an Okay movie. For me!
Well ‘DIFFERENT PEOPLE DIFFERENT TASTE RIGHT?’

Assalamulaikum..
Holla..

Now, I want to talk about TEACHER RESEARCHES. Teachers are subjective insiders involved in classroom instruction as they go about their daily routines of instructing students, grading papers, taking attendance, evaluating their performance as well as looking at the curriculum. Traditional educational researchers who develop questions and design studies around those questions and conduct research within the schools are considered objective outside observers of classroom interaction. But when teachers become teacher-researchers, the "traditional descriptions of both teachers and researchers change. Teacher-researchers raise questions about what they think and observe about their teaching and their students' learning. They collect student work in order to evaluate performance, but they also see student work as data to analyze in order to examine the teaching and learning that produced it".

Teacher research is inquiry that is intentional, systematic, public, voluntary, ethical, and contextual. What Do Teacher Researchers Do?
• Develop questions based on their own curiosity about their students' learning and their teaching
• Investigate their questions with their students systematically documenting what happens
• Collect and analyze data from their classes including their own observations and reflections
• Examine their assumptions and beliefs
• Articulate their theories
• Discuss their research with their colleagues for support as "critical friends" to validate their findings and interpretations of their data
• Present findings to others
• Talk to their students
• Give presentations (talk to teacher in room next door, go to conferences)
• Write about their research (school-wide publication, national) á participate in teacher research web sites, online forums, and email communications

This article show about the teacher researches. For me, teacher is very important in student life. Without teacher student can not gain knowledge. Teachers play the important role and being the role model to their student. So, teacher must show the good attitude to be the model to the student.

Thank you.

Hello everyone,

I would like to share an article which has a good guide about getting rid of acne.

The very first step in getting rid of acne is to avoid all of the bad habits that can aggravate this condition. Have patience and never give up, as the healing process will take some time. It is a well- known saying that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. In order to keep your skin free of acne, you need to clean it. The unwanted elements on your skin should be washed off on a regular basis. Wash your face twice a day so that your skin does not accumulate the excessive oils that can lead to acne formation. Use gentle soap, especially soap which is meant for acne. (You can easily find this at your nearest chemist shop.) Never develop the habit of scratching pimples, although this may be hard to avoid, as the area around them can become irritated. This should be strictly avoided as it may lead to a chronic condition. Some teens are not aware of the consequences of pinching acne. They believe that by pinching it they can get rid of it, but this is completely untrue.

Smokers should know that smoking does not only lead to lung cancer. It has the tendency to constrict the body’s blood vessels and hinders the supply of oxygen and essential nutrients to the skin. It also promotes aging.

In addition, the excessive consumption of alcohol can be compared to the digging of a hole in one’s body. Alcohol has the tendency to destroy vitamin A, which is extremely important for your skin in fighting against infection and keeping your skin smooth. In the absence of vitamin A, your body will become prone to acne and, as a result, your skin will become quite dull. It could also lead to premature aging.

Skin protection is about a lot more than just putting on the right makeup. It is also about taking care of your internal system. Try eliminating bad lifestyle habits by introducing a healthy regimen into your life in order to make your inner and outer body healthy. Consume more fruits and vegetables and reduce the intake of high fat foods. Try to drink at least 12-14 glasses of water a day.

Are you still wondering why all prior acne treatments didn’t work? By now, the main reasons have probably become clear. We hope that the above suggestions will help you in speeding up the process of ridding your body of acne.

Hello guys,

Today, I am going to share with you an article consists of some tips on how to stop snoring when you are sleeping.

One thing someone could do is to stop smoking and lose weight. Losing weight will help to forestall snoring by decrease the fatty tissue in your airway. Your ability to breathe freely when you sleep can be improved well by eating less and improving your physical fitness level. If you would consider to stop smoking that would help to forestall from snoring.

Reducing exposure to smoke can also help you with the noise and strength of your snoring. Improve your sleep posture. Sleeping on your back will more probably worsen your Snoring problem. The soft tissue which are at the back of your throat and tongue are more probably to glide backwards to block your airway. Changing your sleeping position to your side will help mild snorer to remedy snore and improve sleeping.

Breaking the habit of sleeping on your back might be tough initially. Still you can try the "tennis ball trick". In this trick one has to sleep with a tennis ball or any other ball more or less of the same sizing attached to the back of your pajama top. You can sew a pocket at the back of your pajama top and then put the tennis ball in it.

Sleeping on your back will be not that at ease and you will react by turning on your side. Soon you will build up the habit of side-sleeping and no more need for the tennis ball. Elevate your head. Sleeping with pillows can cause obstruction in your airways due to turn away of neck. Thus to prevent Snoring you should avoid sleeping with pillows.

Specially designed pillow can be exploited by snorers which are available online or at any specialty stores. You can also lift your bed to a higher position which will help you to stop snoring. Elevating your bed by four inches will help you to make your breathing soft and further your tongue and jaw to move forward. Using a pillow while sleeping can cause a twist in the neck which helps in contributing to snoring. Thus elevating the whole head of the bed can be more helpful to stop snoring... for further information please check our web site by following our link.

I hope you enjoyed reading this article and found the information useful and interesting.

Hello again,

This time, I would like to share with you a good article especially for the spectacles and contact lenses users. This article is entitled 'Importance of eye exercises'.

How can I do eye workout and what is the point of increasing my eye muscles? Almost everyone who hears about eye exercises asks these questions. First of all, there are ways to make your eye do workout and second of all, eye exercise will increase your eye performance not the performance of muscle.

A healthy eye is important for every action that you commit. Even in sleep when the eyes stay shut they need to be in good shape. If you have eye strain, you will not be able to simply sleep where your work actions are far more demanding than sleeping. For better eye condition and to improve visions, eye exercises are the primary gizmo.

Eye is one of your vital external organs. You cannot do any work properly without them. So it needs care and a little bit of exercise to improve vision. Our vision depends on the condition of the eye health. We all know that it is better to take preventive actions against disasters than fixing the hitch after the disaster. The point is, you can help your eyes from becoming a disaster by taking preventive action like eye exercise.

Nevertheless, before you want to practice eye exercise, you must consult with your eye physician. Some eye problems come genetically and some from natural causes. You need to identify if you have any problems like those. Doing eye exercises in a wrong way can become a self damaging act.

Hello everyone,

Do you play guitar?Do you know about the history of the guitar which is the most popular musical instrument nowadays or do you wish to know about it? Well, here is an article about the origin of the guitar.

The guitar's roots are in Spain. Realistically, it cannot be traced back further than the 15th Century. It is thought to have been invented by the people of Malaga. This early instrument was a "four course" guitar, from which the ukulele is derived. The first guitars were very small, and were originally strung with four pair of strings. Each pair was call a course.

During the Renaissance, the guitar never had the respect the lute enjoyed. It was not considered a serious instrument. The first publication for guitar is thought to have been Alonso Mudarra's "Tres Libros de Musica en Cifras para Vihuela." Eventually, the guitar began to attract players, more publications and music began to appear.

During the During the Baroque period, A fifth course was added. Even more music became available. It's repertoire and the complexity of the music increased.

Hello again everyone,

Have you watched the Pirates of The Carribbean : The Dead Man's Chest? If you do, you sure notice the captain of the legendary Flying Dutchman : Davy Jones. There are some myths being talked about Jones in many versions. But the bottomline are all the same : evil spirit of the sea. Below is an article about who Davy Jones really is.

The name Davy Jones - and particularly Davy Jones' Locker - has become synonymous with disaster at sea. Most recently the name was used for a character in the movie Pirates of the Caribean: Dead Man's Chest. But who was Davy (or Davey) Jones? Did he ever really exist?

Who Was Davy Jones?
Unfortunately the origin of Davy Jones is lost in time. The earliest known written reference comes from 1751 when Tobias Smollet described "him" as:

"... the fiend that presides over all the evil spirits of the deep..."

The interesting thing about that description is that it refers to Davy Jones as a fiend rather than as a person. The idea of a person - pirate, publican, drunken sailor etc - called Davy Jones appears to have come later.

The traditional association of Davy Jones is with the idea of the devil of the deep. An encounter with this fiend was, stories tell us, one of the worst fears of sailors.

So if Davy Jones is a malevolent supernatural entity, why does he have a human name? The most likely explanation seems that it was a mis-reporting of a myth from another language. One possibility is that "Davey" is in fact a corruption of the West Indian word duppy which refers to a devil. The name "Jones" could have come from association with the tale of Jonah. The name Jonah has often been associated with bad luck, so Davy Jones could be interpreted as a sea devil who brings misfortune to sailors.

Davy Jones' Locker
Since Davy Jones is the malevolent spirit of the deep, it makes sense that the bottom of the ocean - the final resting place of many sailors, traders and pirates alike - would be seen as his domain.

But why is their watery grave referred to as a "locker"?

One suggestion is that a locker was a place to store things safely. Davy Jones would thus stash the souls of the unfortunate mariners in this locker. Quite why he would hoard them in this way is unclear - but the harvesting of souls is a common factor in many legends of devils, maritime or otherwise.

Another variation is that the term came from reference to the rum locker on board ship.

Incidentally, the concept of Davy Jones as tentacle-faced captain of the Flying Dutchman appears to have been invented for the Pirates of the Caribbean movie. It doesn't appear in any traditional sea lore with which I'm familiar. But it looked great!

Hi!!

Bringing you the deepest trench in the world named Mariana Trench.

"Kaikō (かいこう)", Japanese probe that measure record of 10,911meters or 35,798ft depth give us the rough view about how deep is this trench!

If the tallest mount in the world which is Mount Everest with 8,850 meters height with Mariana Trench, there would still be 2,183 meters of water left above it.

Imagine that the amount of water it have. the preasure at the bottom is 108.9Mpa! which is thousand time than standard atmospheric pressure. Human can't reach at the bottom but there is still some creature that could live under that preassure such as Angler fish.

So, that is a little bit about Mariana Trench. I'm wondering what type of creature that could live under that preassure apart from Angler fish? maybe there is something special under the sea that we dont ever get notice about..think about it..
thank you!!

Assalamualaikum and,
Hello everyone.

Happiness is hard to define, but we can feel the happiness thru our heart and soul. Some people believe that happiness is a form of luck but it not true. If you want to be happy you need to understand that you can be happy and that you should be happy. Besides, many people make the mistake of believing that they don’t deserve happiness and accept their unhappy state as their destiny. Here, I would like to share some tips to create happiness.

First, understand what it is that will make you happy. Everyone has unique requirements for attaining happiness and what makes one person happy may be very different from what makes someone else happy.

Second tips are surrounded yourself with happy people. It is easy to begin to think negatively when you are surrounded by people who think that way. Conversely, if you are around people who are happy their emotional state will be infectious.

Third tips are take your time by spend a few minutes each day thinking about the things that make you happy. These few minutes will give you the opportunity to focus on the positive things in your life and will lead you to continued happiness.

Forth tips are by maintaining your health is another way to achieve happiness. Being overweight or not eating nutritious foods can have a negative effect on your mood. Additionally, exercise has been known to release endorphins that give you a feeling of happiness.

Finally, it is important to understand that you deserve happiness. Those who believe that they are not worthy of happiness may subconsciously sabotage their efforts to achieve happiness. If necessary, tell yourself each day that you deserve to be happy and remind yourself what steps you will take to achieve the happiness you desire.

Hey guys, i'm sure that you all know about the 'Congkak' game.
This game usually,a game for two.It consists of a board which has several 'houses' and 'storehouses'. The objective of the game is to gather as many congkak seeds into the 'storehouses' on the player's side. It is a game which is played during one’s free time and is normally played by the women, especially liked by the youths. The game, whose gameplay is similar to mancala, is commonly played in (Indonesia (Borneo), Singapore, Malaysia, and Philippines).

For those who never play this game,i hope you will read this tips.

Steps:
# The congkak board consists of two rows of 7 holes called the 'houses' and two bigger holes called the 'storehouse'.
# Before the game starts the 'houses' are filled with seven congkak seeds each while the 'storehouses' are left empty.
# Both players begin simultaneously by scooping up all the shells in any house on their side. Each drops a shell into the next 'house' and continues clockwise depositing one shell into every house thereafter. A player drops a shell into his 'storehouse' each time he passes it but does not deposit any into his opponent's 'storehouse'.
# How the game continues, depends on where the last shell of each scoop is deposited.

* IF THE SHELL DROPS INTO THE PLAYER'S OWN 'STOREHOUSE': The player scoops up the shells from any of his 'houses' and distributes them in the cups ('houses') round the board but not in his opponents's 'storehouse'.
* IF THE SHELL DROPS INTO A 'HOUSE' (on either side of the board) CONTAINING SHELLS: The player scoops up all the shells in that 'house' and continues distributing them as described above.
* IF THE SHELL DROPS INTO THE PLAYER'S 'HOUSE' WHICH IS WITHOUT SHELLS: The player is entitled to collect the shells in his opponent's 'house' directly opposite his own. These shells collected from his opponent's house together with his last shell are deposited in his own 'storehouse'. If the opponent's 'house' opposite his own is empty, he deposits only his last shell in his own 'storehouse'. He forfeits his turn and stops playing. It is the opponent's turn now to distribute the shells.
* IF THE SHELL DROPS INTO AN EMPTY 'HOUSE' BELONGING TO THE OPPONENT: The player forfeits his turn and stops playing. He also forfeits his shell and leaves it in the opponent's 'house'. It is the opponent's turn now to distribute the shells.

# The first round ends when a player has no more shells on his side.
# Play resumes in the second round with players redistributing shells from their own 'storehouse' to their own 'houses'. Beginning from left to right, seven shells are placed in each 'house'. If a player does not have sufficient shells to fill his own 'houses', the remaining cups are left empty and are considered 'burnt'. The leftover shells are deposited into his own 'storehouse.' The opponent deposits excess shells he has won into his own 'storehouse'.
# The loser gets to start the second round. Play is continued as before but players will bypass 'burnt houses' for instance no shells are to be dropped into these houses. If a shell is accidentally dropped into a 'burnt house', it is confiscated and stored in the opponent's 'storehouse'.
# Play continues until one player loses all his 'houses' or concedes defeat

Tips:
* Either of the players can choose to start first in the first round.
* What makes it interesting to play with?
o Does not involve much things and gameplay is simple.
o A wide range of people can play the game.
o The overall costs of the game is cheap and does not involve many equipments.
o It does not consume much of the persons’ time.

In my opinion, play this game need to think more. It is also a tricky game, for me as i am always lose when i played with my younger brother. At the beginning of game, we have to be quick. If not, your turn will stop.

HELLO...FATEEN MYSTERIO IS BACK!!!

First word that came out from my tongue is ‘Wow!’. ‘The Wicker Husband’ is a classic folk story, although the tone is rather modern. I could picture it all, felt like I was a kid again being read a bedtime story which had a nice flow, nice rhythm, and nice little twist.
Actually, I loved the moment where the ugly girl tried to suggest what needed fixing around the house and her wicker husband did not like it. The underlying anger and determination of the ugly girl shows a strength that ultimately too would have irritated the village women.
As a conclusion, this story is one of a great short fiction story I've ever read with a sad pathetic life of an ugly girl yet given "unconditonal love" of the wicker husband that cause controversies and jealousies of all "others". In my opinion, this story reminds us about people’s attitude which is people never learn to do what is good and right for each other. Otherwise, they remained selfish and wicked.

-movie time!! yeha!!-

‘Death Race’, where hardened convicts and smoking-hot navigators race tricked-out cars in the most twisted spectator sport on Earth! Sentenced to the world’s most dangerous prison for a murder he did not commit, Jensen Ames (Janson Statham) , has only one chance to get out alive which is win the ultimate race to the death. Also starring Tyrese Gibson, Death Race is a supercharged, sick, and satisfying ride that will keep you pinned to your seat all the way to its insane, metal-crushing end!

Frankly said, this isn’t a particularly smart movie, but it’s a fun movie, and one that delivers on the car killing mayhem it’s supposed to. Paul W.S. Anderson may have a lot of flaws as a filmmaker, but the man knows cheap thrills, and he delivers them here. I’m not sure what else you could possibly ask from a movie called Death Race, except that it have both death and racing. It does, and if that’s your flavour then bon appetite.

-my favourite movie!-

An aspiring ballerina from a wealthy family learns some lessons about both dancing and life from a roughneck with soul in this teenager’s drama. Tyler Gage (Channing Tatum) grew up on the wrong side of the tracks in a rough section of Baltimore, and always has been in and out of trouble with the law. Finding himself before the judge yet again, Tyler is sentenced to 200 hours of community service, and he ends up mopping floors at the Maryland School of the Arts. Tyler catches the eye of Nora (Jenna Dewan), a gifted ballet student who is trying to incorporate hip-hop moves into her classical routines. None of Nora's fellow students seem to be on the same page as her, but Tyler is a talented street dancer with strength, moves, and enthusiasm. Therefore, Nora persuades Tyler to team up with her for a major class project. Tyler gains a new self-respect as he gives in to the discipline of the dance academy, but he wonders if this new opportunity means turning his back on who he really is. Matters become all the more complicated when Tyler and Nora realize they're falling in love.

I thought ‘Step up’ was a great movie. There was a good cast and awesome and beautiful dancing. It is very sad at one part, but it was kind of predictable. Channing Tatum, in my opinion did a good job. I loved this movie and I think you should watch it. Basically, this was an amazing movie and of course I loved it! I love watching dance movies because they make me proud to be a dancer especially this one! It had great dance choreography and I liked that! It also had other things going on other than just dance and not to mention Channing Tatum is very good looking! In addition, ‘Step up’ is the best film ever. The ballet bit at the beginning was incredible. I only hope that one day I can dance like that. It was incredible music and incredible dancing. I loved it!

Hello everyone;
As we all know, all girl in this world always feel worried if their weight increase and they will started to find the way to loss their weight. Everyone know that the key to losing weight are eat less and do exercise more but its sound simple, yet in the context of real life majority fail to do it and starting to eat pills and diet drinks.

Here, I will list 15 best diet tips for those who want to lose their weight in best way. First of all, we should drink more plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages. Next, you should think about what you can add to your diet, not what you should take away such as you must focusing on getting 5-9 serving fruits and vegetables each day.

Then you should consider whether you are really hungry. This is because sometimes eventhough we are not really hungry we still eat and eat until become so full. After that, you also must be choosy about night time snacks because it can become the most factors that can make you increase your body weight.

Next, enjoy your favourite foods but take it in small portion. The sixth tips are enjoying your treats away from home. Then you should eat mini-meals during the day and eat protein at every meal and then spice it up.

The 10th is stock your kitchen with healthy convenience foods. Next, order children portions at restaurant or use small plate and eat foods in season. Then, swap a cup of pasta for a cup of vegetables and also use non-food alternatives to cope with stress.

Finally, be physically active. All this diet tips can be practice if you want to lose your weight. But for me, there is no use for diet if we are not discipline to ourselves.

Hello everyone;

Just now, I had watched THE LION KING 2 : SIMBA’S PRIDE which is the sequel to THE LION KING where in the this sequel Simba and Nala get married and have a daughter name Kiara and Zira the outlanders lions have a son name Kovu. It is just like a fate that at last Kiara and Kovu falls in love to each other eventhough Zira always hate Simba because of the death of Scar.

In this story, Kovu grown up with full of hated to Simba because of the death of Scar. But when he fall in love with Simba’s daughter, he tried to explain to Simba that Zira try to kill him then suddenly Zira and other outlanders attack Simba and Nuka, Kovu’s brother died in that attack.

After that, the outlanders announces a war but when they are fighting with the Pride Lands, suddenly Kiara and Kovu leap into the middle of that war and say that they “are one”. The war stops and the outlanders join Simba’s Pride except Zira. Then Zira attack Kiara but suddenly Zira falls to her death in swollen river below. Finally Kovu and Kiara get married and they live happily ever after.

For me, I did not really like the ending of this story because they just show that Kovu and Kiara get married and finally the movie was end like that only. If I can change what happen in this movie, I will ask the producer to show Kovu and Kiara have their own baby or Timon and Pumbaa meets their partner also.

But, here I can only give 3 stars to rate this movie as I did not so satisfy with the ending.

Hello everyone;

Which one did you prefer to use as search engine, Yahoo! or Google?

For me, I will prefer to use Google because it was the best search engine and its email are more user friendly although inside the inbox contain more than 1000 messages as to compare with Yahoo! email, it takes time to load all messages if we scroll it downward.

I have both email from Yahoo! and Google but I always use Gmail than Yahoo!mail and I also make Google as my homepage. Last time before I create Gmail, I use Yahoo! as my homepage but then when I realize that Google are better than Yahoo!, I turn to Google as well.

So, here I totally agree with questionnaire that I get from Google, “ Which one is the best and which one do you prefer to use?”.

Do you still remember a movie that entitled 'Honey'? Jessica Alba stars as Honey Daniels, a dancer and choreographer working as a bartender and record store clerk until she gets that one big break. When she finally succeeds, it feels too good to be true. Fuelled by the exuberant energy of a group of neighbourhood kids, Honey Daniels comes back to the sheer joy of letting it all out the dance floor.

Personally, i like this movie. There are few moral value that we can follow to. The first one is, work hard to achieve what we want. Then, full cooperation among group members. Lastly, always want to help other people.

Hello everyone;

Did you know whose idea to build the Penang Bridge that linking Malaysia Mainland to Penang Island?

In early of 1970s, this idea was floated by the late Tun Abdul Razak, the second Prime Minister of Malaysia. In 1982, the construction of the Penang Bridge by using a cable-stayed girder similar to the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge was begun. On August 3rd 1985, the Penang Bridge was opened by the fourth Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohammad and then on 14th September, Penang Bridge was opened to traffic for the first time.

The Penang Bridge overall length is 13.5km (8.4 miles) and its height above the water are 33m. Before 1985, the transportation between the island and the mainland was only depends on Penang Ferry Service that runs between Butterworth and Georgetown.

For me, the idea on building this bridge was so excellent because it brings benefits to us as it connects the mainland with the island. Thank you to our second Prime Minister for his idea because I really agree with his idea.

Assalamualaikum....

Please read this & Pass it on!!! This is a real incident that happened in a local hospital in Bangalore, India.

A 4 year old girl was admitted due to leg fracture. As it was an open fracture, she had to undergo an operation to stitch the protruding bone back in place. Though it was quite a minor operation, she was hooked on to life support system, as a part of the process. The doctors had to input some data prior to the operation to suit different conditions. Thereafter, the operation proceeded. Half way through the process, the life support system suddenly went dead.

The culprit: - Some one was using his/her hand-phone outside the operation theatre. And the frequency had affected the system. They tried to track the fellow but to no avail. The little girl, young and innocent as she was, died soon after.

"Be compassionate! ‘Do not use your hand phone/mobiles’ especially at any hospitals or within the Aircraft or any places where you are told not to use it.... You might not be caught in the act, but you might have killed someone without knowing". Sometimes it's a matter of Life & Death....!!!!Please pass this to as many, since most of us are just not aware of the seriousness of this issue. Please Don't Delete. Please Send this to all your contacts and help save a life. A tiny mail can save a life.

Laughter is the best medicine when we have problems. It is important in our life and without the sense of humor, our life will be dull and boring. Why humor is important in every day life?

Humor is one of the most important things in everyday life, chiefly because it is through humor that we can really see and appreciate some of the best and most beautiful things in life. Humor is another important tool in the key to finding happiness.

Think about the people that you most enjoy being around, and the people that make you happiest. Now think about some of your favorite memories with those people. Many, many times, these cherished memories will involve humor and laughing. They say that the best things in life are free, and laughter is one of the best things in life. It puts us in a better mood and puts those around us in a better mood. It is through humor that we most often come to laugh. Humor can be perfect in almost any type of situation. If you are angry with someone (or vice versa), often a little bit of humor can help to lighten the mood and help resolve the differences. If there is something sad, a little bit of humor can help you get out of that. Humor is one of the foremost things that help us to overcome the difficulties of life. Humor allows us to take a step back and see the things that are important in life.

When I am in a bad mood, I find that humor is the things that gets me out of it most quickly. I can call up a good friend and have a conversation with them, and that will often involve humor, which gets me laughing and forgetting about why I'm in a bad mood in the first place. Or I can pop in a good movie. If we don't have some humor every day in our life, then it becomes a lot more difficult to get through the day - stresses become more stressful, hardships more difficult to overcome, and grief more difficult to bear. Humor allows us to lighten the load and overcome all of these bad things in life.

So if we can see the humor in every day things, and learn to laugh, then life is a lot easier and generally a lot happier. Humor helps us to appreciate and be grateful for all of the little things in life, and appreciate all of the good that is around us. If we can learn to see things through humor, we come to discover that life isn't too bad after all.

Personally, i am a humor type person. If i am not in a good mood,i will remain silent. The reason to this behavior is to think about the consequences of being mad to myself and the people around me. Actually my character is more likely to my father.

Tsunami is a natural disaster that recently destroyed thousands of homes and lives in Asia. It is also part of earthquake.

Tsunami :
A Tsunami is a series of waves created when a body of water, such as an ocean, is rapidly displaced. Earthquakes, mass movements above or below water, some volcanic eruptions and other underwater explosions, landslides, underwater earthquakes, large asteroid impacts and detonation of nuclear weapons at sea all have the potential to generate a tsunami. Due to the immense volumes of water and energy involved, the effects of tsunami can be devastating. Some meteorological storm conditions—deep depressions causing cyclones, hurricanes—can generate a storm surge which can be several metres above normal tide levels. This is due to the low atmospheric pressure within the centre of the depression. As these storm surges come ashore the surge can resemble a tsunami, inundating vast areas of land. These are not tsunami. Such a storm surge inundated Burma (Myanmar) in May 2008.

Causes :
A tsunami can be generated when converging or destructive plate boundaries abruptly move and vertically displace the overlying water. It is very unlikely that they can form at divergent (constructive) or conservative plate boundaries. This is because constructive or conservative boundaries do not generally disturb the vertical displacement of the water column. Subduction zone related earthquakes generate the majority of all tsunamis. Tsunamis have a small amplitude (wave height) offshore, and a very long wavelength (often hundreds of kilometers long), which is why they generally pass unnoticed at sea, forming only a slight swell usually about 300 mm above the normal sea surface. They grow in height when they reach shallower water, in a "shoaling" process described below. A tsunami can occur at any state of the tide and even at low tide will still inundate coastal areas if the incoming waves surge high enough. Tsunami caused by these mechanisms, unlike the trans-oceanic tsunami caused by some earthquakes, may dissipate quickly and rarely affect coastlines distant from the source due to the small area of sea affected. These events can give rise to much larger local shock waves (solitons), such as the landslide at the head of Lituya Bay 1958, which produced a wave with an initial surge estimated at 524 m. However, an extremely large gravitational landslide might generate a so called "mega-tsunami" that may have the ability to travel trans-oceanic distances. This though is strongly debated and there is no actual geological evidence to support this hypothesis.

Characteristics:
While everyday wind waves have a wavelength (from crest to crest) of about 100 metres (330 ft) and a height of roughly 2 metres (6.6 ft), a tsunami in the deep ocean has a wavelength of about 200 kilometres (120 mi). This wave travels at well over 800 kilometres per hour (500 mph), but due to the enormous wavelength the wave oscillation at any given point takes 20 or 30 minutes to complete a cycle and has an amplitude of only about 1 metre (3.3 ft). This makes tsunamis difficult to detect over deep water. Their passage usually goes unnoticed by ships.

As the tsunami approaches the coast and the waters become shallow, the wave is compressed due to wave shoaling and its forward travel slows below 80 kilometres per hour (50 mph). Its wavelength diminishes to less than 20 kilometres (12 mi) and its amplitude grows enormously, producing a distinctly visible wave. Since the wave still has a wavelength on the order of several km (a few miles), the tsunami may take minutes to ramp up to full height, with victims seeing a massive deluge of rising ocean rather than a cataclysmic wall of water. Open bays and coastlines adjacent to very deep water may shape the tsunami further into a step-like wave with a steep breaking front.

Signs of an approaching tsunami:
There is often no advance warning of an approaching tsunami. However, since earthquakes are often a cause of tsunami, any earthquake occurring near a body of water may generate a tsunami if it occurs at shallow depth, is of moderate or high magnitude, and the water volume and depth is sufficient.

4. MAN WANTED “PRETTY WOMAN” IN ISLAM
Every muslim man in this world needed a ‘solehah’ woman to become their wife which means a very good woman in Islam knowledge. Sometimes, they need it but their perspective in searching muslimah is too high. They wanted everything (powerful in Islam knowledge, pretty and worthy) inside a woman. This is a story about a man who wanted a ‘solehah’ wife in his life. He needs a ‘solehah’ wife even he didn’t have a ‘good’ job which is part time business but not enough income to survive him self. He has a mother who works with a government. Her mother wanted him to work with government but he had his reason why he didn’t do that. For him, only ‘muslimah’ woman will understand his scarify in Islam. Yes, that’s true but we have to understand also our ‘environment life’. We need house, foods, and cloths as a basic of life. If the three basic we can’t fulfilled how come we survive after got a family? For me as a married woman, the three basic of life must settle if men decide to married. A very well ‘muslimah’ knows what they wanted when they married a man. Our prophet, Rasulullah s.a.w also said, “Marrying a woman with three reasons. First, because of her prettiest, second because her worthy and third because of her religion (in Islam). So, marry a woman because of her religion”. Muslimah woman can accept if her husband is not a worthy man but got a ‘beautiful’ attitude base on Islam for example pray, fasting and etc. For me, a happiness in marriage is not measured in what you can see as a physical (how big your house or car) but the harmonies in your life for Allah S.W.T (understanding the marry meanings, take care, loving each other and etc) base on the rule of Islam.

5. EXERCISING SAFELY
To avoid strain, sprains and other injuries, follow these recommendations:
- Warm up before exercise
- Cool down after exercise
- Exercise with your limits
- Avoid sudden twisting movements
- Stay hydrated
- Wear supportive shoes
The six elements above are very important when we start an exercise. This is because sometimes people had existing health problems and need doctor’s advice before embarking on an exercise regime. Exercising with an incorrect technique can cause injuries too. For me, an exercise is an important part to maintain a healthy life. Control our food taking everyday also is good habit to fit our body and avoid from chronic disease. So, start from today to exercise and don’t forget to follow the six basics rules to make sure you had an excellent health.

WORD POWER
moue (‘moo) n.-small grimace or pout. Lenny couldn’t tell if Molly’s lips were a pucker of desire or a moue of disgust.
nictitate (‘nick-tuh-tate) v.-wink one’s eye. Molly couldn’t tell if Lenny was nictitating because he was flirting with her or because he had something in his eye.
proboscis (pruh-‘boss-us or pruh-‘boss-cuss) n.-especially big nose. My uncle’s got a proboscis that’s the shape and size of Florida.
English, for some people is too hard to understand. But with word power, it can increase our knowledge in English words and encourage our thought in English. For me who do not well in English…hehe, when I learn or seem the word which had how to pronouns and the word spelling make me more understand the meaning of the sentences. So, learn and understand at least five words a day. More you read in English, more you can understand.

IMPROVING THE SURVIVAL RATES FOR COPD PATIENTS

COPD is a serious and debilitating respiratory disease, restricting patients’ ability to carry out normal activities. It is cause by smoking and pollution. The World Health Organization expects COPD to be the fourth highest killer globally by 2030. Searching Organization in Singapore found, daily use of tiotropium can sustains improvement in lung function and improves survival rate up to 16 percent in COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) patients. The findings from this trial tiotropium are significant because COPD patients tend to accept limitations associated with the disease as a consequence of smoking. Dr. Ong Kian Chung, the President of the COPD Association of Singapore said daily use of tiotropium gives four years back in improved lung function. As my opinion, we can stop all these disease when we are going to choose a healthy way in our life. The government should stop the business which can cause our health life. For example, stop to give permission to company who sells and buy cigarettes and whose was involve in that business. Always alert for a building development which can cause pollution and so on. We, as an individual also must take a part to avoid the disease. For example; joint the healthy campaign, exercise, healthy eating habits, stop smoking and etc.
